        NEV용 1.5[kW]급 저가형 충전기 개발에 관한 연구

        In this paper, the battery charger developed which is satisfy by the characteristics of the rapid control and reduce the cost of the charger. analog-digital mixed mode controller developed with dedicated IC for PWM control and low-performance micro-processor is using for the operation control of charger. The low-cost NEV charger developed to verify the performance and usability is verified with charging battery experiment by of using developed charger.

        Reconstruction of damaged parts of a Sanskrit Manuscript: focusing on the first Abhisamaya of Abhisamayālaṅkāravivṛti by Haribhadra

        The aim of this paper is to demonstrate how to improve Sanskrit texts using color photos of manuscripts assisted by other sources as Tibetan translation. For this, I examined the most damaged parts of the Abhisamayālaṅkāravivṛti manuscript N1— that has been used by the former editor Koei H. Amano for his edition—, namely, folios 1v and 2r, and demonstrate how the akṣaras that Amano failed to record can be reconstructed on the basis of the Tibetan translation. The detailed process of the reconstruction has been dealt in the 'Ⅱ. Reconstruction of damaged parts of the manuscript N1'In the 'Ⅲ. Reconstruction of three verses about twenty kinds of emptiness', among the contents of the missing folio of N1, I picked up three Sanskrit verses in anuṣṭubh meter, which seem to have been composed by Haribhadra on the basis of Ārya Vimuktiṣeṇa's explanation of twenty kinds of emptiness, and tried to restore them from the Tibetan version referring to the Sanskrit texts extracted from the two Abhisamayālaṅkāra commentaries, namely, the Vṛtti by Ārya Vimuktiṣeṇa and Ālokā by Haribhadra. In the 'Ⅰ. Two manuscripts of Vivṛti', I pointed out two things that I disagree with Amano's opinions: (1) The type of the manuscript N1 is a Nepalese hooked script, not a Māghadha script. (2) The number 1500 at the colophon of N1, of which meaning is thought to be the date when the scribe finished copying by Amano, is actually used for telling how many syllables the scribe have written down so far (in this case, approximately 48,000 akṣaras).

        신 에너지 자동차 체험관 제3의 공간 특징이 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 중국 상하이 웨이라이 신에너지 자동차 체험관의 관람객을 중심으로

        체험 소비가 생기면서 체험 상업공간도 대세로 자리잡게 되었다. 많은 기업에서 상업공간을 소비자가 쉽게 방문할 수 있는 다양한 공간으로 만들었다. 카페·도서실·어린이 놀이방 등 제3의 공간 을 상업 체험공간에 융합하여 제3의 공간 의 특징을 살려 판촉과 홍보에 활용하고 있다. 중국 신에너지 자동차의 급성장에 따라 많은 브랜드에서 신에너지 자동차 체험관을 만들었지만, 체험관에 제3의 공간 을 설치하는 경우는 많지 않다. 본 연구에서 신에너지 자동차 체험관 제3의 공간 의 특징이 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하고자 한다. 즉 신에너지 자동차 체험관에서 제3의 공간 을 설치하는 것은 관람객의 체험의 쾌적한 정서에 영향을 미치고 나아가 구매의도를 향상시킬 수 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 현장 조사를 통해 중국 상하이에서의 신에너지 자동차 체험관의 제3의 공간 의 현황을 고찰하고 정리하였다. 또한, 중국 웨이라이 자동차 체험관을 설문 조사 장소로 선정하여 체험관을 방문한 관람객을 설문 조사대상으로 하여 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 총 262부의 유효 설문지가 회수되었고 SPSS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 자동차 체험관 제3의 공간 특징이 쾌적한 정서에 유의한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 쾌적한 정서는 구매의도에 유의한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 신에너지 자동차 체험관의 공간 디자인에 데이터와 이론적 지원을 제공할 수 있고 관람객 체험의 쾌적한 정서를 높이고, 나아가 소비자의 구매의도를 높여 궁극적으로 신에너지 자동차 판매와 보급률을 높이게 될 수 있다. With the emergence of experience consumption, experience commercial spaces are gradually becoming mainstream. Many companies are turning commercial spaces into diverse spaces that can be easily accessed by consumers. For example, the third space such as cafes, libraries and children s playrooms are integrated into the commercial experience spaces, making the commercial space equipped with the third space character to achieve promotional and publicity purposes. With the rapid development of new energy vehicles in China, various brands of New Energy Vehicles Experience Halls have been set up, but not many of them have the third space .The aim of this paper is to investigate the impact of the characteristics of “the third space” in a NEV Experience Hall on consumers purchase intentions. Setting up the third space in a NEV Experience Hall can increase the pleasure of the visitor s experience and can increase their purchase intention. Taking the purpose of this study as a starting point, this paper examines the current situation of the third space of the NEV Experience Hall in Shanghai, China, and presents a statistical summary. At the same time, this paper selects China Weilai(蔚来)NEV Experience Hall as the research object, and conducts a questionnaire survey on 262 visitors who have visited the Experience Hall, and makes an empirical analysis with SPSS21.0. The results of this study show that the characteristics of the third space in the Vehicles Experience Hall will have a positive impact on visitors pleasure mood, and pleasure mood will have a positive impact on vehicle purchase intention. The research conclusion of this paper can provide data and theoretical support for the space design of NEV Experience Hall in China, so as to enhance visitors experience pleasure, improve consumers purchase intention, and finally improve the sales volume and penetration rate of new energy vehicles.

        Industry policy and Cost Stickiness: the case of New Energy Vehicles in China

        NEVs are of strategic importance to a country to cope with environmental degradation and reshape its future industrial layouts. We would like to focus on the relationship between the internal mechanisms of firms in the NEVs industry and the macro-fiscal environment. In this study, we want to know whether industry policy affects cost stickiness by influencing managerial decisions in new energy vehicles (NEVs), whether grant and tax incentives differ in influencing managers' expectations and cost stickiness, and whether managers behave short-termism in asymmetric cost response. First, we identify and collect data on 573 NEVs listed firms from China's A-share market. Following the two-period model of Banker, Byzalov, Ciftci and Mashruwala (2014), we add a new condition of a prior sales decrease to observe changes in cost stickiness and interpret industry policy as the signal managers rely on to adjust resource. Finally, we compare the R&D cost and SG&A cost to see whether there is managerial short-run behavior. Based on these methods, we conclude that in NEVs higher grant and tax incentives trigger more optimistic expectations, and are associated with significantly greater cost stickiness even if prior sales fell. Compared to SG&A cost, we find grant makes R&D cost sticky in the current period when faced with a prior sales decrease, while tax incentives make R&D cost anti-sticky, which may be caused by agency problems. This research further demonstrates the relationship between industry policy and cost stickiness, fills the void in analyzing the specific policy for developing NEVs, and identifies the role of managerial decisions in cost response. Our paper examines the impact of industrial policy on cost stickiness from the perspective of managers' expectations. This enriches the existing research on industrial policy and cost stickiness, which previously focused on the effect of industrial policy on adjusting resources. It also focuses on popular industries to find out the characteristics of NEVs that are more optimistic about industrial policy.

        Green Industrial Policy Conflict with WTO Rules and Implications for Emerging Economics: From the Perspective of New Energy Vehicles (NEVs)

        Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to analyze the green contradiction between China’s NEVs subsidy policies and WTO rules. It proposes resolutions for China and South Korea from the perspective of GATT Article 20 and the US New Climate Bill. Design/Methodology/Approach – Based on the investigation of NEVs in the market, this paper finds that relevant effective subsidy measures can promote China’s NEVs development. Moreover, through case study and literature, this paper also analyzes the compliance of China’s NEVs subsidy measures under the SCM Agreement. Finally, it puts forward relevant implications for the NEVs development of China and South Korea. Findings – This paper studies credit preference, financing support and LCRs, which may be determined to be prohibited subsidies and production subsidies, Tax incentives and price support may be determined to be actionable subsidies. Subsidies for specific NEV enterprises or regions may be deemed to de jure or de facto specific subsidies with disordering global trade order. Research Implications – This study has far-reaching significance in promoting the reform of WTO related- subsidy regulations and formulating a special RE subsidy agreement under the multilateral trade system, which will resolve the conflicts of the environmental and energy trade under the background of low-carbon energy transition.

        At present, major countries in the world are actively pursuing environmentally friendly automobiles to improve the air quality and reduce oil consumption for national security. In addition, interest in low-speed electric vehicles (NEV) is increasing due to the steady increase of single-person households and the incidence of near-field mobility in farming, fishing villages, and urban areas. [Speed <= 60km/h, Weight <= 1,361kg (Including batteries)] Currently, most low-speed electric vehicles in developed countries such as the US use 72V (12V×6) of battery power and operate at maximum speed (40km/h) and mileage (30 ~ 50km) / 1 time charging. Charging time (4~6 hours), battery life (about 1,000 cycles), lowest price (approx. 12 million won), low-speed charging method using single-phase power for home is the mainstream. It has been pointed out that the decrease in energy efficiency of vehicles can be a limiting factor for the expansion of supply. Given the low-speed EV market, which is expected to continue to grow in the future, real-time charging (RTC) while moving and stopping enhances user convenience, improves access to insufficient charging infrastructure, and extends life, distributes power. There is a need to improve the energy efficiency of the entire low-speed electric vehicle (NEV) system using an improved transmission and solar charging device.

      • NEV 운전조건에 따른 트랜스엑슬 가속수명시험 방법 개발

        The purpose of this study will present methodology provisional a durability of reduction gear box and differential gear. Accelerated life testing to ensure the 95% confidence level to test the sample quantity required for the life time, accelerated testing time was calculated. Type and duration of the test device to control the motor and the torque and rpm reduction gear box and differential power delivered to the motor load is a way of controlling. Duty cycle the pattern 1 (rate conversion A, B, C) the 150cycle, pattern 2 (regular driver), the 21cycle, pattern 3 (back operation) is the 30cycle, with a total examination of the sample is 201cycle about 187hr. The calculation results of the NEV accelerated life calculation and testing methods be used, and also to calculate the accelerated life gear box can be used widely.

        Comparison Benefit of e-Transmission for NEV

        Generally, the merits of pure electric vehicle(EV) are a low level of environmental pollution, noise, high efficiency, availability ofmultiple energy resources, and ability of energy feedback, while the driving performance is bad from the viewpoint of acceleration,maximum speed and grade ability. Therefore to improve these disadvantages is a hot issue among automotive engineers. In the electricmotor driving system, reduction gears are applied to improve the drivability. Usually, the electric motor needs a reduction gear formaximum efficiency. The easiest way to create the gear reduction is to pin the existing manual transmission in the first or second gear. In this work, the 4speed e-transmission system based on AMT(Automated manually transmission) is employed for NEV(Neighborhoodelectric vehicle) to improve the driving performance of an electric system and drivability instead of a reduction gear box. This paperanalyzes the advantage of the 4-speed e-transmission and compares with a reduction gear box.
