        주생활단원의 노인주거 내용에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식- 중학교 3학년 기술․가정 교과서를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this research was to provide the information needed for improving the elderly housing education and the elderly housing contents of Technology and Home Economics textbook. Thus, the elderly housing contents of current Technology and Home Economics textbook were categorized. Then, a total of 233 teachers were surveyed to examine their importance perception on the elderly housing contents. Elderly housing contents were grouped into 5 categories, each of which was named 'safety and safety management', 'room plan for the elderly', 'shrinking stage in family life cycle and dependency stage in housing life cycle', 'a house for 3-generation extended family', and 'universal design'. Teachers' importance perception was generally high for 'safety and safety management' and especially for 'safety and safety management' of bathroom(protection against slippery floor, safety bar, the appropriate position and height of shower, bathtub, and wash stand); the basic guidelines of 'room plan for the elderly'(emergency call, closely located bathroom, flat and non-slippery floor); the general guidelines during 'shrinking stage in family life cycle and dependency stage in housing life cycle'(protection equipments against safety accident, emergency call, flat and non-slippery floor); independent life among 3-generation extended family members(bathroom for the elderly, space plan for independent life among extended family members); the basic design guidelines of universal design(safety bar in bathroom, flat floor) and the guidelines of universal design which were especially helpful for wheelchair users(enough empty space in front of door and in corridor, wide door and corridor). Recommendations for the elderly housing education and the elderly housing contents of Technology and Home Economics textbook were that 'emergency call', 'safety bar in bathroom' and 'flat and non-slippery floor' were the most basic guidelines for elderly housing; that 'enough empty space in front of door and in corridor', 'wide door and corridor', 'low and wide steps', 'ramp for wheelchair users' and 'D-type or lever-type door handle' were most recommendable guidelines for universal design; that 'need for elderly housing', 'types of elderly housing', 'alternatives and choices of dependency stage in housing life cycle' and 'house plans for shrinking stage in family life cycle' were required guidelines for increasing elderly-only family. 본 연구의 목적은 현행 교과서의 노인주거 내용에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식을 조사하여 노인주거 교육내용 구성과 교수학습 과정에 참고할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하는 것으로 이를 위해 7차 교육과정 기술․가정 교과서 10종의 주생활단원 노인주거 내용을 5개 내용요소의 67개 항목으로 분석하였으며, 기술․가정 교사 233명을 대상으로 중요도 인식을 조사하였다. ‘안전성과 안전관리’의 11개 항목 중 욕실과 화장실의 안전에 관한 항목이 가장 비중이 높았으며 욕실ㆍ화장실의 안전에 관한 항목(욕실ㆍ화장실 바닥 미끄럼 방지 처리, 욕실ㆍ화장실 안전 손잡이, ‘샤워기ㆍ욕조ㆍ세면대의 위치와 높이 조정)에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식도 높았다. ‘노인실 계획’의 7개 항목에서는 보편적으로 적용할 수 있는 기본적 지침(긴급 통보 장치, 화장실을 가깝게 배치, 턱이 없고 높이가 같은 바닥)에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식이 높았다. ‘가족축소기 및 주거의존기’의 20개 항목에서는 안전사고 방지를 위한 설비 갖추기와 노후기 주거 상황에 보편적으로 적용 가능한 항목(긴급 통보 장치, 턱이 없고 높이가 같은 바닥, 미끄럽지 않은 바닥)에 대한 중요도 인식이 높았다. ‘3세대 동거 주택’의 11개 항목에서는 안전에 관한 원칙적 내용이나 세대 간의 독립성 확보에 관한 항목(노인을 위한 주거 안전 고려, 독립성을 보장하는 세대 간의 공간 배치, 노인 전용의 욕실ㆍ화장실 두기)에 대한 중요도 인식이 높았다. ‘유니버설 디자인’의 25개 항목에서는 욕실ㆍ화장실의 안전한 사용이나 이동의 편리성을 보장하는 항목(욕실ㆍ화장실의 안전 손잡이, 턱이 없고 높이가 같은 바닥, 휠체어가 회전할 수 있는 문이나 통로, 휠체어가 통과할 수 있는 문이나 통로)에 대한 중요도 인식이 높았다. 본 연구의 결과에 따라 노인주거 교육내용 구성과 교수학습에 대해 제언할 점은 첫째, 여러 내용요소에 공통으로 포함되며 교사의 중요도 인식이 높은 4개 항목(긴급 통보 장치, 욕실ㆍ화장실 안전 손잡이, 턱이 없고 높이가 같은 바닥, 미끄럽지 않은 바닥)을 보편적인 노인주거 교육내용으로 활용할 수 있으며, 둘째, ‘안전성과 안전관리’의 중점은 욕실ㆍ화장실의 안전이 되어야 하며, 셋째, ‘노인실 계획’의 중점은 화장실의 근접 배치와 보편적 디자인 지침이 되어야 하며, 넷째, ‘가족축소기 및 주거의존기’의 중점은 안전사고 방지 설비와 보편적 디자인 지침 및 고령화 대비와 연계되는 내용이 되어야 하며, 다섯째, ‘3세대 동거 주택’의 중점은 노인 주거 안전과 세대 간의 독립성 확보에 관한 내용이 되어야 하며, 여섯째, ‘유니버설 디자인’의 중점은 보편적 디자인 지침과 이동의 편리성을 보장하는 것으로 관련법과도 일치하는 내용이 되어야 하는 것이다.

        중학교 기술·가정 교과의 주생활단원 내용에 대한 교사의 중요도 인식

        The purpose of this research was to provide the information needed for improving the contents in housing unit of middle school technology and home economic textbook. For this purpose, a survey questionnaire was developed to examine teachers’ importance perception of 48 contents in housing unit. A direct survey and an e-mail survey were used to collect data from teachers, and a total number of 233 data were analyzed. Conclusions were summarized as following: 1. Among the 48 contents in housing unit, the average score of teachers’ importance perception of the 18 contents on ‘interior environment and equipments’ was 3.94; the average score of teachers’ importance perception of the 15 contents on ‘living space plan and use’ was 3.78; and the average score of teachers’ importance perception of the 15 content on ‘housing maintenance and repair’ was 3.42. Therefore, the 15 contents on ‘housing maintenance and repair’ must be revised. 2. Teachers’ importance perception of 25 contents, among the 48 contents in housing unit, were significantly differentiated by gender, age, teaching experience, scholastic attainment, subject in charge(technology, home economics, technology and home economics), school type(boys’ middle school, girls’ middle school, coeducation), and region(city, county). Therefore, the 25 contents, of which importance perception were influenced by teachers’ characteristics, must be revised in order to maintain the consistent importance perception. Suggestions were that the team teaching of technology and home economic textbook was more recommendable; that the local situations must be considered in the contents of housing unit and; that the contents of housing unit must be segmented into a minimum unit for the accurate evaluation.

        재개발임대주택의 특성이 주거만족도에 미치는 영향 분석

        Redevelopment rental housing is a public rental housing in which pre-sale housing and rental housing are supplied in the same complex through redevelopment projects. However, by artificially separating and segregating redeveloped rental housing within the complex, discrimination and social exclusion against rental housing residents are emerging as a social issue. Therefore, in this study, the factors that influence the characteristics of redevelopment rental housing on the residents housing satisfaction were derived. As a result of the analysis, it was found that age, housing sale price per ㎡ per dong, apartment-separated type, construction age, number of rents, the degree of exchange with neighbors, and the experience of conflict affect housing satisfaction. In particular, it was confirmed that the housing satisfaction was high for the complex separated type among the mixed types of redeveloped rental housing. It was also confirmed that the separation of separate entrances and pedestrian traffic lines of the redeveloped rental housing affects housing satisfaction as a factor that hinders natural contact and exchange between residents.

        공공임대주택의 주거환경이 주거만족도 및 사회적 혼합인식에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of social relations(neighbors, family, etc.) on the influence relationship between the internal state of housing, the external condition of housing, and the housing environment on overall housing satisfaction and social mixed perception (social mix) through the analysis of panel data of residents of public rental housing in Seoul. As a result of the analysis, the residents of public rental housing in Seoul did not show a statistically significant direct influence relationship between the internal and external environment of housing and the residential environment on overall housing satisfaction and social mixed perception, but social relations were confirmed to have a statistically significant positive influence on overall housing satisfaction and social mixed perception. 이 연구의 목적은 서울시 공공임대주택 입주자 패널자료 분석을 통해 주택내부상태, 주택외부상태, 주거환경이 전반적 주거만족도와 사회혼합인식(소셜믹스)에 미치는 영향과 그 영향관계에서 사회적 관계(이웃, 가족 등)의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 분석결과, 서울시 공공임대주택 입주자들은 주택내외부환경 및 주거환경은 전반적 주거만족도와 사회혼합인식에 통계적으로 유의미한 직접적 영향관계가 나타나지 않았으나, 사회적 관계는 전반적 주거만족도와 사회혼합인식에 통계적으로 유의미한 긍정적 영향관계가 확인되었다.

        블록형 집합주택에 대한 인식과 만족도 비교 연구 - 우리나라 5층 이상 중정형 아파트를 중심으로 -

        This study aims to discover the differences between nonresident perception and resident satisfaction of urban block housing also known as court-yard housing. There was a tendency in recognizing that the dwelling qualities of urban block housing such as daylight, noise, and privacy were poor compared to grouped flats or grouped towers in Korea. This kind of perception was one of the main reasons why court-yard housing had not been widely adapted except for a few cases in Korea. This study objectifies the prejudice against them in the characteristics of units, courtyards, and neighborhood community streets through a survey conducted on a varied range of people related to building housing complexes; a cross-tabulation test was carried out to verify the homogeneity of these results. It was revealed that people were concerned about the shortage of daylight, but occupants were satisfied with the abundant sunlight made by the mid and low-rise buildings. People anticipated a lot of noise from the courtyard, but residents perceived that to be insignificant. On the contrary, the noise from the neighborhood community street was a real concern. People worried about the invasion of privacy and the closeness of a unit in court-yard housing, however tenants were insusceptible to privacy invasion and recognized the openness of a unit. People showed high expectation and gratification about the street-scope and shops in neighborhood community streets as an important social space for interactions. Consequently, it was confirmed that huge differences between perception and satisfaction of court-yard housing existed. It was inferred that the amenities in court-yard housing wasn’t necessarily sufficient amid the familiar circumstances of flats and towers. Negative opinions were being unconsciously reproduced by these social atmospheres that a house was considered more of an economic tool rather than a living space for both consumer and supplier. As a result of this study, the possibility of applying urban block housing or courtyard housing would be easier than before. Various sizes of housing blocks and styles of housing buildings strongly interacting with neighborhood community streets play a pivotal role in rehabilitating the public function of resident areas while vitalizing the community in its respective regions.

        서울 행복주택 주변지역의 님비현상 분석

        Recently, the rise in the housing burden on young couples has led to a serious housing poverty among young people. The number of youngpeople who move into public rental housing is very small because the eligibility for public rental housing is determined based on income,the status of housing subscription, and the size of the household. With this background, the government launched a public rental housingprogram called Happy Housing Project, which gives young people the priority to move in first. However, the program is facing an obstacledue to the opposition of local residents. The purpose of this paper is to examine whether public rental housing can induce the NIMBYsyndrome through conducting a literature review, followed by an analysis of NIMBY syndrome around the currently supplied Happy Housedevelopment areas, and finally analyzing the household characteristics in order to identify which households were prone to the NIMBYsyndrome. To confirm the existence of the NIMBY syndrome, this paper comparatively analyzed the two groups using binary logit analysis. The first group consists of households that are against the Happy House policy, and the second group consists of households that are awareof the Happy House development taking place in their neighborhoods, and are against the development. This study considered the householdsagainst the Happy House development in their neighborhoods to have NIMBY tendencies, and focused on comparing the households withNIMBY tendencies with those who do not. To confirm whether the residents around the Happy House neighborhoods have NIMBYtendencies, this paper compared the two groups and confirmed that about 4% of the households have NIMBY tendencies. This papersubsequently analyzed the households with NIMBY tendencies, and found them to have a higher number of children, reside in apartmentsand reside in owned homes. The volume of the 2018 Happy Housing (35,000 households) is three times higher than that of 2017. Thepresent study aims to analyze the tendency of residents who oppose the construction of Happy Housing so as to derive policy implicationsfor the smooth provision of public rental housing. 최근 청년가구의 주거비 부담 증가로 청년층의 주거빈곤이 심각한 수준이다. 이에, 정부에서는 청년들에게 입주우선권을 부여하는 공공임대주택인 행복주택 사업이 시행되었지만, 지역주민들의 반대로 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 행복주택 공급에 대한 정부정책에는 찬성하지만, 우리동네 건립을 반대하는 님비적 성향이 지역에서 발생하는지 여부와 님비적 성향을 보이는 가구의 특성을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 님비 성향을 가지고 있는 가구는 약 4%정도로, 아파트 거주자, 자가 거주자, 자녀수가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

      • 친환경 생활 실천 정도에 따른 친환경 주거 인식과 선호도에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception and preference on environmental-friendly housing based on green life practice of 20s and 30s. Findings from relevance from perception and preference of environmental-friendly housing and green life practice will be a useful basic data for the later development of the environmental-friendly housing. The method of this research was used by questionnaires. The effective numbers of survey questionnaire was 139, and the survey analysis has been made by using IBM SPSS Statistics 18. The major findings of this study were that : First, overall green life practice was generally well practiced realizing green life practice has become part of daily life. However less than ten percent was aware of both concept of environmental-friendly housing and detailed information. Second, items from the foreign Green Building Certification System is considered to be adequate to Korean Green Building Certification System since they got high preference score. Third, there was a difference of the awareness of environmental-friendly housing by type of housing. Single-family house residents were more aware of environmental-friendly house than multi-family house residents. However, multi-family house residents practiced green life more than single family residents.

        인천지역 거주자의 주거의식과 주거요구 실태에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 주거환경의 변화로 인한 보다 효율적인 지역주거정책을 목적으로 인천광역시라는 지역을 설정하여 인천지역 거주자의 주거의식을 유형화하고 각 유형별 주거요구의 실태를 분석하였다. 연구조사 및 방법으로는 인천지역 내 20-60대 이상의 성인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이는 2014년 10월 1일부터 2014년 10월 31일까지 1개월간 시행하였다. 이렇게 확보한 응답 자료를 바탕으로 빈도분석, 평균분석, 카이검증, T검증, 요인분석, 군집분석 등을 SPSS 22.0을 사용하여 시행하였다. 본 연구는 다음과 같은 결과를 보여주었다. 첫째, 공통적으로는 다른 대도시 선행연구 결과와 마찬가지로 30-40평대의 도시근교 아파트를 선호하는 것을 보여주었으며, 둘째, 유형별로는 ‘가족관계중시형’, ‘정주의식 및 경제적 편익 지향형’, ‘개성중심 및 주거환경 중시형’으로 나눌 수 있는 것을 확인할 수 있으며, 또한 각 유형별로 차별적인 주거요구 사항이 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 공적으로는 인천지역의 주거정책을 유형화하고 요구사항에 따라 정책을 수립하는 데 도움이 될 수 있으며, 사적으로는 마케팅을 통해 보다 소비자 친화적인 주거환경을 설립하는 것에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이다. To establish a more effective local housing policy in a changing residential environment, this study selected Incheon Metropolitan City and categorized Incheon residents’ perception on housing and analyzed the housing demand of each category. For the study, a survey was conducted for one month from October 1, 2014 to October 31, 2014, on adults aged from 20s to 60s living in Incheon. Based on the survey data, various analysis such as analysis of frequency, analysis of average, chi verification, T test, factorial analysis, and cluster analysis were conducted using SPSS 22.0. This study indicates the following results: first, as in preceding studies, respondents preferred 30~40 pyeong apartments in the suburb; second, respondents could be categorized into ‘family-oriented’, ‘preferring settlement and economic benefit’, and ‘valuing individuality and housing environment’ and each group showed different demand for housing. In the public aspect, this result can contribute to classifying housing policy of Incheon and establishing policy measures according to demands, and in the private aspect, it can help build customer-friendly housing environment through marketing.

        왜관과 범죄 - 접촉과 상호 인식의 차이에서 발생하는 범죄를 중심으로 -

        Japan House was the community residence of Japanese in Choryang, Busan. Traders and merchants from Tsushima for various purposes stayed for a long period in Chorayng Japan House for trade and diplomatic missions. While these Japanese residents daily contacted Chosun officials and merchants, a variety of incidents occurred in Japan House. For instance, burglary, robbery, assault, smuggling and Japanese trespassing prevailed while prostitution of Chosun women in the Japan House premises and circulation of unlawful funds for smuggling were also major part of trouble. One of the main causes of crime lay in the difference in the perception of trading goods. The Tsushima officials recognized rice as the payment for trading whereas Chosun perceived it as a royal gift of which the grant could be delayed or exempted altogether. The different perception caused trespassing and assault of Tsushima people residing in Japan House. In addition, the structural problem in the lack of rice and firewood due to the excessive imposition of labor service of Dongrae-bu resulted in the various violations in Japan House. In general, an amicable relationship was sustained after Kiyu Treaty until the occupation of Japan house. However, this amicable relationship was in reality based on the immense sacrifice of Dongrae-bu residents and the expense for 250 years of peace was also imposed on them. If a confliction occurred in resolving the incident, Chosun often ceased the distribution of necessity and closed the market to pressure Japan House. These were the easy solution to solve the problem and the biggest concern of Japan House. During the Edo period, Japan officially closed its door to trading, however, kept the four entrances open to interact with other countries. It actively accepted advanced European culture from the Netherlands through Nagasaki. The strength built through this exchange eventually led to the success of Meiji Reformation. Although Chosun also officially closed its door, Japan House could serve as a window to the outside world depending on the its diplomatic policy towards Japan. On the positive note, Japan House was the door through which goods were exported from Chosun and imported to the country at the same time. It was also the source where the information of Chosun and China was spilled and where that of Japan came through. Until it was forced to close by the Meiji government, Japan House was kept openfor the practical purpose of Chosun despite the considerable expense for its maintenance. Chosun government held both positive and negative attitudes towards Japan House, however the dominant opinion viewed it as a subject to isolate and control. The historical records of Chosun rarely show positive description of Japan House residents. The consistent control and confinement over Japan House in the end resulted in such byproducts as trespassing, illegal trading, prostitution and assaults.

        요사 부송(与謝蕪村)의 그림과 하이쿠에 나타난 ‘집’ 의식

        This paper analyses Buson’s paintings and haikus focusing on the subject of house (home). This subject has not been dealt frequently in the traditional Japanese poetry for four seasons rich with sensory words which stunningly capture seasons. But Buson drew paintings and wrote approximately 90 haiku poems on houses. He drew human beings, human lives, human face expressions from houses rather than describing them as architectural structures and landscapes. Since his 50s Buson had spent many days in front of fireplace. His sense of space was closely related to human beings who inhabit in spaces of island, city, village, house which finally became the center of his world. Thus he read “its facial expression”, “its warmth”, “its sorrow” from the house brought to life by human breath. Key words such as “snow-covered cozy houses”, “a small house”, “the face of the house”, “the hidden house”, “clustered houses”, “a way to the house”, “a lamp light” reveal his perception of the house. He transformed the secular space of the house in the traditional poems of wandering and hermit poets into the nest of life in its own specific human colors. In his paintings and haikus “house” can be revived into one of the most beautiful poetic dictions.
