In this paper, we developed a digital taekwondo trainer system based on the electronic protector was authorized by the World Taekwondo Federation for the improvement of user"s training effects and athletic performances. Our system consists of E-kick Bag with sensors for sensing hits, taekwondo trainer program and receiver for interconnection of E-kick Bag to program. Taekwondo trainer system also has an advantage to improve training effects and athletic performances such as hit-accuracy and reaction velocity by appointing a hitting target for users with 6 LED indicators. The taekwondo trainer program is a user interface to provide training courses such as progress training of response time and stamina, preparation training for real sparring by training scenario. It has also characteristics which are to strengthen and supplement user"s pros and cons by analyzing hitting intensity and accuracy from training.
체육진흥투표권사업의 전자발매통제시스템 건전화 평가지표 개발

사행산업통합감독위원회는 사행산업의 부작용을 최소화하고 건전성 증진을 위해 매년 사행산업의 건전화에 대한 평가를 실시해 왔다. 하지만 전자카드가 도입된 다른 사행산업과는 달리 체육진흥투표권사업의 전자발매통제시스템에 대해서는 아직까지 명확한 건전화 평가지표를 마련하지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 향후 본격적으로 실시될 체육진흥투표권사업의 전자발매통제시스템 건전화 평가를 위한 평가지표를 개발하고자 하는 데에 주된 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 건전화 구성요소 가운데 기존 평가지표상 부족한 게임요인에 초점을 두고, 체육진흥투표권사업의 게임요인별 특성(베팅의 접근성(공간), 베팅의 접근성(시간), 보상크기, 보상비율, 베팅금액, 베팅의 확장성)을 고려하여 다양한 평가지표를 개발하였다. 아울러 개발된 평가지표의 적절성과 타당성을 다섯 가지 기준에 따라 검토한 결과를 바탕으로 실제 평가지표로서 활용가치를 지닌 지표를 제시하였다. To minimize the side-effects of gambling while improving its soundness, the National Gambling Control Commission (NGCC) has evaluated the soundness of gambling industries. However, the NGCC has yet to develop evaluation indicators for the Electronic Sales-control System (ESS) of the Sports Promotion Business. To fill this gap, this study was intended to develop evaluation indicators for the ESS. For this, the study focused on “game factor” among the components for the soundness of gambling, which was not considered in the existent evaluation. Considering the game factor including approachableness of betting(space and time), reward size, reward ratio, betting size, and expandedness of betting, the study developed diverse potential evaluation indicators. The study further reviewed each developed indicator according to five criteria for evaluating appropriateness and validity of evaluation indicators, suggesting some indicators that would be valuable for practical use.

Recently, EMS(Engine Monitoring System) is reported that the IHP calculated and measured from electronic indicator has a deviation compared to mechanical indicator. The same results has been shown in case of trainingship HANNARA, so it is required to analysis about the estimation of engine output. In this paper it is studied on the cause of error for engine performance analysis and investigated the reliability of engine output by the acquisition methods of cylinder pressure data.
전자적 임상시험 데이터 관리 시스템의 효과 측정을 위한 지표 개발 및 4 상 임상시험 실증연구

The purpose of this study is to to develop a measurement indicator of how much the electonic data capture system(EDC) in clinical trials could actually enhance efficiency. To this end, we analyzed the process data used in an actual clinical research study and established a measurement indicator of time efficiency in electronic clinical trial processes (MITE-ECT). Clinical trial technology applied to improve clinical trial data collection is generally referred to as EDC. The benefits of EDC include greater data accuracy, fewer queries and shorter duration of database lock especially for the large multi-site clinical trials through direct data entry at the investigator site. The built-in edit check functions predesigned for electronic clinical trials was found to minimize the data entry errors that would result in extra data correction steps in data clean-up stage of clinical trials. Time savings could be led by lower error and query rates by reducing work that would have to be done on data cleaning. Neverthless quantification to measure the benefits of the EDC system has not been fully developed yet. We investigated a Phase IV multi-site clinical trial by a pharmaceutical company. During the trial in question, 8 research sites tested a total of 492 people for 10 months from February to November 2009. To establish a time efficiency measurement indicator based upon process modeling of the case, we conducted interviews with experts, evaluated academic studies, and reviewed practical management processes. This study diagrammed the process involved in EDC and developed a measurement indicator of time efficiency. Its applicability was explored and verified for the data entry time, query resolution time and data lock time with relevant data points. The indicator identified in this study is expected to serve as the practical measurement of efficiency of the electronic clinical data capture process. It can further be the basis for future research comparisons between paper-based and electronic schemes, clinical research comparison by phase, and learning effect analysis of the same and different phases. Application of this indicator(MITE-ECT) in conjunction with electronic clinical trial processes is expected to facilitate strategic data management by taking advantage of the flexibility and efficiency such methods can provide.

본 논문은 한국무역상무학회의 「무역상무연구」 학술지를 대상으로 전자무역분야 논문들을 메타분석 하였다. 전자무역분야를 11가지 주제로 나누어 논문들을 분석하였다. 각각의 주제분야별 논문 편수는 EDI분야 5편, 전자무역계약분야 6편, 전자무역결제분야 20편, 전자무역운송분야 19편, 전자무역보험분야 4편, 전자무역법규분야 13편, 전자무역통관분야 5편, 국제전자상거래분야 28편, 전자무역플랫폼분야 14편, 전자무역인증분야 4편, 블록체인활용분야 5편이었다. 향후 전자무역분야 논문들의 주제를 블록체인기술활용, 초국경전자무역거래, 디지털콘텐츠수출, 스마트계약, AI를 이용한 해외시장 개척 등으로 다양화한다면 「무역상무연구」 활성화에 기여할 것이다. This thesis paper targets the International Commerce & Law Review academic journal of the Korean Research Institute of International Commerce and Law and conducts meta-analysis of thesis papers in the electronic trade sector. In the paper are included analysis of the author and quotations, analysis of key words, and analysis of each key sector. In this thesis paper, the electronic trade sector was classified into 11 themes, before conducting analysis of thesis papers. The number of thesis papers referred to for each thematic sector is 5 for the EDI sector, 6 for the electronic trade contract sector, 20 for the electronic trade payment sector, 19 for the electronic trade transportation sector, 4 for the electronic trade insurance sector, 13 for the electronic trade law sector, 5 for the electronic trade customs clearance sector, 28 for the international electronic commerce sector, 14 for the electronic trade platform sector, 4 for the electronic trade certification sector, and 5 for the blockchain utilization sector. Recently, the technology is advancing greatly with each new day, and the advanced technology is being applied in trade transactions quickly. Thus, we shouldn’t limit the theme of the electronic trade sector’s thesis papers to analyzing past events. We should also write thesis papers that predict events of the near future such as thesis papers on blockchain technology, cross-border e-commerce, smart contract, etc. and help the international trade companies prepare for the newly dawning future, to increase interest on the research conducted in the International Commerce & Law sector.

A direction indicator lamp is an essential component not only automobile but also Wheeler to indicate to other roaddrivers that the driver intends to change a direction to the right or to the left. To drive safely, the direction indicator lamp should be operated accordingly when driver orders to operate it by setting direction indicator lamp’s switch ON. If the direction indicator lamp is in trouble, it should be informed with certain sound or display so that driver is to repair it. For that reason, the regulation of Wheeler requires when the failure of direction indicator lamp occurs the failure should be informed to driver with a certain pattern of sound or a displaying in cluster. Therefore, this study suggest a simple way to detect the failure of direction indicator lamp using High-side driver’s Sensing Current signal to detect the failure without installing any additional components or relay.
수혈적응증 입력 프로그램 개발 및 혈액제제 신청 사유 분석

Background: Transfusion guidelines are not only essential for the optimal use of blood products, but also help reduce transfusion-related adverse reactions and improve patients’ outcomes. In this hospital, a transfusion-indication data-entry program based on the national transfusion guidelines was developed and applied to the electronic medical record system in 2016. All transfusion orders, except for emergencies, have been performed using this program since then. This study analyzed the reasons for the transfusion to monitor the blood product usage and provide feedback to clinicians. Methods: The transfusion-indications were classified by the blood product and a pop-up window listing these indications was produced. The indications were as follows: red blood cells (RBCs) - acute blood loss, chronic anemia, surgery/procedure, transplantation and ‘other’; platelets (PLTs) - active bleeding, bleeding prophylaxis, surgery/procedure, massive transfusion, and ‘other’; fresh frozen plasma (FFP) - bleeding in coagulopathy, bleeding prophylaxis in coagulopathy, massive transfusion, plasma exchange, and ‘other’. The indications entered into the data-entry program from Sep 2016 to Feb 2018 were analyzed. Results: The most common indications for transfusion were chronic anemia for RBCs (7977/16138, 49.4%), bleeding prophylaxis for PLTs (5726/11158, 51.3%), and ‘other’ for FFP (2180/6024, 36.2%). Many clinicians entered the transfusion indication as ‘other’, but the free-text supplied by the clinician when ‘other’ was selected, often corresponded to an indication already categorized in the transfusion-indication data-entry program. Conclusion: Feedback and training on the data of transfusion indications are needed for clinicians to properly use blood products by operating the transfusion-indication data-entry program more efficiently. 전자상거래의 축산물 원산지 표시실태 및 표시규정 모니터링

21세기 정보사회로의 변화는 각 분야에 걸쳐 빠른 속도로 진전되고 있다. 그 중에서도 급속히 확산되고 있는 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래의 발전과 전 사업분야에 걸친 파급 효과 또한 매우 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래를 통한 온라인 식육판매업소 100곳을 선정하여 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 전자상거래 시 온라인 판매업소 표시사항 모니터링과 온라인 판매영업소의 축산물 판매 표시규정을 모니터링 하였다. 전자상거래시 표시사항의 조사 결과 상호명과 전화번호는 100% 모두 표기하여 높은 적합률을 나타내었다. 반면 영업장의 주소와 식육의 제조원 및 공급업체, 식육 판매업소, 사업자 등록번호 등의 항목은 상대적으로 낮은 적합률을 나타내었으며, 사이트 이용약관, 이메일 주소와 팩스번호의 적합률은 가장 낮게 조사되었다. 온라인 판매영업소의 축산물 판매 표시규정의 실태 조사결과는 제품명과 식육의 종류가 각각 100%의 높은 적합률을 나타냈으며 가격(96.3%) 원산지(93.6%), 용량(90.4%), 식육의 부위(80.9%)와 제품의 구성(73.4%) 정보는 상대적으로 낮은 적합률을 나타내었다. 특히 유통기간의 표시(20.2%), 제조일자(5.3%)는 가장 낮은 적합률을 기록하면서 안전성의 심각성을 나타내었다. 식품안전성을 확보하기 위해서는 식품위생과 안전성, 식품표시에 대한 홍보와 교육이 지속적으로 이루어져 소비자들의 식품안전에 대한 인식과 신뢰도를 높여야 한다. 또한 온라인 전자상거래 상에서도 축산물의 위생과 유통 및 보관을 위해 시행될 수 있는 다양한 제도들이 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 오늘날은 식품에 대한 소비자들의 욕구와 기호가 변화하여 건강과 식품안전성에 대한 관심도가 고조되고 있으며, 이는 식품을 구매하는 의사결정에 중요한 요인으로 작용하여 식품산업에 큰 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 식품안전의 문제는 생산자, 소비자, 식품가공업자, 언론, 정부, 학자들이 함께 풀어야 할 복합적인 문제이며 실제적 위험과 소비자의 인지된 위험에 대해 지속적으로 정확한 정보와 지식을 소비자에게 교육하고 홍보하는 것이 필요하다. The number of internet users and the scale of electronic on-line trading are on the increase due to the development of information technology and the internet. The aim of this study was to monitor the accuracy of country-of-origin labels and the indicated contents of meat available by electronic on-line trading by using a structural interview sheet for 100 on-line meat product markets. The result of this investigation showed a 100% level of accuracy for business name and telephone number whereas the company address, meat manufacturer and supplier, and business registration were less reliable. We also investigated the accuracy of site policy, e-mail address, and fax number. The results showed that the accuracy of fax numbers was the lowest. The product name and the kind of meat actually in the product showed a 100% level of conformity, while the price (96.3%), place of origin (93.6%), capacity (90.4%), meat parts (80.9%) and contents of the product (73.4%) showed a relatively low level of conformity. Serious safety issues were exposed by the disturbingly low 20.2% accuracy of indicated expiration dates and 5.3% accuracy of indicated manufacturing dates. To ensure food safety, it is essential to improve consumer understanding and trust regarding food safety through continuous public relations. More education and information are needed to raise consumer awareness of the facts versus myths regarding food safety.
Case study on risk evaluation of printed electronics using nanosilver ink

Background With the ever-increasing development of nanotechnology, our society is being surrounded by possible risks related to exposure to manufactured nanomaterials. The consumer market already includes many products that contain silver nanoparticles (AgNPs), including various household products, such as yoga mats, cutting boards, running shirts, and socks. There is a growing concern over the release of AgNPs in workplaces related to the manufacture and application of nanomaterials. Objective This study investigated the release of AgNPs during the operation of a printed electronics printer. Methods Using an exposure simulation chamber, a nanoparticle collector, scanning mobility particle sizer (SMPS), condensation particle counter (CPC), dust monitor, and mixed cellulose ester (MCE) filters are all connected to measure the AgNP exposure levels when operating a printed electronics printer. Results A very small amount of AgNPs was released during the operation of the printed electronics printer, and the number of AgNPs inside the exposure simulation chamber was lower than that outside background. In addition, when evaluating the potential risks for consumers and workers using a margin of exposure (MOE) approach and target MOE of 1000, the operational results far exceeded the target MOE in this simulation study and in a previous workplace exposure study. Conclusion The overall results indicate a no-risk concern level in the case of printed electronics using nanosilver ink.
