        산학실습에 대한 만족이 조리학전공 대학생들의 진로결정에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was investigate the effects of internship program particularly how the satisfaction with the internship program affects the students` career decisions. Culinary major students at 5 different two-year colleges in Seoul and Kyunggi-do participated in this study. Out of 500 questionnaires, 415 were analysed using SPSS 13.0 and descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, chi-square, t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were used. Based on conducting factor analysis results, the satisfaction measurement was classified into 4 factors: constructs, contents, benefit, environments and communication. Cronbach`s alpha was calculated for the reliability of the survey instrument. Two-thirds of the students (66.9%) answered that the internship program had helped them to decide their career. Particularly, constructs and contents of the internship program presented statistically significance to the career path. Based on the satisfaction level, students in high level wanted to be chefs while those in low level wanted to leave to other jobs. The overall satisfaction with the internship program differed according to the time of internship, internship duration, and place of internship.

        조리학 전공 대학생들의 인턴쉽 기대와 만족에 관한 연구

        This study investigated the degree of expectation and satisfaction with internship program of undergraduates majoring in culinary studies, and suggested improvements in satisfaction for training programs. Differences between expectation and satisfaction were significant in all 21 items including pay for internship program, rest spaces, and break time during working. Expectation questions were extracted to five factors. Factor 1 circumstances of kitchen Factor 2 staff's ability and attitude Factor 3 working environment Factor 4 working hours and pay and Factor 5 rotation, period, and placement of jobs. Five factors were also obtained from factor analysis of satisfaction. Factor 1 working hours and rest Factor 2 staff's attitude and pay Factor 3 facilities and sanitation Factor 4 circumstances of kitchen and Factor 5 period and placement of jobs. Overall satisfaction values showed significant differences depending on gender, school-year system, grade, age, and school. The working hours and rest factor had the most significant influence on the overall satisfaction with internship program of undergraduates majoring in culinary studies.

        청년취업인턴제 참여자의 직업탐색행동과 조직사회화의 관계에서 인턴활동 만족도의 조절효과

        [연구목적]본 연구는 청년취업인턴제 참여자의 조직사회화에 영향을 미치는 직업탐색행동과 인턴활동 만족도의 조절효과를 알아보고자 하였다. [연구방법]연구를 위하여 조사 대상자는 서울지역 중소기업의 청년취업인턴제에 참여하는 인턴 243명을 대상으로 Blau(1993), Barber et al.(1994), 양기종(2015)의 직업탐색행동 측정도구, Chao et al.(1992), 박경연(2011)의 조직사회화 측정도구, 김영주(2015)의 인턴활동 만족도 측정도구를 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. [연구결과]연구결과 직업탐색행동은 하위요인인 예비적 탐색행동과 적극적 탐색행동 모두 조직사회화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 인턴활동 만족도는 적극적 탐색행동과 조직사회화의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점]연구 결과에 따라 청년구직자의 취업과 취업 후 조직사회화를 위하여 정보탐색행동을 유도하고, 인턴활동 만족도를 제고할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the regulation effect of job search behavior and intern activity satisfaction that influences the organization socialization of a Youth Internship Program’s participant. [Methodology]For research, a survey was conducted with 243 interns who participated the Youth Internship Program of small businesses at Seoul. This study used ‘Scale for Job Search Behavior’(Blau, 1993)(Barber et al., 1994)(Yang, 2015), ‘Scale for Organization Socialization’(Chao et al., 1992)(Park, 2011), and ‘Scale for Intern Activity Satisfaction’(Kim, 2015) for the survey. [Findings]The result of the study were as follows: First, the minor factors of job search behavior(preparatory searching behavior and aggressive searching behavior) turned up to influence positive effects on organization socialization. Second, intern activity satisfaction showed to adjust the relationship of aggressive searching behavior and organization socialization. [Implications]For this reason, a plan was made to induce information search behavior for job search behavior youth's employment and organization socialization after employment and to enhance intern activity satisfaction.

      • 인턴쉽 프로그램에 대한 대학생의 만족도 및 산업체의 대학생 인턴에 대한 태도 평가

          The purpose of this study was to investingate the students" satisfaction and the evaluation on attitude with internship program of on-the-job training. A questionnaire survey of 227 students and 31 was conducted and 162 completed questionnaire on students and 27 completed questionnaire on industry"s assignment man were available for the purpose of the statistical evaluation. Statistical analyses were performed on the data utilizing the SAS V8.2 program. The evaluation of satisfaction and attitude was composed of 5- Likert scales. The main results of this study were summarized as follows: Most students(69.1%) wanted internship program conducted during 4 weeks. The satisfaction level of students was below 4 point but was over 3 point(out of 5 point) in all of the measures. The satisfaction level of students was higher in the case of receiving internship fee and taking credit system and keeping with their desired industries for internship. The evaluation level on attitude was over 3 point(out of 5 point) in all of the measures. But "students came to work prepared" was relatively lower than other measures. The demand level of the industry"s assignment man in charge of internship program was the highest in responsibility of the project.

        대졸 청년층의 직업훈련과 인턴 경험이 경제적 효과 및 일자리 만족에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 대졸 청년층의 직업훈련과 인턴 참여 경험이 경제적 효과와 일자리 만족감에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국고용정보원의 ‘대졸자 직업이동 경로조사(GOMS: Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey)’ 중 2008GOMS1을 활용하였으며 이를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대졸 청년층의 직업훈련 경험은 소득이나 경제적 복리후생 조건의 향상에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대졸 청년층의 직업훈련 참여는 직장 내의 제반 제도와 수행하는 직무에 대한 만족감을 포함하는 일자리 만족에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대졸 청년층의 직업훈련 경험은 인턴 경험을 긍정적으로 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대졸 청년층의 직업훈련 경험은 인턴 경험이 매개 개입하여도 소득이나 경제적 복리후생 조건의 향상에 별다른 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 대졸 청년층의 직업훈련 경험은 인턴 경험이 매개 개입하면 직장 내의 제반 제도와 수행하는 직무에 대한 만족감을 포함하는 일자리 만족감을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 기초로 대졸 청년층의 직업훈련과 인턴제와 관련한 이론적․실천적 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of vocational training and internship on the economic outcome and job satisfaction of youth workers. To analyze results for this study, data of 2008GOMS1(Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey) were used. Study results showed that youth workers' vocational training experiences have not effect to improve their income and economic condition. Secondly, youth workers' experiences of vocational training have not effect job satisfaction. Thirdly, youth workers' experiences of vocational training effects positively on internship participation. Fourthly, youth workers' experiences of vocational training have not effect positively on their income and economic condition that their internship participations intermediate between them. Lastly, youth workers' experiences of vocational training effects positively on job satisfaction that their internship participations intermediate between them. Based on the results of this study, practical and theoretical suggestions were provided.

        문헌정보학 전공 학생의 현장실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 학제별 비교 연구

        This study was performed to analyze the factors influencing satisfaction of the field practice program in Library and Information Science majors by college and university students and to investigate its effect relationship. So, we are trying to present the appropriate methods of improving the field practice program in Library and Information Science majors. We surveyed 90 college students and 80 university students of Library and Information Science across the country who participated in the field practice program in libraries and information service providers. As a result, the satisfaction level of professional leader were the highest and the satisfaction level of practice preparations were the lowest in the college and university students all. The results of multiple regression analysis between the satisfaction level and the related variables of college and university students indicated that ‘major satisfaction’ factors, ‘interpersonal relationship’ factors are the significant factors in the college students and ‘major satisfaction’ factors, ‘private practice experience’ factors are the significant factors that contribute the satisfaction level in the university students. Therefore, the intervention programs on the basis of the influencing factors such as major satisfaction, interpersonal relationship and private practice experience should be developed of improve satisfaction of the field practice in Library and Information Science students. 본 연구는 문헌정보학 전공 학생들의 현장실습에서 경험하고 학습하는 여러 구성요인 중 실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 학제별로 분석하고 그 영향관계를 고찰하여, 문헌정보학 전공 현장실습의 바람직한 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 도서관 및 정보서비스 제공기관 현장실습을 경험한 전국 2년제 문헌정보과 2학년 90여 명 및 4년제 문헌정보학과 4학년 80여 명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과, 2년제와 4년제 학제 전부 실습만족도 구성항목 중에서 실습지도자에 대한 만족도가 가장 높았고, 실습사전준비에 대한 만족도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 학제별 현장실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 조사한 결과, 2년제 학생의 현장실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요인은 ‘전공만족도’와 ‘대인관계’ 요인이었으며, 4년제 학생은 ‘전공만족도’, ‘개인실습 경험’ 요인이 현장실습만족도에 유의한 영향을 끼치는 요인으로 분석되었다. 결론적으로 문헌정보학 대학생의 현장실습만족도를 높이기 위해서는 전공만족도, 대인관계, 개인실습 경험 등의 영향요인을 기초로 한 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

      • 청년취업인턴제 참여자의 직업탐색행동과 고용가능성의 관계에서 인턴활동 만족도의 조절효과 연구

        본 연구는 청년취업인턴제 참여자의 고용가능성에 영향을 미치는 직업탐색행동과 인턴활동 만족도의 조절효과를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 연구를 위하여 서울지역 중소기업의 청년취업인턴제에 참여하는 인턴 243명을 대상으로 2016년 4월 8일에서 2016년 4월 28일까지 3주에 걸쳐 설문조사를 진행하였다. 측정도구로는 Fugate & Kinicki(2008)와 박성혜(2014)의 고용가능성 측정도구, 김영주(2015)의 인턴활동 만족도 측정도구를 활용하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 직업탐색행동은 하위요인인 예비적 직업탐색행동과 적극적 직업탐색행동 모두 고용가능성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 인턴활동 만족도는 예비적 직업탐색행동과 고용가능성의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 청년구직자의 취업을 위한 고용가능성을 높이기 위하여 정보탐색행동을 유도하고, 인턴활동 만족도를 제고할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.         Factors Influencing Student Satisfaction with the Fieldwork Course in LIS in South Korea

        This study attempts to draw the implications of student satisfaction with fieldwork courses in the library and information science (LIS) program in South Korea by determining the level of satisfaction experienced by students with practicums at a library and information service agency. LIS students with fieldwork experience were surveyed to assess their satisfaction and the factors affecting their satisfaction. Results from a multiple regression analysis revealed that from among factors of practicum settings, major-related attributes, and general attributes of respondents, "satisfaction with majors" and "interpersonal relationships" had a significant effect on satisfaction with practicums. Examining the six components of satisfaction with the course revealed that "practicum program" and "practicum setting" had a significant relationship with overall satisfaction. A selective intervention program to improve satisfaction with the course needs to be developed based on factors influencing overall satisfaction, focusing on "interpersonal relationship" and "satisfaction with majors.

        관광학전공자의 진로결정 자기효능감이 산학실습 만족도와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to find out the influence of job career decision-making self efficacy on internship program satisfaction and career preparation behavior of students majoring in tourism. Out of 270 questionnaires, 248 were analysed. Based on conducting factor analysis results, internship program satisfaction was classified into 4 factors: constructs, contents, benefit and environment. Career decision-making self efficacy was classified into 4 factors (information gathering, self-evaluation, goal setting and problem solving) and career preparation behavior was classified into 3 factors (planning, counseling and searching). Self-evaluation factor of career decision-making self efficacy had influences on planning and searching factors of career preparation behavior. Self-evaluation factor of career decision-making self efficacy had positive influences on internship program satisfaction. Environment satisfaction factor of internship program had negative influences on career preparation behavior. Forth, internship program satisfaction had a mediating effect on the relationship between career decision-making self efficacy and career preparation behavior.

        정서발달이론을 적용한 호텔인턴의 진로선택의도 연구

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationships among psychological separation, self-identity, internship satisfaction, and hotel career choice intention by applying emotional development theory. In order to test the conceptual model, this study conducted a survey with hotel interns in Seoul. A total of 400 valid surveys were analyzed through structural equation modeling. The results showed that (1) emotional independence of psychological separation affected self-identity; (2) psychological separation did not affect internship satisfaction; (3) psychological separation did not affect hotel career choice intention; (4) self-identity affected internship satisfaction; (5) self-identity affected hotel career choice intention; (6) internship satisfaction affected hotel career choice intention; (7) self-identity had a full mediation effect on the relationship between emotional independence and internship satisfaction; and (8) self-identity had a full mediation effect on the relationship between emotional independence and hotel career choice intention. Ultimately, this study contributes to the advancement of hotel internship research and suggests changes to training for hotel internships. 본 연구는 정서발달이론을 적용하여 심리적 독립, 자아정체성, 인턴십 만족, 호텔진로선택의도 간의 구조적 영향관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 구축된 이론적 모형을 검정하기 위해 본 연구는 서울 호텔인턴 3개월 차 이상을 대상으로 조사하였으며, 유효한 총 400부의 자료를 구조 방정식 모델로 분석하였다. 그 결과는 첫째, 심리적 독립 중에서 정서적 독립만 자아정체성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 심리적 독립이 인턴십 만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 심리적 독립이 호텔진로선택의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자아정체성이 인턴십 만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 자아정체성이 호텔진로선택의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 인턴십 만족이 호텔진로선택의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일곱째, 심리적 독립 중에서 정서적 독립과 인턴십 만족의 관계에서만 자아정체성이 정(+)의 영향으로 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 여덟째, 심리적 독립 중에서 정서적 독립과 호텔진로선택의도의 관계에서만 자아정체성이 정(+)의 영향으로 완전 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구는 심리학의 정서발달이론을 적용하여 호텔 인턴십 연구의 이론적 발전에 기여하였으며, 호텔진로선택의도를 높일 수 있는 호텔 인턴십의 교육 매뉴얼을 제시하였다.
