        소셜 네트워킹 서비스(SNS)에서 학생선수의 지각된 선수-지도자 상호작용, 공감경험, 관계만족 및 오프라인 선수-지도자 관계의 구조

        본 연구는 대표적 사이버 공간인 소셜 네트워킹 서비스에서 국내 중등학교 및 대학교 학생선수의 지각된 선수-지도자 상호작용, 공감경험, 관계만족 및 오프라인에서의 선수-지도자 관계의 구조를 실증적으로 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 현재 SNS를 이용하고 있는 중등학교 및 대학교 학생선수를 모집단으로 설정하고 2,000명의 학생선수를 편의표집하여 설문조사를 시행했으며, 수집된 자료 중 누락되거나 불성실한 211명의 자료를 제외한 총 1,789명의 최종 유효 표본을 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 18.0을 통해 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 탐색적/확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식모형분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, SNS를 통한 커뮤니케이션에서 학생선수의 지각된 지도자와의 상호작용은 공감경험과 관계만족 및 오프라인 선수-지도자 관계에, 공감경험은 관계만족과 오프라인 선수-지도자 관계에, 그리고 관계만족은 오프라인 선수-지도자 관계에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study has sought to observe the usage of SNSs by middle school, high school, and college student athletes and, from these observations, to empirically examine the athlete-coach interaction, empathy experience, and relationship satisfaction perceived by student athletes on SNSs and the structure of the offline athlete-coach relationship. For this purpose, 2,000 student athletes who used SNSs and belonged to varsity teams at middle schools, high schools, and colleges in Korea were selected through convenience sampling. Among those surveyed, 211 insincere survey responses, including duplicate and missing entries, were excluded; data from a total of 1,789 participant surveys were used in the analysis. SPSS 21.0ver and AMOS 18.0ver statistical programs were used to analyze the final validity sample. Frequency analysis, descriptive analysis, exploratory/confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis, and the following conclusions were drawn based on the results of the data analysis. In an SNS communication between a student athlete and a coach, when the athlete perceives the interaction with the coach to be positive, the level of empathy experience with the coach may rise, the level of relationship satisfaction with the coach on the SNS may rise, the athlete may also perceive the offline athlete-coach relationship positively. And in an SNS communication between a student athlete and a coach, when the athlete perceives the empathy experience with the coach to be positive, the level of relationship satisfaction with the coach on the SNS may rise, the offline athlete-coach relationship positively. Lastly, in an SNS communication between a student athlete and a coach, when the athlete’s relationship satisfaction level is high, the athlete may perceive the offline athlete-coach relationship positively.

      • 검도선수들의 운동스트레스가 운동열의에 미치는 영향 : 운동탈진의 매개효과 검증

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of stress on athlete burnout and athlete Engagement for kumdo players and to examine the effect of athlete burnout on the relationship between stress and athlete engagement. In November, 2016, there were 263 high school athletes who participated in the national kumdo competitions held in questionnaire to measure stress, athlete burnout, and athlete engagement. The major findings were as follow. First, stress showed that total effect on athlete engagement had a significant negative effect only on confidence, which is a sub-factor of athlete engagement. Second, stress had a positive positive direct effect among sub-factors of athlete burnout, and decrease of achievement consciousness during athlete burnout, had a negative effect on sub -factors of athlete engagement, Emotional and physical exhaustion and sport devaluation Have a significant negative effect on all factors. Third, the stress showed a significant indirect effect on the sub-factors of the athlete engagement the decrease of achievement consciousness, Emotional and Physical exhaustion and sport devaluation negative indirect effect on all factors except self-confidence which is sub-factor of athlete engagement.

        스포츠선수 CSR이 선수이미지, 신뢰, 태도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of athlete’s CSR on athlete’s image, attitude and loyalty, and to enhance athlete’s image by constructing systematic and professional system of CSR of athlete and foundations as well as provide the basic data to find ways to vitalize CSR. To accomplish the research, I distributed internet questionnaires using Google Form to collect total of 457 samples. The collected data were analyzed in frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach"s α coefficient, Correlation Relation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis by using SPSS. 23.0 statistical program. The results using the above method and analysis are as follows. First, CSR had significant effect on athlete’s image. Second, CSR had significant effect on trust and attitude of athlete. Third, CSR had significant effect on loyal of athlete. Fourth, Athlete’s image had partially significant effect on athlete’s trust and attitude. Fifth, Athlete’s image had partially significant effect on athlete’s loyalty. Sixth, Athlete’s trust and attitude had significant effect on athlete’s loyalty. In addition, if athletes establish and practice CSR based on this research, they would be able to make their way up once again after their retirement. Through the positive effects of CSR, they would be able to develop the sports programs, support research fund, develop the human resources, and support disadvantaged. Furthermore, it would expand the sport culture, such as the athletes’ contribution to CSR and establishing donation culture.

        태권도 선수들의 완벽주의 성향이 운동몰입과 운동탈진에 미치는 영향:기본적 심리욕구의 매개효과 검증

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between perfectionism, exercise commitment and athlete burnout of Taekwondo athletes and to investigate the mediating role of basic psychological needs in relationship between perfectionism tendency and outcome variables such as exercise commitment and athlete burnout. For this purpose, 251 Taekwondo players who are registered as athletes at the Korea Sports Council gathered data through Multidimensional Inventory of Perfectionism in Sport(MIPS), basic psychological need satisfaction questionnaire, The Basic Psychological Need Thwarting Scale(PNTS) questionnaire, Exercise Commitment Scale(ECS) questionnaire and Athlete Burnout Questionnaire(ABQ). The results of exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple parallel mediation were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 statistical program. First, perfectionism striving had significant positive effect on exercise commitment and did not affect athlete burnout significantly. In contrast, perfectionism concern had no significant effect on exercise commitment, and athlete burnout had significant positive effect. Second, perfectionism striving effort had a direct positive effect on basic psychological need satisfaction, and perfectionism concern had a direct negative effect on basic psychological need satisfaction. In contrast, perfectionism concern had a direct positive effect on basic psychological need thwarting, and perfectionism striving had a direct negative effect on basic psychological need thwarting. Third, the basic psychological need satisfaction showed positive direct effect on exercise commitment, and did not affect athlete burnout significantly. On the other hand, the basic psychological need thwarting did not have a significant effect on exercise commitment, and had a positive influence on athlete burnout. Fourth, perfectionism striving had positive indirect effect on exercise commitment through basic psychological need satisfaction and basic psychological need thwarting, and perfectionism striving was passed through basic psychological need thwarting and basic psychological need satisfaction athlete burnout was not significant. The basic psychological need satisfaction had a significant indirect effect on the relationship between perfectionism striving and exercise commitment. On the other hand, the basic psychological need thwarting had no significant indirect effect on the relationship between perfectionism striving and exercise commitment, and had a significant indirect effect on the relationship between perfectionism effort and athlete burnout. Fifth, perfectionism concern had positive indirect effect on athlete burnout through basic psychological need thwarting and basic psychological need satisfaction, and perfectionism concern was passed through basic psychological need thwarting and basic psychological need satisfaction positive Indirect effect on exercise commitment. The basic psychological needs satisfaction had a significant indirect effect on the relationship between perfectionism concern and exercise commitment, and did not affect the relationship between perfectionism concern and athlete burnout. On the other hand, the basic psychological need thwarting had no significant indirect effect on the relationship between perfectionism concern and exercise commitment. The relationship between perfectionism concern and athlete burnout had a significant indirect effect. 본 연구는 태권도선수들의 완벽주의 성향과 운동몰입, 탈진 간의 관계에서 기본적 심리욕구가 어떠한 매개역할을 하는지를 검증하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 태권도 선수 251명을 대상으로 완벽주의 성향, 기본적 심리욕구 만족 및 좌절, 운동몰입, 탈진 검사지를 통하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 완벽주의 노력은 운동몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으나, 운동탈진에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 완벽주의 우려는 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 운동탈진에는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 완벽주의 노력은 기본적 심리욕구만족에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 기본적 심리욕구 좌절에는 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 반면, 완벽주의 우려는 기본적 심리욕구만족에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 완벽주의 우려는 기본적 심리욕구좌절에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 기본적 심리욕구만족은 운동몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤고, 운동탈진에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 기본적 심리욕구좌절은 운동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 운동탈진에는 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 완벽주의 노력은 기본적 심리욕구만족과 기본적 심리욕구좌절을 경유하여 운동몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 간접효과를 미쳤으며, 완벽주의 노력이 기본적 심리욕구좌절과 기본적 심리욕구만족을 경유하여 운동탈진에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 완벽주의 우려는 기본적 심리욕구좌절과 기본적 심리욕구만족을 경유하여 운동탈진에 유의한 정(+)의 간접효과를 미쳤으며, 완벽주의 우려가 기본적 심리욕구좌절과 기본적 심리욕구만족을 경유하여 운동몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 간접효과를 미쳤다.

        청소년 운동선수들이 지각한 코칭행동과 운동선수 탈진의 관계에서 코치-선수 관계의 역할

        The purpose of this study was to practically identify roles of coach-athlete relationships between adolescent athlete’s perceived coaching behavior and their burnout. To this end, samples of middle and high school student athletes in Seoul, Gyeong-gi Province were collected. The sample size used in convenience sampling was 268. Statistical methods used in analysis were frequency analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, cronbach’s verification, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation, and structural equation analysis using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 20 program. In addition, this study conducted bootstrapping in order to verify statistical significance of mediation effects. First, adolescent athlete’s perceived autonomous coaching behavior was an important factor to anticipate positive coach-athlete relationships, whereas controlling coaching behavior was a key factor to anticipate negative coach-athlete relationships. Second, adolescent athlete’s perceived controlling coaching behavior was an important factor to anticipate athletes’ burnout. Third, coach-athlete relationships were a key factor to anticipate athletes’ burnout. Fourth, coach-athlete relationships played a role in mediating the relationship between autonomous coaching behavior and athletes’ burnout. In addition, coach-athlete relationships played a role in partially mediating the relationship between controlling coaching behavior and athletes’ burnout. Thus, this study revealed that coach-athlete relationships had an impact on athletes’ burnout. 본 연구는 청소년 운동선수들이 지각한 코칭행동과 운동선수 탈진의 관계에서 코치-선수관계의 역할을 실증적으로 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기지역 중·고등학교 운동선수들로 모집단을 선정한 후 편의표집(Convenience) 방법을 이용하여 268명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 20.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적·확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형분석, 매개효과의 통계적 유의성 검증을 위한 bootstrapping검증을 하였다. 첫째, 청소년 운동선수들의 자율적 코칭행동은 코치-선수 관계를 정(+)적, 통제적 코칭행동은 코치-선수 관계를 부(-)적으로 예측하는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년 운동선수들의 통제적 코칭행동은 운동선수 탈진을 정(+)적으로 예측하는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년 운동선수들의 코치-선수 관계는 운동선수 탈진을 부(-)적으로 예측하는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 넷째, 청소년 운동선수들의 코치-선수관계는 자율적 코칭행동과 운동선수 탈진의 관계에서 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났고, 통제적 코칭행동과 운동선수 탈진의 관계에서는 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타나 코칭행동은 코치-선수 관계를 통해서 운동선수 탈진에 영향을 주는 것으로 알 수 있다.

        코치-선수관계와 엘리트 운동선수 탈진의 관계에서 기본 심리 욕구의 매개효과 검증

        본 연구는 운동선수들이 지각하는 코치-선수관계와 운동탈진의 관계에서 기본 심리욕구의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 운동선수 303명의 대상자에게 코치-선수관계, 기본 심리욕구와 운동탈진에 대한 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 16.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관분석, 확인적 요인분석, 그리고 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 코치-선수 관계는 기본 심리욕구(자율성, 유능성, 관계성)에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기본 심리욕구(자율성, 유능성, 관계성)는 운동탈진에 유의한 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 코치-선수관계가 기본 심리욕구를 경유하여 운동탈진에 미치는 매개효과를 분석한 결과 자율성, 유능성, 관계성 욕구는 코치-선수관계와 운동탈진과의 관계를 부분적으로 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 코치와 선수의 관계적 측면과 함께 심리적 측면에서 운동선수 탈진 과정을 논의하였고, 결과적으로 선수들의 탈진을 예방하는 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediation effects of the basic psychological needs (i.e., autonomy, competence, and relatedness) on the relationships between the perceived coach-athlete relationship and athlete burnout. Participants (N=303) completed the questionnaires of the perceived coach-athlete relationship, basic psychological needs, and athlete burnout. SPSS18.0 and AMOS16.0 were used to analyze the descriptive statistics, correlations, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling of the data in this study. The results showed that the perceived coach-athlete relationship first affected the basic psychological needs(BPN). Secondly, the BPN significantly affected the athlete burnout. There were finally the partial mediation effects of the BPN on the relationships between the perceived coach-athlete relationship and athlete burnout. We discussed the psychological aspect of the athlete burnout process and the aspect of the relationship between coaches and athletes. The results of this study may provide useful information for both coaches and sport psychology consultants to prevent from athlete burnout and enhance performance.

        엘리트 학생선수의 마인드셋과 운동열의, 선수지속 및 포기의도의 관계

        이 연구는 엘리트 학생선수의 마인드셋과 운동열의, 선수지속 및 포기의도의 관계를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 체육고등학교 선수 246명이었고, SPSS 23.0을 활용한 다중회귀분석과 매개회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 성장 마인드셋은 운동열의에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 고정 마인드셋은 자신감과 전념의 운동열의에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다. 또한, 선수지속의도에는 성장 마인드셋이 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 선수포기의도에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 고정 마인드셋은 선수포기의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 자신감과 열광의 운동열의는 선수지속의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 전념과 열광의 운동열의는 선수포기의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 성장 마인드셋과 선수지속 및 포기의도의 관계에서 운동열의는 완전 매개효과를 나타내고, 고정 마인드셋과 선수지속의도의 관계에서는 완전 매개효과를 나타내지만, 선수포기의도와의 관계에서는 불완전 매개효과를 나타낸다. 이상의 결과는 엘리트 학생선수의 성장 마인드셋은 운동열의와 선수지속의도를 향상시키는 반면, 고정 마인드셋은 운동열의를 감소시키고, 선수포기의도를 향상시키며, 운동열의는 성장 및 고정마인드셋과 선수지속 및 포기의도의 관계에서 매개효과를 나타낸다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among mindset, athlete engagement, and athlete adherence and intention to dropout of elite student athletes. The subjects of this study were 246 physical education high school athletes. With the collected data multiple regression and mediation regression analysis were performed by SPSS 23.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the growth mindset has a positive effect on confidence, dedication, vigor, and enthusiasm, but the fixed mindset has a negative effect on confidence and dedication. Also the growth mindset has a positive effect on intention to athlete adherence, but negative effect on intention to dropout. And the fixed mindset has a positive effect on intention to dropout. Second, the confidence and enthusiasm has a positive effect on intention to athlete adherence, and the dedication and enthusiasm has a negative effect on intention to dropout. Third, the athlete engagement was revealed to function as a complete mediating effect on the relationship between growth mindset and athlete adherence and intention to dropout, and the relationship between fixed mindset and intention to athlete adherence. And the athlete engagement was revealed to function as a partial mediating effect on the relationship between fixed mindset and intention to dropout. These results mean that improved their athlete engagement and intention to athlete adherence through growth mindset of elite student athletes, while the fixed mindset reduces athlete engagement, improves intention to dropout. And the athlete engagement was revealed to mediated effect on the relationship between growth and fixed mindset and athlete adherence and intention to dropout.

        청소년 운동선수들이 지각한 열정과 탈진의 관계에서 코치-선수관계의 매개효과 검증

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating role of the coach-athlete relationship in relationships between perceived passion and burnout in adolescent athletes. Methods: Participants (N=366) completed the questionnaires of the perceived passion, athlete burnout, and coach-athlete relationship. SPSS18.0 was used to calculate the descriptive statistics, correlations, and AMOS 16.0 were used for confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. Results: Harmonious passion positively predicted the coach-athlete relationship, whereas obsessive passion did not. The coach-athlete relationship negatively predicted all three dimensions of athlete burnout. Harmonious was also negatively predictive of all three athlete burnout dimensions, whereas obsessive passion was only positively predictive of sport devaluation. The relationships between perceived passion and athlete burnout were mediated by the coach-athlete relationship. Conclusion: It is of importance to note that high quality of the coach-athlete relationship helps adolescent athletes decrease or prevent burnout. Harmoniously passionate athletes may have higher quality of the coach-athlete relationship and in turn have less athlete burnout syndrome.

        국가대표 은퇴선수의 진로지원 방안

        The purpose of this research is to acquire career status of retired national athlete and career concepts of national athlete, and then develop career of retired national athlete and politic support plan of government. There are many bottleneck in career selection because of limiting chance that national athlete get schoolwork and vocational education for national pride, but national athlete generally retire at young age of 20~30`s. In according to survey result, national athlete prefer to P.E professor(28.0%), teacher(17.1%) and national coach(12.2%) as desired career of future. But national athlete is almost never concern about administration position, businessman, occupational category besides sport in absence schoolwork. Conclusion of this research are as follow. First, national athlete need to get regular classes at school years and supplement lesson loss from athletic games participation. Second, athletic organization such as the korean amateur athletic association, national governing bodies and public institution need to introduce employment quota system for retired national athlete. and retired national athlete support center need to achieve vocational education and job recommendation. Third, government need to inflow retired national athlete toward coach of athletic club and business team through labor conditions improvement.

        팀 스포츠 운동선수가 지각한 공감과 운동선수 탈진의 관계: 코치-선수관계와 팀 효능감의 매개역할

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine how team sport athletes in sports perceived relations between empathy, coach-athlete relationship, team efficacy and athlete burnout. This study also investigate the mediating effects of coach-athlete relationship and team efficacy on th relations between empathy and athlete burnout. Methods: For this study, 345(male: 222 and female: 123) team sport athletes competed surveys to measure their perception of empathy, coach-athlete relationship, team efficacy and athlete burnout. SPSS 26.0 was used to calculate descriptive statistics, reliability, and correlations. Amos 24.0 was utilized for confirmatory factor analysis, convergent validity, and structural equation modeling. Additionally, specific indirect effect was estimated by creating a phantom variable, and 2000 bootstrap samples were requested for the mediation effect analysis. Results: First, empathy was positively predictive of coach-athlete relationship. Second, coach-athlete relationship positively influenced team efficacy. Third, empathy was positively predictive of team efficacy. Forth, coach-athlete relationship was negatively affected athlete burnout. Fifty, empathy was negatively affected athlete burnout. Sixth, team efficacy was negatively affected athlete burnout. Lastly, there were partial mediating effects of team efficacy on the relationship between empathy and athlete burnout. Conclusion: The study found that provide meaningful information in terms of team sport athletes’ growth and team success. Furthermore, it will provide fundamental information to strengthen the attitudes and beliefs of athletes and transform them into an effective team.
