        Covid-19 상황에서 걷기 참여 노인의 운동자기효능감과 건강위험지각 및 운동지속의지와의 관계

        이 연구는 Covid-19 상황에서 걷기 참여 노인의 운동자기효능감과 건강위험지각 및 운동지속의지와의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 D광역시 일대의 공원과 등산로에서 걷기에 참여하는 65세 이상의 노인으로 걷기 경험이 3년 이상, 주 2회 이상으로 하였다. 148명의 연구대상자를 선정하고 설문지를 작성 및 수집하였고 137부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 측정도구는 운동자기효능감, 건강위험지각, 운동지속의지로 수집된 자료는 분석 목적에 따라 분리하여 입력하였으며, SPSS WIN VER 24.0과 Amos 26.0 프로그램을 이용하여 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석(correlation analysis)과 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식모델(structural equation model)을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 걷기 참여 노인의 운동자기효능감은 운동지속의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 걷기 참여 노인의 운동자기효능감은 건강위험지각에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 걷기 참여 노인의 건강위험지각은 운동지속의지에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 걷기 참여 노인의 건강위험지각은 운동자기효능감과 운동지속의지 사이에서 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합하면, 걷기 참여 노인의 운동자기효능감은 건강위험지각과 운동지속의지에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 건강위험지각을 통해 간접적인 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between exercise self-efficacy, health risk perception and intention to continue the elderly’s participation in walking during covid-19. To achieve the goal of this study, The questionnaires were distributed to 148 walking partipants aged over 65 years in D-city and 137( over 3 years, 2 times a week) of them were analyzed. The measurement tools used were exercise self-efficacy scale, health risk perception scale and intention to continue exercise scale. SPSS WIN VER 24.0 and Amos 26.0 program were used to analyze the data with reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model. Followings are the results of this study. First, it was found that the exercise self-efficacy of the elders’s participation in walking had a significant effect on the intention to continue exercise. Second, it was found that the exercise self-efficacy of the elders’s participation in walking had a significant effect on the health risk perception. Third, it was found that the health risk perception of the elders’s participation in walking had a significant effect on the intention to continue exercise. Fourth, it was found that the health risk perception of the elders’s participation in walking had a partial mediation effect between exercise self-efficacy and intention to continue exercise. In conclusion, it was found that the exercise self-efficacy of the elders’s participation in walking had a significantly influence on health risk perception and intention to continue exercise directly. In addition, it was found that the exercise self-efficacy of the elders’s participation in walking had a indirect influence on the intention to continue exercise mediated by health risk perception.

        운동참여자의 개인적 특성인 신체적 자기개념이 운동결과기대 및 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향 : 대학생을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of personal characteristics and physical self-concept of exercise participants on expectations of exercise outcomes and intention to continue exercising. To achieve this, 294 questionnaires were used as research data, collected from current exercise participants. The investigation tool was composed of questionnaire asking about physical self-concept, expectation of exercise outcome and the exercise adherence intension. Following conclusions were obtained from the collected data by performing Independentn Sample T-test, One-way ANOVA, Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. First, in the physical self-concept, which is the personal characteristic, the male student showed higher physical self-concept for the appearance, activity and competence, and in the expectation of exercise outcome according to the exercise frequency, students who exercise weekly three times or more showed higher self-concept than the students who exercise weekly once or twice and do not exercise. Second, in the exercise adherence intention according to the exercise frequency, which is the personal characteristic, the students who exercise weekly three times or more showed higher exercise adherence intention than the students who exercise weekly once or twice and do not exercise, and in the exercise adherence intention according to the exercise career, which is personal characteristic, weekly three times or more showed higher self-concept than weekly once or twice and no workout, and in the exercise adherence intention according to exercise career, students who have exercised 1-3 years and more than 3 years showed the higher exercise adherence intention compared to the students who have exercised less than 1 year. Third, it showed that the flexibility and the competence out of the factors of physical self-concept, have positive (+) impact on the exercise adherence intention. Finally, it showed that the activity and the competence out of the factors of physical self-concept have positive (+) impact on the exercise adherence intention. These results show that it is deemed that the change in the expectation of exercise outcome, exercise adherence intension ot other factors cannot be expected without changing the physical self-concept. 본 연구의 목적은 운동참여자의 개인적 특성과 신체적 자기개념이 운동결과기대 및 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 현재 운동참여자들을 대상으로 294부의 설문지를 연구자료로 사용하였다. 조사 도구는 신체적 자기개념, 운동결과기대 그리고 운동지속의도의 문항을 묻는 설문지로 구성되었다. 수집된 자료는 독립표본 T검정(t-test), 일원분산분석(one-way ANOVA), 상관관계분석(correlation analysis), 회귀분석을 수행 하였다. 첫째, 개인적 특성인 신체적 자기개념에서 남학생이 여학생보다 외모, 활동, 유능감에서 높았고 운동빈도에 따른 운동지속의도에서는 주 3회 이상이, 주 1-2회, 전혀 안 한다 보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 개인적특성인 운동빈도에 따른 운동지속의도에서는 주 3회 이상이, 주 1-2회, 전혀 안 한다 보다 높았고 운동경력에 따른 운동지속의도 간에는 1~3년 및 3년 이상이 1년 미만보다 운동지속의도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 신체적 자기개념요인 중 유연성, 유능감이 운동결과기대에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 신체적 자기개념요인 중 활동, 유능감이 운동지속의도에 정적 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 신체적 자기개념의 변화 없이 운동결과기대 및 운동지속의도 또는 기타 요인들의 변화를 기대할 수없는 것으로 판단된다.

        대학 교양 수상스키수업의 재미거리와 걱정거리가 운동지속 의도에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to analyze the effect of the fun sources and worry sources of collegiate general ski class on the exercise adherence intention, so fundamental sources can be provided for quality improvement of the class. Exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and frequency analysis were performed with SPSS/Win Ver. 19.0. A correlation analysis was accomplished to verify relationship among fun sources, worry sources, and exercise adherence intention, also multiple regression analysis was carried out with previously classified data set depends on the gender and levels of subjects. The results showed that negative correlation between fun factors and worry sources, while fun sources and exercise adherence have positive correlation. Effect analysis of fun sources exercise adherence intention on showed that male and female both have positive effect. In the effect analysis of worry sources pursuant to gender on exercise adherence intention, female students have negative effect on exercise adherence intention with the worry factors of condition worry and class preparation, while male students have negative effect on exercise adherence intention with class method worry. With analysis of the effect of fun sources on exercise adherence intention depends on water-skiing levels, both groups positively affect exercise adherence intention. Lastly, with analysis of the effect of worry sources on exercise adherence intention, novice group has positive effect on exercise adherence intention with worry factors of condition worry and class circumstance, and higher than intermediate group showed that class preparation worry negatively affect exercise adherence intention.

        운동 의도가 의도-행동 불일치에 미치는 영향에서 자기조절능력 및 자기통제의 조절효과

        목적: 본 연구는 건강 행동을 설명하기 위해 새롭게 떠오르고 있는 시간적 자기조절 이론에 대한 부분적인 검증으로, 운동 참여 정도에 따라 운동의 이득과 비용을 인지하는 시점에 차이가 있는지 확인하고 의도와 의도-행동 불일치에 있어서 조절효과를 나타내는 변인을 검증하는 것에 있다. 방법: 이를 위하여 단계적 변화모형의 운동 행동 변화 단계(Prochaska & Marcus, 1994)를 기준으로 계획, 준비, 행동, 유지 단계에 해당하는 20대 여성을 단계별로 25명씩 모집하여 총 100명을 대상으로 3가지 인지테스트를 실시하고 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 기술통계, 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 일원배치 분산 분석, 단순 회귀분석, 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 첫째, 운동행동 단계와 관계없이 모든 집단에서 운동에 대한 비용을 이득 보다 먼저 인지하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 계획단계보다 유지단계에서 운동에 대한 이득을 인지하는 시점이 빨랐고, 이득과 비용을 인지하는 시간적 격차가 작은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 운동의도가 의도-행동 불일치에 유의한 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 의도가 높아질수록 의도-행동 불일치는 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 의도가 의도-행동 불일치에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 Stroop test의 불일치 조건 반응시간, Tower of London의 total move score 및 initial time이 조절 효과를 나타냈다. 넷째, 의도가 의도-행동 불일치에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 자기통제의 하위요인인 자제력과 집중력은 조절 효과를 나타내지 않았다. 결론: 본 연구는 시간적 자기조절 이론의 바탕이 되는 시간적 특성을 운동 단계에 따라 살펴보고, 자기 조절능력을 자기 통제의 개념과 구분하여 검증하였다는 것에 의의가 있다. 시간적 자기 조절이론이 건강 행동에 대한 설명력을 높이고 다양한 연구 분야에서 유용성을 확장해 나가기 위해선 추후 이론을 구성하는 변인들에 대한 추가적인 검토가 함께 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The first purpose of this study is to investigate the differences in the timing of recognition of benefits and costs for exercise depending on the level of exercise behavior. Also the second purpose is to ensure the self regulatory capacity and self control have moderating effects on the relationship between exercise intention and intention-behavior gap. Methods: 100 women whose age are 20s were recruited for the research participants. The group of contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance were formed based on the Transtheoretical model, with 25 participants per group. Data were collected from 3 cognitive tests, questionnaires and text messages. Result: First, it has been shown that all groups are aware of the costs for exercise before the benefits. However, the recognition of benefits for exercise in the maintenance group was faster than in the preparation group. The temporal disjunction between benefits and costs was shown to be small in the maintenance group. Second, the exercise intention has a significant negative effect on intention- behavior gap. That is, the higher the intention, the lower the intention-behavior gap. Third, the reaction time on incongruent condition of the Stroop test, total move score and initial time of the Tower of London have moderating effects on the relationship between exercise intention and intention-behavior gap. Fourth, sub-factors of self control did not show any moderating effects on the relationship between exercise intention and intention-behavior gap. Conclusion: Temporal Self-Regulation Theory was partially validated through this paper. These results suggest that an individual’s executive function could be a significant variable to predict exercise intention - behavior gap on exercise.

        자발적 스포츠 활동 참여 중·고등학생의 운동자기도식이 자기효능감, 운동정서, 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise self-schema on self-efficacy, exercise emotion, and exercise adherence intention in middle and high school students participating in voluntary sports activities. Convenience sampling was used to select 306 students, and questionnaires were used as survey tool. The data was analyzed through t-test verification and multiple regression analysis using the statistical program SPSS 23.0. The results are as follows: First, exercise self-schema has had a significant effect on self-efficacy. Second, exercise self-schema(cognitive and emotional/ behavior) has had a significant effect on positive exercise emotion, and behavior self-schema has had a significant effect on negative exercise emotion. Third, self-efficacy has had a significant effect on exercise adherence intention. Forth, positive exercise emotion has had a significant effect on exercise adherence intention. Fifth, exercise self-schema has had a significant effect on exercise adherence intention.

        아동의 운동참여정도가 운동지속의도에 미치는 영향 : 정서적 지지와 정적효능 안녕감의 다중매개 효과

        Purpose: This study verifies that exercise participation significantly mediates exercise continuation in the relationship among emotional support of social support, positive efficacy well-being, and exercise continuation. Method: For the study, data on a total of 232 students in fifth and sixth grades were collected and used for research by senior elementary school students. The measurement tools used in this study were produced and used for research purposes by social supporters’ level of participation, emotional support, positive efficacy questionnaires, and exercise persistence tests. Results were derived from exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and mediated effect analysis using PRECESS (Hayes, 2013) Macro Model 6 of IBM SPSS 21. Results: First, children’s level of periodic sports participation had been shown to affect emotional support, positive efficacy well-being, and exercise continuation Intention, while emotional support had been shown to affect efficacy well-being and exercise continuation Intention. Second, positive efficacy well-being was also significantly affecting exercise continuation Intention, and exercise participation level was shown to affect exercise continuation Intention. In addition, emotional support and positive efficacy well-being had been identified as factors affecting exercise continuation Intention. Conclusion: In conclusion, emotional support and positive efficacy well-being have been confirmed to be partially mediated by exercise participants’ level. And exercise participation levels have a direct influence on exercise continuation Intention and indirect effects on emotional support and positive efficacy well-being.

        태권도 수련동기가 운동몰입 및 수련지속 의도에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to find out the effects of Taekwondo exercise motivation on exercise immersion and the intention to continue exercise. For the research, 536 students from elementary school to high school, who were exercising in Teakwondo Schools registered in Teakwondo Association in Wonju-city in 2013, were surveyed. The results are as follows: first, among the sub-factors of Taekwondo exercise motivation, while emotional motives and functional motives affected exercise immersion, social motives did not affect it. Second, Taekwondo exercise motivation affected the intention to continue exercise. Third, among the sub-factors of Taekwondo exercise immersion, while cognitive immersion affected the intention to continue exercise, behavioral immersion didn’t.

      • 헬스클럽 이용자의 운동지속의도 분석

        This study aimed to exam effects of exercise adherence factors and exercise adherence intention of health club participants. The subject of this study were 262 adult participating in health clubs which are located in Busan. The questionnaire used for this study was Korea Exercise Adherence Scale and Exercise Adherence Intention. The results were analysed using mean compared, analysis of covariance, correlation analysis, and standard multiple regression analysis. The following conclusions were obtained; First, There was significant difference in exercise abilities, exercise habits, exercise interests, and exercise partners in the factors of exercise adherence of health club participants according to their exercise periods. Second, There was significant difference in exercise adherence intention of health club participants according to their exercise periods. Third, Exercise habit and exercise partner of exercise adherence factors of participants who are participating in health club had influence on the their exercise adherence intention.

        태권도 수련생의 운동열정이 운동정서와 운동지속의사에 미치는 영향

        This study was designed to shed light on the effect of exercise passion of Taekwondo students on exercise emotion and exercise adherence intention. The study participants were Taekwondo students in the Seoul and the Gyeonggi-do of Korea during March 2014. Data from 277 Taekwondo students were collected by convenience sampling method. SPSS 19.0 were used on frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and recreation analysis to get following conclusions. First, exercise passion of Taekwondo students has positive impact on exercise emotion. Second, exercise passion of Taekwondo students has positive impact on exercise adherence intention. Third, exercise emotion of Taekwondo students had positive impact on exercise adherence intention.

        여가스포츠 참여자의 의사결정균형과 행동의도간의 관계에서 운동동기의 매개효과 검증

        The purpose of this study was to examine the role of exercise motivation as mediator that explains the relationship between decision balance and exercise behavioral intention of leisure sport participants. Participants(N=367, 227 man and 140 women) were administered questionnaires to assess their perceptions of decisional balance, exercise motivation, and exercise behavior intent. Covariance structure analysis was performed to identify the relations among the constructs. The result showed that exercise benefits and exercise barriers were significant predictor of intrinsic motivation, identified regulation external regulation, and amotivation. Exercise motivation showed that intrinsic motivation, identified regulation, and external regulation were significant predictor of exercise behavioral intention, however, amotivation was not significant predictor of exercise behavioral intention. Finally, Exercise benefits had significant positive indirect effect on exercise behavioral intention via exercise motivation, whereas exercise barriers had significant negative indirect effect on exercise behavioral intention via exercise motivation. Consequently, the effect of decisional balance on exercise was mediated by exercise motivation.
