        다문화 배경 학습자 대상 언어발달 검사도구의 적절성 고찰

        The purpose of this paper is to present problems and improvement measures for the current language development inspection tools used for multicultural background learners for effective Korean language education. As the number of multicultural background learners entering schools increases, the need for language development testing tools to accurately diagnose their language levels is increasing. Although inspection tools are needed to accurately diagnose the language skills of multicultural learners, current inspection tools are not satisfactory in some issues. To present the method of being an accurate and reliable inspection tool, the present condition of the language development inspection tool currently used was analyzed first, revealing the inspection method and evaluation basis of the inspection tool. Through the analysis of language development inspection tools, the following revealed that there are four problems related to the reliability of the inspection tools and two problems related to the quality level of the inspection questions themselves. Finally, two improvement measures were put forward to enhance the reliability of language development inspection tools.

      • 건축물 3종 안전점검 사례분석에 따른 기법 및 제도 개선에 관한 연구

        연구목적 : 본 연구는 건축물 3종 정기안전점검의 현장점검·보고서의 개선을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 : 연구를 위해 건축물 3종 정기안전점검의 현장점검·보고서 문제점을 진단점검 기술자에게 5점 리커트 척도로 구성하여 79명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 현장 구조체 외부에 마감재로 시공되어있어 구조체의 확인이 불가한 상태이다. 이로 인하여 점검대상 시설물의 현장조사시 결함여부에 대한 조사가 곤란하여 객관적인 평가에 문제점이 많다. 따라서 최초 설계시에 유지관리을 고려한 마감재선정, 점검구 배치가 바람직하다. 주요구조부에 대한 추가적인 점검구설치, 리모델링공사시 점검구 설치 등 이 필요하다. 복사 붙여넣기식 보고서는 많은 수의 보고서 작성시 유사한 결함과, 기존에 점검시에 결함내용과 동일한 결함조사 내용으로 판단하고 점검기술자가 보고서를 작성하게 되므로 인하여 건물특성에 적합하고, 유지관리에 도움이 되지않는 문제점이 있다. 결론 : 관리주체의 의식교육, 마감재에 의한 구조체 확인한계, 점검기술자의 교육, 저가수주에 의한 기술자 및 점검시간 부족방지를 위해 대가의 현실화, 3종 시설물 평가 Check list의 개선, 시설물 관리주체의 의도에 따른 점검, 복사 붙여넣기식 보고서, 종합결론과 조사내용과 불일치에 대한 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. Purpose: This study aims to improve on-site inspection and report of three-classes buildings. Method: For the purpose of the study, problems with field inspection and report of three-classes buildings were organized into five-point clock scale for the diagnostic inspection engineer and conducted a survey of 79 people. Results: The structure cannot be verified as it is constructed with finishing materials outside the site structure. As a result, there area many problems in objective evaluation as it is difficult to investigate whether a facility is defective during an on-site inspection. Therefore, it is desirable to re-select the finish and deploy the inspection tools considering maintenance at the time of initial design. Additional inspection tools for major structural parts and installation of inspection tools for remodeling work are required. Copying and pasting reports are considered to be similar in the preparation of a large number of reports, and are considered to be the same defect investigation details as the previous inspection results, and the inspection engineer prepares the report, which is suitable for building characteristics of the building and is not conducive to maintenance. Conclusion: It was found that improvement of consciousness education of the managing body, verification of structure by finishing materials, education of inspection engineers, improvement of the checklist of three types of facilities evaluation, inspection of the intention of the managing body of the facility, and comprehensive conclusion and survey contents and inconsistency are needed to prevent shortage of inspection time.

        컴퓨팅사고력 측정에 사용되고 있는 도구 분석을 통한 새로운 검사도구 개발방향 제시

        In order to ensure that the 2015 revised curriculum is successfully settled at the field of school, there are 68 national SW schools operated by 2015 and 2016 at national level, and an inspection tool was developed to measure the effectiveness of SW education. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of the computing thinking inspection tool which can verify the effectiveness of the curriculum from 2018 through the analysis of the previously developed computing thinking inspection tool. As a result of the analysis, the validity of the ability factors to measure the problem solving process based on computing thinking was not enough. In the analysis of the item characteristics, the degree of discrimination was good, but difficulty was not enough to accurately measure the competence of students because of the high percentage of easy questions. Based on the results, this study suggested the development of the items considering the problem solving process based on the computing thinking, the application of the students' empirical knowledge, and the constitution that can confirm the flow of the thinking power with materials in the real life. 2015 개정 교육과정이 현장 학교에 성공적으로 안착할 수 있도록, 국가차원에서 2015, 2016년에 68개의 SW연구학교를 운영하고 SW교육의 효과성을 측정하기 위한 검사도구가 개발되었다. 본 연구는 기존에 개발된 컴퓨팅 사고력 검사 도구 분석을 통해 2018년부터 실시되는 교육과정의 효과성을 검증할 수 있는 컴퓨팅 사고력 검사도구의 방향성을 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 분석결과, 기존에 사용된 검사도구는 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반의 문제해결과정을 측정하기 위한 능력요소의 타당성은 부족하였다. 문항특성 분석 결과, 변별도는 양호하였으나, 난이도는 쉬운 문항의 비율이 높아 학생들의 역량을 정확히 측정하기는 부족하였다. 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 컴퓨팅 사고력 기반의 문제해결과정을 고려한 문항개발, 학생들의 경험적 지식 활용, 실생활의 소재로 사고력의 흐름을 확인할 수 있는 구성을 제안하였다.

        사회연결망 분석과 자료포락분석 기법을 이용한 소프트웨어 함수 우선순위 분석 연구

        To remove software defects and improve performance of software, many developers perform code inspections and use static analysis tools. A code inspection is an activity that is performed manually to detect software defects in the developed source. However, there is no clear criterion which source codes are inspected. A static analysis tool can automatically detect software defects by analyzing the source codes without running the source codes. However, it has disadvantage that analyzes only the codes in the functions without analyzing the relations among source functions. The functions in the source codes are interconnected and formed a social network. Functions that occupy critical locations in a network can be important enough to affect the overall quality. Whereas, a static analysis tool merely suggests which functions were called several times. In this study, the core functions will be elicited by using social network analysis and DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) for CUBRID open database sources. In addition, we will suggest clear criteria for selecting the target sources for code inspection and will suggest ways to find core functions to minimize defects and improve performance

        플립드 러닝 기반 컴퓨터 활용 수업의 학습 효과 분석

        본 논문은 플립드 러닝을 기반으로 한 컴퓨터 활용 수업의 효율적인 학습 방안을 제안한다. 기존 전통적 컴퓨터 활용 수업은 강의와 실습을 병행하여 충분한 실습 및 협력적 수업이 어려웠다. 그러나 플립드 러닝 방식의 수업 방식을 적용한 수업에서는 KOCW(Korea Open Courseware)을 디딤 영상으로 활용하여 강의실에 들어오기 전에 미리 학습하고, 강의실에서는 상호 토론을 기반으로 협력적 실습수업을 수행하였다. 수업을 진행 한 후 학습동 기 검사 도구를 이용하여 성별, 학년별, 전공별로 학습동기와 학습만족도를 측정하였다. 실험 결과 학습자의 학습 동기에서 주의 집중 인식 정도, 수업 관련성에 대한 인식 정도, 학습만족도에 대한 인식 정도가 ‘매우 만족’과 ‘만족’ 이 90% 이상으로 분석되었다. This paper suggests efficient learning improvement method of computer use instruction based on flipped learning. Traditional computer use classes were difficult to practice and collaborative with sufficient lectures. However, we used KOCW (Korea Open Courseware) as a footsteps in the class using the flipped learning method and learned in advance before entering the classroom. In the classroom, we conducted collaborative hands on class based on mutual discussion. After the instruction, we measured learning motivation and satisfaction by gender, grade, and major using the motivation test tool. The results showed that degree of attention awareness, perception of class relevance and perception of learning satisfaction were analyzed as 'very satisfied' and 'satisfied' more than 90%.

        Development of a Live-line Insulator Inspection Tool System for 154 kV Power Transmission Lines

        The current paper deals with a new live-line insulator inspection tool system that will be used by the Korea Electric Power Corporation for its 154 kV power transmission lines in 2011. Unlike the existing contact type tools, the developed inspection tool automates parts of the insulator inspection process using a sensor and an actuator. The tool sustains its weight independently, not by a lineman. In addition, the inspection tool measures the insulation resistance of an insulator together with its distribution voltage, thus providing more information for analysis and diagnosis. Such characteristics improve the system’s operation efficiency, measurement reliability, and usability. We confirmed its effectiveness through live-line field tests with actual power transmission lines.

        원통형 공작물 검사장치의 기계장치 설계

        In this study, we describe the mechanical design of the cylindrical workpiece inspection system which that can inspect the workpiece machined in the CNC lathe. The workpiece automatic measuring device is composed of a workpiece aligning mechanism, a workpiece diameter measuring mechanism, and a workpiece height measuring mechanism. If the workpiece machined on the CNC lathe is placed on the pedestal of the cylindrical workpiece inspection system, the workpiece aligning mechanism moves the workpiece to the diameter-measuring position and the height- measuring positions, and the diameter-measuring mechanism and the height- measuring mechanisms sequentially measure the diameter and the height of the workpiece. The cylindrical workpiece inspection system was designed and manufactured. The characteristic experiment was conducted to confirm the operation of the machine tool of the cylindrical workpiece inspection system. As a The result of the characteristic test shows that, the workpiece automatic measuring device operated safely.

        주주의 회계장부열람청구권에 대한 연구 ― 열람청구의 허용 및 범위에 대한 한국과 미국의 법리를 중심으로 ―

        Shareholders` demands for access to the internal information of a corporation have increased. It is necessary to review Korea`s the legal principle of the inspection of books and records through the comparative balancing between shareholders' rights and company`s interests. Considering the form of regulations in the Korea Commercial Act, it seems that the company must prove the reason for denying inspection of the books and records by shareholders. However, Korea`s the lower court unfairly limited the shareholders` right as if the burden of proof was on the shareholders. It is impressive that the Korea Supreme Court recently declared that the burden of proof for denying the inspection is on the company. In the United States, the right to inspect of books and records is derived from common law. Based on the right, not only accounting books but also various company documents such as shareholder lists, minutes of the board of directors are also included in the range of the right. On the ground of the right, shareholders can acquire electronic information such as e-mails, text messages and electronic communication contents made by board members. It is noteworthy that a U.S. court can order certain limitations like the period and usage of the books and records which are given by the company to the shareholders. In the legal principle of the ‘fishing expedition’ under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea, the disadvantages of the submitter and the document applicant should be balanced. In Korea, there is little discussion of company confidentiality about the right. Moreover, it is very difficult to shape the contents of corporate confidentiality firmly. For this reason, it is necessary to expand the discretion of the court about the right. In the Korea civil procedure law, trial procedures about the right are under the adversary system. The trial procedures of the right should be revised as non-contentious procedures like the appointment of the inspector and the inspection of minutes of board of directors` meeting. To restrict the right, the legal system should be modified to give the court some discretion to impose sanctions on inappropriate use by shareholders. In response to these modifications, the Korea court should expand the right of inspection of books and records to shareholders.

        Image-Based Inspection Technique of a Machined Metal Surface for an Unmanned Lapping Process

        This paper presents a new machine vision framework for the effi cient examination and classifi cation of surface textures on medium- and large-sized mold products, such as used for automobiles, TVs, and refrigerators. Existing techniques, which are based on the hands and eyes of skilled workers, are inconsistent and time-consuming. Although there are many types of precise surface inspection and measurement methods, most are diffi cult to apply at industrial sites or by fi nishing robots due to problems such as speed, setup limitations, and robustness. This paper proposes two techniques based on image processing that aims to automate surface inspection during an unmanned lapping process that is mainly employed to eliminate milling tool marks. First, both the shape of the refl ected light and the intensity of the captured near-fi eld contrast image right after the refl ected specular are used to determine the machined surface state, and the presence of tool marks as the line light source scans counter-clockwise. Second, the photometric stereo technique is used to detect surface scratches through the normal map that recovers the surface. The proposed techniques show localized machined patterns and classify them with high accuracy.
