        백지보충권의 법적 쟁점

        The blank notes often used in practical trades stands for incomplete notes issued by the intention of having the note holder supplement part or all of bill conditions in addition to the registered seal or signature of note performer. Therefore, although the blank notes are also approved of validity as a note, it is impossible to exercise rights without supplementing the non recorded details of blank note. In other words, it is impossible to exercise the rights on the note to the main debtor as a blank note because it is an incomplete note before being supplemented. But there is problem of whether even the effect of stopping prescription is denied when the note amount claiming right is exercised as a blank note. If one is faithful to the theory that the exercise of rights is impossible as a blank note, the effect of stopping prescription cannot be accepted even if the litigation is filed as blank. But the effect of stopping subscription would have to be accepted because the prescription is processed even for the blank notes to have problem of fairness between the debtor and the holder of blank note or cannot be considered as someone sleeping above the right even if the blank note holder exercises the note amount claiming right without exercising the supplementation right. As examined, the targeted judgment is the one that has ascertained the original trial ruled in favor of plaintiff in the trial at the Supreme Court on the promissory note amount claiming lawsuit by saying that there is effect of stopping extinctive prescription in case the holder of blank promissory note with expiration date recorded claims the note amount without supplementing the blank part. Accordingly, the blank note holder could get deep protection as the prescription gets stopped even if the note amount is claimed without supplementing the blank part and supplements this later on.

        Comparison and Convergence of the Blank Space in Chinese and Japanese Graphic Design - Focusing on the Expression of Blank Space in Poster Design -

        중국과 일본 그래픽 디자인에서의 여백의 비교 및 융합연구이 논문은 중국과 일본의 상이한 미적, 철학적 차이의 이해와 융합을 기반으로 그래픽 디자인 분야에서 여백을 통한 새로운 표현 창출을 위한 방법에 대해 논했다. 그래픽 디자인에서 동양의 특징적인 여백을 표현하는 것은 디자인의 예술적 표현과 문화적 의미를 풍부하게 하고 디자인의 창작의 가능성을 높을 수 있다. 이 연구에서는 먼저, 중국과 일본의 미술 및 디자인에서의 여백에 대한 인식과정과 표현과정을 중국의 전통회화의 철학과 일본의 현대 그래픽 디자인의 방법이 적용된 포스터 디자인을 통해 비교∙분석한다. 이를 기반으로 포스터 디자인에서 여백을 통해 중국 현대 그래픽 디자인의 새로운 접근방법으로써 융합의 개념을 적용해 그래픽 작업에서의 표현의 가능성을 확장한다. 또한, 여백에 대한 융합적 개념에 의한 표현 창출은 자신의 작품에 새로운 가능성을 제공한다. Comparison and Convergence of the Blank Space in Chinese and Japanese Graphic Design This study discusses the philosophical foundation in Chinese and Japanese aesthetics. Most of the contemporary graphic designs in China lack influence or individual philosophy on aesthetics. In analyzing and comparing the use of blank-leaving in graphic design works showed that the traditional artistic sense of the blanks can enrich the cultural connotations of design and raise the artistic creation of the works. This paper used “convergence” to create a new approach on Chinese contemporary graphic design, especially on poster design. The application of blank-leaving in the graphic design has positive impact in the creation of excellent graphic design works that provide references and inspiration to develop a new blank on my own design.

      • An Analysis of the "Blank Space" in Freehand Flower and Bird Painting from an Aesthetic Perspective

        Background: "Leave blank" is a unique expression technique in Chinese painting. It has the unique charm of Chinese national culture. This article analyzes the artistic "Blank Space" expression in freehand brushwork flower and bird paintings from an aesthetic perspective. In aesthetics field, artistic beauty is an essential category. It can also be seen as a study of the aesthetic relationship between humans and the objective world. The "Blank Space" in Chinese freehand flower and bird paintings is important in ancient Chinese art. Purpose: The word "Blank Space" is easily understood and is a commonly used expression technique in Chinese art. It has strong Chinese aesthetic characteristics. This article analyzes the connotation and significance of "Blank Space". It studies freehand brushwork, composition, expression, and formal beauty of “Blank Space”. It elaborates the aesthetic expression of “Blank Space” in freehand flower and bird paintings. Furthermore, it has created various artistic beauty that make people feel graceful, melodious, and melancholic, with endless aftertaste. Methods: Based on the literature, analyze the art of leaving white space in the painting from an aesthetic perspective. Understand and master the importance of leaving white space in freehand flower and bird paintings comprehensively and correctly. Results: The application of "Blank Space" in the painting reflects the aesthetic taste of Chinese painting. It is the unique charm of traditional Chinese art. The "Blank Space" artistic techniques enriches and develops the artistic style of Chinese freehand flower and bird painting. Conclusion: The artistic conception, implicit beauty, spatial sense, and rhythmic rhythm of the screen perfectly express the "blank" art of Chinese freehand brushwork of flowers and birds. Blank space art uses "Blank Space" as a carrier to render beautiful artistic conceptions with strong Chinese aesthetic characteristics. Most works combine virtual and real, bringing readers a higher aesthetic enjoyment. It expands the hierarchical layout of the space, leaving room for imagination.

        FEM Analysis on the Influence of Rounded Tool Edge on Micro-Blanking of Thin Foil with Negative Clearance

        This work studies the effects of the tool edge radius in a micro-blanking process with negative clearance by using finite element method. For the study, a simulation model of blanking of AL6061-T6 foil with tools (punch and die) having a large edge radius comparable to the thickness of the foil was prepared. Using the model, micro-blanking process with various tool edge radii are simulated to study the resultant blanking forces and blank quality. From the simulation studies, it is found that a large edge radius of a blanking punch have effect on the blanking forces. Especially, a projecting edge was observed at the edge of the finished blank. This projecting edge is considered to be caused by negative clearance and a large edge radius of a die. Overall summary and discussion on the effect of a rounded tool edge on the blanking force and blank deformation is presented.

        대곡면 후곡판 성형을 위한 블랭크 지지구조의 적합성 연구

        Thick plate forming is presented to manufacture a large and curved member of steam turbine diaphragm. Due to three-dimensional asymmetry of target geometry, it is hard to consistently keep the blank position in die cavity between forming punch and die. In order to relieve the position instability of the blank during the thick plate forming, a blank support structure is proposed to be composed of guide pins and linear bearing, and blank guide arm enlarged from both longitudinal ends of the thick blank. In this study, parametric investigations with regard to the geometric position and width of the blank guide arm are carried out. As main geometric parameters, 2 positions such as maximum curvature region and minimum one on a curved cross-section profile of the target shape are selected, and 14 widths of the blank guide arm are considered. Using 28 variable combinations, three-dimensional numerical simulations are performed to predict the appropriate range of the process parameters. The compatibility and validity of the blank support structure with the blank guide arm for the thick plate forming is verified through the thick plate forming experiments.

        Research on the Visual Characteristics of the Blank-Leaving Technique in Traditional Chinese Painting in Public Space

        본 연구는 전통적 중국화가 표현하는 “여백” 기법에서, 그 개념 과 내적 의미를 분석하는 것에서 시작한다. 중국화의 여백 이론 분석을 통해, 여백 공간의 구조와 표현을 연구한다. 이를 통해 공공 공간에서의 여백 개념을 제시하며, 여백의 시각적 특징을 공공 공간의 경관에 적용하는 방법을 탐구한다. 문학 데이터 방식과 그래픽 분석을 사용하여 공공공간의 빈 공간을 설명하다. 도시를 수묵화에 비유하면 건축물은 흑(黑)에 해당하고, 개방공간은 백의 여백에 해당 하다. 이러한 흑백 상생으로 휴식할 수 있는 도시공간을 구성할 수 있다. 여백의 관점에서 현재 공공 공간에서 나타나는 여백을 분류해 분석한다. 즉 유사한 설계 방법을 나열하고 분석해 총합함으로서 도시 공공 공간설계에 적용시킬 수 있는 공간 구조를 발견한다. 공공 공간에서 여백 기법은 두 가지가 있다. 첫째는 환경요소를 공공공간 설계에 도입하는 내성적 여백이다. 둘째는 공공공간을 환경 속에 융합시키는 외향적 여백이다. 이러한 여백 기법과 공공 공간의 관계의 융합 가능성을 탐구함으로써, 새로운 공공 공간에 적용함으로서 사용자에게 더 풍성한 공간 감성을 제공하는 디자인을 추구할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 전통 중국화의 여백 기법을 이용하여 도시 공간과 공공 환경을 향상시키는 공간 체계를 찾는 것에 목적을 둔다. 키는 공간 체계를 찾는 것에 목적을 둔다. This paper starts with the “blank-leaving” technique in traditional Chinese painting, analyzes the concept of blank and its inherent implications, and proposes the concept of white space in public space. Combining visual features to explore the relationship between white space and artistic conception in public space, and the role that the blank-leaving plays in the public space and the environment through theoretical analysis to study the structure and expression of the space. Literature data method and graphic analysis were used to explain empty space in public space, and analysis of empty data in public space from example analysis to maintain the traditional image of the city and study integration into modern urban society.This study analyzes the classification of white space in public space from the perspective of blanking, summarizes the similar design methods in the current public space and the design techniques of blank space, applies it to urban public space design. The traditional concept and spiritual meaning of blank-leaving permeate into the design, Using this white space technique and the public space relationship to explore the old and new integration, so that the utilization rate of public space improves, the reasonable development of space has a positive significance. Finally, we use traditional white space techniques to improve the quality of urban space and public environment, and strive to create a reasonable and orderly public space system.

        Fine Blanking의 가장자리 Bridge 최소화 방법에 관한 연구

        Industrialization and modernization of the beginning of the IT industry is growing very fast. Since telecommunications industry was developed rapidly, technologies about miniaturization and high-precision of parts have been actively developed to lead information revolution. generally, the entire shear surface of the product applying fine blanking technology must be very precise. Fine blanking is used to save cost by avoiding post-processing of the product. When using press blanking, it spends a lot of money on the production by using many post-processing. Fine blanking typically used in 0.5~18 mm thick steel plate. Because a lot of post-processing cost can be used to process, except for fine blanking. In order to develop components “CHANCE CONTENTS“ in the fine blanking process, the purpose of this study is to minimize the edge of the bridge, secured 95% of the material thickness of the shear surface using the 1.6 mm thickness of the material SPCC. Blanking process by introducing after changing thickness through forging process, due to change in vee-rring force and counter force, the experimental amount of depressions and flatness and the shear surface were analyzed.

        Study on the Manufacturing Technology of 2-Cavity Fine Blanking Seat Recliner Die with Minute Module of Accurate Gear

        It is very important to obtain the net shape of the product to maximize the shear cutting surface of fine blanking. In this paper, the fine blanking die was manufactured to achieve part characteristics, such as flatness and a fully sheared surface. The V-ring in the fine blanking die was designed to prevent lateral movement of the material. The fine blanking experiment was conducted with the fine blanking die. The material usage rate was increased by over 5.7% and that of the water-soluble lubricant was decreased by over 33% when the 2-cavity die technology was applied to fine blanking. The capacity of the existing press could lead to productivity improvement and cost reduction. Thus, 2-cavity die technology for fine blanking with a minute module of an accurate gear for producing seat recliner parts was developed.

        Feasibility studies on manufacturing tailored blanks by rolling partially stacked blanks

        Tailored blanks with different blank thicknesses are semi-finished parts that can be used to produce lightweight vehicle parts. This study investigates a manufacturing process that can produce tailored blanks by rolling partially stacked blanks. The process was experimentally and numerically investigated using various processing conditions. To characterize the process, the deformation behaviors of upper and lower blanks were analyzed and quantified. The dimensional variations at the top end and the transition zones were analyzed based on the cross-sectional thickness profiles of formed blanks. The results show that the proposed process is feasible for the production of tailored rolled blanks that have both straight edges with a concave transition zone and convex edges with a straight transition zone.

        FEM Investigation on Thermal Effects on Force in High- Speed Blanking of Mild Steel

        This study consists of a numerical investigation of high-speed blanking of mild steel. A finite element model of the high-speed blanking process was developed using ABAQUS/explicit, and the strain rate and temperature-dependent behavior of the work material were included in the model by using the Johnson-Cook hardening model for mild steel. The blanking simulations had a punch speed ranging from 30 mm/s to 60 mm/s to study the influence of the thermal behavior of mild steel on the blanking force. In addition, the influence that the clearance, thickness of the work material and tool edge radius had on the blanking force was studied while changing the punch speed. The simulations revealed that the blanking force decreases when the punch speed increases beyond a certain amount as a result of thermal softening of the mild steel. Also, the clearance, material thickness and tool edge radius were observed to influence the development of the temperature. The results of this study can help understand the high-speed blanking process in order to design an apparatus for further research into high-speed blanking.
