        비스테로이드성 항염증제의 약물독성 예방을 위한 Methocarbamol의 약물조합

        비 스테로이드성 항염증제에 대한 개별적 독성증상을 예방하기 위해 로박스 플라티넘(Robax Platinum), 로박스아세트(Robaxacet), 나프록센(Naproxen) 그리고 재활치료를 선택적으로 처방하여 비 스테로이드 진통소염제(Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs)에 대한 독성증상을 예방을 위한 효과 비교 연구를 진행하였다. 이 연구에서는 로박스 플라티넘(Robax platinum), 로박스아세트(Robaxacet), 나프록센(Naproxen)을 주한미군 처방전(Annex A-Over-The-Counter Prescription)을 기준으로 하여 처방하였고, 앨리스 리치의 통증 척도(Alice Rich`s Pain Scale)를 사용하여 통증 경과를 비교하고 그 결과를 IBM SPSS statics 24 버전을 사용하여 데이터를 계산했다. 결합된 메토카바몰(Methocarbamol, 500 mg), 아세트아미노펜(Acetaminophen, 325 mg), 이부프로펜(Ibu-profen, 200 mg) 정제는 결합된 메토카바몰(Methocarbamol, 500 mg) 정제와 함께 사용할 수 있다. 아세트아미노펜 (Ace-taminophen, 325 mg)의 알약이 통증을 조절하는 방법으로 사용되었다. 메도카바몰 500mg, 아세트아미토펜 325 mg 및 이부프로펜 200 mg 정제의 약물 조합은 메도카바몰 500 mg 및 아세트아미노펜 325 mg 정제가 전반적인 통증 조절과 관련하여 물리적인 스트레칭 운동과 쌍을 이룬 것과 유사한 통증 완화효과를 나타내었다. To prevent toxicity from both robax platinum (methocarbamol, ibuprofen) and robaxacet (methocarbomol, acetaminophen), separately, we used stretches and naproxen as a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) to compare each effectiveness. This study used the United States Forces Korea Prescription form (Annex A-Over-The-Counter Prescription) and Alice Rich`s Pain scale with robax platinum, robaxacet including narproxen. The IBM SPSS statics version 24 was used to calculate the data. The combined methocarbamol 500 mg, acetaminophen 325 mg tablet, and ibuprofen 200 mg (or naproxen) tablet can work as well as the combined methocarbamol 500 mg tablet with acetaminophen 325 mg tablet with stretches. Both methods were successful in managing pain. The drug combination of methocarbamol 500 mg, acetaminophen 325 mg and ibuprofen 200 mg tablets yielded similar benefits as the methocarbamol 500 mg and acetaminophen 325 mg tablets paired with physical stretching exercises regarding managing overall pain.

        12주간의 복합운동형태가 중년여성의 신체조성변화와 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        This study intended to investigate the effects of two training programs, Multiple aerobics and Multiple Yoga stretches, on the changes in body composition and the Blood lipid. The experiment was carried out on two obese female adult groups trained 3 times per week for 12 weeks. In order to analyze the differences of respective group members' achievements of respective training programs, the study introduced paired sample t-test. The study also intended to test the proposed hypothesis by setting the significance level of one-way ANOVA at α=.05, for the purpose of figuring out the difference of the two groups' achievements. From the experiment, the study generated the following results: First, the effect of respective training programs on respective group members' body composition changes including those of body weights, body fat percentages and the sizes of body parts, produced a significant result of p<.05. Second, as for the difference between the two groups in the effectiveness of respective training programs, the Yoga stretches group showed more effectiveness in basal metabolism rates and the sizes of body parts than aerobics. Third, the test showed no significant result as to the effect of respective training programs on respective group members' sub-variables of the Blood lipid including TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C; Nor did it as to the difference between the two groups in sub-variables of the Blood lipid including TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C from the aspect of the effectiveness of the programs. From these results, the study concluded that the 12-week training programs, Multiple aerobics and Multiple Yoga stretches, achieved a significant result of a positive effect on obese females' changes in body compositions; but they made no significant effect on their Blood lipid.

        On prolonging in Korean conversation

        This paper explores the systematic retardation of turn progression in Korean conversation, focusing on the phenomenon of prolonging. Prolonging is defined as a practice whereby speakers suspend the progression of a turn toward a possible completion particularly by drawing on sound stretches as a primary resource. The analysis of data shows that prolonging, observed at a point where the action is more or less recognizable, is used to reinforce the speaker's epistemic or affective stance as well as to project dispreferredness in a way that delays the arrival of a transition-relevance place. I argue that prolonging can be employed at any word boundary as long as the emergent action is recognizable and that it serves as a basis for understanding how readily a turn can be manipulated in the service of practical social actions in Korean conversation.         방문요양보호사를 활용한 재가 치매노인대상 방문 맞춤형 움직임 프로그램 구성요소

        본 연구는 방문요양보호사를 활용한 치매노인을 위한 방문 맞춤형 움직임프로그램을 개발하기 위해 델파이 방법을 이용하여 전문가들이 생각하는 치매노인을 위한 움직임프로그램에 필요한 구성요소를 고찰해보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 무용치료전문가 8명, 치매전공 의사 2명, 노인운동전문가 5명, 요양보호전문가 5명 총 20명의 전문가 패널을 선정하였다. 1차 델파이 설문지는 내용분석을 하였고, 2, 3차 델파이 설문지는 5점 Likert척도로 구성하였으며 적합도를 평가하기 위해 EXCEL 프로그램으로 핵심요소 항목별 평균, 표준편차, 사분위수 범위, 수렴도, 합의도, 내용타당도 비율(CVR)를 산출하였다. 전문가 패널들이 재가 치매노인을 위한 움직임프로그램 구성 시 적합하다고 합의한 필요한 요소는 고려요소 6개, 필요요소 7개, 빈도 주 3회 1개, 시간 30분 1개, 운영방식 1개, 리듬표현운동 5개, 유산소 운동 4개, 근력운동 4개, 스트레칭 5개, 파트너운동 3개, 마사지 4개, 소도구 5개 등 총 46개 요소가 채택되었다. The purpose of this study was to consider composition of the movement program for the elderly with dementia to develop visit-customized movement program. For the study, 20 experts were selected including 8 dance therapists, 2 dementiaspecialized doctors, 5 physical education leaders of the elderly, and 5 geriatric care helpers. First Delphi data, which listed items, was used to analyze content. Second and third Delphi questionnaires, which evaluated importance in Likert scale, was used to calculate content validity rate, average, standard deviation, quartile, convergence degree, and concurrence degree of each composition. 46 core composition of movement program for the elderly, which were selected and highlighted by the experts, were departmentalized into 6 considered compositions of movement program. 7 required composition of movement program, 1 Appropriate frequency of 3 times in a week and 1 30 minutes for each exercise, 1 operation method, 5 appropriate exercise of rhythm expression, 4 appropriate aerobic exercise, 4 appropriate muscle exercises, 5 appropriate stretches, 3 appropriate partner exercises 4 Appropriate massages, 5 appropriate tools

        초탄성 고무 물성평가를 위한 구형 압입시험의 수치접근법

        본 연구에서는 먼저 유한요소해석을 통한 주요 물성계수들이 압입시 하중-변위 곡선형상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 유한요소 압입해석을 통해 마찰계수의 영향으로 하중-변위 곡선, 시편하부의 단위부피당 변형에너지 및 변형률 주불변량이 바뀌지 않는 최적 압입깊이와 시편하부지점을 선정하였다. 이러한 관찰을 통해 하나의 요소에서 얻어지는 단위부피당 변형 에너지와 변형률 주불변량을 하중-변위 데이터와 모사 시킬 수 있는 무차원 함수를 얻을 수 있었으며, 이 과정에서 예측된 물성계수를 바탕으로 공칭응력-공칭변형률 곡선을 얻을 수 있었다. In this work, effects of hyper-elastic rubber material properties on the indentation load-deflection curve and subindenter deformation are first examined via finite element (FE) analyses. An optimal data acquisition spot is selected, which features maximum strain energy density and negligible frictional effect. We then contrive two normalized functions, with map an indentation load vs. deflection curve into a strain energy density vs. first invariant curve. From the strain energy density vs. first invariant curve, we can extract the rubber material properties. This new spherical indentation approach produces curve, we can extract the rubber material properties. This new spherical indentation approach produces the rubber material properties in a manner more effective than the common uniaxial tensile/compression tests. The indentation approach successfully measures the rubber material properties and the corresponding nominal stress-strain curve.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the conception and developmental process of stretching in sports medicine. This study is to find conception of stretching, feature and effect, principles and fundamental rule, consideration of enforcement and developmental process in order to use the basic material which is very helpful in every field and the scene of sports requiring stretching. Flexibility is the ability to move muscles and joints through their full ranges of motion. Flexibility is developed by stretching. For players who have insufficiency of flexibility, patients, disabled persons who are restricted in their range of motion, and elderly people who have reduced flexibility, the promotion of flexibility to upgrade stability and efficiency of body on the basis of scientific principles is completed by stretching. The method of stretching has been developed with Passive stretching, CR, PNF stretching, PIC stretching, MET stretching in the order. The effects that we can get through stretching are as follows : ① enhance physical fitness ② optimize learning, practice and performance of many types of skilled movement ③ increase mental and physical relaxation ④ promote development of body awareness ⑤ reduce risk of joint sprain or muscle strain ⑥ reduce risk of back problem ⑦ reduce muscular soreness ⑧ reduce the severity of painful menstruation for female athletes ⑨ reduce muscular tension ⑩ advance recognition of body

      • 신장 자극이 근 수축 촉진에 미치는 영향에 관한 고찰

        Objectives: The purpose of this article is to summarize the effect of stretch stimulus on muscle contraction facilitation. Methods : Some studies of the stretch reflex. ${\gamma}-motor$ system, and the effect of stretch stimulus on muscle activation were reviewed. Results : To facilitate muscle contraction, before the movement is started, the prime mover is in stretched position. The patient must be instructed to occur voluntary muscle contraction after quick stretching. It elicits the functional stretch reflex to produce a more powerful and functional contraction. The intensity of muscle contraction depends on two ways. One is firing rate of ${\alpha}-motor$ neuron by sensory information from the periphery induced in stretched position and stretch reflex. The other is excitation level of the cortical motor area and the corresponding motor neurons. Conclusions: To activate central nervous system and to increase firing rate of ${\alpha}-motor$ neuron. the therapist should apply quick stretch for the patient with stretched position and the patient should make voluntary muscle contraction.
