        E-Trade Korea 2007 Plan and Cooperation with Japan

        Projects on international cooperation for the global B2B market and the expansion of e-commerce into other regions are being encouraged. Korea is continuing to identify policies and tasks in order to keep up with new changes in the market. The Korean government, private institutes, and research centers are participating in this process. Korea s MOCIE, along with KCALS and KTNET, have supported the Korea e-Trade Hub Project. Korea wants to act as the e-AMP Business Center for the operation of the e-Trade Hub project. Korea expanded the e-Trade Hub Project by involving China and other countries in its supply chain management, while the Korea/Japan e-Trade project was a test case for the success of the e-Hub Strategy in Northeast Asia. For Korea to act as the e-AMP Business center, the problems faced by the Electronic Title Registry regarding Electronic Letters of Credit and the Electronic Document Registry and Repository, must be resolved. Cooperation between Korea and Japan will be needed for the implementation of an e-Bill of Lading and Electronic Letter of Credit. This paper deals with Korea s e-Trade Policies such as Korea s Three-Year Plan to Accelerate e-Trade, E-Trade Korea 2007.

        우리나라 주요 항만의 중심항 발전전략

        The port environment is rapidly changing in North-East Asia. Containerships are getting larger and faster and major shipping companies are converting to Hub & Spoke port networks on the transport systems. Therefore, the main ports in North-East Asia are intensively competing with each other for hub port.<br/> In terms of geopolitical position, locational conditions and external reputation of ports, Busan and Kwangyang ports have a comparative advantage in comparison with main ports in other countries. But in terms of weight of transshipment cargos in total container cargos, the quality of infrastructure in ports, the environment of logistics service and the cost of using ports, Busan and Kwangyang ports have a comparative disadvantage.<br/> For the growth into hub port in North-East Asia, it is necessary that Busan and Kwangyang ports improve their weakness. Besides It is necessary to develope ports and hinterland quickly, offer uniformity of foreign investment laws and incentive systems.

        부산 ‘신항’과 광양항의 특성 비교분석 및 발전전략

        Major companies in USA, Europe and Japan as well as even China and Russia put more overseas investment in Asian regions than before, while northeast Asian regional trade gets more attractive and important under the influence of China's super-speed economic growth. Possibly, it is expected that such ever-increasing gravity of regional trade will help spotlight the importance of local trade route considerably. In particular, northeast Asian region's economic briskness and step-up in international economic partnerships will expectedly contribute to much boosting up the quantity of goods transported via local coasting route.<br/> Thus, it is advisable that both Busan New port specialize in dealing with freights via East Sea rim, while Gwangyang port specialize in dealing with freights via Yellow Sea rim. Furthermore, it is required that both ports share some of their own roles as hub port and hub & spoke port respectively, so that both of them can be devoted to stepping up into northeast Asian hub ports.

        오픈 소스 프로젝트를 위한 도커 기반 버전 관리 기법

        오픈 소스 프로젝트가 다수의 개발자들에 의해 진행될 때 동일한 파일에 대한 여러 버전을 관리해 주는 버전 관리 시스템은 매우 유용한 도구로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 기존 버전 관리 시스템들(SVN, Git 등)은 소스 코드 혹은 문서 의 변경 이력을 주로 관리하고 있기 때문에 개발 환경의 변경이 발생할 때마다 개발자마다 직접 변경해야 하는 불편함이 있다. 이러한 불편함을 해소하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 오픈 소스 프로젝트를 위한 버전 관리 기법을 제시한다. 제시한 기법 의 기본 개념은 컨테이너 방식의 가상화 도구인 도커를 이용하여 개발 환경을 포함한 이미지를 생성하고 이를 새로운 버전으 로 관리한다. 제시한 기법의 기능적 타당성을 검토하기 위하여 서로 다른 OS(우분투12.04, 센트OS7)를 사용하는 호스트에 도커를 구축한 후 개발 환경의 변경 이력이 포함된 버전 관리를 실험하고 기존 버전 관리 시스템들과 비교 평가하였다. 그 결과 제시한 기법은 오픈 소스 프로젝트를 위한 편리한 버전 관리 기법이 될 수 있을 것으로 보인다. When Open Source Projects are processed by multiple developers, the Version Control Systems, which control the different versions of the same file being used, is a very useful tool. On the other hand, because most of conventional VCS(SVN, Git, etc.) mainly control the history of the modifications of the source codes or documents, there is an inconvenience that each developer should modify the development environment whenever the development environment is modified. To overcome this inconvenience, this paper suggests a scheme of VC for OSP. The basic concept of the suggested scheme is that an image, including the development environment and controls, is created as a new version using the Docker, virtualization tool of the container method. To review the functional appropriateness of the suggested scheme, after establishing the Docker on the hosts that use the different OS( Ubuntu12.0.4, CentOS7), this study tested a VC that could control the different versions including the history of modifications of the development environment and evaluated them by a comparison with the conventional VCS. The results show that the suggested scheme is a convenient scheme of VC for the OSP.

        電子貿易의 PORT-MIS 改善方案에 관한 硏究

        PORT-MIS could improve marine logistic industry of our country to be convenient and efficient. However, in view of management, technical problems of networks have been revealed due to rapid increase of communications including electronic data. So, in order for Korea to be a leading country in east-northern Asia and a center for marine logistic information, control methods of networks should be employed effectively among information technology needed for electronic trade.<br/> Our objective to this research is focused as follows;<br/> Firstly, we investigate each part of PORT-MIS network and technical problems of communication networks. Secondly, we examine management methods of PORT-MIS network advanced countries maintain. Finally, we present an efficient control method of PORT-MIS network handling a large amount of network traffic.<br/> In this research, we try to provide an analytic foundation to practitioners rather than to present a direction to develop a new technology of communication networks.

        동북아 복합운송경로 선호에 관한 실증적 연구

        Every country including Korea is under drastic economic restructuring having faced an unprecedented economic crisis and searches for the optimal trade strategy that would meet the needs of the new market in the information age. Then it is hard to overemphasize the importance of the efficient combined transportation network that would place Korea as the center of the Northeast Asian distribution in our attempt to restart the Korean economy. To this end of constructing the Northeast Asian combined transportation network in Korea, this study analyzes the expense, duration, and convenience of various combined transportation networks such as the sea-land combined network of train and ferry and the Sea&Air combined network in relation to the land bridge based on Trans-Korea Railways(TKR). The empirical analysis proves that big corporations with heavy traffic prefer the shortest route. They also show preference to the land (Railways) transportation which brightens the prospect of the combined transportation network based on TKR. Also, the traffic is likely to be heavier when the route is shorter in the construction of the combined transportation network and the railroad-ferry connection that can minimize the transfer-shipment is to be utilized highly.
