        K지역 운동선수들의 운동 종목과 등속성 무릎 근력 수준이 등속성 최대토크각에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 등속성 무릎 근기능 검사 중 최대토크각와 종목, 근력수준과의 관계를 분석하여 선수들의 훈련과 재활의 기초자료로 활용하는데 있다. K지역 13개의 운동종목 총 134명의 남자 일반(38명), 대학부(60명), 고등부(34명) 운동선수들을 대상으로 신체조성과 함께등속성 무릎근력과 근파워의 최대토크각을 평가하였다. 최대토크각은 종목과 근력수준별 상호작용, 근력과 근파워 상호관계를 분석하였다. 첫째, 운동종목과 근력수준은 등속성 무릎 최대토크각과 상호작용효과가 있었으며, 운동종목은 좌ㆍ우측 굽힘근과 폄근의 최대토크각과(p<.05), 근력수준은 우측 굽힘근의 최대토크각과 유의한 상호작용효과가 있었다(p<.05). 둘째, 좌ㆍ우측 등속성 굽힘근 최대근력토크각과 최대파워토크각은 등속성 굽힘근(p<.001)과 유의한 상호관계가 나타났으며, 우측 굽힘근 최대파워토크각의 경우 우측 굽힘근 근파워(p<.01), 좌측 폄근 최대근력토크각은 좌측 근력과 근파워 모두와(p<.05) 유의한 상호관계가 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 종목과 근력수준이 최대토크각에 일정부분 영향을 미치는 경향이 있었다. 이는 선수들의 종목특성에 따른 등속성 근력 평가에 있어서 최대토크각에 대한 고려가 필요하다는 것을 시사하며, 훈련평가와 부상 후 재활에 있어서 이러한 정보가 선수들의 경기력 향상에 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the angle at peak torque during the isokinetic knee muscle function test and analyze the relationship between the event and muscle strength level to use as basic data for training and rehabilitation of athletes. A total of 134 male general (38), college (60), and high school (34) athletes from 13 events in K-region were evaluated for isokinetic knee strength and angle at peak torque angle of muscle power along with body composition. For the peak torque angle, the interaction by event and muscle strength level, and the correlation between muscle strength and muscle power were analyzed. First, exercise event and muscle strength level had an interaction effect on isokinetic knee maximum torque angle, exercise event was both left and right (p<.05), and muscle strength level only had a significant interaction effect on the right flexor muscle. (p<.05). Second, in the analysis of the correlation between isokinetic muscle strength, muscle power and maximum torque angle, the left and right isokinetic muscle strength torque angle and maximum power torque angle showed a significant correlation with the isokinetic flexor muscle (p<.001). In the case of the right flexor maximum power torque angle, the right flexor muscle power (p<.01), and the left extensor maximum muscle power torque angle showed a significant correlation with both left muscle strength and muscle power (p<.05). The results of this study tended to have a certain effect on the peak torque angle by the event and strength level. This suggests that it is necessary to consider the peak torque angle in the evaluation of isokinetic muscle strength according to the characteristics of athletes, and it is believed that this information can help improve athletes' performance in training evaluation and rehabilitation after injury.

        대학생의 하지 근량과 골밀도 및 근기능의 관계 분석

        The purpose of this study to clarify the relationship of muscle mass, bone mineral density, and muscle function in male and female for providing basic data for customized training for improving bone mineral density according to gender. As a result muscle mass of male university students had significant relationship with bone mineral density, and became clear that muscle mass and bone mineral density is closely related to muscle power and muscular extension strength. The subjects of this study was 15 males, 10 females, totalling 25, and measured muscle mass, bone mineral density and muscle function. Bone mass of male university students turned out to be associated with bone mineral density(p<.05), and indicated that muscle mass and bone mineral density is correlated to muscle power and muscular extension strength(p<.05). Bone mass of female university students did not show significant relationship with bone mineral density, but showed significant relationship with both extension and flexion muscle strength of muscle functions(p<.05). In addition, bone mineral density had significant relationship with muscle power and muscle strength, as well as muscle endurance of extension and flexion muscle strength (p<.05). In conclusion, it became clear that exercise application for increase of lower limb muscle mass for male university students aids in improving bone mineral density in order for muscle mass and bone mineral density to show instantaneous lower limb muscle power and muscle strength. Whereas, same exercise application for female university students increases muscle mass which largely effects muscle function and help maintain high bone mineral density to aid in muscle function.

        대학 엘리트골프 선수의 슬관절과 요부의 등속성 근기능 평가 및 진단에 관한 현장연구

        본 연구는 대학엘리트골프 선수를 대상으로 슬관절과 요부의 등속성 근기능을 등속성 근관절 측정기인 Humac-Norm을 이용하여 측정한 후 연구목적 달성을 위해 이들 선수 각각에 대한 슬관절의 양측 및 동측근력 불균형 여부, 그리고 요부의 복근력과 배근력간의 근력 불균형비를 평가하였고, 이때 평가방법은 체육과학연구원의 등속성 근력 및 상해평가 기준치를 근거로 상해가능성을 진단하였으며, 이에 대한 연구 결과를 종합하면 다음과 같다. 양측(좌,우) 근력 불균형비 평가에서는 우측 슬관절에서는 대퇴사두근의 근력강화 트레이닝이 요구되고, 좌측 슬 관절에서는 햄스트링근의 근력강화 트레이닝이 필수적인 것으로 평가되었다. 동측 근력 균형비 평가에서는 우측 슬관절은 비교적 정상 수준이나 좌측 슬관절은 햄스트링근의 근력강화 트레이닝이 절실히 요구되는 것으로 평가되었다. 요부의 복근력과 배근력간의 근력 균형비에서는 복근력의 근력강화 트레이닝이 지속적으로 요구되는 것으로 평가되었다. 이러한 현상은 일상생활에서의 자세 불균형으로 발전할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 시합 중 선수의 부상이나 상해 가능성을 항상 내포하고 있다고 사료된다. 이러한 종합적인 결과를 고려할 때 엘리트 골프선수들에게는 반드시 규칙적이고도 지속적인 웨이트 운동과 같은 근력강화 트레이닝을 실시하되 정기적인 근기능 측정 및 평가를 통해서 양측 및 동측 근력의 불균형 여부를 평가하고 이에 대한 적절한 근력트레이닝 처방과 실천이 중요한 과제라고 사료된다. Main purpose of this study was to evaluate (1) isokinetic muscle function around knee and back, (2) bilateral and unilateral muscle imbalance in knee joint and (3) muscle imbalance between abdominal and back strength. For evaluation of bilateral muscle imbalance, quadriceps and hamstring muscle strength in association with right and left knee joint was required to be improved, respectively. Muscle strength in association with right knee joint was regarded as normal in terms of unilateral muscle balance. However, left hamstring muscle strength was needed to increase. On the hand, to maintain muscle balance between abdominal and back strength, the college golfers participated in the study might have to consider strength training program for abdominal muscles. Our subjects who have been participating in strength training program showed relatively good muscle balance, but very severe muscle imbalance was found in golfers of this study who did not involved in strength training program in regular basis. It is supposed that muscle imbalance found in our study could lead to position imbalance and further potentials for injury during competitions. Taken together, elite golfers who are participating in competitions need to have strength training program, and to evaluate their muscle function and imbalance in regular basis in order to prescribe appropriate training programs.

        중학교 축구선수의 BMI 수준에 따른 기능 체력과 등속성 근기능의 비교

        The purpose of this investigation was to compare functional fitness and isokinetic muscle function according to BMI (body mass index) in middle school soccer player. For this purpose, 34 male middle school soccer players[underweight group(n=12), BMI>18.5 kg/m2; normal weight group(n=15), BMI 18.5~23.0 kg/m2; overweight group(n=7), BMI 23.0~25.0 kg/m2] participated in this study. Measurement items were BMI, functional fitness (sargent jump, trunk flexion, eyes one leg standing, semo agility test), and isokinetic muscle function (peak torque, peak torque per body weight, hamstrings/quadriceps ratio, bilateral ratio). The results of our study are as follows: 1) The low BMI group showed excellent flexibility and agility than the high BMI group. 2) In the isokinetic muscle function according to the BMI level, peak torque was higher in the normal weight group than in the underweight group, and peak torque per body weight was lower in the overweight group than in the normal and underweight group. 3) The ipsilateral and bilateral muscle strength ratios were within the normal range for all groups. Therefore, in the case of male middle school soccer players, it was found that overweight had a more negative effect on functional fitness and isokinetic muscle function. Soccer players should try to maintain a normal weight for the best performance.

        Effect of Loaded Plyometric Training on Physical Fitness, Lower Extremity Isokinetic Muscle Function and Dynamic Balance

        OBJECTIVES This study purposed to investigate the effects of an 8-week intervention of loaded plyometric training on physical fitness, lower limb isokinetic muscle function, and dynamic balance in healthy adults. METHODS The participants were 12 undergraduate students at K University in Chungcheong-do, South Korea, who had no experience of injury in the past year and who showed ≥250 peak torque/body weight(%) in the test of lower limb isokinetic muscle function. At pre-test and post-test, an identical set of tests was conducted to assess the physical fitness, lower limb isokinetic muscle function, and dynamic balance. RESULTS After exercise intervention, Loaded plyometric training group(LPTG) had significant differences in sit-ups, standing long jump, T agility test, extensor muscle strength-right(EMS-R), flexor muscle strengthright(FMS-R), extensor muscle power-left(EMP-L), flexor muscle power-left(FMP-L), flexor muscle powerright(FMP-R) and anterior-left(AN-L). Unloaded plyometric training gruop(UPTG) had significant differences in standing long jump, T agility test, EMS-R, EMP-L, and posterolateral-right(PL-R). Between the two groups, there were significant differences in standing long jump, extensor muscle strength-left(EMS-L), and EMP-L. CONCLUSIONS Thus, compared to the UPTG, the LPTG has been shown to exert a stronger effect on the standing long jump, muscle strength, and muscle power, and it is predicted to be a more effective method of exercise.

        초등학교 3학년 체육영재와 일반학생의 유, 무산소성 능력 및 하지 등속성근기능 비교

        The purpose of this study was to examine the comparisons of young sport talent and general students of the third grade of elementary school on aerobic and anaerobic ability and isokinetic muscle function. The subjects were conducted in 37students (boys 28, girls 9) aged 10 years in young sports talent center of Puniversity in 2009 and 2010. And general elementary 19students (boys 10, girls 9) aged 10 years old. The measurement items were exercise stress test, Wingate test, isokinetic muscle function test. Date analyzing method were ANCOVA using SPSS 14.0. The result of this study was as follows. 1. Physical characteristics and Body compositions: Young sport talent group showed lower results than general elementary students in weight, BMI,body fat and %fat. But, young sport talent group showed higher results than general elementary students in lean body mass. 2. Aerobic exercise capacity: Young sport talent group showed higher results than general elementary students in VO<sub>2max</sub>, respiratory exchange ratio, ventilation and exercise time. 3. Anaerobic exercise capacity: Young sport talent group showed higher results than general elementary students in mean power, peak power and total work. But, young sport talent group showed lower results than general elementary students in ratio of fatigue. 4. Isokinetic muscle function: Young sport talent group showed higher results than general elementary students in extensor and flexor. Therefore, Young sport talent group showed higher results than general elementary students in aerobic,anaerobic ability and lower extremity isokinetic muscle function,therefore we can conclude to be of help to set-up a norm of selection for young sport talent.

        8주간 데드리프트 운동 시 전신진동운동이 재활스포츠 선수의 근 기능 특성에 미치는 영향

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects in the muscle function following 8-week dead-lift training with Whole-body Vibration(WBV) in rehabilitation for sports players. Method : Twenty young sports players. Each subjects were randomly assigned to a resistance training with Whole-body vibration group(TG, n=10), a resistance training without Whole-body vibration group(CG, N=10). The measurements which physical fitness test and joint torque test were performed before the randomization and after the 4-week and 8-week. The WBV group performed the dynamic Dead-lift exercise on a vibration platform during one minute. The CG group performed the equal training without vibration. The WBV and CON group repeated 5 set and trained two times weekly for 8-weeks. Paired t-test was used to test for differences between the groups at baseline and after 4-weeks and 8-Weeks. And independent t-test was used to test for differences between the groups at TG and CG. All analyses were executed using SPSS software 18.0. The level of significance was set at p<.050. Results : Following the 8-Weeks training sessions, an increase in the back-muscle strength was found to be greater for the TG compared with the CG group(p<.05). Muscle endurance was significantly decreased after training than before training only for the CG(p<.05). Isometric Hip/Lumber Extension/Flextion measurement was found to be significantly greater for the TG compared with the CG group(p<.05). The finding indicates that WBV effects as an efficient training stimulus to enhance muscle function by facilitating neural control trail. Following muscle activation in motor unit synchronization of the co-contraction of the muscles. Conclusion : The results imply that the WBV training may have enhanced muscle function in rehabilitation for sports players.

        종아리 기능성 의류가 발목 관절 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of wearing functional clothing over calf muscles on the muscle function of the calf and to verify whether functional clothing can increase calf muscle function. The participants of the study were 21 male students from University B who had no lower extremity abnormality. The measurement method was measured at 30°/sec and 120°/sec angle speed before and after wearing functional clothing on the right and left calves using Humac Norm of CSMI, a constant speed muscle function measuring instrument. No significant difference was observed during dorsiflexion when wearing functional clothing, but in plantar flexion, muscle strength and muscle endurance were significantly increased. Therefore, wearing functional clothing over the calves showed a positive effect on improving exercise function, and future research suggests a study comparing the degree of muscle function improvement between those wearing functional clothing and those not wearing it for athletes training ahead of the competition. 본 연구에서는 종아리 근육에 기능성 의류를 착용한 것이 종아리의 근기능에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 규명하고 기능성 의류가 종아리 근기능 증가에 활용가치가 있는지 검증하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구의 대상은 하지에 이상이 없는 B 대학교의 남학생 21명을 대상으로 측정 하였다. 측정방법은 등속성근기능측정기인 CSMI사의 Humac Norm을 이용하여 오른쪽, 왼쪽 종아리에 기능성 의류 착용 전, 후 각속도 30°/sec, 120°/sec로 측정하였다. 피실험자들이 기능성 의류를 착용했을 때와 착용하지 않았을 때를 측정 해본 결과 발목 배측굴곡(Dorsi flexion)에서는 기능성 의류를 착용했을 때와 착용하지 않았을 때 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 발목 저측굴곡(Plantar flexion)에서는 기능성 의류를 착용하였을 때 근력, 근파워, 근지구력이 유의하게 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 종아리의 기능성 의류 착용이 운동기능 향상에 긍정적 효과가 있으며, 향후 연구에서는 대회를 앞두고 훈련을 하는 선수에게 기능성 의류를 착용한 인원과 착용하지 않은 인원의 근기능 향상정도를 비교해보는 연구를 제시하는 바이다.

        부상 예방프로그램이 고등학교 소프트볼 선수의 등속성 하지 및 허리 근기능에 미치는 효과

        This study examined the effect of an injury prevention program on high school softball players on the isokinetic lower extremity and trunk muscle function. For this study, 18 high school softball players were divided into a control group (Con; n=9) and an exercise group (Ex, n=9). As a result of the study, the isokinetic knee muscle function increased significantly in the right flexor and left extensor muscles compared to before while maintaining the H/Q ratio and extensor and flexor deficit in the exercise group that implemented the injury prevention program (p<05). In addition, the isokinetic trunk muscle function increased significantly in both the flexor and extensor muscles compared to before in the exercise group (p<05). However, the F/E Ratio was reduced compared to the prior, as the extensor muscles improved more than the flexor muscles. As a result, applying an injury prevention program to high school softball players affected the development of lower extremity and trunk muscle strength and muscle function. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently transfer energy and power from the lower body to the upper body, thereby preventing the potential risk of injury and improving performance in softball.

        소방공무원 수험생의 복합운동프로그램 참여가 입시 체력요인 및 등속성 하지근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the complex exercise program on physical factors and isokinetic lower extremity muscle function in the entrance exam for firefighters examining 40 students living in G Metropolitan City and attending the fire service civil service examination academy located in Y-dong (exercise group). 20 people, 20 people in the control group) As a result of exercising for 60 minutes 3 times a week for 12 weeks, the following conclusions were obtained. First, as a result of the 12-week complex exercise program, there were significant differences in the exercise group in back strength, long jump in place, and sit-up among the physical fitness factors of the entrance exam, but there was no significant difference in grip strength, sitting sit-forward bending, and long reciprocating running. Second, as a result of the 12-week complex exercise program, there was a significant difference in leg muscle strength and leg muscle power in isokinetic lower extremity muscle function. As described above, the complex exercise program training is considered to be an exercise that has a positive effect on improving the physical functions of firefighters.
