        손의 그립에 따른 악력의 변화와 손목 굽힘근의 근력 비교 : 예비 연구

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between muscle power of the wrist flexor muscles and muscle strength according to grip type, such as the strength difference between a two-finger pinch grip and four-finger pinch grip. After the preliminary study, six subjects who agreed to participate in this study were recruited and the experiment was conducted. The power of the wrist flexor was measured using a digital manual muscle tester in the sitting position, and the grip strength according to the grip type was measured with a digital grip dynamometer. Spearman's nonparametric test was used to determine the correlation between wrist flexor power and grip strength of the power grip. An independent t-test was used to determine the significance level of the grip strength in the two-finger grip and four-finger grip. The significance level was set at p<.05 for all statistical tests. There was no interaction between the wrist flexor power and grip strength according to grip type (two-finger pinch grip, four-finger pinch grip, and power grip), but there was a significant difference in grip strength between the two-finger grip and four-finger grip (p<.05). The grip method that is necessary for grip strength when performing work may help to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.

      • Development of Dexterous H3 (Hanyang Humanoid Hand)

        This paper proposes a dexterous robot hand, H³ with 5 fingers which can grasp various objects stably. The thumb has the structure similar to the function of the adductor pollicis in human thumb and 2 D.O.F active joints for power grip and palmar grip which includes full palmar prehension, digito palmar prehension postures. An index finger has a direct-actuated mechanism moving in its saggital plane and the other fingers have a single underactuated mechanism to grasp various objects of shape. Each finger consists of a 4-bar linkage which connects proximal and middle phalanges and a spring attached between middle and distal phalanges. A series of simulations show that the robot hand can grasp objects stably using palmar grip and cylindrical palmar grip.

      • 지시적 상상훈련이 뇌파와 장악력에 미치는 영향

        Objective: I wished to search effect and mental training availability getting in change of directed mental training(below, mental training) this grip power the used in various field through brain waves measurement. Methods: Studies subject person chose 15 Yeoju college learning crowds random, and man is 5 people, and woman was 10 people. Research was 23 from September 16, 2008. Using JAMAR Hydraulic Hand Dynamometer grip power using CANS3000 after measure first series 3th background brain waves measurement and arbitration through mental training do and grip power measured sequence 3times again, and statistical analysis is SPSS Win Ver. 17.0 using. Results: According to mental training, there are no difference in grip strength. Value that keep in mind as statistical in grip power was not seen, but mean value was shown increase. But power spectrum of brain sensory motor rhythm was shown change of after mental training. Subjects were shown value that keep in mind as statistical. Conclusion: Statistical mental training through grip power value is not significance. But, average grip power increased. Sensory motor rhythm waves increase value, in patches measure value definite statics. This study shown mental training bear on the people, that had need of this type studies. (J Korean Society of Neurocognitive Rehabilitation 2012;4:47∼53) 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 다양한 분야에서 사용 되어지는 지시적 상상훈련(이하 상상훈련)이 장악력의 변화에 미치는 영향과 상상훈련 여부를 뇌파측정을 통하여 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 연구 대상자는 여주대학교에 재학 중인 15명을 임의로 선정하였으며, 남자는 5명, 여자는 10명이었다. 연구기간은 2008년 9월 16일부터 동년, 동월 23일까지였다. JAMAR Hydraulic Hand Dynamometer를 사용하여 장악력을 연속 3회 먼저 측정한 후 CANS 3000을 사용하여 배경뇌파 측정 및 상상훈련을 통한 중재를 하고 장악력을 다시 연속 3회 측정하였다. 통계학적 분석은 SPSS Win Ver. 17.0을 사용하였다. 결과: 상상훈련 전·후 측정된 장악력을 대응표본 t-검정 결과 중재 전·후 평균 장악력의 변화는 중재전보다 중재 후에 평균 1.63lb 증가하였으나, 통계학적으로 유의한 변화는 없었다. 뇌파의 알파리듬, 감각운동리듬, 중베타리듬의 측정결과 감각운동리듬의 오른 마루엽에서 통계학적으로 유의한 값을 보였다. 결론: 상상훈련을 통한 장악력의 수치는 통계 학적으로는 유의하지 않았으나, 감각운동리듬의 수치는 통계적으로 유의하였다. 이 연구를 통해서 일반인에게도 상상훈련이 효과 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 이에 대한 보다 많은 연구를 해야 할 필요성을 보여주었다.

        정상 성인에서 앉은 자세에 적용한 복부 드로우인 기법이 파악력에 미치는 영향

        The abdominal drawing-in maneuver(ADIM), which is performed to strengthen the stabilization muscles of the lumbar, is an exercise method that selectively contracts the TrA and IO by increasing intra-abdominal pressure. In order to check the effect of ADIM in sitting position, which is the most frequently used posture in everyday life, on how to grip power, ADIM was conducted in a sitting position for 30 healthy adults, and then the state was not performed. In each, the grip power was measured to determine how ADIM performed in the sitting position had an effect on grip power and which muscles had the most influence. The muscles mobilized for the electromyography(EMG) measurement were RA, EO, IO/TrA, and ES, which were the most activation lumbar stabilization muscles when ADIM was applied. As a result of the study, the activity on muscles of the lumbar stabilization was significantly increased and the grip power of the muscles was significantly increased than the ADIM in the sitting position. By comparing the measured difference value of each muscle, it was found that any muscle had a greater effect on grip power, but no muscle showed a significant correlation. It is thought that the increase of intra-abdominal pressure did not affect the grip power of a specific muscle. Therefore, if ADIM is performed in a sitting position that is frequently used in everyday life through this study, it will be more effective in increasing the grip power and lumbar stabilization.

        남자 대학생 레슬링 선수의 전완근 복합 파워 트레이닝이 근기능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 남자 대학생 레슬링 선수를 대상으로 전완근 복합 파워트레이닝이 악력과 등속성 근기능(견관절 내·외회전/ 주관절 굴곡·신전)에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 진행하였다. 연구대상은 남자 대학생 레슬링 선수로 선수경력이 5년 이상인 남자 대학생 30명으로 선정하였다. 전완근 복합 파워트레이닝그룹(Antebrachial Muscles Complex Powe Training Group; TG, n=15)과 통제그룹(Control Group; CG, n=15)으로 분류하여 TG은 8주간, 주 3회, 1회 운동시 90분간 실시하였고, 운동강도는 1~4주차는 1RM의 60%, 5~8주차는 1RM의 70%로 전완근 복합 파워트레이닝을 실시하였다. CG은 전완근 복합 파워트레이닝을 시행없이 일상 훈련에만 참가하였다. 측정 항목으로는 악력과 등속성 근기능(어깨 내회전·외회전 180°/sec, 300°/sec; 팔꿈치 굴곡·신전 60°/sec, 180°/sec)을 8주간의 트레이닝 전과 후에 각각 측정을 진행하였다. 연구 결과 악력에서는 집단, 시기, 그리고 집단×시기 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타났다. 등속성 근기능에서는 견관절 외회전 180°/sec, 300°/sec에서 집단과 시기, 집단×시기에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타났고, 왼쪽 견관절 외회전 300°/sec 에서만 집단에서 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 내회전에서는 오른쪽 견관절 내회전 180°/sec에서만 집단과 시기에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타났고, 다른 변인들에서는 통계적 유의한 차이를 나타나지 않았다. 주관절 굴곡과 신전에서는 전체적인 측정 변인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으나, 오른쪽 주관절 신전 60°/sec에서 집단에서, 그리고 오른쪽 주관절 신전 180°/sec에서 시기와 집단×시기에서만 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 전완근 복합 파워트레이닝은 레슬링선수의 악력과, 견관절의 내외회전, 그리고 주관절의 굴곡/신전 등속성 운동능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of antebrachial muscles complex power training on grip strength and isokinetic muscle function (shoulder internal/external rotation and elbow flexion/extension) in male college wrestlers. The study subjects consisted of 30 male college wrestlers with over 5 years of athletic experience. They were divided into an Antebrachial Muscles Complex Power Training Group (TG, n=15) and a Control Group (CG, n=15). The training group underwent an 8-week program conducted three times a week, with each session lasting 90 minutes. The training intensity was set at 60% of 1RM for weeks 1–4 and 70% of 1RM for weeks 5–8, focusing on antebrachial muscles complex power training. In contrast, the control group participated only in their routine training without any specific antebrachial muscles Complex Power Training focused interventions. The measured variables included grip strength and isokinetic muscle function (shoulder internal/external rotation at 180°/sec and 300°/sec; elbow flexion/extension at 60°/sec and 180°/sec), which were assessed before and after the 8-week training period. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences in grip strength across group, time, and group × time interactions. For isokinetic muscle function, significant differences were observed in shoulder external rotation at 180°/sec and 300°/sec across group, time, and group × time interactions, except for the left shoulder external rotation at 300°/sec, where no significant difference was found for the group factor. In shoulder internal rotation, a statistically significant difference was observed only in the right shoulder internal rotation at 180°/sec for group and time, while no significant differences were found in other variables. For elbow flexion and extension, no statistically significant differences were observed in most variables. However, significant differences were found in the right elbow extension at 60°/sec for the group factor and in the right elbow extension at 180°/sec for time and group × time interactions. It was confirmed that antebrachial muscles complex power training positively impacts grip strength, shoulder internal/external rotation, and isokinetic performance of elbow flexion/extension in wrestlers.

        한국 노인에서 악력과 수면시간과의 관련성

        Background: In an aged society, studies on sleep duration and hand grip strength are limited. This study aimed to evaluate the associations of sleep duration and hand grip strength among a large sample of Korean older adults. Methods: This study is based on data from 2014–2015 from the Sixth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. The total number of participants who were over the age of 65 years was 2,104. Participants were classified into four groups according to self-reported sleep duration. Muscle power was estimated using hand grip strength. The association between sleep duration and hand grip strength was analyzed using ANOVA and ANCOVA. Results: There was a statistically significant correlation between sleep duration and hand grip strength; After controlling for covariates, a sleep duration of shorter than 4 hours (estimated mean [95% confidence interval, CI]: 25.91±0.44) was associated with a weaker dominant hand grip strength than an average sleep duration of 7–8 hours (estimated mean [95% CI]: 27.20±0.25) (P=0.027). However, when stratified by sex, only female with a sleep duration of longer than 9 hours (estimated mean [95% CI]: 18.88±0.41) had a significantly weaker non-dominant hand grip strength than those with an average sleep duration of 7–8 hours (estimated mean [95% CI]: 19.85±0.24). Conclusion: An inappropriate sleep duration in older adults was associated with a lower hand grip strength. This finding suggests that decreased muscle power may mediate the relationship between short sleep duration and adverse health outcomes. 연구배경: 한국에서 수면 시간과 악력에 대한 연구는 제한적이다. 본 연구는 노인 인구를 대상으로 수면시간과 악력과의 연관성을 평 가하고자 하였다. 방법: 국민건강영양조사 제6기(2014년–2015년) 자료에서 65세 이상 노인 2,104명을 대상으로 하였다. 자가 보고된 수면 시간을 통해 참 여자들을 ≤4 hours, 5–6 hours, 7–8 hours, ≥9 hours 4개의 그룹으로 나누었다. 사회경제적 정보, 건강행태, 만성질환, 정신건강 상태를 고려하여 카이제곱 검정을 실시하였다. 각각의 수면시간이 미치는 악력과의 관련성을 확인하기 위해 유의한 변수를 보정하여 로지스 틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 근력은 악력을 사용하여 추정되었다. 결과: 총 2,104명의 65세 이상의 노인 인구가 연구에 참여하였다. 이 중 219명(10.5%)이 4시간 미만의 수면시간을 가졌다. 혼란 변수를 보 정 후 우세수 악력의 경우 4시간 이하(25.91±0.44)의 수면시간군이 7–8시간(27.20±0.25)의 평균 수면시간군보다 악력이 낮았다(P<0.05). 성별로 계층화한 경우 짧은 수면시간과 약한 악력을 보였으나 9시간 이상의 긴 수면시간군의 악력이(18.88±0.41) 유의하게 낮았다. 결론: 65세 이상 노인에서 짧은 수면시간의 경우 약한 악력을 보였다. 이를 통해 근력 감소가 짧은 수면시간과 부정적인 건강 영향과의 관계를 중재할 수 있음을 시사한다.

        거울치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 기능에 미치는 영향

        Objective: To study the effects of mirror therapy on upper extremity function, grip power, and activities of daily livings of patients with stroke. Method: Participants were 30 chronic stroke patients who were receiving occupational therapy in W Hospital located in Gangwon-do. Participants were divided into two groups, 15 patients each and mirror therapy and blocked mirror therapy training were applied respectively 8 weeks, for 20 minutes a session, 5 session per week. Before and after the intervention, upper extremity function, grip power, and ADLwere examined. ANCOVAs were conducted to examine of the amounts of changes between the groups. Paired t-test were conducted to compare upper extremity function, grip power, and ADL before and after the intervention within each group. Results: In the comparison between the two groups, upper extremity function and ADL of before and after the intervention showed significant increase in the study group than control group(p<.05). In both groups, difference of before and after intervention significantly increased(p<.05). Only grasp & lateral pinch among grip power result showed significant increase in the study group(p<.05). Conclusion: As a result of mirror therapy for stroke patients, results of upper extremity function, grip power, and ADL of the study group statistically increased compared to the control. We expect mirror therapy to be another possible intervention approach in body function improvement for people with stroke. However, further studies and proofs are needed to apply mirror therapy in occupational therapy clinical setting.

      • 뇌졸중 환자에게 적용한 거울치료가 악력 향상에 미치는 효과

        목적 : 만성 뇌졸중 환자에게 적용한 거울치료(mirror therapy)가 악력(grip strength)에 미치는 영향 을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2019년 4월에서 2021년 6월까지 충남에 위치한 H대학 작업치료학과 임상실습에 참여한 6개월 이상의 만성 뇌졸중 환자 20명을 10명씩 두 군으로 나누어 각각 거울치료와 일반작업치료 훈련 을 10주간 주 1회, 20분간 적용하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계를 통해 일반적 특성을 분석하였고, 실험 군・ 대조군 간 중재 전·후 변화량의 차이를 알아보기 위해 ANCOVA를 실시하였고, 실험군・대조군 내에서의 Grip strength test(GST)의 중재 전·후 비교를 위해 paired t-test를 실시하였다. 실험군・ 대조군 내에서의 악력을 보기 위한 GST를 실험 전·후에 측정하였다. 군내에서의 전·후 비교를 위해 대응표본 T-test를 실시하였다. 결과 : 악력 검사는 거울치료군에서 수장 악력과 외측 악력에서 유의한 차이(p<.05)를 보였으나, 일 반작업치료군에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다(p>.05). 3점 악력과 꼬집기 악력에서는 양군 모두 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p>.05). 결론 : 만성 뇌졸중 환자를 대상으로 한 거울치료가 악력의 향상에 통계학적으로 유의한 증가를 보 였고, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 거울치료가 뇌졸중 환자의 기능 회복을 위한 또 하나의 치료 중재 방법으로 발전되기를 기대하며, 임상적인 활용가치를 증명하기 위한 다양하고 지속적인 연구가 필요하 리라 사료된다.       • 손목지지대 착용에 따른 장악력과 쥐는 힘에 대한 연구

        Objective: The study intends to investigate the influence of the grip strength and pinch power with/without the wearable wrist supporter. Background: The wearable wrist supporter is a personal protective equipment that prevent the CTS and musculoskeletal disabilities. But the researches that effectiveness of wrist supporter are few. Method: 32 university-student volunteers, 18 males and 14 females, were recruited. The factors of interest were grip strength, tip pinch power, lateral pinch power, and palmar pinch power with/without wearable wrist supporter. Results: The strength and power that use the wearable wrist supporter are greater than without the wearable wrist supporter. All results had significant difference. (p<0.05) Conclusion: Wearing the wrist supporter has advantages of hand strength during operations.

        잡기동작 수행 시 입모양에 따른 뇌활성화 분석

        Purpose:This study was performed to understand the relationship between hand and mouth shapes using functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI). Methods:Two healthy volunteers without any previous history of physical or neurological illness were recruited. fMRI was done that volunteers was 6 repeated of natural mouth, close mouth and open mouth while power grip and pinch grip movement. Results:Cerebral cortex activation was not well observed for the natural mouth during the power grip exercise. For the closed mouth, the temporal lobe, Broca`s area, the prefrontal area related to thinking and judgment, the supplementary motor area, the auditory area and Wernicke`s area were activated. For the open mouth, cortical activation was also observed in the temporal lobe, Wernicke`s area, the prefrontal area related to thinking and the orbital frontal area related to visual sense. During the pinch grip exercise, cortical activation was observed for the natural mouth in the primary sensory area, Wernicke`s area, the primary and supplementary motor area, and the prefrontal area. For the closed mouth, cortical activation was observed in the temporal lobe, Wernicke`s area, the prefrontal area related to thinking, the secondary visual area, the primary sensory area and the supplementary motor area. In the case of the open mouth, cortical activation was observed in a few parts in the temporal lobe as well as Wernicke`s area, the prefrontal area related to thinking, and other areas related to visual sense such as the primary visual area, the secondary visual area and the visual association area. Conclusion:Brain was more activation for close mouth and open mouth more than natural mouth movement.
