      • 솔레노이드 밸브 제어를 위한 제어기 소개

        데드밴드 제어는 아무런 제어가 일어나지 않도록 무시하는 방법이다. 실제 고 신뢰도를 요구하는 시스템의 경우 온도 및 압력 변화에 민감한 압축성 유동을 간단히 Dead Band 제어를 통해 압력제어를 실현하게 된다. 압력조절계를 이용한 압력제어 실현은 고성능의 솔레노이드 밸브와 최적의 제어를 위한 알고리듬 및 제어기가 무엇보다 요구되는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 기 구축된 솔레노이드 밸브 제어기를 통해 Dead Band 제어를 위한 제어기를 구성했으며, 제어기박스의 하드웨어적 특징 및 제어기 운용을 위한 전반적인 사용 목적, 적용/시험 계획에 대해 다루었다. 제어기는 National Instrument 사의 Compact RIO와 Labview로 구성되어 있으며, 특히 솔레노이드 밸브만을 국한하지 않고 하드웨어의 성능이 수 ㎑ 이상의 Sampling 및 Digital Output 제어, Sequence 제어 등의 특징을 보이도록 설계되어 있다. Dead band control is method disregard so that control may not happen in the band to reduce disturbance and errore. Compressible flow is sensitive to temperature and pressure change, enables to pressure preservation using dead band control. Pressure control realization which use pressure control system need controller to use solenoid valve and optimized control of high efficiency. This paper designed controller for dead band control using controller for control of solenoid valve. And it was wrote about hardware composition characteristics and general use of controller for application and test plan. The controller consist of Compact RIO and Labview software of the National Instrument. Specially, performance of hardware designed so that is shown characteristic of AI Sampling more than 1 ㎑, application about digital output and sequence control.

        데드밴드 제어는 아무런 제어가 일어나지 않도록 무시하는 방법이다. 실제 고 신뢰도를 요구하는 시스템의 경우 온도 및 압력 변화에 민감한 압축성 유동을 간단히 Dead Band 제어를 통해 압력제어를 실현하게 된다. 압력조절계를 이용한 압력제어 실현은 고성능의 솔레노이드 밸브와 최적의 제어를 위한 알고리듬 및 제어기가 무엇보다 요구되는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 기 구축된 솔레노이드 밸브 제어기를 통해 극저온 유동 상태 하에서 솔레노이드 밸브의 제어를 수행하고, 모듈화 된 장치를 이용하여 압력제어 및 유동 개폐의 특성 시험을 수행했다. 솔레노이드 밸브 제어기를 이용한 밸브의 제어를 위해 데드밴드 제어를 제안했다. 데드밴드 제어는 제어 성능뿐만 아니라 시스템적인 응용의 가능성을 실험적 결과를 통해 고찰했다. The dynamic characteristics of a solenoid valve module, which play an important role in the pressure control and shut off of cryogenic flow, have been experimented by test facilities. The dead band control was proposed for the control of the solenoid valve equipped with a solenoid valve controller. The experimental results reviewed the feasibility of systematical application as well as the performance of the dead band control.

      • 자동변속기 클러치 피스톤 성능시험 제어기 설계

        Clutches are an integral part of the automatic transmission for changing gears. Modern automatic transmissions make extensive use of wet multiple-disc clutches employing hydraulic actuation mechanism with electronic control. Though highly advanced shifting algorithm implements the superior shift quality and transmission efficiency nowaday, its performance should be based on smooth, reliable engagement with a reasonably durable friction material as well as stable clutch piston dynamics. In this paper control system for clutch piston test is presented, which is composed of embedded controller for clutch actuation control and PC monitoring program that manages the user commands and experimental data logging. Because of the current profile design function that enables the clutch piston to actuate similar to real shifting conditions, detailed transient characteristics during clutch fill and torque phase could be well investigated. Experimental results confirm the various capabilities designed for performance test of clutch piston.

        지게차 자동변속기 저속주행기능 설계

        A forklift is a powered industrial vehicle used to lift and move materials over short distances. Nowadays, almost all forklifts are equipped with an automatic transmission due to its improved operator comfort and increased productivity. Thanks to marked improvement of transmission control unit equipped with highly-advanced microcontrollers, recently developed automatic transmission for forklift have various auxiliary functions such as creep, auto retardation, and automatic shift with excellent shift quality. This paper deals with the creep function which enables one to maneuver a forklift at the designated low speed by slip control of clutches. The design of creep function was based on four modes of creep operation depending on the status of the operator’s shift lever and accelerator pedal. Control algorithms and control parameters for each mode were designed to achieve the desired static and dynamic performance. Vehicle test for the designed creep function was carried out with an independently developed embedded controller. Test results confirmed good creep speed control without speed error at a steady state with a mild shift shock during mode changes by stepping or releasing the accelerator.

        A tractor is a farm vehicle that is designed to provide a high tractive effort at low speed. It is used for versatile agricultural tasks such as hauling a trailer, tillage, mowing and construction work. As the intensity of work increases, tractors equipped with automatic transmission become popular due to the work convenience. Though manual and power shuttle transmissions are produced by domestic corporations, development for full-automatic power shift transmissions has never been challenged, and so related technology level is quite low. This paper gives a survey of the automatic transmissions from advanced foreign company, which includes layout of gear train, the way hydraulics controls clutches and brakes, electronic control system. The results are expected to be utilized as a basis in the development of original power train design for tractor.

        자동변속기 클러치 충전제어 파라미터의 실험적 특성분석

Particularly, clutch filling control is the crucial part of shifting process because only the open-loop control is available due to the lack of measurement. In this paper, the effect of clutch-fill control parameters on clutch piston dynamics is experimentally investigated by using clutch piston test equipment which enables the clutch piston to actuate similar to real shifting conditions. The experimental analysis results can be expected to be utilized for the calibration of proportional solenoid valve as reference current profile data in vehicle test.

        솔레노이드 온도제어밸브 적용을 통한 온수기의 성능 개선 및 에너지절감

        The Calorifier is a device that supplies hot water to the crew for showering and cooking. In particular, problems such as hot water not coming out when a trainee and a crew member take a shower at the same time may occur due to a malfunction of the temperature control valve that controls the temperature. In particular, when the hot water usage time is almost constant, such as a training ship, a high calorific value is required. When there is no dissatisfaction with the use of hot water, satisfaction with the educational environment is improved. Therefore, in this study, a solenoid temperature control valve is applied to increase satisfaction with hot water use, and a mechanical time switch is applied to the hot water circulating water pump to save energy.
