다층구조방정식을 활용한 단위학교 교사학습공동체의 학업성취 효과 분석

본 연구는 단위학교 교사학습공동체가 경기도 지역 중학생의 학업성취에 효과적인지 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 효과의 경로를 함께 밝힘으로써 교사학습공동체의 발달이 교육과정에 미치는 영향력을 입증하여 학업성취 효과의 타당성을 높이고자 한다. 이를 위해서 경기교육종단연구(GEPS) 4차년도 자료와 6차년도 자료를 활용하여 다층구조방정식(MSEM) 통계 분석을 실시하였다. 변인 구성에 있어서 학생성취에 대한 교사학습공동체의 영향력이 공동체의 질적 수준에 따라서 달라질 것이라 보고 교사학습공동체 발달 수준이라는 학교수준 교육과정 변인을 구성하였다. 다음으로 학생수준 교육과정 변인은 학습자 중심 수업과 교사 수업 능력, 학생수준 교육결과 변인은 3년 간 국어, 영어, 수학 과목의 수직척도 점수로 산출한 성장점수를 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 단위학교 교사학습공동체가 발달할수록 학생은 국어, 영어, 수학 수업에서 학습자 중심 수업이 이루어진다고 인식하였고 이는 학생이 교사의 수업 능력을 긍정하는데도 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교사학습공동체 발달에 따른 학생 학업성취 효과는 영어 과목에서만 확인되었다. 이를 통해 단위학교의 교사학습공동체 발달은 국어, 영어, 수학 과목의 학습자 중심 수업을 촉진시키면서 해당 과목의 수업을 개선시켰고 영어 과목에만 한정하여 학업성취 효과가 나타났다. 이를 통해 교사학습공동체는 효과적인 학교를 결정짓는 중요한 요인으로 확인됨으로써 단위학교의 교육력을 높이기 위한 방안으로 높은 질적 수준이 담보된 공동체 중심의 학습 조직이 촉진되어야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of the study is to reveal the effects of School-based Professional Learning Communities(PLCs) on middle school teachers and students of Gyeonggi-do using the Multilevel Structural Equation Modeling. For this purpose, this study tried to find the possibility of PLCs as a factor in determining effective schools by revealing the paths of effectiveness in the processes of schooling. . To this end, statistical analysis of multi-layer structural equations (MSEM) were performed using data from the 4th and 6th years of the Gyeonggi Education Panel Study(GEPS). This article confirmed the effect of PLCs influencing Student Academic Achievements and established the Path Analysis. The findings are as follows. First, the effect of PLCs' Student Academic Achievements was confirmed only in English subjects. Second, as a result of confirming the effect of school-level PLCs on only English achievement. However it was found that as PLCs develop, it promotes learner-centered classes and contributes to improving the quality of classes on all achievements. In summary, school-level PLCs were playing a role in determining effective schools that contributed to student achievement partially while improving school classes with learner-centered classes.

코로나19 이후 교사학습공동체가 교사 효과성에 미치는 경로 분석: 원격수업 역량과 민주적 학교 문화의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study aimed to analyze the Teacher effectiveness of the Professional learning communities(PLCs) on teacher efficacy and teacher satisfaction with 5,189 teacher responses from 179 schools in Gyeonggi Province in 2021 after COVID-19. This study have investigated methods for the structural equation models(SEM). First, as PLCs developed, it was found that competence of teachers’ distance learning and the democratic school culture had a positive effect in both the teacher efficacy model and the teacher satisfaction model. Second, as PLCs developed, the more positive the teacher efficacy and teacher satisfaction were. Finally, the mediating effect of competence of teachers’ distance learning and democratic school culture showed different patterns in both models. The suggestions that lead to the research results are as follows. First, in order to improve the educational power of unit schools, efforts are needed to establish a democratic school culture based on cooperation between teachers. Second, teachers’ professional development such as distance learning competency should be improved with PLCs. Finally, efforts are needed to come up with measures to more systematically analyze and improve Teachers’ Distance Learning Competency. 이 연구는 2021년 경기지역 179개교 5,189명의 교사 응답을 대상으로 코로나19 이후의 상황 속에서 교사학습공동체가 교사의 원격수업역량과 민주적 학교 문화를 매개로 하여 교사효과성에 미치는 영향력을 교사 효능감과 교직 만족도로 한정하여 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 경기학교교육실태조사 종단자료를 분석 대상으로 삼아서 구조방정식(SEM) 기법을 적용한 결과, 다음의 3가지 연구 결과가 도출되었다. 첫째, 교사 효능감 모형과 교직 만족도 모형 모두 교사학습공동체 활동을 활발히 할수록 교사의 원격수업 역량이 높아지고 민주적 학교문화를 촉진하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사학습공동체 활동을 활발히 할수록 교사 효능감과 교직 만족도에 긍정적인 효과가 나타났다. 마지막으로 교사 효능감 모형과 교직 만족도 모형에서 교사의 원격수업역량과 민주적 학교문화의 매개효과는 다른 양상을 보였다. 연구 결과를 토대로 이어지는 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 단위 학교의 교육력 제고를 위해서 교사 간 협력을 기반으로 한 민주적인 학교문화를 구축하기 위한 노력이 요구된다. 둘째, 원격수업역량과 같은 교사 전문성 향상은 교사학습공동체 중심으로 이루어질 필요가 크다. 마지막으로 교사의 원격수업 역량을 보다 체계적으로 분석하고 개선하기 위한 방안을 마련하는 노력이 필요하다.

선박해양구조물의 생애주기 관리를 위한 PLCS의 Framework를 위한 기술 표준화 방안

최근 사회 전반적으로 지속가능한 성장 및 자원의 재활용이라는 특면에서 선박해양구조물의 효과적인 유지보수 및 운영을 위한 목적으로, '선박해양구조물의 제품수명주기정보 관리 기술'의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 제품수명주정보 관리시스템은 설계 및 생산 단계의 정보 뿐만 아니라 유지보수, 폐기, 재활용 정보를 포괄하는 시스템이다. 이는 선박해양구조물의 제품 운영 및 유지보수, 폐기와 재활용 수명 주기를 관리하기 위해선 설계 및 생산단계에서 제공된 제품개발 및 생산 주기의 정보뿐만 아니라, 운영 단계의 고장 예방 및 예지 보수, 설비자산의 수명주기 등의 정보를 획득 및 활용되어져야 한다. 이러한 관리 시스템은 제품 정보의 획득, 관리, 유지 보수 이력 등을 기반으로 적절한 기능 및 시스템 통합 능력을 갖추어야 한다. 특히, 이러한 배경에서 제품수명주기정보 관리시스템의 핵심 기능 및 구조, 표준화에 관한 연구가 수행되고 있다. MIMOSA, ICAS, TELMA, ShipdexTM등 수명주기 정보와 속성 정보, 도면 및 문서 정보의 표준 형을 만들고 활용하고자 개발되고 있는 상황이다. 본 연구는 선박 해양구조물의 PLCS 시스템 정의 및 개발을 위한 최근의 기술 동향과 사례를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 표준화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 각 연구 사례를 우선 분석하고, 표준화와 연계된 주제를 정리하고자 한다. 또한, 수명주기정보관리시스템의 표준화 대상 및 표준화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

국제표준 PLCS 기반 플랜트 기술자료 관리시스템 개발

원자력발전소 등 플랜트분야 엔지니어링 정보는 다양한 조직에서 생성되며 생성된 결과물은 활용 시스템이 상이하므로 다양한 형태로 존재한다. 하지만 해당 데이터는 플랜트의 건설은 물론 운영 및 유지보수 기간 동안에도 활용되므로 사용자가 쉽게 조회하고 확인할 수 있는 형태로 관리될 필요성이 있다. 하지만 현재 실무에서는 개별 자료에 대한 관리는 체계적으로 이루어지고 있으나 상호간 연계성 및 표준화된 체계가 마련되지 못하여 기술자료 검색 및 활용에 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 제품의 생애주기 지원을 위한 국제표준 모델인 ISO 10303-239 PLCS를 기반으로 플랜트 분야에서 활용되고 있는 도면, 3D 모델, 요건, 절차서, 기술문서 등 각종 정보를 통합하고 웹 환경에서사용자가 쉽게 정보를 조회할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 모든 정보는 플랜트 구조 및 기술자료 구조를 기반으로 객체화 되어 관리되며 사용자의 관점에 따라 정보에 접근할 수 있는 다양한 방법을 제공하므로 실무에서의 정보 접근성 및 활용도를 개선할 수 있다.

교사학습공동체(PLCs) 리더의 역할과 역량에 관한 사례 연구

The purpose of this study was to explored the roles and competencies of leaders in professional learning communities(PLCs), that is, the characteristics of successfully conducted PLCs and experiences of leader. Participants in this study were four leaders who were working in different PLCs, two were from PLCs at elementary and middle school each and two were from the out of school PLCs in local and national wide each. In order to collect data, various materials were gathered such as artifacts, video clips, and observations & interviews from the preparation, progression and post process of the workshop. The main analysis data were artifacts and videos. We focused on analyzing the collected data repeatedly and answering questions about the role and capacity of the leader. As a result, roles of leaders in PLCs could be grouped into tasks, assistants, facilitators, and messengers. The strengths of leadership were passion, flexibility to listen and reflect on others' opinions, and attitude of dedication. The difficulty in running PLCs was the difficulty, burden, and lack of time of spontaneous driving. In order to overcome this problem, the PLCs needed to improve the system and build a cooperative and communal nature. In the case of out-of-school PLCs, we found that they were leaning on individual leader's passions. Through those successful leaders' talks and reports, we were able to find the role and capacity of leader as follows; initiative, communication, determination, vision presentation, enthusiasm, professionalism, and respect.

학교단위 교사학습공동체의 발달이 학생의 비인지적 성취에 미치는 효과 연구: 경기교육종단연구(GEPS)를 중심으로

The purpose of the study is to reveal the effects of School-based Professional Learning Communities(School-based PLCs) on students’ non-cognitive skills,. In particular, this study tried to find the possibility of PLCs as a factor in determining effective schools by revealing the paths of effectiveness in the processes of schooling. This study conduct statistical analysis of multilevel structural equations modeling(MSEM) were performed using data from the 4th and 6th years of the Gyeonggi Education Panel Study(GEPS). It confirmed the effect of School-based PLCs influencing non-cognitive skills, and established the path. As a result of the analysis, non-cognitive skills, - students' self-esteem, school satisfaction and discriminatory experience - showed a positive influence. First, as School-based PLCs developed, it had a positive effect on teachers' satisfaction and enthusiasm that their students' perceived. Second, this advanced School-based PLCs improve the Teacher-Student Relationship. School-based PLCs were playing a role in determining effective schools that contributed to students’ non-cognitive skills, while improving school culture. Finally, School-based PLCs was effective in the non-cognitive skills of students, which was found to increase self-esteem and school satisfaction and to alleviate the discrimination. The findings suggest the need to approach PLCs as practical activities in schools to improve the school education through reorganization of school culture beyond the status of alternative training to enhance teacher expertise. 본 연구는 학교단위 교사학습공동체의 발달 정도에 따라서 교사와 학생의 비인지적 성취에 미치는 효과를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 경기교육종단연구(GEPS) 6차년도의 117개 중학교의 3학년 학생 4,516명과 교사 1,186명을 대상으로 다층구조방정식(MSEM) 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교단위 교사학습공동체가 발달할수록 순차적으로 교사들의 교직만족도와 학생들이 인지한 교사열의에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교사학습공동체가 발달한 학교일수록 학생들은 교사와의 관계를 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 이는 교사학습공동체가 교사의 교직 만족도를 제고시키고 교사 열의를 높임으로써 긍정적인 학교문화를 창출하여 학생과 교사와의 관계 개선에 영향을 준다는 것을 의미한다. 마지막으로 교사학습공동체가 발달할수록 학생의 자아존중감과 학교만족도는 높이고 교사로부터 받는 차별 경험은 완화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 학교 단위의 교사학습공동체가 발달할수록 학생의 비인지적 성취에 영향력을 발휘하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 토대로 교사학습공동체는 단순히 교사 전문성 제고의 대안적인 연수로 인정받는 것을 넘어서 학교문화를 개선하여 교육력을 제고할 수 있는 실천적인 활동으로 접근되어야 할 것이다.

Application of RFID and Augmented Reality for acquisition of marine vessels' lifecycle information during Middle of Life

PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) generally supports the collaborative environment during the product design and the production, while PLCS (Product Lifecycle Support System) or ALM (Asset Lifecycle Management) system provides all the information to maintain, fix and discard/recycle all the parts of the product mainly during MOL (Middle of Life) and EOL (End of Life). Present study suggests the PLCS system of marine vessels. First, the product structure model of the PLCS during the MOL and product data is defined by the object decisions. Thereafter, the method of part identification is implemented by RFID and AR (Augmented Reality). AR and RFID were applied to the PLCS in order to make the maintenance work interact with computer to get the right maintenance information. An example of the marine PLCS was developed based upon the relational database in conjunction with NXP CLRC632 contact-less reader IC and tags.

선박해양 구조물의 유지보수를 위한 제품수명주기관리 시스템의 데이터 표준화 방안에 관한 기초 연구

선박해양구조물의 효과적인 유지보수 및 운영을 위한 목적으로 제품수명주기 관리 체계 구성과 제품데이터 교환 방안에 대하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 언급한 제품수명주기정보 관리시스템은 유지보수, 폐기, 재활용 단계를 대상으로 한다. 이는 선박해양구조물의 운영 및 유지보수, 폐기와 재활용 수명 주기를 관리하기 위해서는 설계 및 생산단계에서 제공된 제품개발 및 생산 정보뿐만 아니라, 운영 단계의 고장 예방 및 예지 보수, 설비자산의 수명주기 데이터 교환이 필요하다. 특히 의장 장비 및 부품의 유지보수 정보를 활용하기 위해서는 데이터 표현을 표준화할 필요가 있다. 이러한 표준 방안으로 S1000D 및 Shipdex™ 의 스키마를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 선박 해양구조물의 PLCS (Product Lifecycle Support) 시스템 정의 및 개발을 위한 최근의 기술 동향과 사례를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 표준화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 각 사례를 분석하고, 표준화와 연계된 주제를 정리하고자 한다. 또한, 수명주기정보관리시스템의 표준화 대상 및 표준화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

원전 형상관리를 위한 주요 기자재정보 관리방안

Most of plant facilities are modified many times, often without proper support needed to confirm with their design base and to update their engineering data, maintenance rules and operating procedures. This lack of equilibrium between the requirements, design information and physical plant still remains a significant issue. Configuration management is a process of identifying and documenting the characteristics of a plant"s structures, systems and components, and of ensuring that changes to these characteristics are properly developed, assessed, approved, issued, implemented and verified. This study focuses on how to manage the major equipment engineering information of nuclear power plant using systems engineering V-model approach, and proposes a data model to manage the information in relation to manage their life cycle. In addition, this study conducted a research and development project in nuclear power plant, and developed a prototype system based on this approach to verify its feasibility. It has been demonstrated that this approach can provide not only provide an explicit configuration management and control on the information, but can also provide a more efficient method to integrate, manage and visualize complex plant information.
