        Membership Wholesale Club에서의 상품 진열유형이 적재효율에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -표준규격을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to improve management efficiency by analyzing the loading efficiency of each loading pattern of MWC quantitatively. In the case of the block type and brick type, the average loading efficiency of the T-12 pallet was higher than that of the T-11 pallet, In the case of the pinwheel type, the T-11 pallet is higher than the T-12 pallet. In the T-11 pallet, the pinwheel type loading pattern is the largest part of the improvement of loading efficiency, In the case of the block type, the loading efficiency was confirmed as the lowest with 75.2%. In the T-11 pallet, the pinwheel type loading pattern is the most important factor for improving the loading efficiency, In the case of the block type, the loading efficiency was confirmed as the lowest with 75.2%. In the case of the T-12 type, the block type was found to be 96.2%, the highest loading efficiency pattern. It was confirmed that the case of MWC A, which is being supplied as a T-12 type wooden pallet, is composed of block and brick loading products and display patterns. On the other hand, MWC B and MWC C, which are supplied as T-11 type plastic pallets, have an average loading efficiency of 97.4% when they are pin wheel type rather than block type and brick type, More than 90% of the standard specifications are also diversified into 51 types, confirming that the product and display pattern should be composed of pin wheel loading type. MWC B and MWC C, which are delivered as T-11 pallets, are delivered in the same block and brick loading styles as MWC A, not pinwheel, but do not take into account logistics efficiency. It was confirmed that. In this case, more than 90% of the block loading standard standards proposed in this study (T-11 type pallets) and 36 types of standard standards (T-12 type pallets) can prevent the loss of logistics, In the case of the brick loading type, it is confirmed that the loading efficiency can be improved through the use of 21 types (T-11 type pallets) and 24 types of standard standards (T-12 type pallets) of 90% or more. 본 연구에서는 MWC 각 적재패턴 별 적재효율을 분석함으로써 물류측면의 요인도 고려되고 반영되어야 함을 정량적으로 분석 하여 경영효율화를 제고하고자 한 것이다. 블록적재형과 벽돌적재형의 경우 T-11형 파렛트 보다는 T-12형 파렛트의 평균 적재효 율이 높았으며, 핀휠적재형의 경우에는 T-11형 파렛트가 T-12형 파렛트 보다 평균 적재효율이 높은 것으로 분석되었다. T-11형 파렛트에서 핀휠형 적재패턴이 적재효율 향상의 가장 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, 블록형의 경우 75.2%로 적재효율이 가장 낮은 패턴으로 확인된 것이다. T-12형의 경우 블록형이 96.2%로 가장 높은 적재효율의 패턴임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 T-12형 목재 파렛트로 납품되고 있는 MWC A사에 있어서 블록적재형 및 벽돌적재형으로 제품 및 진열패턴이 구성되고 있는 점은 바람직한 경 우인 것으로 확인되었다. 한편 T-11형 플라스틱 파렛트로 납품되고 있는 MWC B사와 MWC C사의 경우 블록적재형 및 벽돌적재 형 보다는 핀휠적재형일 경우 평균 적재효율이 97.4%로 매우 높으며, 90% 이상의 표준규격 역시 51종으로 다양하므로 핀휠적재형 으로 제품 및 진열패턴이 구성되어야 함을 확인해 주고 있다. T-11형 파렛트로 납품되고 있는 MWC B사와 MWC C사에 있어서 핀휠적재형이 아닌 MWC A사와 동일한 블록적재형 및 벽돌적재형으로 납품이 이루어지고 있는 점은 물류측면의 적재효율이 고려 되지 않은 것이다. 이 경우 본 연구에서 제안된 90% 이상의 블록적재형 표준규격 17종(T-11형 파렛트)과 36종의 표준규격(T-12형 파렛트)을 통해 물류의 손실을 예방할 수 있으며, 벽돌적재형의 경우에도 90% 이상의 표준규격 21종(T-11형 파렛트)과 24종의 표 준규격(T-12형 파렛트)의 사용을 통해 적재효율이 제고될 수 있음이 확인되었다.

        자료포락분석을 활용한 고등교육기관의 효율성 분석

        The importance of an effective operation of higher educational institutions has increased along with declining enrollment of incoming students in Korea. This study analyses the efficiency of 84 four-year colleges and universities and 77 junior colleges by using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). Input and output variables based on the DEA method were identified and compared by the institutional types and geographical locations in order to examine the decision variables of the efficiency of the colleges and universities. As input variables were identified public data such as full-time faculty rate, the number of college employees, average faculty salary, expenditure per student, and scholarship per student. Employment rate and enrollment rate were considered as output variables. EMS 1.3, excel 2007, and STATA 10.0 were used. This study analyse that significant inefficiency of colleges and universities in Korea were caused by technical factors and four-year colleges were more inefficient in scale factors than junior colleges. Geographically, the higher educational institutions in capital area were analyze to be run most efficiently. When it comes to the influence of each variable on the efficiency, the number of college employees and expenditure per student have a greater impact in four-year colleges whereas expenditure per student and scholarship per student are more influential in junior colleges. Regarding inefficiency of colleges, average faculty salary and full time faculty rate were analyze to be more influential variables regardless of institutional types. Suggestions for enhancing efficiency of inefficient colleges were added as a conclusion. 대학 입학자원의 감소로 대학 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 변화가 가속되는 가운데 대학의 효율성 운영이 요구되는 시대가 되었다. 4년제 대학 84개와 전문대학 77개를 대상으로 효율성 평가에 적합한 투입 및 산출 변수를 선정하여 변수값을 학제별, 지역별로 비교 분석하고, 자료포락분석(DEA)을 통해 효율성을 분석하였으며, 효율성에 영향을 주는 결정변수를 분석하였다. 산출변수는 취업률과 재학생 충원률로 선정하였고, 투입변수는 전임교원확보율, 직원수, 교수 평균 연봉, 학생 1인당 교육비, 학생 1인당 장학금으로 대학평가의 중요지표이면서 정보공시제와 대학교육평가데이터에 공개된 자료를 토대로 하였다. 분석에는 ems1.3프로그램, 엑셀 2007, STATA 10.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 효율성 분석 결과 상당수 대학의 비효율의 원인이 기술적 요인에 해당되며, 4년제 대학이 전문대학보다 규모면에서는 더 비효율적으로 운영되고 있었다. 지역별로는 수도권 소재 대학의 효율성이 가장 우수했으며, 효율적 기관의 변수 기여도를 보면 4년제 대학은 직원수와 학생 1인당 교육비, 전문대학은 학생 1인당 교육비와 학생 1인당 장학금 변수가 기여도가 높고, 비효율적 기관의 경우 4년제 대학과 전문대학 모두 교수평균연봉과 전임교원확보율 변수가 높은 기여를 하고 있다.

        Does Information from the Higher Education and R&D Institutes Improve the Innovation Efficiency of Logistic Firms?

        The efficiency of logistics innovation is a challenging task for logistics companies competing in rapid environmental changes. It is also essentially crucial for logistics companies to understand the importance of various sources of information to achieve innovation efficiently. Thus, this study measured the innovation efficiency of 72 logistics firms in South Korea by using ‘the sales’ as an output factor, and ‘the number of employees’ and ‘the innovative activity cost’ as an input factor. In particular, this study tested whether the distribution of measured innovation efficiency value differs in terms of the degree of consideration of higher education institutes and research and development (R & D) institutes as sources of information. To investigate the innovation efficiency of Korean logistics firms, we used a combined method of the input-oriented data envelopment analysis (DEA) with constant return to scale and Kruskal Wallis one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance) techniques. The findings in the study suggest that the logistics firms in Korea tend not to seriously consider higher education institutes and R & D institutes as crucial sources of information for achieving their logistics innovation. However, the results show that the innovation efficiency of logistics firms may be low if they completely exclude or do not consider the information sources for their innovation activities.

      • Evaluation of Input Output Efficiency in Higher Education Based on Data Envelope Analysis

        The level of development of higher education is a sign of a country's comprehensive national strength and the level of economic and social development. In this paper, the author makes comprehensive evaluation of the resource utilization efficiency in higher education, by using large scale network data, the result shows that the main reason lead to non DEA effective in colleges and universities is caused by the low scale efficiency and the low technical efficiency. Therefore, the university should pay special attention to the effective use of investment resources, gradually build effective performance appraisal system, and make implementation of the organic combination of teaching and scientific research. Also, reduce the cost of education investment, so as to effectively improve resources utilization and running benefits in colleges.

        Efficient higher-order zig-zag theory for viscoelastic laminated composite plates

        An efficient higher-order plate theory for viscoelastic materials is developed to predict the time-dependent mechanical behaviors of composite laminates. In-plane displacement fields are constructed by superimposing a cubic varying displacement field on a linear zig-zag varying field. Time-dependent relaxation moduli have the form of Prony series, which can be determined by the master curve based on experimental data. The constitutive equation of linear viscoelastic materials in the form of the Boltzmann superposition integral is simplified by the convolution theorem of the Laplace transform to avoid direct integration as well as to improve both computational accuracy and efficiency. By using the equivalent linear elastic stress-strain relationship in the corresponding Laplace domain, the transverse shear stress-free conditions at the top and bottom surfaces and the transverse shear stress continuity conditions at the interfaces between layers are satisfied conveniently. Finally, the viscoelastic responses in the time domain are obtained through various numerical inverse Laplace transforms. To validate the present theory, the numerical results for graphite/epoxy GY70/339 material are obtained and compared with the solutions of elastic composite laminated plates.

        教育公平与高等教育资源配置效率: 资源优化还是资源浪费?

        研究中国高等教育资源配置效率问题,对进一步促进高等教育优质均衡发展、建设教育强国具有重要意义. 因此,本文依据人力资本理论和DEA理论,利用DEA-Malmquist指数模型测算出了中国高等教育资源配置效率,分析了高等教育资源配置效率现状,并采用ESDA模型研究了各省域高等教育资源配置效率的具体空间特征,同时利用Tobit模型分析了教育公平与中国高等教育资源配置效率关系. 研究得出,第一,教育公平正向影响高等教育资源配置效率,且存在显著的区域异质性. 第二,高等教育资源配置效率存在显著的空间溢出效应. 最后,提出了中国高等教育配置效率提升的策略. 研究的开展有利于打开教育公平影响高等教育资源配置效率的“黑箱”,为提升高等教育资源配置效率具有一定的借鉴意义.

      • Analysis of viscoelastic composite laminates based on an efficient higher order composite plate theory using Laplace transformation

        In this study, an efficient higher order plate theory (EHOPT) is applied to the analysis of viscoelastic composite laminates. In-plane displacement fields are obtained by superimposing linear zigzag field onto the global cubic smooth fields. The relaxation modulus has form of the Prony series which can be determined from time-varying-strain data. Laplace transform rather than direct time integrations is used to apply the transverse shear stress continuity condition and improve both accuracy of results and computational efficiency. Numerical results for the models of Maxwell are analyzed and compared with the solution of elastic laminated composite plate.

      • Long-term viscoelastic behavior of composite multilayer plates based on Efficient Higher-Order Theory

        The long-term viscoelastic behaviors of composite multilayer plates have been accurately analyzed based on Efficient Higher-Order Theory (EHOPT). The time-dependent relaxation modulus of viscoelastic materials has form of Prony series which determined from experimental data. The constitutive equation for linear viscoelastic materials as Boltzmann superposition integral equation is simplified by convolution theorem of Laplace transform to avoid direct integration as well as to improve both accuracy and computational efficiency. Because of EHOPT’s advantage, the both global and local behaviors of laminated plate are predicted accurately. The numerical results for graphite/epoxy GY70/339 composite material are analyzed and compared with the solution of elastic one.

        The organization with a purpose will organize itself in a most efficient way in pursuit of its purpose, If a certain organization finds problems in itself, the problems may have been caused by the way the organization has been organized, the system, or by the individuals in the system. However, in total view, the responsibility for the problems is on the system in either way because the system could not control or eliminate the individuals until the problems occur. Therefore best system is a system which not only organize its role parts in a efficient way but also surveys, controls, and encourage them to keep working in their best efficiency. This study is about how to re-organize college system in its most efficient way which surveys, controls, and encourage its role parts by itself and reform itself ever after.

      • Application of Laplace Transform for Viscoelastic Response of Composite Laminated Shells

        The Laplace transformation has been applied for analyzing viscoelastic behaviors of composite laminated shells. The constitutive equation in integral can be reduced to linear stress-strain relationship in Laplace domain. Therefore, the formulation such as displacement field, can be expressed similarly with elastic one. In order to describe accurately the viscoelastic behaviors of laminated shells, the efficient higher-order shell theory (EHOST) has employed. The general tensor formulation is used for accurate description and arbitrary shell. Moreover, the time-dependent relaxation moduli have the general form of Prony series to simulate real property of viscoelastic composite. However, all the displacement fields, equilibrium equations only are obtained and expressed in Laplace domain. Finally, the time-dependent results of strain, stress distributions through the thickness of the shell are obtained by converting back to real time domain for creep and relaxation process. The Fourier series algorithm is chosen for inversion Laplace transform for accuracy and arbitrary time-dependent loading.
