        산학연협력 전문가 정의 도출을 위한 연구

        (Purpose) This study on the intends to derive the definition of industry-university -research cooperation experts in order to build a database of industry-university- research cooperation experts scattered across universities and research institutes. (Design/methodology/approach) In this study, the definition of industry-academia- research cooperation expert and performance-based industry-academy-research cooperation expert definition were first derived through literature analysis through previous studies. FGI analysis was carried out to analyze the suitability and validity of the derived definition of industry-university-research cooperation expert and performance-based definition of industry-university-research cooperation expert. (Findings) Based on the literature study and FGI analysis results, the definition of an industry-university-research cooperation expert and a performance-based definition of an industry-academia-research collaboration expert were derived. An Industry-university-research cooperation experts were defined as those who have professional knowledge and experience for mutual cooperation between industrial education institutions, the state, local governments, research institutions, and industries. In addition, the performance-based industry-university-research cooperation expert drew the final definition by dividing it into technical/academic aspects, economic/industrial aspects, social aspects, and institutional aspects. (Research implications or Originality) In the future, If the results of various aspects are additionally derived, it is thought that it will be possible to judge the experts in various aspects of industry-university-research cooperation.

        연구시설장비 운영·활용 고도화를 위한 연구기반센터 성과참조모델 연구

        As the importance of research facility equipment in national R&D is increasing day by day, various ministries are investing a lot in research facility equipment competitively. In this study, in order to increase the utilization of research equipment and facilities, the performance reference model to advance the operating level of institutions that operate equipment and facilities is starting from a real problem. As a result of interviewing research equipment and facilities utilization promotion organizations(centers) that are currently operating after building or constructing research equipment and facilities, research is conducted so that each institution that operates research equipment and facilities can supplement the operational gaps. It was found that it is necessary to present the desirable operation of the equipment and facility operating institution. The performance reference model was designed based on self-diagnosis, evaluation, and feedback operation in the center, and was designed to self-diagnose the overall operation of the center, from the leadership of the center manager to the maintenance and management of research equipment and facilities.

        조사와 연구를 통한 공연 텍스트 구성하기 -여성의 중년 경험에 관한 드라마투르기 구성 과정의 기록

        The practice as research or the practice-based research implies conscious raising process for one’s own including the other participants against ready-made views as well as distribution of methodology. This work corresponds to the theatre making process based on practice as research, interview, and analysis centering on a theme, the experience of midlife in Korean women. At a certain stage of life, we find ourselves that we are aging and have already crossed the half a lifetime. As we get to be aware of the situation, we realized this is the untrodden aspect of life even though we seem to have been informed enough how we get old and follow the life cycle. Especially being in midlife in Korea has its own cultural and historical connotation. We(a dramaturg, five performers) made thirty questionaires regarding how middle aged individuals from late 45s to early 60s are experiencing and anticipating being aged from how they spend the daily life, what kind of family relationship, when they feel lonely and how they get it over, to when and how they want to die. The interviews were part of practice based research which focused on individuals’ experiences and aimed to explore and awaken what is ahead in or after their midlife different from abstract theory and cultural generalization. After this dramaturg constructed a text with the materials of recorded voices and the discussions. The practice on the stage was taken by six performers as a play-reading. It took place at the small theatre within the library of Sanbon, Gyunggydo. As the theatre was located in the regional civic library, the audience were local residents naturally, including some interviewees. The practice was completely different from the general theatre performance. It foreground the intention to listen to the real and individual experience about Korean middle aged women. This paper was a record regarding how the practice could be intertwined with research as a British verbatim theatre. It was a talk show, or narrative theatre to share each one’s experience as a kind a outreach conscious raising theatre and a proof the effectiveness of the methodology which mixed research with practice. In the process doing the research as a practice, the dramaturg, researchers as performers, and the interviewees had special experience that their former thought and attitude about their midlife has changed from the negative to positive one. Nonetheless, we also found some insufficient parts to develop more according to the feedback after the play-reading. 공연 예술의 경우 ‘실천으로서의 리서치’ 혹은 ‘실천에 토대를 둔 리서치’ 등의 최근 논의되고 있는 연구 방식은 공연 참여자들이 실천과 이론적 논의를 결합하여 방법론을 공유하며 이론적 결과물을 생산하는 방식을 의미한다. 이는 또한 이론과 실천의 이분법적 괴리 속에서 소외되어 온 실천가들을 학문적 영역 안으로 포용한다는 것을 의미하기도 한다. 이 논문은 ‘실천으로서의 리서치’ 방식을 영국의 버바팀 연극의 방식과 결합하여 중년 여성의 삶을 이해하고 인터뷰를 통해 드라마투르기를 구성한 것에 대한 기록이자 보고서라고 할 있다. 먼저 드라마투르그는 스스로 중년이 되면서 중년이라는 경험이 낯선 영역이며 매스컴에 의해 익숙해진 중년에 대한 상식이 왜곡된 이미지로 균질화되어 있다는 것을 발견하고 리서치의 모티브로 삼았다. 이 점에 동의하는 6명의 배우들과 드라마투르그는 중년에 대한 저술서를 읽고 토의를 하면서 인터뷰 설문을 구성하였다. 그리고 나서 60명의 중년 여성을 상대로 인터뷰를 진행하면서 중년으로 인해 생기는 문제를 파악하고 인터뷰를 통해 인물을 발견하며 개인들의 중년의 경험을 면밀히 살폈다. 인터뷰와 토의 기록을 자료로 드라마투르그는 텍스트를 하나 구성하였다. 이 과정에서 드라마투르그는 실제 삶의 생동감이 살아 있는 언어를 발견할 수 있었고, 이와 더불어 삶 속에서 ‘살아있는’ 인물을 발견하게 되었다. 버바팀 연극 방식을 응용하여 만들어진 중년을 주제로 한 텍스트는 기존의 알려진 담론에서 포착되지 않은 개인들의 다양한 경험을 포착하게 해 주었고, 또한 리서치 과정에서 드라마투르기 구성에 참여한 사람들은 스스로 의식이 성장하였다고 여기게 되었다. 텍스트는 낭독 공연으로 실천되었고 이에 대한 관객 반응을 리서치하여 재구성 중에 있다.

        역사교육 평가 연구의 성과 분석과 향후 과제

        이 연구는 2005년부터 2014년까지 발표된 역사교육 평가 연구의 성과를 분석하고 이에 바탕하여 향후 과제를 제시하려는 데 목적을 두었다. 해당 시기에 발표된 역사교육 평가 학술지 논문은 61편, 석사학위논문은 25편이었다. 연도별로 논문이 꾸준히 발표되었는데 학술대회나 프로젝트를 통해 기획한 결과로 발표된 것이 적지 않았다. 61편이 발표된 학술지는 16종이었으며, 전국 단위 학회가 발간하는 역사교육 전문지에 집중되었다. 집필자의 소속기관은 대학과 중등학교가 많았고 초등학교는 적었다. 연구자별로는 2편 이상 발표한 8명의 연구자가 관여한 논문이 38편에 달했다. 소수 연구자가 역사교육평가 연구를 주도한 것이다. 연구대상으로는 학교 수준 평가, 국가 수준 평가, 외국의 평가 등을고루 다루었다. 특히 학교 수준에서는 수행평가, 국가 수준에서는 수능에 집중되었다. 연구 주제별로는 평가도구의 분석/개발을 다룬 논문이 많았다. 연구방법은 평가 연구인만큼 문항분석이 많았고, 설문조사 등도 있었으나 객관성과 타당성 기준에서는 연구 방법이 미흡한 편이었다. 이와같은 분석을 토대로 향후 과제를 설정한다면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 주제를 확대할 필요가 있다. 수능 외에도 다른 주요 평가에 관심을 가져야 한다. 둘째, 절대평가, 역량평가, 협력평가, IT 기반 평가 등 미래지향적인 평가 방향과 결부해서 새로운 평가 방향을 모색해야 한다. 셋째, 체계적인 데이터의 활용과 연구방법의 적용이 필요하다. 이 점은 양질의 연구를 하기 위한 전제조건일 것이다. 넷째, 역사교육 평가 연구자가 늘어나야 한다. This study intends to analyse the topics and characteristics of research on assessment in history education with the aim of providing a starting point to develop research standards in the field. Sixty-one articles and twenty-five MA dissertations addressing the issue of assessment in history education published between 2005 and 2014 were analyzed. The number of published articles on assessment in teaching and learning history has steadily increased over the past ten- year period (2005-2014): the majority of the studies are published in journals that specialize in teaching and learning history. Of particular note is that few studies have been conducted by educational practitioners at primary level, compared to those at secondary or tertiary level. Areas of research of the articles examined in this study vary: studies on methodological trends in assessment in the field of history education, studies on theoretical models and practice of assessment both at school-level and at national-level, and studies on international trends in policies and procedures related to assessment in history. It is not surprising that most articles within the domain of assessment at national-level concentrate on the area of the analysis of College Scholastic Ability Test. Likewise, the majority of the studies within the domain of assessment at school-level tend to focus on the status and role of performance-based assessment in classrooms. In terms of topical areas, the vast majority of the studies examine the development/ evaluation of assessment instruments. Some suggestions for new directions for further research are made as follows: First, an important next step for the field will be for researchers to diversify topical areas, paying more attention to a much closer alignment between the national curriculum in history, teaching and learning history and the design of assessment in history across school levels. Second, there is clearly a need for more studies that examine the area of criterion-reference assessment and computer-based assessment in history education with a particular focus on 21st century skills and competences. Third, close attention needs to be drawn to elaborate on research methods that can guide evidence-based practice and research standards in the field. Finally, given the relative paucity of research on assessment in history compared to other areas of research in the field of history education, more educational practitioners need to engage themselves in doing research on the development of a framework and associated tool for assessment in history.

        인문사회기반 융합연구 성과 영향요인 연구

        본 연구는 인문사회기반 융합연구성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 융합연구성과 영향요인으로 개인특성, 연구환경요인, 연구자요인, 연구팀요인, 지원기관요인을 설정하였으며, 인문사회기반 융합연구를 진행하고 있는 연구자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 인문사회기반 융합연구에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연구자요인, 지원기관요인, 연구환경요인 중 연구분야(전공)인 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 요인이 융합연구성과에 미치는 설명력은 51.6%인 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 도출한 시사점은 첫째, 인문사회기반 융합연구의 경우 융합연구의 성과에 있어 연구팀 요인보다는 연구자 개인요인이 중요요인인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지원기관은 융합연구성과에 대한 지속적인 관리를 통해 융합연구성과를 높일 수 있다. 셋째, 연구자의 연구분야(전공) 또한 융합연구성과에 영향을 미치므로, 융합연구 연구팀 구성에 있어 연구분야(전공) 또한 중요하게 고려되어야 한다. The purpose of this study is to investigate empirically the factors affecting the research results of humanities and social sciences based convergence research. For this purpose, personal characteristics, research environment factor, researcher factor, research team factor, and support agency factor were set as influence factors of convergence research. Survey was conducted for researchers who are conducting research on humanities and social sciences based convergence research. As a result, it was found that factors influencing research on humanities and social sciences based convergence were researcher factor, supporting agency factor, research environment factor(major), and the influence of these factors on convergence research result was 51.6%. The implications of the research results are as follows: First, when performing the convergence research based on humanities and social science, individual factor of the researcher is more important than the factor of the research team in the performance of convergence research. Second, the support organization can improve the convergence research result through continuous management of convergence research results. Third, the research field (major) of the researcher also influences the performance of the convergence research. Therefore, the research field (major) should be considered important in the formation of the convergence research team.

        연구소기업의 역량과 매출성장 간의 관계에 관한 실증연구

        This study aims to analyze research-based spin-off companies, which are established in Innopolis to promote the commercialization of R&D outputs of public institutions. We analyzed 175 technology-based start-ups, which were founded before 2016, to examine how the companies' capabilities affect the sales growth rate. The results show that technological capability and entrepreneurial capability have positive relations with sales growth, while network capability and finance capability do not have significant associations. In addition, R&D intensity (R&D expenditure per employee) has moderating effects on the association between firm capabilities and sales growth rate since it strengthens the effect of technological capability and entrepreneurial capability but weakens the influence of network capability. This study contributes to widening the understanding of the importance of capabilities of research-based spin-off companies and their performance, and differs from most previous literature since it uses objective and quantitative data. It further suggests policy implications that the enhancement of technological and entrepreneurial capability are important for the stable growth of technology-based startups in the early stage. 본 연구는 공공연구성과의 직접 사업화를 촉진하기 위해 연구개발특구에 설립하는 연구소기업을분석대상으로 한다. 기술기반의 신생벤처기업이 대부분인 175개의 연구소기업을 대상으로 기업의 역량이 기업성과인 매출성장률에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석하였다. 분석결과는 연구소기업의 역량중에서 기술역량과 기업가역량이 매출성장률에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 반면, 네트워크역량과 재무역량은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 조절효과분석에서는 연구개발집중도(종업원 1인당 연구개발비)가 기술역량과 기업가역량이 매출성장률에 미치는 영향을 강화하고, 반대로 네트워크역량이매출성장률에 미치는 영향은 약화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 기술기반의 초기기업인 연구소기업에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고 기업의 역량에 대한 중요성을 환기시키는 점에서 의의가있다. 기존 연구와 달리 초기창업기업을 대상으로 한 연구에서 객관적이고 정량적인 데이터를 활용하여 기업의 역량과 성과 간의 관계를 보다 타당성있게 조명함으로써 기술혁신 관련 문헌에 기여한다. 또한, 연구소기업의 조기성장을 위한 전략적 지원에 대한 함의와 향후 추가적인 연구를 위한 기회를제공한다. 즉, 정책적 차원에서 한정된 예산 및 행정자원과 육성지원 정책을 초기 연구소기업들의 기술역량과 기업가역량을 높이는 방향으로 집중할 필요가 있다. 아울러, 연구소기업의 맞춤형 지원 정책개발을 위해서 성장 단계에 따라 서로 다른 역량들의 상대적 중요도가 어떻게 달라지는지 후속 연구들이 필요할 것이다.

        현대무용<균형의 조건>작품분석 : “Performing Body” 개념 적용

        최근에 공연 예술 분야에서 대두된 창작자의 관점을 중심으로 작품을 연구하는 ‘Practice-based Research’ 연구 프레임을 적용하여, 본 연구자가 직접 안무 및 제작하여 2009년에 공연했던 『균형의 조건』을 대상으로 작품 분석을 하였다. 이를 위해 당시의 프로그램 자료와 안무노트, 영상물 등을 활용하여 당시의 상황을 회상하는 자기 보고식 내러티브 연구방법을 적용하였다. 창작 과정에서 고안한 안무자의 ‘Performing Body’ 개념을 설정하고, 이를 무용수와 안무자의 상호 작용 과정을 통한 창작 과정 및 결과물을 분석하였다. 상호작용의 결과로 텍스트에 반응하는 몸, 물질에 반응하는 몸, 무의식적 본능에 반응하는 몸으로 귀결되었다. 또한 창작의 전 과정을 자기-반성적으로 다시 바라보는 보는 과정적 접근을 통해 안무가와 연구자로서의 관점이 어떠한 점을 시사할 수 있는지를 논의하였다. Practice-based Research` emerged recently in the field of performing arts focusing on the creator`s perspective. The dance work <Condition of Balance>, directly produced and choreographed by me and performed in 2009, is analyzed in this study on that basis. The concept of ‘Performing Body’ by choreographer and dancer was set as the center concept in this study of the work. I described how performances have been created as a result of the methods described above by self-report narrative research methods. In addition, I discuss what can be suggested from the view of a choreographer and researcher through a self-reflective look. Thus, overview of the work, choreographer`s intention, and results of interrelation between choreographer and dancers are consecutively suggested for an analysis of the work in this study.

      • Bridging the Gap Between Science and Industry

        Fraunhofer was founded in 1949 and grew into Europe’s largest application-oriented research organization. Fraunhofer currently employs over 20,000 members in Germany, is internationally networked, and manages an R&D budget of over 1,8 Billion Euros per year. An important step for Fraunhofer to become an integral component of the German innovation system was the introduction of the Fraunhofer Model of financing based on a performance-related system of financial management. The underlying model of the allocation and distribution of public funding to Fraunhofer that is subsequently allotted to specific research groups is one of the success factors of Fraunhofer. Fraunhofer is proud of its decentralized organizational model. Fraunhofer is comprised of 60 Institutes in Germany working in different fields, under one legal framework, and with a strong brand value. Every Fraunhofer Institute is affiliated with a German University and every institute director simultaneously holds a chair at the affiliated university. It is a challenge for the headquarter organization to balance the intended competition of individual Fraunhofer Institutes with complementarity cooperation in science among Fraunhofer-Institutes, especially when coming from different knowledge domains; however, this goal results in a significant advantage. The unique strengths of Fraunhofer offer system solutions in a world with increasingly complex R&D challenges. While growing to become the largest organization on Europe to focus on applied research it is the challenge to remain an agile organization that is flexible in organizational structure. Fraunhofer has reached a well-recognized position in the European innovation landscape. It is often referred to by science2 and governments3,4 as a role model for innovation policy and a key element of the latest successes in the German economy that has recovered quicker from the latest economic crisis than most other western economies. The paper explains Fraunhofer as an organizational paradigm and its underlying management model to elaborate on the challenges of managing a research organization. We wish to show how it is possible to transfer the management model and philosophy of Fraunhofer to innovation systems with different framework conditions and challenges. A universal conclusion may be drawn based on the description of Fraunhofer; however, changes in existing structures and innovation systems cannot be implemented over night.

        특수목적영어(ESP) 상황에서 과업기반 행정영어 수업 사례연구

        This study aims to design a Public Administration English syllabus based on task-based language teaching and examine the effects on students’ Public administration English performance abilities and learning attitudes after implementing the syllabus for a 15-week semester in an ESP Public Administration English course. The syllabus consists of eleven communicative tasks related to public administration job performance. Eleven tasks were developed in domains of 4 themes (theme 1: office conversation, theme 2: overseas business travel, theme 3: business correspondence and forms, theme 4: presentation) reflecting 22 Public Administration major students’ needs for Public Administration English learning. The eleven tasks were also sequenced depending on difficulty level factoring in task types (information gap, opinion exchange, decision making, problem solving), task contents (general, job specific), task cognitive skills (fact, inference, evaluation), task familiarity (task repetition). Data were collected through task performance assessments on 6 points (6: super, 5: advanced, 4: medium upper, 3: medium low, 2: low upper, 1: low) in terms of 3 evaluation criteria (task completion, fluency, accuracy) to measure students’ task performance abilities, and also through class evaluation survey of 10 questionnaire items in 3 domains (learning effects, tasks, learning attitudes) to investigate students’ perceptions. Data analysis results and findings suggest several educational implications for task-based ESP classes to contribute to the development of students’ English capabilities as well as job related performance abilities.

        자연과의 조율 : 순천만 자연환경 퍼포먼스에 관한 예술 기반 탐구

        이 논문은 순천만 자연환경을 무대로 다국적 작가들과 교류하면서 자연환경과 관련된 생태 워크샵과 퍼포먼스에 참여한 경험에 대하여 예술 기반 탐구 방법을 적용한 사례를 다루고 있다. 2016년 11월에 걸쳐 작성한 현장 노트, 성찰 메모, 사진, 동영상 및 기억자료를 수집하였으며 2019년 10월과 2020년 8월에 나눈 작가와의 대화 자료를 추가하였다. 연구자인 ‘나’는 순천만 인근 지역과 국가정원에서 자연과 교류하는 과정을 통해 예술의 현장에서 퍼포먼스를 감상하고 참여한 과정을 예술가/연구자/교육자의 관점에서 탐구하였다. 예술 기반 연구 방법인 artography를 차용하여 생태 퍼포먼스의 특징, 자연환경에 대한 새로운 인식 전환, 시민 참여형 생태 퍼포먼스 참여 경험에서 얻게 된 내적성찰에 이르기까지 과정을 탐구하면서 ‘자연과의 조율’이라는 주요 측면을 포착하였다. 이 연구를 통해 생태적 개인으로 변화되어 가는 과정, 순천만의 생태환경 속에서 전개되는 예술의 수행적 측면 및 퍼포먼스 참여 경험에서 드러나는 인상적인 부분을 질적으로 묘사하였다. This paper dealt with the authors’s subjective experiences of participating in ecological workshops and eco-art performances while interacting with international artists at Suncheon Bay International Eco-Environmental Art Festival 2016. Field notes, reflection memos, photos, videos, and memory data written over November 2016 were collected, and conversation data with the artists shared in October 2019 and August 2020 were added. The researcher, “I,” explored inner feelings and awakenings of appreciating and participating several performances from the perspective of an artist/researcher/educator through the process of interacting with nature in the area near Suncheon Bay wetland and national garden park. By adopting artography, an art-based research method, the major aspects of ‘coordination with nature’ were explored while exploring the process from the characteristics of ecological performances, being aware of the importance of the natural environments, and inner reflections gained from the experience of participating ecological performances as a citizen. I depicted the aspects of becoming an ecological person, the aspects of performativity with natural environments of Suncheon Bay, and the impressive parts of unfolding artistic appreciations from the eco-art performances.
