은유추출기법을 활용한 온라인 국악공연 콘텐츠 구현 방식 연구

This paper aims to explore implementation that is suitable for the online Korean traditional music performance genre using the Zaltman Metaphor Elicitation Technique (ZMET). The development of the study is as follows. First of all, because online Korean traditional music performances are trending, the necessity of this research became apparent, and the problems were recognized. Second, in order to establish the necessary framework for online Korean traditional music performance, the early aspects of performing arts were examined. Finally, the “mind map” for audience motives was extracted using ZMET, and, based on this, a strategy for implementing online Korean traditional music performance was suggested. Specifically, after researching the motivation of 8 audiences who have been to Korean traditional music performances using ZMET, 7 types of deeper shared mind were classified: splendor, calmness, lively performance atmosphere, transport to and from the concert hall, internal stimulation and vitality, information search and refinement, and memory building. The mind map showed mutual connections. Based on this result, the strategy necessary to implement the online Korean traditional music performance has been confirmed to contain planning music programs and stage design, including audio-visual elements desired by the audience, constructing live broadcast areas and chat rooms where players and audiences can interact, and screen composition and subtitling services to provide systematic and specific information.

유전자원 관련 전통지식의 접근 및 이익 공유를 위한 페루 정부의 관련법제 분석 및 정책적 시사점

The Nagoya Protocol on Access to Genetic Resources and the Fair and Equitable Sharing of Benefits Arising from their Utilization (“Nagoya Protocol”) to the Convention on Biological Diversity was adopted on October 29, 2010 in order to air and equitable sharing of the benefits arising out of the utilization of genetic resources. Peru has already enforced its measures to protect their genetic resources and traditional(collective) knowledge associated with genetic resources. In order to access to traditional knowledge held by indigenous peoples, the users need to get the prior informed consent from the representative of indigenous peoples’ organization and the license contract has to be made having a benefit-sharing clauses. The study on the Peruvian laws gives important implications on users of traditional knowledge associated with genetic resources and our government``s policy and legislative planning for the implementation of the Nagoya Protocol in Korea. It would be useful to fully understand the provider countries’ laws and policies in advance of its access and the users require due attention if they get the genetic resources or traditional knowledge from a third party rather than a direct dealing with a provider country. In addition, the users must remain compliance at all times. The government of Korea also need to prepare an effective implementation of the Nagoya Protocol. In order to achieve this aim, the government need to examine thoroughly whether the different notification requirement between foreigners and natives can be accorded in their implementation Bill, and they need to find the ways how to protect Korean traditional knowledge which is not protected by the Nagoya Protocol.

단지설계는 대상의 프로그램과 대상지역이 입지하고 있는 환경적 특성에 따라 원형의 공간이 차별화하여 계획되며, 그와 함께 시대의 변화와 발전에 따라 변형되어 나타나는 전형의 공간이 복합되어 구축 및 형상화 된다. 특히 국내와 같이 전 국토의 70%가량이 경사지형을 이루고 있는 지역에서는 시대적 흐름에 따라 경사를 이용하는 계획 개념이 지속적으로 적용되어 왔으며, 꾸준히 경사지를 해석하고 접근하는 설계 전략이 모색되어 왔다. 본 연구에서 대상으로 하여 살펴보고 있는 태권도 공원의 경우 또한 설계과정에서 제출한 6개의 안은 계획가에 따라 각각의 안이 가지는 가치에 차이가 있으며, 이에 따라 지형과 공간을 이용하는 전략 또한 차별화되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 지형조건에 따른 작가별 차별화되는 접근전략, 위계에 따라 구현되는 건축 및 외부공간의 관계, 건축가의 철학적 이해, 지역을 상징화하는 개념으로서의 설계 전략 등은 본 연구에서 의미 있게 살펴본 주요 설계 전략으로 의의를 가지며, 이를 통해 구릉지 설계전략을 구체화하는 가능 성을 확인할 수 있었다. Designing a complex begins with plans to differentiate the archetypical place in accordance with environmental characteristics of the area where target programs and districts are to be located, with which the space reformed with the change and development of the era is established and shaped. In particular, in the area such as our domestic land, some 70% of which is inclined has adopted the design concept that uses slopes with the stream of times and has sought design strategies that consistently interpret and approach slopes. Taegwondo Park, the target of this study, has collected six draft design plans during the design stage with different values and thus strategies of utilizing topographies and spaces differentiated accordingly. Particularly, approaching strategies in accordance with geographical features by designer, the relationship between architecture and external space to be implemented according to the rank, philosophical understanding of architects and design strategies as the concept of iconizing the area carry significant implications as major design strategies explored by this study, through which I was able to identify the possibility of materializing the design strategy for hill lands.

Cleisthenes’ Reform of the Trittyes and the Reorganization of the Political Community in Athens

The reforms of Cleisthenes in 508 BC marked a significant and transformative event in the history of Athens. Cleisthenes’ most important and unique contribution was the reorganization of the political community of Athens based on new political-geographical units through the new organizational structure of trittyes. By forming tribes composed of trittyes and demes, Cleisthenes carefully implemented geographic divisions, mixing different types of regions and established enclaves. These measures were designed to mitigate the traditional local force, family force, and religious force in various regions of Attica. Cleisthenes achieved “unity through division”, combining thirty trittyes he created into ten new tribes. This transformed previous fractions with strife into a political community with order.
