로터 블레이드 가진 주파수에서의 가진력이 헬리콥터 진동의 주요 요인이다. 이 로터 블레이드 가진 주파수는 일반적으로 10~30 ㎐ 영역이고 관심 기체 모드들도 이와 유사하다. 그런데 해외 제작 헬리콥터 전방 끝단에 무거운 센서를 장착하는 것은 기체의 동적 특성변화를 가져와 로터 가진 주파수와 공진을 유발할 수 있다. 전 기체의 동적 특성에 변화를 유발하지 않도록 하기 위해, 무거운 센서를 어떻게 장착할 것인지를 개념적 접근 및 유한 요소 해석을 통해 결정하였다. 센서 마운트 시스템이 장착된 전 기체의 지상 진동시험 결과는 장착 설계가 타당함을 보여준다. Forcing at the rotor blade passing frequencies is responsible for the majority of vibration related problems on helicopters. Blade passing frequencies of helicopters are generally in the range 10~30 ㎐ and the interest modes of the helicopters also exist in the range. By the way, the installation of a heavy sensor at the front extremities of an imported helicopter may change the modal characteristics of the airframe and results in the resonance with rotor passing frequencies. To avoid too large a change in the dynamics of the overall airframe, we determined how to install a heavy sensor through conceptual approach and finite element analysis. The results of a ground vibration test for airframe with sensor mount system clearly demonstrate that the installation design is acceptable dynamically.
방진성능에 따른 시선 안정화 장치의 안정화오차 영향성 검토

The Line-Of-Sight stabilization system is designed to minimize the error of Line-Of-Sight under the disturbing circumstances. In order to control this system more accurately and reduce the level of the disturbance, adding an isolator is mostly considered. However, it is difficult to predict the exact the behavior of the isolator and the effect of a stabilization Error. Therefore, the simulation model of the control system using co-simulation with Adams and matlab simulink is presented and the effects of the isolation properties are reviewed.
방진구 시스템을 장착한 구조물의 시험 및 해석을 통한 구조설계

The vibration characteristics of the mounting platforms of surveillance and reconnaissance equipment differ, and their operating conditions should be considered during their design In addition, the attenuation characteristics of an applied vibration are important when a dust prevention system is equipped; therefore, structural integrity should be verified through analysis and testing. Vibration and shock tests were conducted to analyze the characteristics of an isolator, and the isolator was selected. Reinforcement was designed by finding the vulnerabilities of the equipment using data obtained from a pretest. A dynamic characteristic analysis of the system with the reinforced structure was carried out using measured data. The reinforcement design was completed by verifying the structural integrity of the system through a structural analysis.

The electro-optical tracking system(EOTS) requires high-precision line-of-sight stabilization that can accurately track a target. External disturbances such as vibration and shock are important performance degradation factors to improve stabilization performance. The EOTS uses a elastomer isolator inside the gimbal to attenuate the incoming disturbance. The elastomer isolator effectively attenuates high-frequency vibration disturbances, which is advantageous for stabilizing performance. However, when a large force such as an impact is applied due to its low rigidity, excessive displacement may occur and damage the system. In this study, the maximum displacement occurring in the impact test of the isolator applied to the EOTS is compared and verified through theoretical methods and tests, thereby suggesting a system design method considering the impact displacement.
