        청소년수련시설에 대한 시설운영자 및 청소년 요구 분석

        Objectives According to the recent changes in the policy environment change and the ever shifting needs of the times and society, this study aims to prepare for such changes by examining plans for youth facilities and space innovation. Methods n order to come up with innovative measures for youth facilities and spaces, an opinion survey was developed as the main methodology. The final 523 cases were investigated and analyzed by conducting an online survey of 799 youth training facilities nationwide. The youth demand survey was conducted with teenagers who have used youth training facilities to better understand and possibly incorporate their needs for facilities and spaces, and 1,028 cases were finally investigated and analyzed. Results The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the importance and activity level of workers in youth training facilities, it was necessary to review the installation and standards. Second, as a result of the fitness of the youth training facility common standards, the fitness of the facility was found to be relatively low. Third, regarding the facilities and spaces of youth training facilities to be improved, ‘the location is far and difficult to find’, ‘the facility is old’, ‘the facility or space is narrow’, etc. Conclusions The suggestions of this study are as follows. First, a new classification of youth training facility types is required. Second, revision of facility standards for future-oriented youth facilities is required. For future-oriented innovation of youth facilities, it is necessary to revise the common standards and individual standards of youth training facilities by collecting opinions of youth and related experts. Third, it is necessary to expand youth-friendly facility spaces, and it is necessary to organize and arrange flexible and youth-led facilities and spaces. 목적 본 연구의 목적은 새로운 정책 변화와 시대적⋅사회적 요구에 따른 청소년수련시설에 대한 기능과 역할 변화를 모색하고, 청소년수련시설 및 공간 혁신 방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 방법 본 연구의 목적을 달성하고자, 청소년수련시설 종사자 및 청소년 대상 설문조사를 실시하였다. 청소년수련시설 종사자 의견조사는 전국 799개 청소년수련시설을 대상으로 온라인을 통하여 전수 조사를 실시하여 최종 523 사례가 조사⋅분석되었다. 청소년요구조사는 청소년들의 수련시설의 시설⋅공간에 대한 요구를 파악하기 위하여 청소년수련시설을 이용한 경험이 있는 청소년들을대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 1,028개의 사례가 조사⋅분석되었다. 결과 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년수련시설에 대한 종사자를 대상으로 중요도와 활동도를 중심으로 분석한 결과, 설치 및 기준에 대한 재검토가 필요하였다. 둘째, 청소년수련시설 공통기준 적합도 결과, 시설의 적합도가 상대적으로 낮은 것으로나타났다. 셋째, 청소년수련시설의 시설⋅공간에 대한 개선해야 할 사항에 대해서는 ‘위치가 멀어서 찾아오기가 어렵다’, ‘시설이오래되었다’, ‘시설이나 공간이 좁다’ 등으로 나타났다. 결론 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 결론 및 제언을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년수련시설 유형의 새로운 분류가 요구된다. 둘째, 미래지향적인 청소년수련시설을 위한 시설 기준의 개정이 요구된다. 미래지향적인 청소년 시설의 혁신을 위해서는 청소년과 관련전문가의 의견 수렴을 통한 청소년수련시설의 공통기준과 개별기준의 개정이 필요하다. 셋째, 청소년 친화적 시설공간의 확대가 필요하며, 가변적이고 청소년 주도적인 시설 및 공간의 구성과 배치가 필요하다.

      • ⻘少年修錬活動の満⾜度に関する研究 -釜山・慶南地域を事例として-

        본 연구는 청소년 수련활동에 대한 문제점과 개선방안을 모색해 만족도 향상에 관한 연구를 위해 현장조사방법을 적용하고 구체적으로 질문지법을 이용하였다. 부산과 경상 남도에 소재한 총 10개의 청소년수련시설을 이용하는 청소년을 대상으로 설문지를 이용 하여 조사하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 부산과 경상남도의 청소년수련시설 이용실 태 및 개선점을 조사하고 분석하였다. 둘째, 청소년들이 수련활동에 참여하고 지도하는 지도사에 대한 요구와 요구도를 조사 분석 하였다. 셋째, 생활권 수련시설 프로그램에 대한 청소년들의 만족도를 조사 ・분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 청소년시설이 청소년에게 전반적인 분위기를 조성하고 이를 수련활동에 전념하는 문화 공간으로 인식할 수 있도록 시설의 적극적인 개선과 홍보가 필요하다. 수련시설에 있어서 는 직접적인 활용과 운영절차를 통해 문화인으로서의 청소년의 자부심을 높이고, 불편함 의 파악과 개선점 및 운영상 반영을 통해 청소년 문화의 메카로 자리잡기 위한 편의성 제고 노력이 필요하다. 부산과 경상남도 생활권에서의 청소년수련활동 활성화를 위해서 는 각 지역의 청소년전문가, 학교교육자, 건축가 등 전문가의 행보가 수련활동에 대한 만족도를 높여야 할 것이다. 또한, 취미활동, 영상매체 이해 왈동, IT캠프활동, 장애청소년 의 스포츠활동을 이해하기 위한 프로그램 개발 및 보급이 필요할 것이다. 청소년의 주요 목표인 창조, 진보적 도덕, 미래를 위한 준비에 보다 다양하고 매력적인 시설을 제공해야 할 것이다. 지도사에 대한 재교육과 함께 다양한 활동 장비와 교보재를 친숙하게 해야 하며, 필요한 지도사를 위한 원활한 교수법과 재교육 시설이 필요하다. This study explores ways to enhance the youth’s satisfaction by locating problems with the training activities for the youth, and seeks to suggest reform plans for them. The study applied a field investigation method and used a questionnaire survey. The youth using 10 youth training facilities located in Busan and Gyeongsangnam Province were surveyed with a questionnaire. For the study purpose, first, the study looked at and analyzed the status of use and reformative points for the youth training facilities in Busan and Gyeongsangnam Province. Second, the youth's demand and the degree of their demand for instructors participating in guiding training activities were investigated and analyzed. Third, the youth's satisfaction with the programs at training facilities in their living areas was explored and analyzed. The research findings can be summarized as follows. Active improvement and promotion of facilities is necessary for the youth facilities to produce an overall mood and for the youth to perceive them as a cultural space dedicated to training activities. As for training facilities, through direct utilization and management procedures, efforts should be made to elevate the youth's pride as civilized people, and to secure these facilities as the mecca of the youth culture by understanding convenience and reformative points in them, and reflecting these in operating them.In order to vitalize the youth training activities in living areas in Busan and Gyeongsangnam Province, each group of experts like the youth specialists, educators at schools and architect specialists of the regions, will have to raise the youth’s satisfaction with training activities. More programs to help the youth understand hobby activities, image media, IT camp activities, and sports activities for the youth with disabilities should be developed and made available. In addition, more diverse and attractive facilities for the youth's main goals, such as preparations for creation, progressive morals and future, recreation, need to be provided. The instructors should be re-trained and get familiar with various kinds of activity equipment and aid tools, and smooth teaching methods, as well as the re-training facility for the instructors, are necessary.

        청소년 수련활동의 인식과 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception and preference of youth training activities as part of a basic study to find ways to promote them in general. In order to achieve research purposes, the survey on overall training activities was conducted on students, teachers, and school administrators who use training facilities to analyze data on their responses. T- or F-testing was performed to analyze differences in preference for training activities. For the analysis of the above mentioned data, the SPS 24.0 Statistical Pekage was used. First, after analyzing the purpose of participating in the training activities, 33.2 percent of teachers and 30.4 percent of parents choose career and academic guidance for the purpose of participating. Second, after analyzing the timing of their desire to participate in training activities, everyone preferred fall. Third, an analysis of places where people want to participate in training activities showed that the most preferred mountain areas (47.1 percent) were the entire subjects. Based on what has been studied so far, the following results can be made. First, standards for training facilities should be set up at a broader level and the utilization rate of secured training facilities should be improved and increased as well as quantitatively secured. Second, training facilities are desperately in need of serious research on training activities, abandoning stereotypes. Third, youth training facilities consisting of public institutions should be lavishly provided with institutional and material support from the government and local governments as a venue for the youth’s all-round lifelong education activities.

      • Research on The Enlightenment of High-Level Sports Teams to Grassroots Youth Training——Based on the Successful Experience of Chinese Track and Field Team in Recent Years

        In recent years, China s track and field achievements in the world championships have made rapid progress. It is of great significance to analyze the main reasons for the rapid growth of China s track and field achievements in recent years, and to sort out and study the training methods and training ideas, so as to serve the daily training of youth sports and boost the new path of track and field training of grassroots youth. This paper summarizes the experience of China s track and field achievements through logical analysis of literature, in order to get enlightenment for youth training. The research shows that: the national team athletes have a very clear training purpose, pay attention to technical training, rhythm training; Preparation activities in the training accounted for a large proportion, with the grassroots training has a large gap, pay attention to the training of the details; Have advanced training concept, and constantly try innovative training.

      • 유소년 스포츠 선수를 위한 심리기술훈련의 중요성 탐색

        Purpose: This study aims to emphasize the importance of psychological skills training (PST) for youth athletes through a systematic literature review and to provide relevant implications. Method: This study was conducted by systematically reviewing existing literature and previous studies related to youth sports through database searches. Relevant literature was systematically searched and analyzed to achieve the study’s objectives. Results: The literature review revealed the effectiveness, significance, and necessity of applying psychological skills training for youth athletes. Conclusion: First, psychological skills training holds significant importance for youth athletes. Second, psychological skills training should be implemented alongside technical and physical training for youth athletes. Third, it is essential to develop and apply psychological skills training programs tailored to the characteristics and developmental stages of youth athletes. Lastly, to maximize the effectiveness of psychological skills training for youth athletes, a shift in the perception of coaches is required. PST should be treated as an essential component of youth training, equal in importance to technical and physical training. This approach will foster the psychological growth and capabilities of athletes while laying the foundation for maximizing the long-term effects of psychological skills training.

        청소년이 바라는 청소년수련시설의 공간에 대한 탐색적 연구: 마포구 청소년 인터뷰를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 지역사회에서 청소년이 바라는 공간과 관련하여 실제적인 일상을 조사하고 청소년수련시설에서 청소년들이 이용하고 싶은 공간에 대한 생각과 의견을 심층적으로 탐색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 청소년수련시설을 알고 있거나 이용 경험이 있는 청소년 30명을 선정하여 2023년 8월 30일부터 9월 16일까지 그룹별 표적집단면접을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 인터뷰 질문은 연구진간 논의를 거쳐 만든 반구조화 된 질문지를 사용하였다. 면담을 통해 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, 3개의 대주제와 9개의 하위주제, 21개의 의미단위가 도출되었다. 첫째, ‘일상에서의 일화’에서는 마음 편하게 휴식할 공간을 찾아서, 폐쇄적 공간부터 개방적 학습공간까지, 골목에서 체육시설까지의 하위주제가 도출되었다. 둘째, ‘부족한 청소년 공간’에서는 휴식과 스트레스 해소를 위한 공간 부족, 고비용과 알맞지 않은 학습공간, 거리‧환경의 제약 없는 스포츠공간 부재가 드러났다. 셋째, ‘바라는 이용공간의 형태’에서는 머무를 수 있고 자유로운 휴식공간, 집중할 수 있고 학교급이 분리된 학습공간, 청소년 전용 실내 스포츠 공간이 제시되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 청소년 휴식공간의 확장과 적극적 홍보 방안 모색, 청소년 친화적 학습공간 구성, 청소년이 바라는 스포츠 공간으로의 재구성 등이 논의되었다. 본 연구는 청소년이 바라는 휴식, 학습, 스포츠공간과 관련하여 실제 청소년들의 일상 경험을 조사하고 탐구하면서 그 실상을 드러나게 하였으며, 청소년수련시설의 기능 중 하나인 청소년 이용 시설 측면에서 휴식, 학습, 스포츠 기능을 갖춘 공간에 대한 구체적 방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual daily life in relation to the space desired by youth in the community and to explore in-depth thoughts and opinions about the space that youth want to use in youth training facilities. To this end, 30 youth who know or have used youth training facilities were selected and a focused group interview was conducted for each group from August 30 to September 16, 2023. The interview questions in this study used a semi-structured questionnaire created through discussions between researchers. As a result of analyzing the data collected through the interview, 3 main topics, 9 sub-themes, and 21 semantic units were derived. First, 'everyday incidents' derived from finding comfortable spaces for relaxation, ranging from enclosed areas to open study spaces, from alleys to sports facilities. Second, 'the lack of youth spaces' revealed a shortage of spaces for relaxation and stress relief, inadequate and inappropriate study spaces due to high costs, and a lack of sports spaces without constraints of distance or environment. Third, 'the desired forms of utilization spaces' included a comfortable and free relaxation area, a focused and school-grade separated study space, and a dedicated indoor sports space for youth. Based on these findings, discussions were held on expanding youth relaxation spaces, exploring active promotional strategies, creating youth-friendly study environments, and reconstructing sports spaces according to the preferences of youth. This study is significant in that it presents a specific plan for a space with rest, study, and sports functions in terms of youth facilities, one of the functions of youth training facilities.

        청년고용정책 관련 법률에 관한 소고

        대한민국 헌법 제32조 제1항은 근로를 모든 국민의 권리로 규정하고, 이를 보장하기 위해 국가에게 고용 증진 노력 의무를 부여한다. 이에 따르면 모든 국민은 근로할 수 있는 권리를 보편적으로 보장받아야 한다. 만일 모든 국민들 중 어떤 특정 계층의 실업률이 두드러지게 높다면, 이들에 대한 국가의 고용 증진 노력이 미흡하거나, 노력의 방향 설정에 오류가 있음을 의미한다고 볼 수도 있다. 이 글은 청년고용정책 관련 법률 및 이에 근거한 사업들을 살펴봄으로써 현행 청년고용정책 방향의 타당성을 검토하였다. 법률에 나타나는 청년고용정책은 중소기업을 대상으로 하는 보조금 지원 및 청년을 대상으로 하는 직업능력개발훈련의 지원으로 구성된다. 중소기업에 보조금을 지원한다면, 그리고 청년구직자의 능력이 신장된다면, 청년취업이 늘어날 것이라는 생각이 전제되어 있어 보인다. 청년실업의 원인을 산업수요와 교육훈련의 괴리에서 찾고 있다. 이는 문제를 청년이 아닌 기업 관점에서 바라보았기 때문이다. 산업수요와 교육훈련의 괴리를 강조하면 할수록 효과성 있는 정책의 발견은 요원해진다. 전체 개인의 직업능력이 향상된다고 해서 일자리의 숫자가 늘어나는 것은 아니기 때문이다. 근로가 국민의 권리임을 상기한다면, 청년실업의 원인 또한 청년의 관점에서 바라보아야 한다. 이럴 경우에야만 청년들의 구직준비기간과 이직률을 줄여 청년실업률을 완화시킬 수 있는 정책이 나올 수 있게 된다. 청년의 관점에서 청년실업의 가장 큰 원인은 양질의 일자리 부족에 있다. 청년실업의 원인 중 하나로 이야기되는 학력 과잉 역시 양질의 일자리 부족에서 기인하는 청년들의 전략적 선택에 불과하다. 산업훈련과 교육훈련의 괴리 역시 일자리 부족을 전제로 청년들의 낮은 직업능력을 탓하는 것 역시 일자리 부족에서 기인한다. 따라서 청년고용정책의 방향은 양질의 일자리 공급으로 전환되어야 한다. Article 32 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea stipulates that all citizens shall have the right to work and the State shall endeavor to promote the employment. Therefore, all citizens should be guaranteed a universal right to work. If a ceratin social stratum’s high unemployment rate is particularly high, it may signal the government’s lack of endeavor to promote employment or a misguided policy. This paper aims to assess the feasibility of the current youth employment policy of the government by examining related laws and the government programs implemented on the basis of the laws. Youth employment policies stated in laws are either in the form of providing state subsidies or supporting job skill training programs for the youth. These policies seem to have an assumption that state subsidies to small and medium sized companies and the enhanced capabilities of young job seekers would lead to growth in youth employment, concluding that youth unemployment is attributable to the training programs failing to meet employer needs. However, this approach is too focused on employer perspectives. Highlighting the failing training programs makes it only difficult to develop an effective youth employment policy because enhanced individual capabilities do not translate into job creation. As all citizens have a right to work, we should recognize the cause of the youth unemployment problem from the viewpoint of the youth. This is the only way we can formulate an effective policy that can help decrease the duration of job-searching the labor turnover rate, thereby reducing youth employment. From the standpoint of the youth, the main culprit of the problem is a shortage of decent works. Overeducation is often cited as a cause of youth unemployment. Nonetheless, from the perspective of the youth, receiving higher education is just one of the strategies to land a decent work. The real cause of youth employment lies in job shortages, not in training programs or skill mismatch. Thus, youth employment policy should shift towards providing decent works.

        청소년 수련활동에 대한 중요도와 실행도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 입시 중심의 교육환경, 협동심 및 소통 역량 부족 등 청소년기 의 주요 스트레스 요인을 완화하기 위한 방안으로서 청소년 수련활동의 효 과를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 수련활동 참여 전·후의 청소 년 인식 변화를 분석하고, IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis) 기법을 적용하여 활동의 중요도와 실행도 간의 차이를 파악하였다. 분석 결과, ‘교 육과정’과 ‘시설’ 영역의 실행도가 중요도에 비해 낮아 운영 및 인프라 개선 이 필요한 것으로 나타났으며, ‘강사’ 영역은 전문성이 일정 수준 확보되었 으나 프로그램 기획 및 실행에서 보완이 요구되었다. 또한 교사 집단의 실 행도 평가는 학생보다 낮게 나타나 현장의 어려움이 반영되었음을 확인하였 다. 이에 따라 수련활동 교육과정의 내실화, 시설 개선을 위한 정책적·재정 적 지원 확대, 강사 및 지도 인력의 전문성 강화, 청소년 요구와 참여를 반 영한 프로그램 개발의 필요성이 제기되었다. 본 연구는 청소년 수련활동의 질 제고를 위한 정책 수립과 현장 운영 개선의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으 며, 향후 다양한 환경에서의 비교 연구를 통해 실천적 방안이 마련되기를 기대한다. This study identified that improving the quality of educational programs and facilities is a key challenge for youth training activities, which aligns with the findings of previous research. In particular, through the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) matrix analysis, this study presented specific areas that require priority improvement, thereby providing practical implications for policy development and field operation enhancement. Based on the findings, the following suggestions are proposed. First, it is necessary to enhance the educational curriculum of youth training activities. This includes setting educational goals that reflect the developmental characteristics and needs of youth, applying diverse teaching and learning methods centered on experience, inquiry, and cooperation, and establishing a systematic evaluation and feedback system throughout the pre-, during-, and post-activity stages. Additionally, programs should be linked with community resources and experts. Second, expansion of policy and financial support for improving training facilities is required. In addition to the expansion of basic infrastructure such as meals, hygiene, safety, and accommodation, modernization of facilities—including diversification of activity spaces (indoor and outdoor) and the introduction of ICT-based facilities—is necessary. For this, an increase in financial support from local governments and an integrated management plan at the central government level are needed. Third, it is essential to strengthen the professionalism of instructors and leaders. This can be achieved through regular in-service training, qualification-linked education programs, and practice-based competency enhancement courses. Furthermore, improvements in organizational culture that allow instructors to actively participate in the entire process of program planning, implementation, and evaluation with sufficient authority and responsibility are needed. Fourth, developing programs that actively reflect the needs and participation of youth is important. To this end, youth-centered program development processes—such as prior demand surveys, participatory workshops, and joint program planning—should be promoted. A cyclical program operation system that continuously reflects post-activity feedback must also be established. Finally, this study can serve as basic data for policy development and field operation improvement aimed at enhancing the quality of youth training activities. Future comparative studies across various regions, school types, and target groups (elementary, middle, and high school students) are required. Through such studies, customized strategies for revitalizing youth training activities suitable for specific regions and environments are expected to be established.

        청소년 수련활동에 대한 인식과 만족에 관한 연구

        The results of the study derived according to the research theme are as follows. Firstly. it was found that the youth participants felt satisfactory with the training activities; Its whole satisfaction degree was higher than average. It was disclosed that their satisfaction on the trainers was the highest among four factors which gave them satisfaction.It shows the fact that the quality and orientation of the training depend on the role of the trainers who can have close relationship with the trainees during the training period. The differences of satisfaction degrees between male and female students were not conspicuous. The result of analysis according to school grades showed that the eighth grade students got the highest satisfaction degree. The questionnaire needed to derive the results of this study consisted of 44 questions based on the questionnaire used in the study on the satisfaction and achievement of youth training activities studied by Kim Chang-hyun (2008), and the collected data processing program was used for processing the STSS 22.0 statistics. The results of the study show that students' awareness and satisfaction with training activities varied by student variants, and the corresponding improvement measures should first be prepared at a broader level and the standards of training facilities should be developed and quantitatively secured as well as improved and increased the utilization rate of the secured training facilities. Second, training facilities are in dire need of serious research on training activities, abandoning stereotypes. Finally, youth training facilities consisting of public institutions should be provided with substantial institutional and material support from the government and local governments as a venue for youth's overall lifelong education activities.

        비진학청소년의 자립을 위한 사회적 기업 성공요인 분석: 영국의 PM Training을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to identify the success factors of PM Training, the social enterprise in England to support self-reliance for unemployed & low-educated youth by providing job training and employment. I made a research model that is composed of six success factors for analysis by reviewing existing researches. I applied the research model to PM Training. The results are the followings. First, PM Training designed training program that has a close connection with Traineeship and Apprenticeship. So the organization was able to get government grant stably. Second, PM Training was able to manage Traineeship and Apprenticeship flexibly because the organization did not only provide training but also get profit through homeworks. Third, PM Training succeeded in developing a new business, officeworks by adapting well to the industrial structure and labor market in the community. And the organization was able to get public revenue and private resources simultaneously through the homeworks. And the organization reinvested profits to job training and employment and gave it back to community. Fourth, PM Training had a strong responsibility for youth and stick to the principles of respect and individualization of youth. Fifth, PM Training had a democratic process of decision making through board and executive team. Sixth, PM Training had partnership actively with companies of private and public sector. Finally I mentioned some implications and limitations.
