        Relationship between Success Influence Factors and Success Performance Factors of Sports Websites

        이 연구는 스포츠 웹 사이트의 성공영향요인과 성공성과요인의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 실시하였다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 생활체육에 참여하는 회원 중 스포츠 관련 정보를 제공하는 웹 사이트를 이용하는 성인 총 405명의 설문자료를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 설문은 SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 스포츠 웹 사이트의 성공영향요 인과 성공성과요인의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 성공영향요인은 성공성과요인의 하위변인(신뢰, 몰입, 만족) 모두와 정적 인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 웹 사이트의 성공영향요인과 신뢰의 관계를 살펴본 결과 성공영향요인 의 하위변인 모두는 신뢰에 정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠 웹 사이트의 성공영향요인과 몰입의 관계를 살펴본 결과 성공영향요인의 하위변인 중 시스템품질, 정보품질, 서비스품질에서 몰입에 정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 스포츠 웹 사이트의 성공영향요인과 만족의 관계를 살펴본 결과 성공영향요인의 하위변인 중 정보품질과 서비스품질에서 만족에 정적인 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to establish the relationship between success influence factors and success performance factors of sports websites. To attain this end, this study analyzed survey data from a total of 405 adults who are active participants of sports for all and are using websites that provide sports-related information. Data collected from the questionnaire were processed and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 for frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability testing, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings were as follows: First, as a result of examining the correlation between success influence factors and success performance factors of sports website, success influence factors showed positive correlation with all sub-variables (trust, immersion and satisfaction) of success performance factor. Second, as a result of examining the relationship between success influence factors and trust performance factor of sports websites, all of the sub-variables of success influence factor showed a positive influence on trust. Third, as a result of examining the relationship between success influence factors and immersion performance factor of sports website, it was found that immersion is positively influenced by success influence factors such as system quality, information quality and service quality. Fourth, as a result of examining the relationship between success influence factors and satisfaction performance factor of sports websites, it was found that success influence factors such as information quality and service quality have positive influence on satisfaction.

        This study was conducted to establish the relationship between success influence factors and success performance factors of sports websites.         실리콘밸리 플랫폼 기업생태계의 성공요인에 관한 탐색적 연구: IPA 분석과 질적 분석을 중심으로

        최근 글로벌 시장에서 플랫폼 산업이 급격히 성장함과 동시에 경쟁이 심화되고 있으며, 향후 다양한 산업분야와 접목하여 플랫폼 산업의 영역과 범위는 더욱 확대될 전망이다. 따라서 플랫폼 시장에서 국내 플랫폼 기업들이 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 플랫폼 비즈니스 생태계 및 성공요인에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 그러나 최근 플랫폼 관련 연구는 플랫폼 비즈니스 현황분석, 플랫폼 경제, 플랫폼의 간접 네트워크 외부성 등의 특성에 관한 이론적 연구가 대부분을 차지했다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존 선행연구들에서 제안되고 있는 실리콘밸리 기업생태계의 성공요인들을 통합적으로 분석하고, 동시에 실제 실리콘밸리 플랫폼 기업생태계의 이해관계자들을 대상으로 추출된 성공요인들을 분석하였다. 그리고 이러한 요인들을 기반으로 플랫폼 기업생태계 이해관계자들에게 성공방안을 제안하기 위한 방안으로 IPA분석과 심층인터뷰(in-depth interview)를 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 선행연구들을 통해 수집한 성공요인들 중 비교적 현재 실리콘밸리에서 중요도와 만족도가 모두 잘 유지되고 있는 요인은 인력, 자본, 도전문화가 확인되었다. 결국 현재의 실리콘밸리가 우수한 인적자원과 풍부한 자본을 바탕으로 이를 활용해 마음껏 도전해볼 수 있는 환경과 문화가 조성된 것이 실리콘밸리의 플랫폼 비즈니스의 성공에 가장 크게 기여하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 한편, 실리콘밸리의 플랫폼 기업생태계에 있어서 중요도는 높지만, 현재 이해관계자들의 만족도가 상대적으로 낮게 나타나는 요인으로는 ‘활발한 기업 간의 학습과 벤치마킹’, ‘구성원 간의 강한 유대감과 협력관계’임을 확인되었고, 향후 해당 요인들을 강화하기 위한 관심과 노력이 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. 마지막으로 최소한의 관리만이 필요한 요인들은 시장의 자율경쟁에 필요한 제도 및 정책들과 ‘기업지원 서비스 산업’, ‘네임밸류’, ‘분사창업’ 등이었으며, 이러한 요인들은 문헌조사에서는 중요하게 지적되었지만, 시대와 환경의 변화로 인해 그 중요도와 만족도에 있어서 우선순위가 낮아졌다는 연구결과가 도출되었다. 본 연구는 기존 선행연구들에서 제안되고 있는 실리콘밸리 기업생태계의 성공요인들을 통합적으로 분석하고, 동시에 실제 실리콘밸리 플랫폼 기업생태계의 이해관계자들을 대상으로 추출된 성공요인들을 분석하였다는데 이론적 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 또한, 추출된 다양한 요인들을 기반으로 IPA 분석을 통해 중요도 및 만족도를 동시에 살펴보았다는 점에서 또 다른 학문적 의의가 있다 하겠다. 실무적인 시사점으로는 정부 및 기업에게 국내 플랫폼 기업의 성장을 위한 이론적 근거와 플랫폼 기업 생태계의 성공요인에 대한 구체적인 정보를 제공함으로써 국내 플랫폼 생태계 형성에 기여하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다. Recently, the platform industry is rapidly growing in the global market, and competition is intensifying at the same time. Therefore, in order for domestic platform companies to have global competitiveness in the platform market, it is necessary to study the platform business ecosystem and success factors. However, most of the recent platform-related studies have been theoretical studies on the characteristics of platform business status analysis, platform economy, and indirect network externalities of platforms. Therefore, this study comprehensively analyzed the success factors of Silicon Valley's business ecosystem proposed in previous studies, and at the same time analyzed the success factors extracted from stakeholders in the actual Silicon Valley platform business ecosystem. And based on these factors, an IPA analysis was conducted as a way to propose a success plan to stakeholders in the platform business ecosystem. As a result of the analysis, among the success factors collected through previous studies, manpower, capital, and challenge culture were identified as factors that are relatively well maintained in both importance and satisfaction in Silicon Valley. In the end, it can be seen that the creation of an environment and culture in which Silicon Valley can use it to challenge itself based on excellent human resources and abundant capital contributes the most to the success of Silicon Valley's platform business. On the other hand, although it is of high importance to Silicon Valley's platform corporate ecosystem, the factors that show relatively low satisfaction among stakeholders are 'learning and benchmarking among active companies' and 'strong ties and cooperation between members', and it is analyzed that interest and effort are needed to strengthen these factors in the future. Finally, the systems and policies necessary for market autonomous competition, 'business support service industry', 'name value', and 'spin-off start-up' were important factors in literature research, but the importance and satisfaction of these factors were lowered due to changes in the times and environment. This study has academic implications in that it comprehensively analyzes the success factors of Silicon Valley's business ecosystem proposed in previous studies, and at the same time analyzes the success factors extracted from stakeholders in the actual Silicon Valley platform business ecosystem. In addition, there is another academic implications that importance and satisfaction were simultaneously examined through IPA analysis based on these various extracted factors. As for academic implications, it is meaningful in that it contributed to the formation of the domestic platform ecosystem by providing the government and companies with concrete information on the success factors of the platform business ecosystem and the theoretical grounds for the growth of domestic platform businesses.

        퍼지모형을 이용한 기업의 경쟁력 평가에 관한 사례연구

        기업의 경쟁력 평가를 위한 핵심성공요인들에는 비계량적 요인들이 포함되며, 점차 이에 대한 측정의 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 예컨대, 최근에 개발된 성과측정을 위한 균형성과표에는 무형요인의 측정을 강조하고 있지만, 이러한 무형요인과 같은 질적 측정치에 대한 체계적 평가 방법은 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 본 연구의 목적은 ① 무형요인에 대한 질적 측정이 실무적으로 가능하도록 하는 것이며, ② 계량적 및 질적 측정에 의한 다양한 차원의 측정치를 통합하여 하나의 종합척도를 개발함으로써 기업의 전반적 경쟁력 지표를 나타낼 수 있는 방법을 제시하는 것이다. 먼저 무형요인에 대한 측정방법에는 계량적 대용물을 이용하는 방법과 적절한 척도에 의한 주관적 판단의 방법이 있다. 이 중 적절한 척도에 의한 주관적 판단을 위하여 퍼지개념을 도입하여 새로운 성과측정 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 본 논문에 적용된 퍼지모형에 의한 경쟁력 평가단계는 다음과 같다. ① 문제의 계층구조를 경쟁력, 핵심성공요인, 성과측정 등으로 파악하고, ② 핵심성공요인들의 상대적 중요도를 언어 변수로 측정한 후, ③ 퍼지개념을 적용하여 성과측정이 이루어진다. 여기에서 질적 요인들은 언어변수로 측정하고, 계량적 요인들은 퍼지숫자를 정규화하는 과정을 거치게 된다. 마지막으로 ④ 핵심성공요인들의 상대적 중요도를 가중치로 해서 퍼지화된 성과측정치를 가중평균하여 전반적 경쟁력의 종합지표를 개발하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 경쟁력 평가를 위한 퍼지모형을 전통적 5점 척도모형과 비교하기 위하여 사례 연구가 행해졌으며, 연구 결과 퍼지모형의 우수성이 입증되었다. Because what gets measured gets improved, performance measures are critical for an organization's success. But critical success factors for competitiveness contain many qualitative measures, there are lots of difficulties in evaluating the business competitiveness. The challenge for management accountants is to measure the unmeasurable, to develop a set of measures that capture the true essence of critical success factors. Even though the link between business competitiveness, critical success factors and performance measures has been widely recognized, its implementation presents several pitfalls. More precisely, two major problems usually have to be addressed: ① measuring those critical success factors that are qualitative in nature (intangible critical success factors), such as, for instance, corporate image, technological competence, learning, culture, employee morale, ② proceeding from the various critical success factor measures, expressed in heterogeneous metrics, to an overall assessment of business competitiveness with respect to competitors and, thus, to determination of a company's overall rank. This article is aimed at showing the potential of the fuzzy set theory to integrate management accounting and strategy. More precisely, the objective of this article is to describe a fuzzy linguistic framework to link business competitiveness, critical success factors and performance measures. Indeed, the fuzzy model can effectively address both the above problems by allowing metrics to be defined which can evaluate intangible factors and deal with heterogeneous measures. The implementation of fuzzy linguistic framework requires the following steps : ① develop a hierarchical structure of the problem in terms of business com-petitiveness, critical success factors, corresponding performance measures, and firms to be compared ; ② determine the relative importance of critical success factors in contributing to the business competitiveness; ③ assess the companies performance with respect to each critical success factor ; ④ calculate the overall competitiveness of each company, by weighting the performance measures with their relative importance and ranking them. This article presents an example case study to illustrate how the fuzzy linguistic framework can assess business competitiveness on the basis of critical success factors and performance measures. In consequence, the fuzzy model for competitiveness evaluation described in this article is superior to other approaches in management accounting.

        On exploring the success factors of the logistics information system to promote exports

        Purpose: Currently, in order to increase the efficiency of the logistics information system, it is important to collect, process and process the obtained information, and to establish a network that can provide or manage the information. The study of critical success factors (CSFs) for the implementation of logistics information systems is rather lacking and fragmentary. The aim of this study is to investigate the key success factors of logistics information system to increase export competitiveness at national level and to calculate its importance. Research design: This study has searched the key success factors of the logistics information system and its significance with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methodology based on the previous studies and expert opinions. This will allow to approach Korea in terms of export competitiveness. In this study, the relative importance of policy alternatives related to success factors for export revitalization will be grasped through sensitivity analysis, and additional implications will be described by analyzing changes between alternatives according to the importance changes of success factors. Data, and methodology: The following analysis results were searched with this survey data. First, the search for key factors in the export performance of logistics information systems includes industry competition level, consumer needs, industrial infrastructure, cooperation of other departments, financial level, human resources, IT infrastructure, IT organizational structure, top management support . Second, in this study, the AHP questionnaires were prepared based on the factors that were previously estimated. Results: It can be seen that the internal resource (0.483) is a little more than external resource (0.517) in the primary criteria. In addition, the significance between the secondary criteria in each primary criterion could also be calculated. Here, the highest importance among all the factors is the factor of demand needs in external resources (0.309). Conclusions: This study approached from the discriminatory aspect of export competitiveness in attending international conferences to explore the key success factors of the logistics information system. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it can be effectively used as a strategic tool for establishing and utilizing policies related to success factors of logistics information system for strengthening export competitiveness.

        무엇이 AI 프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끄는가?

        This paper aims to derive success factors that successfully lead an artificial intelligence (AI) project and prioritize importance. To this end, we first reviewed prior related studies to select success factors and finally derived 17 factors through expert interviews. Then, we developed a hierarchical model based on the TOE framework. With a hierarchical model, a survey was conducted on experts from AI-using companies and experts from supplier companies that support AI advice and technologies, platforms, and applications and analyzed using AHP methods. As a result of the analysis, organizational and technical factors are more important than environmental factors, but organizational factors are a little more critical. Among the organizational factors, strategic/clear business needs, AI implementation/utilization capabilities, and collaboration/communication between departments were the most important. Among the technical factors, sufficient amount and quality of data for AI learning were derived as the most important factors, followed by IT infrastructure/compatibility. Regarding environmental factors, customer preparation and support for the direct use of AI were essential. Looking at the importance of each 17 individual factors, data availability and quality (0.2245) were the most important, followed by strategy/clear business needs (0.1076) and customer readiness/support (0.0763). These results can guide successful implementation and development for companies considering or implementing AI adoption, service providers supporting AI adoption, and government policymakers seeking to foster the AI industry. In addition, they are expected to contribute to researchers who aim to study AI success models. 본 논문은 인공지능(AI) 프로젝트를 성공적으로 이끄는 주요 요인을 도출하고 중요도의우선순위를 두는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 우선 기존 유관 연구들을 검토하여 성공요인을 선정하고, 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 17개 요인을 최종 도출하 였다. 이어 TOE 프레임워크를 활용하여 계층 모형을 개발하였다. 이후, AI 활용 기업 소속 전문가와 AI 자문 및 기술, 플랫폼, 어플리케이션을 지원하는 공급기업 소속 전문가를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하고, AHP 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 환경적 요인보다 조직적 요인과 기술적 요인이 모두 중요한데, 이 중 조직적 요인이 조금 더 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 조직적 요인 중에서는 전략/명확한 비즈니스 니즈와 AI 구현/활용 역량, 그리고 부서 간 협업/커뮤니케이션이 가장 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 기술적 요인 중에서는 AI 학습을 위한 충분한 데이터 양과 데이터 품질이 가장 중요한 요인으로 도출되었으며, 이어서 IT 인프라/호환성이 중요하게 응답되었다. 환경적 요인에서는 AI를 직접 사용할 고객의 준비와 지지가 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 각 17개 개별요인의 중요도를 살펴보면 데이터의 가용성과 품질(0.2245)이 가장 중요하고, 이어 전략/명확한 비즈니스 니즈(0.1076), 고객준비/지지(0.0763) 순으로 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 AI 도입을 검토 중이거나 실행중인 기업, AI 도입을 지원하는 서비스 공급기업, AI 산업을 육성하고자 하는 정부 정책 입안자들에게 성공적인 실행, 육성을 위한 가이드로 활용될 수 있다. 또한 AI 프로젝트의 성공 모델을 연구하고자 하는 연구자들에게도 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

      • 사회적기업의 주요 성공요인분석

        본 연구는 국영부문의 정부실패와 민간부문의 시장실패로 야기된 사회서비스 악화와 실업문제에 대한 새로운 대안으로 제시되고 있는 사회적기업의 주요 성공요인에 대해 분석하였다. 이를 위해, 우리나라 사회적기업을 대상으로 성공한 사회적기업과 이에 대응되는 사회적기업을 선정한 후 탐색적 현장연구를 통해 분석자료를 수집하였다. 분석자료의 인구통계적 특성은 빈도분석을 통해 살펴보았고, 설문문항의 신뢰도와 타당성은 크론바흐 α계수값과 요인분석을 통해 살펴보았으며, 두 집단 간 차이분석은 독립표본 T 검정과 Mann-Whitney U 검정을 통해 각각 살펴보았다. 한편, 실증분석 시 주요 성공요인은 국내외 선행연구에 기초하여 경제적 차원(전략적 요인, 경영역량 요인), 사회적 차원(공익·지역사회발전 요인, 사회복지 요인), 공통 차원(창업가적 요인, 환경적 요인)으로 세분하여 살펴보는 동시에 사회적기업가에게 주요 성공요인에 대해 자유롭게 말하도록 함으로써 보다 실질적인 주요 성공요인 파악에도 주력하였다. 사회적기업의 주요 성공요인에 대한 집단 간 차이분석결과에 따르면 경제적, 사회적, 공통 차원중 경제적 차원에서만 집단 간 유의적인 차이를 보였으며, 리더십, 경영경험, 시장경쟁력 등의 경제적 차원 구성요인에서 성공한 사회적기업과 대응되는 사회적기업 간에 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 특히, 이러한 구성요인 중 리더십에서 두 집단 간에 확연한 차이가 발생하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 무작위로 실시한 주요 성공요인에 대한 빈도분석결과에 따르면 성공한 사회적기업가와 대응되는 사회적기업가 모두가 정부지원, 경영진, 사회인식변화 등을 주요 성공요인으로 꼽았으며, 이 중에서도 정부지원을 가장 중요한 성공요인으로 꼽는 것으로 나타났다. In recent years, there has been an upsurge of interest in social enterprise driven by several changes occurring in the competitive environment. A social enterprise provides solutions to social, employment and economic problems where traditional market or public approaches fail. Meanwhile, it is no exception in terms of wishing to be successful. In order to achieve success effectively, this organization needs to know about the key factors that drive successful social enterprise. This paper focuses on identifying the factors affecting the success of social enterprises operating in Korea. An exploratory field study is carried out 33 successful social enterprises and 33 matching social enterprises. A comprehensive questionnaire, constructed on the basis of the pilot test, is included 3 dimensions (economic, social, common) and 6 factors(strategic, management competence, public service·community development, social welfare, entrepreneurial, environmental). According to the result of critical success factors analysis between two groups, there is generally significant differences in the economic dimension. Specifically, we find quite significant differences in the leadership, business experience, and market competitiveness. In particular, a clear difference in the leadership of these variables occur. Random survey of key success factors, on the other hand, shows that government support, executives, changes in social awareness, and technology are selected as the main success factors. These findings give a first impression of possible success factors of social enterprise and their difference to business success factors.

Therefore, based on the results of this study, it can be effectively used as a strategic tool for establishing and utilizing policies related to success factors of logistics information system for strengthening export competitiveness.

        A Study on the Success Factors of Biotech Cluster

        Purpose – This study incorporated the success factors of bio cluster and provided the ways to utilize them for managing the performance of bio cluster. The aim of this study was to present an integrated framework for the success factors of the bio cluster by combining the literature and case studies, and to measure and manage the performance of the bio cluster. Research design, data, and methodology – This study combined the literature review with the case study. We reviewed the literature on the success factors of the bio cluster presented by existing studies. We studied some cases of how these factors are actually applied in the bio cluster also. We integrated the success factors of bio cluster based on both the literature review and the case study. Results – The success factors of the bio cluster presented in this study as an integrated framework were defined as six factors: knowledge base and expertise, industrial infrastructure, funding and investment, government support, start-up activities and innovation activities. These success factors can be measured and managed by some performance indicators of each factor. Conclusions – Through this study, we can identify the integrated success factors of the bio cluster and understand how these factors work in bio cluster. In addition, this integrated framework of success factors will be effectively utilized to measure and manage the performance of the bio cluster.

        탄소중립 거버넌스 참여 과학기술전문가의 활동 기준 제시를 위한 공통성공요인 분석 (서울시 기후환경분야 거버넌스 사례를 통한 검증)

        The realization of carbon neutrality requires cooperation from various stakeholders and the utilization of a governance system. The criteria for participating members are crucial for the successful operation of governance, and it is especially necessary for experts who can provide scientific advice for policy implementation to share a framework for successful consensus. In this study, governance model theory and model structure, governance common success factors by case, and the application of governance cases in the climate and environmental sector of Seoul, were investigated and analyzed to derive common success factors in order to present the activity standards of the science and technology experts participating in governance. The study of the model theory suggested that the model structure is commonly composed of a basic condition-process-result structure, and it was confirmed that common success factors can be derived at the process stage which is the activity period of members. Through the case study of common success factors, overlapping factors were found to be reliability, accountability, transparency, networks, and related factors. The validity of the common success factors was verified using the analysis results of satisfaction survey data from Seoul Governance Committee participants. The results confirmed that reliability was the most valuable factor followed by networks, transparency, and responsibility, and it was found that the related factors were appropriately derived. The findings of this study are expected to be used as an activity factor for science and technology experts to increase the acceptability and effectiveness of carbon-neutral policies in the future. 탄소중립의 실현을 위해서는 다양한 이해관계자의 공동협력을 기반으로 거버넌스 제도를 활용하는 것이 합리적이다. 성공적인 거버넌스 운영은 구성원들이 어떤 활동 기준을 가지고 참여하는지가 중요하며, 특히 정책 집행 과정에서 과학적 조언을 할수 있는 전문가에게는 성공적인 합의점 도출을 위한 가이드 공유가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 거버넌스 참여 과학기술전문가의 활동기준 제시를 위한 공통성공요인을 도출하고자 거버넌스 모형이론과 모형구조, 사례별 공통성공요인, 서울시 기후환경분야 거버넌스 사례적용 등의 조사‧분석을 수행하였다. 모형이론 연구결과, 모형구조는 공통적으로 ‘조건-과정-결과’의 구조로 되어 있으며 구성원들의 활동시기인 ‘과정’ 단계에서 공통성공요인을 도출할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 공통성공요인의 사례조사를 통해 중복요인은 신뢰성, 책임성, 투명성 및 네트워크로 도출되었다. 공통성공요인의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 서울시거버넌스의 참여자 만족도 조사자료를 활용하여 분석한 결과, 결과값은 신뢰성 > 네트워크 > 투명성 > 책임성의 순으로 확인되었으며, 관련 요인들이 적절하게 도출됨을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과가 향후 과학기술분야 전문가의 활동요인으로 활용되어 탄소중립 정책의 수용성과 효용성을 높일 수 있기를 기대한다.
