        자가근막이완운동과 스포츠마사지가 남자 대학생의 운동수행력 및 피로회복에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-myofascial release exercise (SMR) and sports massage (SM) treatment on exercise performance and fatigue recovery in male college students. METHODS: Twelve male college students (23.41±1.24 years, 174.33±6.75 cm, 71.57±9.63 kg, 17.01±6.48% fat) participated in the study. Subjects were randomly assigned to either an experimental treatment (SMR or SM) or control (CON). All subjects were performed with 1st treatment (CON, SMR, SM) for 10 minutes in the lower limbs before isokinetic exercise and Wingate test. After 1st treatment, Wingate test was performed for 30 seconds after performing isokinetic exercise at 240°/sec left and right 28 times. After isokinetic exercise and Wingate test (All-out), 2nd treatment was performed for 10 minutes. In order to analyze creatine kinase (CK) and lactate, blood was collected and measured 9 times in total. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the left and right endurance, maximal power, and total workload of the extension and flexor muscles measured by isokinetic exercise. In addition, there was no significant difference in the mean power (p=.116), maximum power (p=.214), fatigue index (p=.236), and total workload (p=.108) during Wingate test. In the case of CK and lactate levels, there was also no significant difference in treatment (CON, SMR, SM) and interaction effect except over time (p=.000, p=.000 respectively). CONCLUSIONS: In conclusion, it seems that fatigue recovery and exercise performance are not affected by self-myopia relaxation exercise and sports massage treatment for 10-minute before and after exercise.

        탈진적인 운동 후 초코우유섭취가 피로회복에 미치는 영향

        이 연구는 고강도 탈진적인 윙게이트 운동 후 초코우유 섭취가 2시간의 회복기 동안 피로회복에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 6명의 피험자를 대상으로 하였으며, 3회의 반복적인 윙게이트 운동을 통하여 피로를 유발한 후 물, 초코우유, 스포츠음료를 15분 후에 섭취시켰다. 혈액은 운동 전, 운동 후, 휴식 30분, 60분, 120분에 각각 채혈하였으며, 혈중 대사기질을 분석하였다. 회복 120분이 경과되었을 때, 4회째의 윙게이트 운동을 실시하여 회복율을 조사하였다. 호흡수, 산소포화도, 심박수 역시 측정하였으며, 유의한 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 최대파워/체중과 총일량은 초코우유와 스포츠음료가 물에 비하여 유의한 윙게이트 파워의 회복을 보였다(p<.05). 혈중 대사기질은 집단간 유의한 차이가 없었다. 이러한 결과는 고강도의 탈진적인 운동 후 초코우유 섭취가 스포츠음료와 같이 피로회복을 촉진시킨다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 또한 섭취량의 일반화를 위한 추가연구가 필요하다고 생각된다. We investigated the effect of chocolate milk (CM) ingestion after the strenuous Wingate exercise on fatigue recovery for 2-h. For this, six healthy male adolescents were subjected to the experiment. They were performed 3-times repeated Wingate exercise to induce fatigue and then they ingested water, CM, and sports drink (SP) after 15 min of the exercise. Blood was obtained at the pre-, post-exercise, 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 120 minutes, respectively and blood metabolites were analyzed. When recovery over 120 minutes, the 4th Wingate exercise was tested for calculating Wingate power recovery ratio at the 1st:4th of the test. Breathing frequency, oxygen saturation, and heart rate were also measured, however, did not showed significant changes. Wingate power recovery ratio of peak power per body weight and total works was significantly higher in CM and SP than water (p<.05). Blood metabolites did not show the significance among groups. These results suggested that chocolate milk ingestion after strenuous exercise facilitates fatigue recovery.

      • 기합유형에 따른 무산소성 운동능력 분석

        To investigate how the shouting types influence the capacity of anaerobic exercise, and lactic acid in this study, I carried out the wingate test with 17 male students who have weight training experiences. The shouting includes four types; shouting of measuring person, measuring person+subject, subject and no shouting. The results of this test are as followed. 1. The changes of the capacity of anaerobic exercise In the results of analysis of the muscle power by shouting types, A and B group have significantly higher maximum power, amount of total work and average power than D group. 2. The changes of the lactic acid When examining the results of lactic acid analysis according to shouting types, the results after the exercise are significantly higher than before the exercise. And also, the results of the recovery of 5, 10 and 15minutes are significantly higher than after the exercise. Therefore, when measuring the anaerobic exercise capacity, we could think that the environmental factors for the maximum muscular power are important, because the shouting types affect muscular power. And, we can consider that the methods dsof reducing the errors are to compose the measuring conditions through the mechanical voice, or to compose the shouting patterns as identically as possible. And also, it is considered that because the shouting and individual's performance are closely linked, the shouting is helpful to improve the ability of athletic performance, shouting could help enhance the performance during exercise.

        스프린터의 복합운동이 무산소성 파워와 등속성 운동능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate effect of combined exercise on anaerobic power and isokinetic performance in male sprinters. Fourteen high school students who were divided two groups: elite group (N=7, 17.71±0.75 yrs, 173.31±4.76 ㎝, 60.80±4.73 ㎏, 11.07±2.27 %fat) and non-elite group (N=7, 17.43±0.53 yrs, 173.84±7.82 ㎝, 62.91±6.44 ㎏, 12.46±2.89 %fat). A 8-weeks combined exercise/weight and ball exercise) consisted of three phases; warm-up, main exercise, and cool-down, was applied to the two groups. Before and After the program, Mean Power(MP)/BW, Peak Power(PP)/BW, and Fatigue Index(FI) were measured by wingate test and Knee Extension and Flexion were measured by isokinetic machine(Cybex) at 60°/sec, 180°/sec, and 240°/sec. and Analyzed by One-way ANOVA with repeated measure. For all analyses, p<.05 was considered statistically significant. As a result, 8 weeks combined exercise has significant differences on MP, and FI in anaerobic power. and also significant differences between(B) and within(W) groups and B×W on Left Extension and Flexion only at 60°/sec, 180°/sec, and 240°/sec, respectively(p<.05). Consequently, there was no consistency result between anaerobic power and isokinetic performance in this study. But it was possible to improve anaerobic and isokinetic performance in male sprinters. therefore we has to variety exercise applications to improve sprinters performance.

      • The Effect of Functional Training on the Physical Strength Factor of Elite TAEKWONDO Athletes

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of functional exercise program for 6 weeks(three times a week, 60 minutes / session) on eight elite Taekwondo players. The data were processed using SPSS/PC 18.0 program and the mean and standard deviation were calculated. The effect of functional exercise program was applied to the paired sample t-test. Results, Body composition items were weight(p <.001), BMI(p <.001), In addition, functional exercise program effect was Back strength(P <.01), sit-up(p <.01), repeated jump(p <.01) and side step(p <.01) were found to be effective in basic physical fitness items. In addition, there was statistically significant difference(p <.05) in all the measurement items as a result of Wingate test, an anaerobic exercise ability item before and after applying the functional exercise program. The maximal graded exercise test using treadmill showed a significant improve-ment(p <.05) in maximum oxygen uptake(VO2max), exercise duration, and blood lactate concentration. Results of this study, the functional exercise program used in this study is proposed as an appropriate program to improve the fitness factors required for Taekwondo training

        무산소성 운동능력의 평가방법 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare and verify the validation which was measured anaerobic exercise capacity by Wingate test; WT, Isokinetic test; IT and Trademill test; TT. Twenty-Seven healthy male collegiate students participated as subjects after signing an informed consent form.This study was used 3×5 two-way repeated measure ANOVA to analyze blood lactate acid concentration among three measure methods and five measurement periods(during rest, termination of exercise, 3, 5 and 10min of recovery).Peak power, mean power, total work, anaerobic power and anaerobic capacity of TT were the highest than other test. And except in resting, blood lactate acid of TT was highest all measurement periods compared with other test. And most of anaerobic power variables have significant correlation relation among the measurement methods.

        태권도 앞돌려차기 시 각 초당 횟수와 윈게이트 테스트변인과의 상관관계

        Purpose: The study is designed to investigate the relationship betwee nWingate test variables and the Apdollyeo Chagi count for 10, 20, 30 and 40 seconds. Method: All twenty healthy students who belong to department of sports science volunteered for this study. When measuring anaerobic motor ability, wingate anaerobic testw as used and each different weight was a-p plied for individuals by setting the weight given to the subjetc as weight × 0.075kp. The kicking times wer e measured in seconds (10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds and 40se conds). Pearson’s correlation has been applied between all the variables. The significant level of hypothesis verification is set-up as α=.05. Results: Based on the finding of the study, the following conclusion ahs been obtained. First, there was no statistically significant difference between the number of Apdollyeo Chagi per second and the WinGate var-i able. Second, there were significant correlations between the 01s records and 20s, 30s from Apdollyeo Chag i count. These results are due to differences in movement characetristics between the speed kick and bicycle s (Bicycle Ergometer) movement. Conclusion: These results suggest that differences between the speed kick movement and bicycles (Bicycle Ergometer) movement is thought to be due to differences in movement characteristics. Future research should continue to demand more research to improve Taekwondo performance and physical fitness.

        4주간의 βeta-alanine 보충이 등속성 및 무산소성 운동수행능력 향상에 미치는 영향

        Carnosine(Carn) is a dipeptide of β-Alanine and Histidine and occurs in high concentrations in skeletal muscle. Carn is highly effective in buffering H<SUP>+</SUP> over the physiological pH range, and probably the only such active compound where the concentration can be changed by diet. This study was performed to investigate the effect of 4 weeks β-alanine supplementation (6.4g/d) on isokinetic and anaerobic exercise performance capacity. Ten young elite swmmermale volunteers (25-30yrs) supplemented with 6.4g of β-alanine per day (4 times/d) during 4 weeks. Subjects undertook Wingate tests and isokinetic tests at 60°/s, 180°/s and 240°/s before and after supplementation. The Peak power(829±170 vs 946±127) and Fatigue Index(15.92±4.1 vs 19.44±3.1) were increased (p<.05) and Peak torque in flexor at 60°/s was increased(153±29 vs 186±39) with the supplementation (p<.01). These results indicated that the increased carnosine concentration by the β-alanine supplementation (6.4g/d) during 4 weeks in this study is likely contribute to both isokinetic and anaerobic exercise capacity.

        윈게이트 운동직후 세 가지 유형의 회복방법이 유도선수들의 혈중젖산농도와 중앙주파수에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 무산소성 윈게이트 운동직후 세 가지 유형의 회복방법이 근육의 피로정도를 어느 정도 회복시키는지를 알아보고자 12명의 유도선수들을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 세 가지 회복방법으로는 전신진동(whole body vibration, VibTx), 능동적 회복(dynamic recovery, DyTx) 및 수동적 회복(passive recovery, StaTx)방법을 이용하였다. 선수들의 생리적 회복정도를 파악하기 위하여 안정시, 운동직후, 운동 후 10분 및 운동 후 30분에 각각 혈중젖산농도와 근전도 상의 중앙주파수(median frequency)를 분석하였다. 실험결과, 젖산농도는 StaTx와 비교하여 VibTx와 DyTx에서 유의하게 감소하였고, VibTx와 DyTx에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 중앙주파수는 StaTx와 비교하여 VibTx와 DyTx에서 유의하게 증가하였고, VibTx와 DyTx에서는 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 무산소성 운동 후 회복방법으로 휴식과 같은 수동적인 방법보다는 가볍게 움직이거나 진동플레이트로 회복을 유도하는 것이 근피로 회복에 더욱 바람직하다고 결론지을 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of three recovery methods on blood lactate and median frequency after anaerobic wingate test. Twelve Judo athletes were conducted to undergo whole body vibration recovery (VibTx), dynamic recovery (DyTx), passive recovery (StaTx) by random assignment after anaerobic test using the wingate cycle tests on one week interval. Blood lactate concentration and electromyography`s median frequency of the subjects were measured immediately before and after the tests, 10 min and 30 min after the experiment. Blood lactate concentration was significantly decreased in VibTx and DyTx compared to StaTx. And median frequency of electromyography was significantly increased in VibTx and DyTx compared to StaTx. However, there was no significant difference of blood lactate concentration and median frequency in VibTx and DyTx after wingate cycle tests. In conclusion, we suggest that VibTx and DyTx may be more effective than StaTx in shortening the recovery time of muscle fatigue.

        12주간의 비시즌기 Conditioning-program 참여가 무산소성 운동능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is provision of basic data which is for playing ability of non-professional player. This study was implemented with twelve undergraduate students who are non-professional basketball-club player. They are divided into two teams which are training part(n=6) and un-training part(n=6). This study was investigated change in the part and difference of each part by participation in conditioning-program during preseason. The conclusion which is measured by Wingate anaerobic test(WAnt) will be made as follow. First, The Peck Power was showed significant (p<0.05) trend in training part. Second, The Average Power was showed significant (p<0.05) trend in training part. Third, Peck Power and Average Power are increased at the training part of two parts and were showed significant (p<0.05) trend. Finally, Fatigue Index was showed nonsignificant trend in all parts. Consequently, The Conditioning-programme which is tried in this study is effective in Anaerobic power improvement of non-professional player. It is needed additional and detailed measurement methods on the strength option of conditioning-program.
