        어머니가 바라본 중도 장애유아와 비장애형제유아의 상호작용

        The study investigated the mothers' perception on the interaction between young children with severe disabilities and their siblings in early childhood. The study included five mothers who had young children with severe disabilities and young children without disabilities. In results, the level of interaction between young children with severe disabilities and their siblings was pretty low, and the prevalent reason was not to show the reaction on the siblings' interaction trial. Although the level of interaction was low, however, the siblings were excited when their siblings with severe disabilities showed the reaction. As well, the siblings showed constant interests to young children with severe disabilities as the siblings. They insisted their important roles for the positive interaction between siblings. 본 연구는 중도 장애유아의 어머니들이 중도 장애유아와 비장애형제유아의 상호작용에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지에 대해 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 위해 유아기에 해당하는 중도장애자녀와 비장애자녀를 함께 둔 어머니 5명이 면담에 참여하였다. 본 연구 결과, 중도 장애유아와 비장애형제유아의 상호작용은 매우 부족한 것으로 나타났으며, 장애정도의 심각성으로 인해 장애유아가 비장애형제유아의 상호작용 시도에 반응을 잘 보이지 못함으로써 상호작용이 잘 나타나지 않고 있음을 보여주었다. 하지만, 부족한 상호작용에서도 비장애형제유아들은 장애유아의 반응을 기대하였으며, 장애유아에게 형제로서의 지속적인 관심을 보여주고 있었다. 어머니들은 형제간의 긍정적인 상호작용을 위해 어머니 자신의 역할이 중요함을 인식하고 있었다.

        효과적인 비장애형제지원의 실행요소 탐색 - 문헌분석과 경험에 따른 심층면담 분석을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to consider the implementation components and application method for effective supports for siblings of children with disabilities. Total 73 articles related to siblings of children with disabilities were analyzed for this study. Focusing on siblings of children with disabilities, in-depth interviews were conducted. In-depth interview data were analyzed according to the constant comparison. The results of this study showed five implementation components for support of siblings of children with disabilities: information and coping skills, psychological and emotional support, family functioning, social perception, resources on community-use. It is followed the conclusion based the result which six applications for supports of siblings of children with disabilities: (1) supports based on family functioning, (2) utilization of community resources, (3) reflection of siblings siblings’ needs and characteristics, (4) supports based on relationship orientation, (5) sustainable support, (6) improvement of social perception. The results in this study will be helpful to teachers and professionals who want to implement the sibling program in special education settings.

        장애 및 비장애 자녀에 대한 이해 정도가 부모 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        연구목적: 본 연구는 부모가 인식한 장애 및 비장애 자녀에 대한 이해 정도가 부모 삶의 질 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법: 장애 자녀를 양육하는 부모 490명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 학령기 전(유치), 초등학교, 중고등학교, 20대 장애 자녀를 가진 부모 집단별로 장애 및 비장애 자녀에 대한 이해 정도가 부모의 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 다변량 통계 분석을 하여 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 연구결과: 장애 자녀의 학교급에 따라 장애 자녀에 대한 이해 정도가 부모 삶의 질 만족도에 미치는 영향은 다르게 나타났으며, 유치원, 초등학교 시기 장애 자녀를 둔 부모 집단보다 중고등학교와 20대 장애 자녀를 둔 부모집단에서 통계적으로 유의미한 영향이 훨씬 크게 나타났다. 또한 또한 비장애 자녀에 대한 이해 정도보다 장애자녀에 대한 이해 정도가 부모 삶의 질 만족도에 미치는 영향이 삶의 질 영역에서 더 많이 나타났다. 결론: 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 장애 및 비장애 자녀에 대한 이해가 부모 삶의 질 만족도에 미치는 영향과 관련하여 장애 자녀의 학교급에 따른 논의와 제언을 하였다. Purpose: This study examined the effect of parents' understanding of their children with and without disabilities on their satisfaction with quality of life. Method: Survey study was conducted on 490 parents raising children with disabilities to determine the level of understanding of children with and without disabilities in each group of parents with disabled children in preschool (kindergarten), elementary school, middle and high school, and those in their 20s. To determine the impact on quality of life, multivariate statistical analysis was performed to derive research results. Results: Depending on the age of the disabled child, the impact of the level of understanding of the children with disabilities on parents' satisfaction with the quality of life was different. The level of understanding of the children with disabilities had a different effect on the satisfaction with the quality of life of the parents and that the children with disabilities in middle school and high school and in their 20s compared to the group of parents with children with disabilities in kindergarten and elementary school. There were more statistically significant effects in the group of parents of children with distilleries. In addition, in many areas of quality of life, the degree of understanding of children with disabilities had a greater impact on satisfaction with parents' quality of life than the degree of understanding of children without disabilities. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, discussions and suggestions were generated according to the age of the children with disabilities in relation to the impact of understanding of children with and without disabilities on parents' satisfaction with quality of life.

        부모-자녀간 의사소통의 개방성과 형제자매의 장애에 대한 지각이 비장애형제자매의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was 1) to investigate openness of parent-child communication, perception about disabilities, and self-esteem according to socio-demographic factors(gender, age, and perceived family income) and disability related factors(severity of disabilities and support program participation), 2) to investigate the relations among parent-child communication, perception about disabilities, and self-esteem of adolescents with siblings with special needs. Subjects were one hundred and eighty-three 10- to 18-year-old adolescents who have siblings with special needs. The statistical methods adopted for the data analysis were frequency, means, percentages, standard deviations, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlations, and multiple regression using SPSS 12.0 for Windows. Major findings were as follows: 1. Female adolescents' perceived openness of mother-child communication and perception about disability related communication were more positive than that of male. 2. Adolescents who perceived their family income as 'high' reported more openness of parent-child communication, lower levels of fear about disabilities and higher self-esteem. 3. Adolescents with siblings with severe disabilities reported significantly low self-esteem. 4. Adolescents who had participated in support program perceived that they could talk to parents, friends, and other adults about disabilities more openly than adolescents who had not participated in any program. 5. Self-esteem was significantly influenced by openness of father-child communication, perception about disabilities, perceived family income and severity of disabilities. The strongest factor affecting self-esteem was the openness of father-child communication. 이 연구는 가족체계론적 관점에 근거하여 부모-자녀간 의사소통의 개방성과 형제자매의 장애로 인한 상황에 대한 지각이 비장애형제자매의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기 지역에 거주하는 비장애형제자매 183명의 설문지를 분석하여 사회·인구학적 변수와 장애 관련 변수에 따른 부모-자녀간의사소통의 개방성, 장애에 대한 지각, 자아존중감의 차이 및 변수간의 상관관계를 살펴보았다. 그리고 그 결과를 토대로 각 변수가 자아존중감에 미치는 영향력을 파악하였다. 결과적으로 가정의 소득수준에 대한 지각과 형제의 장애등급, 아버지와의 의사소통의 개방성, 장애에 대한 지각이 비장애형제자매의 자아존중감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 그러나 아버지와의 의사소통의 개방성과는 달리 어머니와의 의사소통의 개방성은 비장애형제자매의 자아존중감을 예측하지 못하였다.

        장애아동의 손아래 형제자매가 지닌 장애인관에 대한 질적 연구

        The purpose of this thesis is to examine the view points of the non-disabled who have the elder siblings with disabilities and to find out the right directions of Korean children with disabilities’s family support and welfare policies. The research subjects are 7 non-disabled brothers or sisters of the students with disabilities who go to special schools in Dae Jeon Metropolitan City. The subjects are divided into two groups which are both elementary school students of lower classes and of higher classes. And then, the focus group interviews were conducted for the student subjects. The results of the collected materials analysed qualitatively; themes like (1)beings who they want to hide, (2)precious beings, (3)beings who they think need their help (4)beings who break their heart and 10 subsidiary themes were drawn. According to the 4 themes, there are differences in viewing their brothers or sisters with disabilities and the view points of the students of lower classes are different from those of the students of higher classes. As for the individual view points, lower class students view their brothers or sisters with disabilities as ‘beings who they want to hide’ and higher class students view their brothers or sisters with disabilities as ‘beings who break their heart’. As a family, both the higher class students and the lower class students view their brothers or sisters with disabilities as ‘precious beings’ and ‘beings who they think need their help’. Lastly, as for the social view points, The higher class students feel that their brothers or sisters with disabilities are ‘beings who they want to hide’ and ‘beings who they think need their help’. However, as for the social view points of the lower class students, they aren’t aware of anything. Which direction family support for children with disabilities should take, based on the research findings, was discussed in this thesis. 본 연구는 장애아동을 손위 형제로 둔 비장애 형제자매의 장애인관에 알아보고, 우리나라 장애아동 가족지원과 복지정책이 지향해야 할 바를 모색해보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 본 연구는 대전광역시 소재 특수학교에 재학 중인 학생들의 비장애 형제자매 중 7명을 대상으로 하였으며, 초등학교 저학년과 고학년 그룹으로 나누어 포커스 그룹 면담을 실시하였다. 수집한 자료를 질적 분석한 결과 (1) 감추고 싶은 존재, (2) 소중한 존재, (3) 도움이 필요한 존재, (4) 가슴 아픈 존재로 주제와 10개의 부주제가 도출되었다. 도출된 4개의 주제를 살펴보면 개인, 가족, 사회 내에서 장애형제를 바라보는 장애인관에 차이가 있으며, 초등학교 저학년과 고학년에서도 장애인관에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 초등학교 저학년의 경우, 개인적 관점에서는 장애형제를 ‘감추고 싶은 존재’로, 고학년의 경우 ‘가슴 아픈 존재’로 바라보고 있었으며, 가정 내에서는 저․고학년 모두 ‘소중한 존재’, ‘도움이 필요한 존재’로 바라보고 있었다. 사회에서 바라보는 장애형제에 대한 관점은 초등학교 고학년의 경우 ‘감추고 싶은 존재’, ‘도움이 필요한 존재’로 느끼고 있었으나, 초등학교 저학년의 경우 사회에서 바라보는 장애형제에 대한 인식은 하지 못하고 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 장애아동 가족지원이 지향해야 할 바를 논의하였다.

        집단미술치료가 발달장애아동의 형제관계 및 상호작용에 미치는 효과

        This study observed what influence the Group Art Therapy Program gave on the sibling relationship and interaction in non-disabled sibling of the children with developmental disabilities. For this, an Group Art Therapy Program intervention program involved as many as 32 non-disabled sibling and children with developmental disabilities conducted. This results are follows: This result significantly means that Group Art Therapy Program post difference between the level up of sibling relationship and interaction in non-disabled sibling of the children with developmental disabilities and increases. In bldition to that, the sibling relationship from child`s traits reported a strong tendency to decrease nearly at.10 level, though it was a sta watically significant resulth ilthough this result was confined to sibling relationship and interaction are significant difference, it was worth being studied bect,se therthoas difference at least to be noticed and therthoas increased influence. To sesuup, the study found ot that the Group Art Therapy Program intervention program could difference at tchildren with developmental disabilities and could significantly influence on the improvem proof the sibling relationship and interaction. On the platat moof this result, the study suggests the panthed support in Group Art Therapy Programs for improving the sibling relationship and interaction in non-disabled sibling of the children with developmental disabilities.

        비장애 형제 심리적 지원 서비스에 대한 장애아동 부모의 요구

        This study was designed to investigate the needs of parents of children with disabilities of psychological support services for siblings without disabilities in order to provide systematic services for them. The survey was developed by the 108 parents of children with disabilities who raised siblings of ages, under 12 years old. The results of this study were as follows: First, majority of parents of children with disabilities(79.6%) recognized psychological difficulties that their children have, and also among them, 82.4% recognized the necessity of psychological services for their children. Second, comprehensive needs of parents of children with disabilities for psychological support services are more influenced by developmental steps of siblings rather than their order of birth or sex. Consequently, psychological support services for sibling of children with special needs should be provided by consumer-driven development & implementation of psychological support programs within family support systems. 본 연구는 비장애 형제 심리적 지원 서비스의 필요성을 강조하여 체계적인 서비스 지원이확대되기를 바라는 데 목적을 두고, 비장애 형제 심리적 지원 서비스에 대한 장애아동부모들의 요구를 조사하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 특수교육 대상자 중 만12세 이하 장애아동 부모 중 일반 형제자매를 함께 양육하고 있는 장애아동 부모 108명을 대상으로설문조사를 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대다수의 장애아동 부모들(79.6%)이비장애 형제가 경험하는 심리적 어려움을 인식하고 있었으며, 그 중, 82.4%는 비장애 형제 심리적 지원 서비스의 필요성을 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 장애아동 부모들이 요구하는 비장애형제 심리적 지원 서비스의 종합적인 의견은 비장애 형제의 출생순위와 성별보다 비장애형제의 발달단계에 따라 다양한 프로그램들이 폭넓게 요구되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 비장애 형제 심리적 지원 서비스는 가족 지원 체계 속에 수혜자 중심의 발달단계별 심리적지원 프로그램 개발 및 시행이 제도적 차원에서 확대가 요구된다고 할 것이다.

        정서,행동장애연구 : 장애아동 형제자매의 심리적 안녕감 증진을 위한 음악치료 프로그램 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop a music therapy program promoting the psychological well-being of the siblings of children with disabilities and examin its effects. The program was developed according to the 6 steps; survey, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The program consists of sub-areas like parent-child communication, emotional intelligence and ego-resiliency. To test the effects of the music therapy program on the psychological well-being of the siblings of children with disabilities, the experiment was made on the pretest-posttest control group design. The siblings of children with disabilities in their 4th to 6th grades of elementary school were placed into the experimental and control groups each consisting of 8 members. Total 20 sessions of the music therapy program was applied to the groups. Mann-Whitney U-test was conducted to determine significant difference between the groups. The experiment showed that the experimental and control groups were statistically significantly different from each other in score for psychological well-being as a whole(u=2.0, p=.001), especially even more in score for a sub-area of that well-being, that is, positive interpersonal relations(u=2.5, p=.001). This clearly indicates that the music therapy program developed here is effective in promoting the psychological well-being of the siblings of children with disabilities.

      • 피아노듀오중심 음악치료프로그램이 장애⋅비장애아동의 형제관계 및 상호작용에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 피아노듀오중심 음악치료프로그램이 장애⋅비장애아동의 형제관계 및 상호작용에 미치는영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 만 18세 미만의 발달장애판정을 받은 아동과 비장애아동으로구성된 형제 3쌍으로 선정하였다. 피아노듀오중심 음악치료프로그램은 단일집단으로 2017년 1월 7일부터2017년 4월 8일까지 주 1회 총 12회기씩, 한 회기 당 40분씩 진행하였으며, 프로그램 전후로 사전-사후검사를실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 비장애아동이 지각한 형제관계와 어머니가 지각한 형제관계가 전반적으로 증가된모습을 보였다. 형제 C의 어머니가 지각한 형제관계의 경우 12% 감소되는 변화율을 보였으나 하위영역으로나누어 살펴 볼 때 형제 C의 경우 경쟁의식 및 부정성 점수가 감소되어 형제간 상호작용에 변화가 나타났음을도출하였다. 이를 통해 피아노듀오중심 음악치료프로그램이 장애⋅비장애아동의 형제관계 및 상호작용에영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사하며 음악치료분야에서 피아노듀오의 치료적 사용 및 장애⋅비장애아동이 함께하는 프로그램의 기초 연구로써 의의를 둔다. This study analyzes the effects of piano duo-based music therapy program on the sibling relationships and interactions of disabled and non-disabled children. For the research, three pairs of siblings consisting of children under the age of 18 with developmental disabilities and non-disabled children were selected. Using single-subject research design, total 12 sessions of a 40-minute the piano duo-based music therapy program were provided once a week for from Jan. 7th 2017 to Apr. 8th. Pre- and post-tests were performed before and after the program. The result of this study suggests that there was an general improvement in the scores for sibling relationships reported by the non-disabled children and the mothers. Sibling relationships score reported by the mothers from pair C decreased by 12%; however, pair C still showed decrease in scores for negative domains especially the sense of rivalry/competition score indicating a lower level of negativity in their sibling relationship. In conclusion, the study proves that piano duo-based music therapy program can influence the sibling relationships and interactions of disabled and non-disabled children. The study attempted to provide a basis for further researches investigating programs for disabled and non-disabled children’s sibling relationships and the therapeutic use of piano duo-based program.

      • 미술치료가 장애아 형제자매를 가진 비장애 아동의 스트레스 자아탄력성에 미치는 영향

        This study wanted to learn about the effects on the stress and self-elasticity of Non-Disabled Child with Disabled siblings by applying art therapy. The subjects of the study are male children who are in the first grade of elementary school, who are stressed out because their mother puts time and attention on her sister, who is a disabled brother. The research period began in November 2010 and lasted 24 sessions, 50 to 60 minutes per session, once a week until July 2011. The study tools analyzed the response of expression and behavioral changes in the stress scale, self-elasticity scale, HTP picture test, person picture test in the rain and art therapy session-by-session activities. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, art therapy affected stress reduction of Non-Disabled Child with Disabled siblings. Second, art therapy influenced the improvement of self-elasticity of Non-Disabled Child with Disabled siblings. Third, art therapy had a positive effect on the changes in expression and behavior of non-disabled children with disabled children’s brothers in each session of the art therapy program. In conclusion, art expression during the art therapy process properly expressed the suppressed inner world of non-disabled children to the outside and helped them to accept themselves positively and express their emotions properly. This reduced stress in Non-Disabled Child with Disabled siblings and gave positive changes in self-elasticity.
