        공급망 참여 기업간 잠재적 지식 상호보완성과 지식 교환

        Despite the growing emphasis on the importance of knowledge exchange among supply chain partic-ipants, few companies have fully exploited the knowledge resources held by their supply chain partners. Among many reasons for this phenomenon, recent literature on inter-firm knowledge exchange identifies knowledge complementarities between the supply channel partners as an important determinant of knowl-edge exchange. Firms participating in a supply chain are likely to exchange partners’ complementary knowledge. In order to extract value from them, it is important to recognize the difference between the potential value and the implementation of this potential value. However, the literature fails to distinguish between potential knowledge complementarities and implemented knowledge complementarities. In order to realize the value of potential knowledge complementarities, knowledge should be exchanged and effec-tively integrated in the supply channel. Further, investigating inter-firm knowledge exchange from both partners’ perspectives is important espe-cially when there are interdependencies between the channel partners. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of potential knowledge complementarities on knowledge exchange in buyer-suppli-er relationships by looking at both partners’ perspectives. This research also includes trust in partner’s com-petence and inter-organizational information systems (IOIS) as they are relevant when the complementary knowledge flows between organizations. The data required for this field study was collected from 70 buyers and their suppliers in three multinational enterprises in two different industries (Automobile manufacturing and Telecommunication services) head-quartered in Korea. The results indicate that potential knowledge complementarities between buyer and supplier do not directly influence knowledge exchange, but indirectly through trust in partner’s competence. And the results indicate that competence-based trust and IOIS have direct effects on knowledge exchange. Empirical results also show that IOIS moderates the relationship between potential knowledge com-plementarities and knowledge exchange. This study is a first attempt to empirically verify the theoretical model about potential knowledge com-plementarities and to investigate the impact of potential knowledge complementarities on interfirm knowl-edge exchange. From a theoretical perspective, this study not only clarifies the distinction between potential knowledge complementarities and implemented knowledge complementarities, but also develops an instru-ment to measure the concept of potential knowledge complementarities in the context of operational and planning knowledge in a supply chain. Further, we develop a theoretical framework suggesting that potential knowledge complementarities of partners in a supply chain affect knowledge exchange directly and indirectly through competence-based trust. The findings from this study have some managerial implications for practicing managers as well. First, buyers should search for suppliers that have potential complementary knowledge, which can be integrated to create synergy through interfirm knowledge exchange. Furthermore, firms must develop mechanisms to identify potential complementary knowledge of partners. Second, firms should continue their endeavor to develop their own unique knowledge so that their knowledge can benefit the entire supply channel. Finally, trust among supply chain partners turns out to be an important factor for interfirm knowledge exchange. Therefore, effective management for engendering trustworthy buyer-supplier relationships should receive ap-propriate attention from managers.

        기업협력구조 및 지식교환이 신제품설계참여 성과에 미치는 영향분석 -자동차 산업 1차 공급업체를 대상으로-

        In recent years, increasing attention has been paid on building a successful partnership in Automobile Components Industry. Knowledge exchange among supply chain partners becomes more important in today`s business environment. There are two main goals for this study. The first goal is to identi1y the important factors of `cooperation relationship`(relation structure and relation behavior) that influence `knowledge exchange`. The second goal is to investigate the relationship between cooperation relationship, knowledge exchange, and new product development performance. To analyze the validity of research model and the hypotheses, data are collected from the first suppliers of Korean Auto Industry. The major results of this study are as follows. (1) the transaction dependence positively influences knowledge exchange understanding, (2) the assets dependence positively influences knowledge exchange quality, (3) the communication positively influences knowledge exchange level, (4) the experience sharing positively influences knowledge exchange understanding, (5) knowledge understanding positively influences the effect of cooperative new product development. This study suggests ways to promote collaborative knowledge exchange for new product development performance improvement.

        협력업체 간 지식교환과 협력관계의 관련성 분석

        기업경영에 있어서 지식은 전략적으로 가장 중요한 자원으로 인식되고 있으며 이러한 이유로 기업들은 협력업체와의 지식교환을 통해 상호 협력관계를 증진시키기 위해 노력하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 협력업체 간의 지식교환 수준과 품질이 지식이해로 이어져 결국 협력업체간 상호의존성 및 상호의사소통에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 지금까지의 연구를 살펴보면 (1)상호의존성과 상호의사소통과 같은 기업 간 협력관계가 기업 간 정보교류에 영향을 미친다는 연구와 (2)지식자원을 통한 전략적 제휴에 의해 기업 간 협력관계가 증대될 수 있다는 연구가 공존하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 지식교환에 수반되는 거래위험에도 불구하고 지식교환이 진행되고 있는 협력업체간에 실질적으로 상호의존성과 의사소통이 더욱 증대되어지고 있는지 확인하고자 (1)의 연구모형을 역방향으로 설계하여 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 협력업체간 지식교환 수준과 품질은 모두 지식교환의 최종 성과인 지식이해에 정(+)의 영향력을 미치고 있음을 보여준다. 둘째, 협력업체간 지식이해가 상호의존성과 상호의사소통의 기업 간 협력관계에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 협력업체간 지식교환이 기회주의적 태도 유발보다는 상호협력적 관계를 형성시켜 상호의존성과 상호의사소통을 더욱 증대시킴을 보여준다. Knowledge is strategically recognized the most important resource in businesses and companies have tried to improve cooperation with partners through knowledge exchange for these reasons. This study empirically analyzed that knowledge exchange level and quality between partners is connected with knowledge understanding and knowledge understanding finally affects interrelationship and inter-communication between partners. Examining precedent studies, there are two opposite hypotheses : 1) Cooperation between companies such as interrelationship and inter-communication affects information exchange between companies. 2) Cooperation between companies can be improved by a strategic alliance through knowledge resources. We designed a study model and analyzed empirically to identify whether interrelationship and inter-communication is actually being improved despite of transaction risk entailed by knowledge exchange. The major results of this study are as follows. (1) The knowledge exchange level and quality between partners positively influences knowledge understanding, the final performance of knowledge exchange. (3) The knowledge understanding between partners positively influences interrelationship and inter-communication between partners. These study results indicate that knowledge exchange between partners form cooperation relationship and make interrelationship and inter-communication increase rather than opportunistic behavior.

        공급망 참여 기업 사이의 지식 교환

        The review of existing literature on knowledge exchange among supply chain partners reveals that there are two essential forces at work: (1) collaborative behavior ? i.e., firms willing to share knowledge with supply chain partners in order to leverage social capital, and (2) opportunistic behavior ? i.e., firms wanting to maintain some degrees of knowledge/information asymmetry to manage supply chain partners’ behaviors. These forces behind knowledge exchange dynamics may be in resonance and in conflict simultaneously. Concurrent assessment of the opposing theories and the contingencies under which each is relevant for the supply chain performance is a useful research undertaking. Based on literature review, we have identified supply chain context as an important contingency for inter-firm knowledge exchange. We have used data from a field study of Korean firms in the electronics manufacturing services (EMS) industry to test the proposed research model. Our findings indicate that, in upstream supply chain relationships, inter-firm trust among supply chain partners has a positive impact on knowledge exchange, while transaction risk concerns does not influence knowledge exchange. In downstream supply chain relationships, neither transaction risk concerns about inter-firm knowledge exchange, nor social capital perspectives influences knowledge exchange significantly. These findings have important theoretical and practical implications, which are discussed in the paper.

        『국역 해행총재』를 통해 본 지식 교류의 두 층위

        이 글은 『국역해행총재』를 대상으로 시대 상황에 따른 지식 교류의 양상을 살펴보고, 이들 작품을 사행 기록과 피로·표류 기록으로 나누어 공식적인 절차를 밟아 이루어지는 지식 교류와 의도하지 않은 상황에서 이루어지는 지식 교류의 두 층위가 갖는 특성을 규명하고자 하는 목적에서 출발했다. 『해행총재』는 조선 후기 일본 사행 기록(일기)을 모아 엮은 책으로 조엄의 『해사일기』에 따르면 洪啓禧가 처음 편찬하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 徐命膺의 『식파록』이 나왔다고 한다. 그러나 이 두 종류의 책은 그 실체를 알 수 없고, 또 『월봉해상록』이 간행될 당시 조엄이 쓴 ‘발문’에서는 그 당시 윤봉조가 일본 사행 기록을 모아 『해행 총재』를 편찬했다고 하나 이 또한 실체를 확인하기 어렵다. 그 이후 1914년 조선고서 간행회에서 『해행총재』 4책을 간행하였으며, 1975년 민족문화추진회에서 다수의 작품을 추가하여 이를 국역하였다. 이 점에서 『국역해행총재』는 조선시대 한일 지식 교류의 양상과 특징을 살피는 데 좋은 자료가 된다. 지식 교류의 두 층위를 고려할 때 사행단과 피로·표류 기록은 공식성과 체험의 생동감 여부에서 차이를 보인다. 『국역해행총재』를 통해 볼 때, 근대 이전 일본과의 지식 교류에서 ‘사행단 기록’은 공식성을 띠며 그를 통한 서적 유입 등의 지식 유입이 이루어지는데 반해 ‘피로·표류 기록’은 격식적인 면보다 체험을 바탕으로 한 생동감이 잘 나타나는 특징을 발견할 수 있었다. This article examines the aspect of knowledge exchange according to the circumstances of the times for the GUKYEOK(Korean translation) HAEHAENGCHONGJAE(國譯海行摠載), and divides these works into meandering records and fatigue-drifting records to clarify the formal procedures for knowledge exchange and knowledge that takes place in unintended situations. It started with the purpose of examining the characteristics of the two layers of exchange. According to JO EOM(趙曮)’s HAESAILGI(海槎日記), HONG GYEHEE(洪啓禧) compiled the first book, and based on this, SEO MYEONGEUNFG(徐命膺)’s SILPARPK(息波錄) was compiled. However, the reality of these two types of books is unknown, and in the BALMUN(concluding remarks) written by JO EOM at the time the WOLBONGHAESANGROK(月峯海上錄) was published, it is said that YUN BONGJO compiled the HAEHAENGCHONGJAE(海行摠載) by collecting Japanese meandering records at that time. It is difficult to ascertain the reality. After that, in 1914, the JOSEONGOSEOGANHAENGHOI(朝鮮古書刊行 會) published 4 books of the HAEHAENGCHONGJAE, and in 1975, the MINJOKMUNHWACHUJINHOI(民族文化推進會) added a number of works and translated them into Korean. In this regard, this books are a good resource for examining the aspects and characteristics of knowledge exchange between Korea and Japan during the Joseon Dynasty. Considering the two levels of knowledge exchange, the meandering group and the fatigue-drift record show differences in the formality and liveliness of the experience. According to these books, in the knowledge exchange with pre-modern Japan, record of the diplomatic mission(使行記錄) are formal and knowledge flows through them, such as inflow of books, whereas records of fatigue and drift had a vitality based on experience rather than formality.

        중국 MCN 기업의 리더-구성원 교환관계(LMX)가 구성원의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 조직지원인식과 무형식학습활동의 매개효과, 지식공유풍토의 조절효과를 중심으로

        모바일 인터넷의 빠른 발전과 스마트폰의 보편화로 사용자들이 모바일 엔터테인먼트 콘텐츠 및 문화 콘텐츠를 접하는 시간이 점점 증가하고 있다. 특히 중국에서는 틱톡(抖音), 위챗(微信), 콰이쇼우(快手) 등 다양한 단편형 스트리밍 플랫폼을 통해 다중채널 네트워크가 성장하며 지속적인 변화와 함께 급성장하고 있다. 중국의 MCN은 소셜플랫폼 기반의 콘텐츠형, 쇼트클립 플랫폼 기반의 왕홍 모델, 전자상거래 플랫폼 기반의 '왕홍 라이브 다이훠(带货)' 등 단계 발전 과정을 거쳤다. 본 연구는 리더-구성원 교환관계가 조직 내 구성원들의 혁신행동에 미치는 영향과 그 메커니즘으로 조직지원인식, 무형식학습활동의 매개효과를 조사하며, 이 과정에서 조직 내 지식공유풍토의 조절효과의 영향력을 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 중국 MCN 기업이 경영 및 혁신 성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략적 접근 방법과 인적자원관리 전략에 대한 심층적인 이해를 제공하고자 한다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구가설 1인 “중국 MCN기업에서 리더-구성원 교환관계는 기업구성원의 혁신행동에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 것이다.”를 검증한 경로분석 결과를 살펴보면, 중국 미디어 기업의 리더-구성원 교환관계가 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설 1은 경로계수=0.233, t=2.911, p=0.004<0.01로 나타나 채택 되었다. 둘째, 연구가설 2인 “중국 MCN기업에서 조직지원인식은 리더-구성원 교환관계와 혁신행동의 영향관계에서 매개효과를 작용할 것이다.”를 검증한 매개효과 분석결과를 살펴보면, 리더-구성원 교환관계가 조직지원인식을 통해 혁신행동으로 이어지는 간접 영향과정은 통계적으로 유의미한 결과(p<0.001)를 보였다. 셋째, 연구가설 3인 “중국 MCN기업에서 무형식학습활동은 리더-구성원 교환관계와 혁신행동의 영향관계에서 매개효과를 작용할 것이다.”를 검증한 매개효과 분석결과를 살펴보면, 리더-구성원 교환관계가 무형식학습활동을 매개로 하여 혁신행동에 미치는 영향은 통계적으로 유의한 결과(p<0.001)를 보였다. 넷째, 연구가설 4인 “지식공유풍토는 조직지원인식과 혁신행동의 영향관계에서 조절효과를 작용할 것이다.”를 검증한 위계적 회귀분석 결과를 살펴보면, 세 번째 단계에서 조직지원인식과 지식공유풍토의 상호작용 항을 추가했을 때, 설명력은 20.3%로 증가했으나, 상호작용 항의 값이 –0.525(p>.05)로 나타나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 다섯째, 연구가설 5인 “지식공유풍토는 무형식학습활동과 혁신행동의 영향관계에서 조절효과를 작용할 것이다.”를 검증한 위계적 회귀분석 결과를 살펴보면, 세 번째 단계에서 무형식학습활동과 지식공유풍토의 상호작용 항을 추가한 결과, 설명력은 20.7%로 증가하였고, 상호작용 값이 0.803(p<.05)로 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나, 무형식학습활동과 지식공유풍토 간의 상호작용이 혁신행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 접근은 중국 MCN 기업이 경영 및 혁신 성과를 향상시키기 위한 전략적 방법과 인적 자원 관리 전략에 대한 심층적인 이해를 제공하는 데 기여할 것이다. With the rapid development of the mobile Internet and the generalization of smartphones, the time users spend accessing mobile entertainment and cultural contents is increasing. In particular, in China, multi-channel networks are growing and rapidly growing with continuous change through various short-story streaming platforms such as TikTok (微信), WeChat (快手), and Kwai Show (抖音). MCN in China went through a stage of development such as social platform-based content type, short clip platform-based Wanghong model, and e-commerce platform-based Wanghong Live Daihu (带货). This study investigates the influence of the leader-member exchange relationship on the innovative behavior of members in the organization and the mediating effect of organizational support awareness and informal learning activities with the mechanism, and in this process, the moderating effect of the knowledge sharing climate within the organization is to be examined together. Through this, it is intended to provide an in-depth understanding of strategic approaches and human resource management strategies to improve management and innovation performance of Chinese MCN companies. The summary of the research results is as follows. First, looking at the results of the path analysis that verified the research hypothesis 1, “In Chinese MCN companies, the leader-member exchange relationship will have a significant effect on the innovative behavior of corporate members.“ Hypothesis 1 that the leader-member exchange relationship of Chinese media companies will have a positive (+) effect on innovative behavior was adopted as a path coefficient = 0.233, t = 2.911, and p = 0.004<0.01. Second, the research hypothesis 2, “In Chinese MCN companies, the perception of organizational support will have a mediating effect on the influence relationship between the leader-member exchange relationship and innovative behavior.“ Looking at the results of the mediating effect analysis that verified, the indirect influence process in which the leader-member exchange relationship leads to innovative behavior through recognition of organizational support showed statistically significant results (p<0.001). Third, the research hypothesis 3, “In Chinese MCN companies, informal learning activities will have a mediating effect on the influence relationship between the leader-member exchange relationship and innovative behavior.“ Looking at the results of the mediating effect analysis that verified, the influence of the leader-member exchange relationship on innovative behavior through informal learning activities was statistically significant (p<0.001). Fourth, looking at the results of the hierarchical regression analysis that verified the research hypothesis 4, “Knowledge-sharing climate will have a moderating effect on the influence relationship between perceived organizational support and innovative behavior.“ In the third step, when the interaction term between perceived organizational support and the knowledge-sharing climate was added, the explanatory power increased to 20.3%, but the value of the interaction term was -0.525 (p>.05), which was not statistically significant. Fifth, looking at the results of the hierarchical regression analysis that verified the research hypothesis 5, “Knowledge-sharing climate will have a moderating effect on the influence relationship between informal learning activities and innovative behaviors.“ As a result of adding the interaction term between informal learning activities and knowledge-sharing climate in the third step, explanatory power increased to 20.7%, and the interaction value was statistically significant at 0.803 (p<.05), confirming that the interaction between informal learning activities and knowledge-sharing climate had a significant effect on innovative behavior.         커뮤니케이션학 관점에서 본 도서관 공간의 특성에 관한 연구

        Modern society is heading towards a knowledge & information based society where knowledge and information is valued, or a knowledge creation society where information is analyzed and processed to be used as knowledge. This means that not only individuals but also every organization is always surrounded by information and that we are witnessing a transition into a society where the value of knowledge and information is increasingly higher so sometimes we must actively explore and use the information across the whole social structure involved with politics, economy and culture. Recently, while the amount of information at public libraries at home and abroad has greatly increased in volume and the kinds have become diverse, efforts for digitalizing and integrating knowledge & information resources are being pursued aggressively. A new paradigm of facilities and space configuration for public libraries is required so that along with traditional library service there will exist integrated links and exchange of digital information resources and all users will be able to equally access that information. Therefore, assuming that human, information and space are important design factors as to space planning for public libraries, this study compared characteristics of the space structure and the form of exchange of knowledge & information through examples involved with public libraries having opened in the past three to four years from perspectives of space sociology and communication. This is a basic study to provide organized design guidelines about the form of exchange of creative knowledge & information from various perspectives in the knowledge & information age. Also this study is considered to have a significance in activating communication with users through exchange, creation and experience of knowledge & information, which is a social role that modern public libraries support.

        과학기술자 지식 교류 서비스 활성화 요소 비교 연구

        학문 분야의 융·복합화가 진행되고 웹 2.0 등장에 따른 온라인 협업 환경이 조성되면서 연구자들의 온라인 지식 교류 활동이 증가하고 있다. 국내에도 다양한 과학기술자 커뮤니티가 존재하나 단순 자료 교환 수준의 교류는 활발하나 고급 지식의 교류는 미약한 편이다. 글로벌 무한 경쟁 시대에 지식을 습득하고 자산화 하는데 소요되는 시간은 연구생산성에 큰 영향을 미치므로 과학기술자들의 온라인 지식 교류 활성화가 매우 중요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 과학기술자 지식 교류 서비스의 발전 방안을 제시하고자 참여 활성화, 지식 품질 제고, 교류 신속성을 주안점으로 하여 국내외의 다양한 지식 교류 서비스를 비교 분석하였으며 특히 국내의 대표적 사례인 KOSEN What is? 서비스 운영 사례를 집중 분석하였다. 연구 결과 교류되는 지식의 품질은 필수 조건이며 보다 활성화된 지식 교류를 위해서는 전문가 참여 유도, 전문가 매칭 시스템 개발, 지식 교류의 신속성 강화, 사용성 편의성 증진, 재미 요소 도입 등 다양한 운영 활동이 필요한 것으로 확인되었다. With the convergence of disciplines in progress and Web 2.0 online collaborative environment, online knowledge exchange activities of researchers are increasing. Quickness of acquiring knowledge highly impacts on research productivity in the global era. Online knowledge exchange is critical service for researchers. In this study, knowledge exchange service model was presented from the perspective of activate participation, knowledge quality improvement, quickness of exchanges. A variety of domestic and international knowledge exchange services were analyzed, particularly Korean domestic service KOSEN What is? as for operational practice. It is confirmed that in order to stimulate researcher knowledge exchange the quality of the knowledges exchanged is essential and variety of operating activities are needed such as expert matching systems, enhancement of speed in knowledge exchange, ease of usability, and elements of fun.

        A Study on Knowledge Sharing in Knowledge Management Systems

        Although prior research has extensively examined factors that affect knowledge sharing behaviors, these factors aren't fully understood yet. Thus, by employing multiple theoretical foundations of Triandis' theory, social exchange theory, and Theory of Reasoned Action, this research seeks to identify and to test the factors empirically. More specifically, this study concentrates on KMS (Knowledge Management Systems) usage from the perspective of a knowledge provider, namely, behaviors of registering knowledge. Drawing upon theories and prior literature, this study identified 10 critical factors that were believed to influence KMS usage. The results from the questionnaire survey of 166 knowledge workers support seven out of ten hypotheses proposed. This study found that Normative Belief, Self-Efficacy, Reward, Reputation, Reciprocity, Cost, and Facilitating Condition are significantly associated with KMS usage. The predictors explained about 72.6 percent of the variance in KMS usage. The findings from this study enhance our collective understanding of the factors affecting KMS usage of knowledge providers.

        동료 간 지식공유에 관한 연구: 동료관계의 질과 목표성향의 상호작용효과

        Knowledge sharing has many benefits; however, employees are generally reluctant to share their knowledge with co-workers. This reluctance can be attributed to the facts that sharing knowledge involves the threat of losing personal competitiveness and the codification of knowledge for sharing requires additional effort. This study explains why employees engage in knowledge sharing despite the threat and cost of sharing knowledge. Specifically, it examines the effects of the quality of co-worker exchange (CWX) on knowledge sharing and the moderating effect of learning goal orientation on the relationship between CWX and knowledge sharing. Data from 186 individuals indicate that there is a positive relationship between CWX and knowledge sharing, and that this relationship is strengthened when learning goal orientation is low rather than when it is high. The theoretical and practical implications of the findings are also discussed.
