        A study on the Deriving Requirements of ARGO Operation System

        Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI) has been developing one mobile and one stationary SLR system since 2008 named as ARGO-M and ARGO-F, respectively. KASI finished the step of deriving the system requirements of ARGO. The requirements include definitions and scopes of various software and hardware components which are necessary for developing the ARGO-M operation system. And the requirements define function, performance, and interface requirements. The operation system consisting of ARGO-M site, ARGO-F site, and Remote Operation Center (ROC) inside KASI is designed for remote access and the automatic tracking and control system which are the main operation concept of ARGO system. To accomplish remote operation, we are considering remote access to ARGO-F and ARGO-M from ROC. The mobile-phone service allows us to access the ARGO-F remotely and to control the system in an emergency. To implement fully automatic tracking and control function in ARGO-F, we have investigated and described the requirements about the automatic aircraft detection system and the various meteorological sensors. This paper addresses the requirements of ARGO Operation System.       • Requirements Engineering을 적용한 ISO26262 대상 제품의 요구사항 분석에 대한 Case Study

        The standard ISO 26262 is an adaptation of the Functional Safety standard IEC 61508 for Automotive Electrical /Electronic Systems. This paper provides systematic approach to perform the development of functional safety requirement using requirements engineering related method in order to comply with ISO26262 "Part3. Concept phase,"Part4. system leveland describes how to efficiently integrate functional safety requirements and general functional requirements. First of all, goal-driven requirements development approach which is based on requirements engineering method will be applied to combine safety goal derived from HARA (Hazard Analysis Risk Assessment) and system goal of system functional requirements. Next, it present how to efficiently specify system functional safety requirements using requirements engineering related method which includes safety measure to minimize potential risk of system. Presented requirements engineering approach and method will be explained in detail with case study which is applied ISO26262 target product. Those concrete approaches facilitate the development of functional safety requirements without trial and error and contribute to concentrate on development of safety critical system.

        컨텍스트 인지 시스템을 위한 요구사항 도출 및 명세화 방법

        컨텍스트 인지 시스템에서 컨텍스트는 매우 중요한 요소이지만, 기존 요구공학은 컨텍스트를 도출하고 명세화하는 방법을 지원하지 못하기 때문에 이를 지원할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 컨텍스트 인지 시스템의 요구사항을 효과적으로 도출하기 위한 방법과 명세화 방법을 제안한다. 논문에서 제안하는 요구사항 도출 방법은 6단계로 구성된 점진적이고 반복적인 프로세스로서 비즈니스 로직을 위한 요구사항을 먼저 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 컨텍스트 로직을 위한 요구사항을 파악하고, 컨텍스트 모델링과 서브시스템 식별 등의 작업을 수행한다. 요구사항 명세화 방법으로는 컨텍스트 인지 유스케이스 다이어그램, 컨텍스트의 개념을 표현할 수 있는 컨텍스트 다이어그램, 컨텍스트 타입에 영향을 받는 유스케이스를 표현하는 컨텍스트타입-유스케이스 의존 다이어그램을 제안한다. 논문에서는 또한 제안한 방법을 적용한 시스템에 대한 사례연구를 소개하고, 이를 정성적으로 평가한 내용을 제시한다. 본 연구는 이해관계자가 컨텍스트 인지 시스템의 요구사항을 효과적으로 파악하고, 이를 명확히 기술하며, 이해할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 수 있다. Even though context is the most important feature in context-aware systems, the existing requirements engineering cannot support methodology for elicitation and specification of contexts. In this paper, we propose a requirements elicitation method and a requirements specification method for context-aware systems. Our requirements elicitation method is a 6-stepped, incremental, and iterative process. At the beginning steps in the process, we identify the requirements for business logic. Afterwards, we gather the requirements for context logic, model contexts, and identify subsystems. For requirements specification, we suggest a context-aware use case diagram, a context diagram for context modeling, and a context-type-use-case-dependency diagram for the traceability of use cases on the change of context types. We also introduce a case study that we apply our approaches to a real system, and a qualitative evaluation of our approaches. Our study will help stakeholders to efficiently elicit requirements for context-aware systems and to specify them clearly.

        공공정보화사업 제안요청서 품질분석 : 시스템 운영 개념을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: 'organization status', 'desired changes', and 'operational constraints'. The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders‘ requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

        법원의 공소장변경요구제도에 대한 비판적 고찰

        Though Indictment Modification System is an element of adversary system, Indictment Modification Requirement System is an element of inquisitional system prepared to acknowledge authoritative intervention of the court in order to supplement Indictment Modification System. To discuss the legal nature of the system, it should be decided by Indictment Modification Requirement System itself, and unlike existing theories or precedents, Indictment Modification Requirement should be considered as a right and duty of the court at the same time through reviewing revision object of the Criminal Procedure Law which introduced the system, and comparing the regulations of Japanese Criminal Procedure Law. In the view of Indictment Modification Requirement System as a right and duty of the court, if the court required for modification of an indictment within the recognition range of criminal fact and identity, the required criminal fact becomes the substantive subject of judgment, and the defense right of the accused is considered to be exercised; therefore, considering if there is a substantive disadvantage or not in exercising defense right of the accused, it is possible for the court to make a decision on the criminal fact that required modification of indictment. In respect of adversary system, as it is true that indictment modification requirement of court is an exception of adversary system, it is necessary to be circumspect in indictment modification requirement of court respecting the chance of application for indictment modification of prosecutor during the trial examination; however, to declare innocent on the criminal fact in a situation of no application for indictment modification, even if there is admissible criminal fact, with a passive demeanor that regards indictment modification requirement as discretion of court, gives the accused an unfair profit, and results in against finding of substantial truth. Thus, it is expected to contribute the requirement system to perform appropriate role in accordance with the purpose of criminal suit, which is finding substantial truth according to reasonable procedure by reviewing the legal nature and effect of Indictment Modification Requirement System of court critically.

        고교 학점제 도입의 문제와 과제

        이 연구는 최근 교육부에서 추진하고 있는 고교학점제를 폭넓게 이해하고, 그것이 고교 교육에 의미하는 바를 교육과정 측면에서 천착하기 위한 것이다. 먼저 교육부가 정의하는 고교학점제를 이전의 단위제나 대학의 학점제와 비교 검토하고, 그 근원이 된 미국의 고교단위제를 살펴보았으며, 우리나라에서 고교학점제를 둘러싼 최근 논의를 종합 비교해 보았다. 교육부에서는 고교학점제를 ‘학생이 진로와 적성에 따라 자신이 원하는 다양한 과목을 선택하여 이수하고, 누적된 학점이 일정한 기준에 도달할 경우, 졸업을 인정받는 제도’라고 하나, 엄밀히 말하면 고교 학점제는 필수과목이든 선택과목이든 상관없이 적용될 수 있는 제도이다. 이점에서 본 연구에서는 ‘개별 과목에 부여된 학점의 성공적 이수와 등록학기를 누적하여 학년을 진급하고 졸업에 이르는 학사관리제도’로 정의하였다. 또한 그 중요요건은 과목이수요건, 학년진급요건, 졸업요건으로 보았다. 아울러 교원단체에서 고교학점제 선행요건으로 드는 교사별 평가권 확보와 절대평가 등이 지닌 문제점과 이를 극복하는 방안을 살펴보았다. 또한 고교학점제가 단순히 수업이나 학습의 양적 계량이 아닌 질적 관리를 추구함에 있어서 도입목적의 규명, 정의와 대상 규정, 과목이수조건과 학년진급과 졸업요건, 나아가 성적평가와 후속조치 등을 탐색해보았다. The research aims to achieve comprehensive understanding of the high school credit system lately prosecuted by the Ministry of Education in the Republic of Korea, and to inquire into it s meaning to high school education in terms of curriculum. For the first step, we compared and weighed the Ministry s definition of the credit system to former unit system and college credit system. Then we continued to look into the high school credit system in the United States, the root of our new credit system. For the last, we collected discussions regarding the credit system and studied. The Ministry of Education claims that the high school credit system is: A system which a student may choose various courses by his or her aptitude and future career and graduate when accumulated credits reach above the threshold. However, speaking strictly, the credit system can be applied to both mandatory and elective courses. In this regard, we defined it an academic management system that graduation is reached by a combination of school years and accumulated credits assigned for individual courses . We sought that the crucial requirements were course completion requirements, grade promotion requirements, and graduation requirements. In addition, we studied issues and solutions to the prerequisites demanded by the teacher s associations including individual instructor s evaluation right and criterion-based evaluation. Moreover, in the pursuit of qualitative management rather than quantitative measurement of class and learning time, this research delved into establishing the purpose of adoption, the definition, the target, the terms of course completion, grade promotion, and graduation, furthermore, grade evaluation, and follow-up steps.

        In this paper, we discuss about requirements of electrical and electronics system design for pilot miner. The pilot miner is one of the unique system as a kind of working ROV. We already developed test miner, MineRo, which verified the concept of manganese nodule miner. And we are now designing the pilot miner to examine the concept of commercial miner. The electrical and electronics system of pilot miner is more complex and larger than MineRo system. In the view of requirement engineering, system designers has many uncertainty and ambiguity in system functional definition. In order to reducing those facts, requirements are predetermined using requirement analysis process, so we could use this for having wide applications like design rules, manufacturing specifications and management manual, etc.

        요구조건 기준의 개발 수행을 위한 우주발사체 개발사업의 실제적인 요구조건-검증 관리 체계

        For the success of system development, it is necessary to systematically manage the requirements that are the basis of system development and its verification results. In order to follow the principles of SE(Systems Engineering)-based V&V(Verification&Validation) process, requirements can be managed by securing the requirements and their establishments, design compliances, and verification compliances according to the system development lifecycle. Especially, in a large-complex system research and development project, such as a space launch vehicle development project, many participants establish, verify, and validate numerous requirements together during the project. Therefore, logical and systematic requirements management, including guarantee of data integrity, change history, and traceability, is very important for multiple participants to utilize numerous requirements together without errors. This paper introduces the practical requirements and verification management for the requirements-based development process in the space launch vehicle development project.

        디자인 물품분류체계 개발을 위한 사용자 요구사항 분석

        Since the international design registration application system introduced and applied in Korea from July of 1st in 2014, which based on the Geneva Act of Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs, the Locarno classification has been adopted as an official classification in Korea. However, the Locarno classification is not suitable for the examination environment in Korea, because it is a administrative classification system that presupposes partially-examination system. For this reason, Korea examination system still keeps on following the Korean design classification as a classification for examination, but this situation causes various problems such as the inefficiency of examination and increasing applicant' confusion. For this reason, Korea authority is now making great efforts to develop and introduce a new design classification system for solving this problem. The purpose of this study is to find user requirements to be reflected in the development of the new design classification system. From the research studies, a satisfaction survey on the current classification system was conducted with the expert users of the design classification system, and I found that 17 user requirements. Also, I founded the user requirements are so diverse throughout the classification system, that the improvement of the classification system is much required, and the direction of improvement should be the way of enhancing usability of the classification system and also strengthening the basic function.

        Design Requirements in Software and Engineering Systems

        The subject of "Design Requirements" (DR) is central to the design of software and engineering systems. The main reason for this is that quality aspects are usually closely tied to requirements, among other things. In this review paper, we consider how the subject of requirements is being managed in these two seemingly different design disciplines. Two important aspects are covered, namely: (a) requirements development, describing various activities leading to requirements documentation, and (b) requirements change management, describing various activities needed for the proper treatment of the inevitable changes in requirements. Similarities and differences on how these two aspects are handled in software and engineering systems are highlighted. It is concluded from this literature survey that the management of software requirements is quite coherent and well established as a science. On the other hand, management of engineering systems requirements suffer from being unstructured, in particular when requirements changes are involved. Important gaps and future important research areas are identified.
