        Blemish Balm 크림에서 색조를 나타내는 산화철의 미세구조

        This study investigated the structure and size of particles of iron oxides which provide shade to the skin among the elements of blemish balm cream, which is recently stirring up a boom in the cosmetic market. We observed that the rod-shaped particles of iron oxide red are dispersed in lumpy form. Under a high magnification scanning electron microscopy, we observed that the rod-shaped iron oxide red 500~600 nm in length and the cubicshaped iron oxide red 100 nm in length are dispersed. The particles of iron oxide yellow were in a form of rod and their length was measured as 300~600 nm. The particles of iron oxide black formed irregular masses and were in a spherical form and their diameter was measured as 200~300 nm. When the results of analyzing the elements of iron oxide red using an energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy were converted into a percentage, the components of Fe and O was 74.66% and 25.34%, respectively. For iron oxide yellow, the components of Fe and O was 75.00% and 25.00% and for iron oxide black, the components of Fe and O was 84.78% and 15.22%, respectively. As a result, it was found that iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow and iron oxide black, as one of the ingredients of cosmetics, were fine particles which made up of the element of Fe and O with no impurities.

        중국 당나라“상부면지(常敷面脂)”복합추출물의 생리활성 평가

        This study was conducted to prove the scientific effect on skin cream made in ancient Chinese. Changfu Mianzhi (cream) were extracted from distilled water (SYW), 30% ethanol (SYE30), and 70% ethanol (SYE70), respectively. After that, it showed increment of total polyphenol content along with increasing ethanol content. Also, there was anti-oxdicant efficacy usingradical scavening activity on all concentration by DPPH method. As cytotoxicity test using humanderived fibroblast showed no cytotoxicity in all concentration. However, collagen contents were significantly increased 115.07% on SYW30 in HDFn. NO inflammatory mediator contents inhibited significantly about 27.7%, 41.8% on SYW, SYE70 in RAW 264.7 cells. Also, TNF-a testing result showed 36%, 85% inhibition on SYW, SYE70 and IL-1β testing result showed 45%, 41% on SYW, SYE70. In conclusion, Changfu mianzhi (cream) was confirmed to be effective for anti-wrinkle (SYW30), anti-inflammatory (SYW, SYE70), antioxidant (SYW, SYE70, SYE70). The excellence of the ancestors has been proven by this study. The the results, proving the scientific effect were as follows. There was a meaningful difference between activity of extract and evaluation of efficacy. This can use the research to do development of materials. Also, the possibility for effective cosmetic materials against wrinkles and anti-inflammatory activity was confirmed.

        산화영구 염색시 Ampoule 사용에 따른 염색 유지력 증강에 관한 연구

        모발의 화학적 시술이 모발 내 간충물질 소실로 이어져 염색시 색상 유지력을 저하시키는 원인이 되므로 염색과정에서 모발의 손상을 최소화하고 간충물질을 보완하는 방법으로서 탈색된 모발에 산화염모제를 처리하면서 Conditioner와 Ampoule을 전처리제로 사용하여 모발의 손상과 염착력 관찰을 위해 모발의 굵기와 색도, 모표피의 형태학적 변화를 샴푸 횟수 60회를 실시하여 관찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과 모발의 굵기 변화관찰은 정상모를 제외한 모든 모발에서 감소가 나타났으나 앰플을 처리한 모발(Bh-AC)이 3.92%로 가장 적게 감소하여 가장 굵은 것으로 나타났다. 색도의 관찰에서도 rad계열 착색도 측정값인 a*값이 Bh-AC가 유의하게 가장 높게 나타났으며, 전자현미경을 이용한 모발의 형태학적 관찰에서도 앰플을 처리한 모발(Bh-AC)에서 우수한 효과가 나타나 Ampoule의 사용이 모발의 손상된 부분에 보호효과가 있음이 확인되어 산화 영구 염모제 처리 시 모발손상을 최소화하여 염착력을 오래 유지할 수 있는 방안으로 기대된다.
