        The purpose of his study was to find out the effect of physical training with visual and auditory feedback for throwing skill in 20``s women. Methods The 30 subjects were participated in this study and randomly divided to three groups: physical training group, physical training with visual feedback, physical training with auditory feedback. We used softball game ball and instructed participation to over the head throwing. Degree of Skill was measured by scoring that the number of the balls exactly pointed the target. Target size was 180*180 and distance between line of throwing and target was 20m. Training was performed five times a week for two weeks. The subjects were instructed to throw 15 balls each and the accuracy of throwing was measured. Results There was significantly difference between pre and post training in three groups(p<.05). There was not significantly relationship of improving degree of throwing skill according training methods. Conclusion We suggest that physical training and physical training with visual and auditory feedback was effective training for improving motor skill and need more longitudinal study to find out influence of visual and auditory feedback.

        운동역학 : 숙련자와 비숙련자의 야구 투구 동작 비교 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relative characteristics of pitching motion and analyze the movement of non-throwing arm between two different levels of baseball pitching ability, by using DLT(the direct linear transformation) method of three-dimensional cinematography. Pitching analysis was limited as the movement from lifting left foot on the ground to ball release. And the movement was analyzed about main kinematic variables by phase. Independent t - test was used for determining significance of differences between groups. The results of the study were as follows :1) The unskilled group's left elbow and wrist joint located at the front of left shoulder until maximal cocking point. And the unskilled group didn't represent the movement that pulling left forearm toward chest.2) The skilled group had better continuous timing in throwing and non-throwing arm. Also, their movement was closer to link-system The unskilled group was unnatural in maximal linear velocity connection timing of throwing arm and linear velocity changing pattern of non-throwing arm.3) The skilled group had greater variation of rotation angle of shoulder joint in acceleration phase. In late cocking phase, rotation angular velocity of shoulder joint was increased in the skilled group and decreased in the unskilled group.4) Angular momentum increased on transverse, anteroposterior, longitudinal axis after the left foot landing point of time in the skilled group. That is to say, the skilled group transferred moment to distal segment after secure the state of stable base of support by rotation of upper body.

        초등학교 던지기 수업 개선 방안 연구

        본 연구에서는 초등학교 던지기 수업을 분석하고, 수업 개선을 위한 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해 D광역시 초등학교 체육전담 경험 교사 4명을 연구 참여자로 하여 질문지, 심층면담, 이메일을 통하여 자료를 수집하였고, 주제별 약호화와 분류방법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 연구 참여자들은 던지기 활동을 결과 지향적이고 기능이 필요한 과제, 위험한 과제(시설, 용구 등)로 인식하였다. 둘째, 던지기에 대한 경험이 있는 교사들은 과학적 원리에 대한 이해와 기초기능의 습득 및 다른 활동으로의 확대 적용에, 경험이 없는 교사들은 기록에 도전하는 태도에 각각 초점을 두고 지도하였다. 셋째, 수업의 어려운 점으로 제재 및 내용의 단조로움으로 인한 동기유발 어려움, 안전한 수업 공간·다양한 교구의 부족, 교사의 역량 부족 등을 들었다. 연구결과를 통한 던지기 수업의 개선을 위한 방안은 첫째, 교육과정에서 던지기 제재는 유치원에서 초등학교 고학년까지 운동발달 단계에 맞게 재구성되어야 한다. 둘째, 교사자질 함양을 위해서는 예비교사교육 과정과 현직 연수과정이 연계성이 있는 지속적인 과정으로 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 안전한 물리적 환경과 활용 가능한 교구 확보를 위한 행정적 지원과 함께 교사들의 인식 전환이 필요하다. This research aims at analyzing throwing classes in elementary schools, and finding ways to improve the class. To accomplish this goal, 4 teachers with the experience of taking full charge of P.E. class at the elementary schools in D metropolitan city were selected as subjects, and data was collected through questionnaires, in-depth study and e-mails, and then analyzed in the method of encoding and categorization by topic. As the study result, first, the research subjects recognized the throwing activity as an outcome-oriented task demanding functions and a dangerous task(facilities, tools and etc.). Second, the teachers with the experience of throwing guided students with focus on the understanding of scientific principles, acquisition of basic functions and extended application to other activities, and those without the experience with focus on the attitude to challenge to record. Third, they mentioned the difficulty in motivation owing to the monotonous topics and contents, lack of safe class space, various teaching tools and teachers capability and etc. As for the improvement measures of the throwing class through research results, first, the topic of throwing in the curriculum must be reorganized fit for the physical developmental stages from kindergarten to the upper grades of elementary schools. Second, cultivation and improvement of teachers qualifications have to be conducted as a consistent process in connection to the preliminary teacher training curriculum and the training course for the present teachers. Third, in order to secure safe physical environment and applicable teaching tools, administrative support and the change in teachers recognition are necessary.

        2011 대구세계육상선수권대회 여자 포환던지기 결선경기의 운동학적 분석

        The purpose of this study was to provide quantified data on the throwing skills of world-class athletes and to analyze the kinematic variables for women shot-putters at the IAAF World Championships Daegu 2011. Three-dimensional motion analyses of the eight players who qualified for the final round were carried out to obtain the data. The Kwon3D XP program was used for image analysis of the kinematic data, which included the configurations of each joint. The following conclusions were arrived at. The throwing distance increased with an increase in the release speed, and a significant correlation (p <. 01) was observed between the throwing distance and release speed. It was also shown that players using the spin technique increased their release speed with a fast shoulder-rotation-angle speed. The release height varied with their height and showed a significant difference with the record. This showed that the release angle did not greatly influence the record for the game, but varied with their technical and physical characteristics. Therefore, an increase in release speed is required to improve the record.

        2011 대구세계육상선수권대회 남자 포환던지기 결선경기의 운동학적 분석

        This study had two purposes. The first was to analyze the period of the final record set by the male shot-putters in the IAAF World Championships, Daegu 2011 from the point of view of kinematics. The other was to identify an efficient movement for shot putting based on the analysis. The research used the eight finalists of in the championship as subjects. We analyzed the seven most important kinematic factors in shot putting based on the type of technique: the execution time of the delivery phase, release velocity, release angle, release, center of mass (COM) velocity, and shot trajectories, The analytical results showed the following average figures for the record 12 meters: execution time of the delivery phase: (0.19 s), release height: (2.06 m), release angle: (34.68°), release velocity: (13.25 m/s), angular velocity of shoulder: (922.38°/s), and angular velocity of pelvis: (479.50°/s). Further, the results showed that the highest COM velocity was 2.25 m/s and the shot trajectories were close to a straight line in the release phase.
