신규 서비스 개발 시 사용자 참여 효과 및 활용 전략에 관한 연구

사용자 참여(User involvement)를 통한 신제품 또는 신규 서비스 개발이 내부 직원이나 외부 전문가 활용의 대안으로 각광받고 있다. 그러나 이러한 사용자 참여 방식이 궁극적으로 기업 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는지에 대한 정량적 연구는 미흡하며, 기존 연구들도 사용자 참여의 효과성에 대해 상충되는 결론을 내리고 있다. 본 연구는 최근 급성장하고 있는 국내 디지털 콘텐츠 산업에서의 신규 서비스 개발 시 사용자 참여 효과를 실증적으로 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 세부 활용 전략을 제시하고자 한다. 사용자 활용 현황 및 성과 창출 효과를 다각적으로 분석하기 위해 사용자 군을 선도 사용자와 일반 사용자로 구분하였고, 급진적 서비스와 점진적 서비스로 서비스 유형을 분류하였다. 서비스 개발 단계 또한 아이디어 발굴, 개발, 마케팅으로 나누어, 실제 사용자를 활용하고자 하는 기업들이 서비스 유형 및 개발 단계를 조합하여 적절한 사용자 활용 전략을 수립할 수 있도록 사용자 활용 전략 매트릭스를 제안하였다. User involvement in New Service Development(NSD) has attracted the limelight as a good method, but we still lack an empirical analysis of the effectiveness of user involvement. In addition, positive and negative determinants of user involvement in NSD have not often been dealt with in past research, and this deficiency has been identified as a barrier to the effective utilization and diffusion of user involvement in NSD. To our knowledge, this is the first study to empirically investigate the degree of implementation of user involvement in NSD, the effectiveness of user involvement, and the utilization strategy in the digital content industry. First, we reveal that ordinary user involvement is more effective for NSP performance than lead users or business partner companies. Second, we empirically demonstrate that the effectiveness of involving lead user and ordinary user in NSP is different according to the new service type and service development stage. Based on the results of our analyses, we suggest somestrategic directions for the companies who want to newly adopt or improve their current level of user involvement in NSD. We expect that the implications of this study will be utilized for efficient diffusion of user involvement in NSD and will eventually contribute to tangible achievements for companies in the digital content industry.

주류 인터넷 언론과 대안 인터넷 언론의 이용 비교

이 논문은 주류 인터넷 언론과 대안 인터넷 언론의 이용을 이용자 특성, 뉴스사이트에 대한 태도, 뉴스 이용 패턴의 측면에서 비교하였다. 그 결과 이용자집단간에 정치관심과 정치성향이 차이가 있었으며, 중복 이용자집단이 정치관심이 가장 높고 정치성향도 가장 진보적이었다. 뉴스사이트에 대한 태도 역시 이용자집단간에 유의미한 차이가 있었는데, 〈조선닷컴〉에 대한 신뢰도와 관여도는 〈조선닷컴〉 순수 이용자집단이 가장 높았고, 〈오마이뉴스〉에 대한 신뢰도와 관여도는 중복 이용자집단이 가장 높았다. 각 이용자집단별 두 사이트에 대한 태도 비교에서는 〈조선닷컴〉 순수 이용자 역시 〈조선닷컴〉보다는 〈오마이뉴스〉에 대한 신뢰도와 관여도가 더 높았으며, 두 사이트에 대한 태도의 차이는 〈오마이뉴스〉 순수 이용자집단이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 뉴스 이용 패턴에서는 〈오마이뉴스〉가 이용자당 평균이용시간, 평균 페이지수, 평균 방문일수 등 이용자 충성도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 중복 이용자집단은 〈조선닷컵〉보다 〈오마이뉴스〉의 이용충성도가 훨씬 높아 〈오마이뉴스〉 정향성을 보여주었다. 이상의 결과들은 이용자 규모가 작더라도 독특하고 차별화된 콘텐츠를 제공하는 뉴스사이트의 경우 충성스런 이용자집단을 가질 수 있으며, 뉴스사이트 성격에 따라 이용자집단이 분화될 수 있음을 시사한다. In this study, the use of mainstream online news sire and alternative online news sire were compared in the aspects of users' characteristics, attitude on online news sires, and using pattern. A survey was conducted for 182 mainstream-only users, 46 alternative online news users, and 47 both sires users. Also, their traffic data of online news sires were analyzed during the 16th presidential election. As a result, it was found that both sires users had the highest political interest and the most progressive political position among the user groups. In the aspen of users' attitude, mainstream-only users were most positive to the mainstream online news site and both sites users were most positive and more involved in alternative online news sire. Bur all user groups set higher credibility on alternative online news sire than mainstream online news sire. In the comparison of user size, mainstream online news sire has larger user size than alternative online sire. However, the user royalty, such as time per person, pages per person, and visiting days per person, was lower than that of the latter. These results suggest that small bur differentiated news sires have royal users, and online news users be segmented according to news contents.

학교공간혁신 사업을 위한 사용자 참여설계 적용 연구

As one of the essential elements of human life, space has a great influence on not only human emotions but also actions. In this respect, with a widening perception of the social need for considering the impact of today's school space on students, a school space innovation project for future education has been launched and implemented. This study was therefore aimed at presenting and analyzing a case of user-centered school space innovation in order to derive practical implications. To this end, the significance of user participation design and the school space innovation project were studied, and user assessment results for the user participation design project were analyzed. For the analysis, a survey was conducted on the members of Kunsan Sanbuk Middle School, and the collected data from 98 persons were verified with the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The followings are some findings from the analysis. First, the members who participated in the school space innovation TF team showed a high degree of involvement in the school space innovation project and the Minju Plaza project. Second, the spatial components of the Minju Plaza received high ratings from the survey respondents. Third, the group with a high involvement in the school space innovation project and the Minju Plaza project showed relatively higher user satisfaction scores than the group with a low involvement. This suggests that user participation design is effective and should be actively reflected in the improvement of school facility environment in the future. In addition, it is expected that the establishment of various measures to improve the degree of user involvement will accelerate the fulfillment of the ultimate goal of school space innovation needed for future innovation education. 공간은 인간생활의 필수요소 중 하나로 인간의 감정뿐만 아니라 행동에 많은 영향을 미친다. 이로 인해 오늘날의 학교공간이 학생들에게 미치는 영향에 대한 사회적 성찰의 필요성이 제기되었으며 미래교육을 위한 학교공간혁신 사업이 진행되고 있다. 이에 따라 사용자 중심의 학교공간혁신 사례를 제안 및 분석하여 실질적인 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 사용자 참여설계와 학교공간혁신 사업의 의의를 연구하고 사용자 참여설계 프로젝트에 대한 이용자 평가 결과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 군산산북중학교의 구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 98명의 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 26 프로그램을 통해 검증하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 학교공간혁신 TF팀에 참여한 구성원이 학교공간혁신 사업과 민주광장에 대해 높은 관여도를 나타냈다. 둘째, 민주광장의 공간구성요소는 높게 평가되었다. 셋째, 학교공간혁신 사업과 민주광장에 대한 관여도가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 상대적으로 높은 이용자 만족점수를 나타냈다. 이는 사용자 참여설계가 효과적이며 향후 학교시설 환경개선에 적극 반영되어야 한다는 것을 시사한다. 더불어 이용자의 관여도를 향상시킬 수 있도록 다양한 방안을 마련한다면 미래혁신교육에 필요한 학교공간혁신의 최종 목표에 한걸음 다가설 수 있게 될 것이다.

정신보건서비스에서의 이용자 참여

정신사회재활의 발달 과정에서 서비스 이용자의 참여는 지속적으로 확대되어 왔다. 이들 활동에는 이용자들간의 자조 활동, 동료 제공 서비스, 다양한 옹호 활동 등이 포함되는데, 이들은 모두 소비자/생존자 운동에서 유래된 회복 패러다임의 영향을 많이 받았다고 볼 수 있다. 이들 이용자 참여는 중증정신질환으로부터의 회복에 있어, 이용자들에게 일반적인 긍정적 효과에 추가하여 낙인의 극복, 능력강화, 왜곡된 시스템의 교정, 질환에 대한 새로운 지식의 공급 등에서 특별한 이점을 제공한다. 이 논문에서는 최근의 이용자 참여 활동의 장단점에 대해 고찰하고, 그와 관련된 문제들에 대한 해결책과 미래의 연구 과제에 대해 제안하고자 한다. User involvement in mental health services has been increasingly emphasized during the developmental history of psychosocial rehabilitation. These phenomena include peer-support activities among psychiatric clients, many kinds of user-run services, various advocacy activities, and so on. All of them have been developed under strong influence from the ‘Recovery paradigm’, which was originated from consumer/survivor movements. It has been proved that these user involvement activities have significant beneficial effect for the recovery from severe mental illness, especially in terms of overcoming stigma, empowerment of clients, corrective effects on distorted systems, providing new knowledge of illness, as well as broad positive influences on user themselves. In this article, the pros and cons of current user involvement in mental health services will be discussed. And solutions for some problems and future research agendas will be suggested.

The Effect of Esports Playability on User Satisfaction and Loyalty

The present study aimed to examine how playability attributes in various esports genres affect user satisfaction and loyalty and to investigate the moderating effect of sports involvement on the relationship between playability attributes and user satisfaction. The data (n = 500) of the current study were obtained based on a cross-sectional design targeting esports users in South Korea as the study population. A confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and measurement invariance test were performed to validate the measurement model. Additionally, a structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis and a multigroup SEM were conducted to test the research hypotheses. The results indicated that the mechanical, interactive, intrinsic, and interpersonal playability of esports significantly enhanced user satisfaction, which in turn increases user loyalty. Furthermore, esports involvement was found to moderate the relationship between esports playability and user satisfaction. By investigating these dynamics in the context of esports and user experience, this study contributes to the knowledge in both the esports and the sport consumer behavior literature. The findings of the present study can also offer useful guidelines for practitioners in the esports industry to provide optimal experiences for esports users.

Some implications were discussed for implementing and utilizing EA for public agencies

고령화 정책결정과정과 권력 재분배적 이용자 참여 연구

본 연구는 ``이용자 참여`` 분야를 선도적으로 이끌고 있는 영국의 고령자들은 어떻게 정책결정과정에 참여하고 있는지 2009년 여름 신설된 <전국고령화자문포럼>의 사례를 통해 살펴봄으로써, 여전히 하향식의 정책과정에 익숙한 우리 사회에 ``이용자 참여``에 관한 논의를 소개하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 우선, ``소비자주의`` 또는 통치담론 도구로서의 ``가식적``이용자 참여와는 다른 민주적 접근방법으로서 ``진정한`` 이용자 참여를 가능하게 하는 조건으로서, ``존중과 신뢰``, ``접근성``, ``실질적 지원`` 등 세 가지를 실천적 지표를 제시하였는데 이는 영국에서 서비스 이용자들이 제기한 민관파트너십의 성공 조건에 근거한 것이다. 즉, 진정한 ``이용자 참여``는, 이용자(여기서는 고령자)들에 대한 ``존중과 신뢰``를 바탕으로, 관련정책 결정과정에의 ``접근성``을 확보해 주고, 이를 위한 실질적인 ``지원``을 제공해 줌으로써 가능한 것이다. 이를 통해, 이들의 의견이 실질적으로 정책결정에 영향력을 행사하여 정책으로 반영될 때, 비로소 ``힘있는 자``들의 ``소외된 자``들을 위한 정책 결정이 아닌, 실제 이용자들이 그들 스스로의 정책을 만들어 내는데 기여할 수 있도록 해준다. 기존의 노인세대와 질적으로 다른 베이비붐 세대의 은퇴 이후를 준비하면서, 이들이 고령화 정책결정에 주체적으로 참여할 수 있도록, 정부의 적극적 접근과 실질적 지원을 기대해 본다. This study began by a research question whether or not a genuine user involvement based on power redistribution is possible, and by what conditions. The recently launched UK Advisory Forum on Ageing and older persons` involvement in the policy process is chosen as a case study as it represents a new initiative by the British government to "empower older people`s engagement" by establishing a consultation body at the national level. We understand that user involvement in the participatory democratic approach is feasible only when a meaningful power redistribution is made and that the power redistribution can be achieved by meeting the following three conditions. Firstly, older participants in the process shall need to be respected and trusted as equal partners. Secondly, opportunities to participate in the policy process, as well as practical support for it (such as provision of physical arena and of financial support to attend any meetings), shall be provided. Lastly, supports to develop older persons` human resources and capacity building for active participation are also required. Only when these three conditions are met, the user involvement can be referred as genuine, with power being distributed to so-far marginalised users. The con- clusion of this study is that for a genuine and successful user involvement in the policy process, the strong and continuous government support is necessary. The conclusion also includes implications for Korea where the desire for participation in policy-making process on ageing will be stronger around the time of retirement of the baby- boom generation in the foreseen future.

이용자 참여의 개념 구조

본 연구는 최근 장애인복지계에서 활발히 논의되는 이용자 참여의 개념구조에 대한 논의를 통하여 한국 장애인복지에 대한 함의를 도출하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 이용자 참여와 관련된 다양한 용어들을 정리하고, 이용자 참여의 개념 및 이해의 틀을 형성하기 위해 참여의 차원, 참여정도, 참여모델, 주요 동력 측면에서 설명하였다. 또한 구체적인 이용자 참여의 기제를 파악하기 위해 이용자 참여의 기본전제와 참여 영역, 지원요소에 대해서도 다각도로 논의하였다. 이를 기초로, 이용자 참여 활성화를 위한 한국 장애인복지의 과제를 이용자 참여의 영역과 지원요소의 틀(framework)에 의거하여 구체적으로 제시함으로써 한국 장애인복지에의 적용가능성을 높이고자 하였다. The purpose of this study is to find out implications which can be useful for the development of user empowerment and involvement in Korean disability services. Suggested implications are based on the earlier studies about the concept and areas of user involvement. In the theoretical review, this study compared several terminologies related to user involvement. For the depth explanation, this study described wide range of earlier studies. In addition to these descriptions, this study is exploring to show integrated theoretical framework including diverse areas, major initiatives, participation levels, models of purpose on user involvement. And to grasp ostensive understanding on specific mechanisms on participation practice, this study discussed various issues on basic assumptions, areas of involvement and supportive alternatives. Based on these theoretical examination, this study introduced concrete tasks related to policy, service organization, professional education and research to activate user participation in Korean disability services.

스마트홈 AIoT 서비스 영역 도출 및 사용자 관여도에 따른 유형화: 사례 분석을 중심으로

본 연구는 스마트홈의 IoT 서비스가 AI와 IoT를 결합한 AIoT로 발전함에 따라 사례 분석 중심의 AIoT 서비스 영역 도출 및 유형 체계를 구축하고자 했다. 먼저 AIoT Experience 정의와 특징을 정리한 후, AIoT 서비스 영역을 파악하기 위해 사례 수집 및 분석을 진행하였다. AIoT 제품/서비스 사례를 통한 간접적인 스마트홈 환경 파악을 위해 글로벌 IT 기업과 크라우드 펀딩 사례를 수집하였고, AIoT Experience 속성을 바탕으로 구축한 프레임워크로 분석하였다. 이를 활용해 Affinity diagramming 워크숍을 진행하였다. 그 결과로 12개의 AIoT 서비스 분야와 38개의 서비스 기능을 도출하였다. 분야와 기능들의 특징 중 통제 가능성과 자동화를 포괄하는 사용자 관여도가 공통 패턴을 강하게 보여, 이에 따라 저관여, 중관여, 고관여, 3가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 최종 도출된 유형별 특징에 따른 서비스 디자인 고려 사항으로 첫째, 저관여의 경우 AIoT 자동화의 비중이 높아져야 하며, 둘째, 중관여는 사용자와 AIoT 사이의 상호 작용이 필수적인 것을 알 수 있었다. 마지막, 고관여는 사용자의 직접적인 개입이 이루어질 수 있는 콘텐츠 구성이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 AIoT 서비스 유형 체계를 구축하고 각 유형에 따라 적합한 관여도 수준의 특징을 제안하였다는 점에 의의가 있다. This study sought to establish a typology and domain framework for AIoT services in smart homes through case analysis as smart home IoT services transition into AIoT. We initiated by defining the 'AIoT Experience' and its characteristics. Cases from major IT corporations and crowdfunding platforms were collected to gain insights into indirect smart home environments through AIoT product/service cases and were analyzed using an AIoT Experience-based framework. This analysis led to a workshop using Affinity diagramming, yielding 12 AIoT service domains and 38 functions. Distinct patterns of user involvement emerged, classifying services into low, medium, and high involvement. Key design considerations underscored the importance of AIoT automation for low involvement, essential interactivity for medium involvement, and the significance of direct user involvement in content for high involvement. Therefore, the significance of this research lies in its establishment of an AIoT service typology and its proposal of characteristics tailored to appropriate levels of involvement.

패 션의류 산업의 소셜네트워크 및 개인특성이 사용자만족에 미치는 영향: 관여도 및 SNS지속이용의도와의 관련성

본 연구는 패션의류 산업에 초점을 두고 소셜네트워크(SNS)특성 및 개인적 특성이 사용자만족에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 관여도의 조절적 역할에 대해 규명함과 동시에 사용자만족이 지속이용의도로 연결되는 과정 및 영향력을 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. SNS 및 이와 연관된 온라인 매체를 활용한 의류판매 비율이 점증하는 현 시점에서 패션의류 소셜네트워크의 지속이용의도를 형성하는 과정을 고찰하고, 이 과정에서 관여도에 따른 세부적인 만족형성 과정이 차이가 난다는 사실의 확인을 통해 실무적 SNS전략 도출방안을 모색하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 가설들에 대한 검증결과, 첫째, 여러 연구와 실무적 맥락에 근거하여 제시한 상호작용성, 유희성, 신뢰성, 최신성이 사용자만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정한 내용들은 모두 통계적으로 의미가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌으며, 이에 따라 의류패션 소셜네트워크의 특성화와 관련한 다양한 전략들을 제안하였다. 둘째, 개인적 특성에서 다양성추구와, 자기효능감은 사용자만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 개인혁신성은 사용자만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌는데 이에 따라 개인혁신성은 보다 강화하고 다양성과 자기효능감은 보완하는 방향의 전략을 제안하였다. 셋째, 기존의 여러 오프라인에서 확인한 관계맥락과 동일하게 사용자만족은 소셜네트워크의 지속 이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 이는 온라인, 오프라인에 관계없이 만족을 통한 관계강화전략이 지속사용의도로 이어짐을 확증할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 관여도는 신뢰성, 최신성, 다양성추구는 사용자 만족간에 유의미한 조절효과를 가지는 반면, 상호작용성, 유희성, 개인혁신성, 자기효능감은 기각되었으며, 이러한 통계분석 결과에 기반하여 관여도의 방향성에 관한 차이와 관련한 세부적인 전술방안들에 대해서 제안하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 토대로 의류패션 분야의 마케팅실무자들이 개별고객 중심의 시장요구에 부합하는 소셜네트워크를 통한 프로모션을 창출 및 구체적이고 실용적인 마케팅 전략의 통찰을 통하여 지속가능한 경쟁기업으로 성장할 수 있음을 제안하였다. Strategic adoption of SNS has emerged and become one of socially based cultural trends in fashion and garment industries. More and more firms in the fashion industry are using SNS(social network services) to provide information of their products and to communicate with their core customers. This study is to investigate the structural equation relationship of SNS properties and personal characteristics on user satisfaction, while reveal the interactions between users satisfaction and continuous use intention. These enable us not only to clarify whether there is any other relationships in the formation process of continuous use intention, but also to analyze any differences depending on user involvement. The survey was conducted for the samples experiencing the SNS search to get a fashion information. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted with SPSS 20.0 for final data being collected from convenience samples. In addition, structural equation modeling was used to find out the effect of the path analysis and modulation effects using AMOS 21.0. Empirical results suggest that most SNS properties and personal characteristics have a positive effects on user satisfaction except the individual innovation. The interaction between users satisfaction and the continuous use intention was very strong, which suggest that robustness of user satisfaction derives the sustainable use intention. Some influence factors related to involvement, which was uniquely hypothesized in this research were rejected and the degrees of influences were differently shown in each structural relationships. Finally, we propose strategic intents and managerial plans being concerned with the creation of the vivid SNS promotion methods in the various fashion industry.
