        직업교육훈련기관 인프라와 훈련내용이 훈련생 재참여에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구- 충북지역 지역·산업맞춤형인력양성사업 향상교육훈련 중심으로 -

        The major suppliers of the labor market are job seekers, and the consumers are enterprise. For a company to grow, it is necessary to cultivate human resources necessary for the company through the supply and demand of manpower in a timely manner so that they can produce corporate performance. This study is provided by vocational training institutions to improve the job competency of incumbent workers through high-quality education, centering on the vocational education and training programs promoted by the government to revitalize the human resource competencies of corporations. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between vocational education training content and infrastructure on the vocational education satisfaction and re-engagement intention. In addition, the purpose of this study was to examine the types of participation in joint training centers and how the moderating effect according to the National Competency Standards(NCS), which is the content of education provided in vocational education and training appears. To test the hypothesis of this study, 776 responses were collected among all six joint training centers that participated in the Chungbuk regional and industrial vocational training program among 90 employees who participated in the incumbent improvement training. And their responses were analyzed. In order to test, we were conducted the correlation analysis, reliability and validity analysis, path analysis, and moderation effect. The results are as follow. First, it was found that the vocational education and training conditions had a significant effect on the satisfaction of the vocational education and training institution, and it was found to have a significant effect on the satisfaction of the vocational education and training institution and the intention to re-engage. Second, After classifying the types of joint training centers and the National Competency Standards (NCS) provided in vocational education and training into low-level (levels 1-3) and high-levels (levels 4-6), the results of analyzing the moderation effect, it was found that the contents of vocational education and training in the university type had an effect on facility satisfaction and re-engagement intention compared to the general types. Third, the results of the analysis of the adjustment effect by training level of the National Competency Standards (NCS) showed that high-level vocational education and training had higher facility satisfaction than low-level vocational education and training.

        필라테스 강사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 여성 수강자의 필라테스 교육만족 및 재참여 의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 필라테스 강사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일이 교육만족과 재참여 의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 자료를 확보하기 위해 전국 여성 필라테스 수강자 300명을 대상으로 표본을 추출하였으며, 불성실한 표본을 제외한 223부를 연구에 사용하였다. 본 연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 통계프로그램을 사용하여 분석하 였으며, 응답자의 인구통계학적 특성의 분석을 위하여 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 설문도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하기 위해 탐색적 요인분석 및 신뢰도 분석을 실시하였다. 독립변수와 각 하위요인이 종속변수의 각 변인에 미치는 수준을 알아보기 위하여 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 분석결과 필라테스 강사의 커뮤니케이션 스타일은 교육만족과 재참여 의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of the study is to identify the effect between the quality of the instructors’ service to the satisfaction and intention of re-participation of the students. In order to obtain date from the study, total 300 female Pilates students in Korea, and 223 copies excluding unfaithful samples were used in the study. The date gathered in the study were analyzed using SPSS 25.0, statistics program, and a descriptive statistical analysis was used to identify the demographic characteristics of samples, and the average and standard deviation were obtained by this. Moreover, the analyses of the exploratory factor and reliability were taken to confirm the reliability and feasibility of the survey. Multiple regression analysis was performed to confirm the level of the effect on each variable of the independent variable and each subdivision. The results of the analysis are as follows. The communication style of Pilates instructors has statistically significant effect on the intention of re-participation of students. In other words, the communication style of Pilates instructors like interaction, sincerity, and attitude affect the satisfaction of the education and intention of re-participation.

        일반인 대상 해외골프전지훈련프로그램 참여동기, 만족, 재참여의사의 관계

        [목적] 이 연구에서는 일반인을 대상으로하는 해외골프전지훈련프로그램에 대한 참여동기, 만족, 재참여의사의 관계를 규명하여 해외골프전지훈련프로그램에 대한 참여자의 동기를 파악하고 이를 국내 골프산업에 적용할 수 있도록 하는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적을 두고자 한다. [방법] 이를 위해 온라인 골프 커뮤니티를 활용하여 해외골프전지훈련프로그램에 참여한 경험이 있는 참여자 300명을 모집단으로 설정하여 온라인설문을 실시하였으며 조사된 300부 모두 결과에 활용하였다. [결과] 첫째, 일반인 대상 해외골프전지훈련프로그램의 참여동기는 만족에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 일반인 대상 해외골프전지훈련프로그램의 참여동기 중 내적동기만 재참여의사에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 해외골프전지훈련프로그램 참여자의 프로그램진행에 대한 만족과 프로그램 환경에 대한 만족이 재참여의사에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 국내에서 필드레슨을 받을 경우 시간적 한계 등을 경험하게 되는 반면 해외골프전지훈련프로그램에서는 여유롭게 골프와 여행을 함께 즐기며 레슨을 받을 수 있으며, 개인 레슨을 통한 성취감 및 자유시간을 통한 친목도모를 할 수 있다는 내외적 동기요인이 이를 활성화하는데 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between motivation, satisfaction, and intention to re-engage in the overseas golf battery training program targeting the general public, to identify the motivation of participants in the overseas golf battery training program, and to provide basic data that can be applied to the domestic golf industry. [Method] To this end, an online survey was conducted by setting 300 participants who had participated in overseas golf battery training programs as a population using the online golf community, and all 300 copies of the survey were used in the results. [Results] First, it was found that the motivation to participate in the overseas golf battery training program for the general public had a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, it was found that only internal motives among the motives for participating in the overseas golf battery training program for the general public had a positive effect on the intention to re-engage. Third, it was found that satisfaction with the program progress and satisfaction with the program environment of participants in the overseas golf battery training program had a positive effect on the intention to re-engage [Conclusion] While receiving field lessons in Korea, it was found that the internal and external motivational factors that enable students to enjoy golf and travel together leisurely, and to promote friendship through personal lessons.
