        16주간의 웨이트트레이닝이 비만 여성의 동맥혈류 및 혈관조절변인에 미치는 영향

        This study analyzes the effect of 16-week weight training on blood flow and vascular control variables in arteries. It was classified into 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups for each group. Body fat percentage was mea- sured in obese women using Inbody 3.0, and arterial blood flow was measured using ultrasonic doppler to measure blood flow velocity and blood flow resistance of subclavicular artery vessels, and nitric oxide(NO) and endoteline1 (ET-1), which are vascular variables. In the case of blood flow rate, there was no significant change in the control group, and the experimental group showed a significant(p<.001) reduction rate of -10.7%. There was no significant change in blood flow resistance in the control group, and the experimental group showed a signif- icant(p<.001) reduction rate of -21.5%. In the case of NO, there was no significant change in the control group, and the expe- rimental group showed a significant(p<.001) increase rate of 14.2%. There was no significant change in ET-1 in the control group, and considering that the experimental group showed a significant(p<.001) reduction rate of –26.1 %, changes in average blood flow rate and blood flow resistance adapted to long-term weight training and sensitivity of NO and ET-1 could be observed. Therefore, the weight training presented in this study is interpreted as having a positive effect on the relaxation of arterial blood flow and changes in NO and ET-1, which are vascular control variables, and is intended to be presented as an efficient training program for obesity women's body fat control and blood flow. 본 연구는 16주간의 웨이트트레이닝이 동맥의 혈류와 혈관조절변인에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 각 집단별 실험군 10명, 통제군 10명으로 분류하였다. 비만 여성을 대상으로 In body 3.0을 이용하여 체지방률의 측정하였으며, 동맥혈류는 초음파도플러를 이용한 쇄골하동맥 혈관의 혈류속도 및 혈류저항의 측정과 혈관조절변인인 산화질소(NO) 및 엔도텔린1(ET-1)을 측정 분석하였다. 혈류속도의 경우 통제군은 유의한 변화는 없었으며, 실험군은 –10.7%의 유의한(p<.001) 감소 비율로 나타났다. 혈류저항은 통제군의 경우 유의한 변화는 없었으며, 실험군은 –21.5%의 유의한(p<.001) 감소 비율을 나타냈다. NO의 경우 통제군은 유의한 변화는 없었으며, 실험군은 14.2%의 유의한(p<.001) 증가 비율로 나타났다. ET-1은 통제군의 경우 유의한 변화는 없었으며, 실험군은 –26.1%의 유의한(p<.001) 감소 비율을 나타낸 것으로 비추어볼 때 비만 여성의 혈류속도와 혈류저항의 감소 비율과 연계된 NO의 증가와 ET-1의 감소를 통해 장기간의 웨이트트레이닝에 적응된 동맥의 혈류와 혈관조절변인의 민감성에 대한 변화를 관찰 할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제시된 웨이트트레이닝은 여성들의 비만 해소와 더불어 동맥 혈류 유속의 완화적인 개선과 혈관조절변인인 NO와 ET-1의 변화에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 해석되며, 추후 비만 여성의 체지방 조절 및 혈류의 흐름과 혈관조절변인의 개선을 위한 효율적인 트레이닝 프로그램으로 제시하고자 한다.

        인간관계 효율성 훈련이 간호대학생의 인간관계와 자아정체감에 미치는 효과

        This study is to investigate if the effectiveness training program, suggested by Gordon(1970), could help these nursing students with the problems of interpersonal relationship and self-identification. Method: This study was designed using nonequivalent control group protest-posttest design. The subject for this study were thirty nursing students. Fifteen nursing students of the experimental group experienced the Effectiveness Training for 8 weeks (3 hours/week). The effect of Effectiveness Training was measured using Relationship Change Scale devised by Lee, H.D. & Moon, S.M.(1979) and Ego Identity Scale devised by Dignan(1965) which was translated by Seo, B.Y.(1975) Pretest data were collected by the researcher from both experimental and control group before training. After the end of eight weeks training, posttest data collected from both experimental and control group. Samples were analyzed using SPSS PC+. Result: 1. The first hypothesis, "level of interpersonal relationship of the experiment group after 8 weeks will be significantly higher than that of the control group"(z=-1.965, p=.049)was supported. 2. The second hypothesis, "level of ego-identity of the experimental group after 8 weeks will be significantly higher than that of the control group"(z=-2.191, p=.028)was supported. 3. The third hypothesis, "level of interpersonal relationship of the experiment group will be significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 months of training"(z=-.634, p=.238)was not supported. 4. The fourth hypothesis, "level of ego-identity of the experimental group will be significantly higher than that of the control group after 4 months of training"(z=-.292, p=.642)was not supported. Conclusion: The Effectiveness Training can be considered as an effective method of nursing students's interpersonal relationship & ego-identity, because it was proved to help nursing students increase level of their interpersonal relationship & ego-identity but it was needed to reinforce for continuing of the effect of the interpersonal relationship & ego-identity.

        Comprehensive Relevance of AMPK in Adaptive Responses of Physical Exercise, Skeletal Muscle and Neuromuscular Disorders

        PURPOSE: This study was conducted to understand the adaptive responses of different modes of physical exercises utilizing skeletal muscle and the comprehensive relevance of AMPK signaling that can be activated by physical exercise as a potential molecular target in human health problems such as neuromuscular disorders (NMDs). METHODS: Most of the contents in this review article are based on recent publications concerning the main topics of interest. The reference literatures cited were obtained by basic searches of overseas academic databases such as PubMed and ScienceDirect using EndNote X7.8. RESULTS: The phenotypic adaptive responses of skeletal muscle during endurance- and resistance-based exercise training (ET and RT respectively) appear to be distinct. To explain the adaptive responses in each single mode of exercises (ET, RT) along with combined exercise training (CT), AMPK signaling is proposed as an important molecular link among those differential modes of exercise and a promising molecular target of NMDs. CONCLUSION: Based on the available evidence, intracellular AMPK signaling activated by diverse stimuli including physical exercise can be a potential and promising therapeutic target for the prevention, amelioration or cure of various human health problems including NMDs and may also be beneficial for physical rehabilitation and emergency situations that may elicit acute metabolic stresses.

      • 무장헬기 사격통제시스템 내장형 훈련모드 개발

        무장헬기 사격통제시스템의 개념에 기초하여 시현기 타입의 훈련 시스템 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 제안된 시스템은 사격 통제 시스템의 효율적인 훈련이 가능하고 내장형 소프트웨어로 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 훈련모드는 추가적인 하드웨어 없이 저비용으로 훈련을 극대화할 수 있다. The prototype of display type training system was developed based on the definition of Fire Control System(FCS) in armed helicopter. Efficient FCS training can be possibile with this training system. Training system consits of emedded software. The proposed training mode can maximize train efficiency at a low cost without additional hardware.
