AHP를 적용한 건설품질기술자 적격성 우선순위 에 관한 연구

Purpose: The purpose of this study is for figuring out major components of construction quality infrastructure and could derive major characters, and also about the priority among core competency components of construction quality experts. Methods: For this research, 200 construction quality engineers are surveyed. For verification of priority and consistency of major characters and components of construction quality infrastructure, Satty's AHP was used for verification of priority and consistency of core competency components of construction quality experts. Results: The result showed that the core competency components of construction quality experts, 'number of years in work places' was the best priority, and the 'professional knowledge on engineering' was another priority ranked. Far from general perception on competency components, 'academic education' ranked the last. It may allude that the current education system in this country is not effective in developing competency of quality engineers. Conclusion: This study shows professionalism of quality engineer is the most important thing in all the components. and the professionalism of quality engineer will be widely used because it ensures conformity of product and service by its distinct certification system.

책임감리가 건설사업관리(CM)로 전환시 도입된 역량지수(ICEC)에 대한 도로건설기술자들의 인식 분석(III) - CM과 역량지수 적용을 중심으로 -

Recently the organizations related construction express frequently their opinion to MOLIT at the time of introducing the ICEC gradesystem and converting a system from responsibility supervision (RS) to construction management (CM). However there was no datato investigate the recognition of road construction engineers about the policy change. In this study, a questionnaire survey wasconducted and analyzed twice to the road construction engineers on the CM and ICEC grading system at the Korea Institute ofConstruction Technology Education. The trend of response from the road construction engineers was verified through the surveyseparately from other institutions. This study analyzed the results and introduced a desirable policy proposal to promote aninternational competitiveness of the engineering industry. 최근 책임감리제도가 CM제도로 전환되고 ICEC 등급체계가 도입되는 과정에 건설관련 단체들은 국토교통부에 수시로 의견을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 그 정책 변화에 대하여 도로건설기술자들이 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 조사된 자료가 없다. 본 연구에서는 건설기술교육원에서 직무교육을 받고 있는 도로건설기술자들을 대상으로 CM과 ICEC 등급체계에 대하여 2차례 설문조사를 실시하고 분석하였다. 도로건설기술자들의 응답 추세는 외부 기관에 별도로 의뢰한 설문조사를 통하여 검증하였다. 그 결과를 토대로 하여 엔지니어링업계의 국제경쟁력을 높일 수 있는 건설정책 개선안을 도출하였다.
