본 논문은 그린디자인테크놀로지 기반 미래형 홈쿠킹시스템의 역할을 파악하고, 그 발전 방향을 전망하고자 연구 되어졌다. 연구범위는 그린디자인테크놀로지에 대한 이론적 고찰, 미래형 주거시스템 분석, 그리고 미래형 홈쿠킹 시스템에 있어 그린디자인테크놀로지의 역할과 전망에 대하여 논하며 결론에 이르고 있다. 연구방법은 인터넷을 이용한 국내외 정보 D/B 및 네트워크 검색, 논문과 단행본을 포함한 도서·출판물 등 문헌조사를 통한 고찰 및 분석이 중심이 되었다. 연구의 내용과 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그린디자인테크놀로지는 제품의 기획에서 생산과 관리에 이르기까지 전 프로세스에 걸쳐 유해 물질 요소들의 발생 억제와 지속적 자원순환을 추구하여 인간과 환경 모두에 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다. 둘째, 미래형 주거시스템은 휴먼케어와 감성적 요소들이 결합된 융합의 형태로 스마트와 지속가능성 기반 트렌드가 주가 되어 발전하게 될 것으로 분석되어 졌다. 셋째, 미래형 홈쿠킹시스템에 있어 그린디자인테크놀로지는 스마트기술과 지속가능성을 기반으로 조리 위주의 단순 기능성 공간이었던 주방공간이 멀티 기능의 효율적 패밀리 소셜라이징의 복합적 기능과 감성적 공간으로 변모하는데 중요한 역할을 해나가고 있는 것으로 파악 되었다. 마지막으로 에너지 절약, 웰빙과 새로운 경험 추구라는 세 가지의 요소들을 중점으로 다양한 제품들과 연관 산업들의 발전에 큰 영향을 지속적으로 미칠 것으로 전망 되었다. 본 연구가 향후 국내 그린디자인테크놀로지 기반 홈쿠킹시스템 산업의 이론적·체계적 학술 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. This article is designed to identify the role of future-oriented home cooking system based on green design technology, and to view the direction of its development. Main scopes of this article are formed with a theoretical study on a concept of green design technology, an analysis on the trend of future-oriented housing system, and finally come to the conclusion through a considering about a role and view the direction of future-oriented home cooking system based on green design technology. The main method of this article is to review and analyze the data from internet D/B in domestic and abroad, and variety of literatures including thesis, books, periodicals and the other publications. The summary of contents and results of this article are as below. First, green design technology would be made in order to help both humans and the environment to avoidance of hazardous substances and elements through whole production process, ranging from planning to production and management of products, and continue to pursue the resource circulation. Second, the trend of future-oriented housing system would be developed as in the form of two convergence types which are focused on a smart and sustainability with human-care and emotional elements. Third, one of the most important role of a future-oriented home cooking system based on green design technology would be a to transmuting a simple cooking functional space-oriented kitchen area into efficient family socializing multi-function space combining with emotional element focused on smart and sustainability. Finally, it would make a major influence in the development of the industries and a wide variety of products constantly following on three major factors such as energy saving, wellbeing, and seeking new experience. It was expected that this paper would be utilized as theoretical⋅systematic data for a industry of future-oriented home cooking system based on green design technology in domestic.
