        Executive information systems(EISs) are challenging applications to develop, and many organizations are unsuccessful in their efforts. A major problem is the informations for the system. This problem relates to the roles of executive. But EIS developers often have a limited understanding of the nature of executive. The purpose of this paper is to explore the information for EIS related to the roles of executive. This paper reviewed the roles of the executive and studied about the information for EIS and provided insights into what makes the EIS useful.

      • EIS개발을 통한 효율적인 경영 시스템의 모색에 관한 연구

        For the recently keen competition between companies, managers and staffs tend to request more strategically valuable, accurate, and timely data on the management infor mation system rather than the data of simple information. The former, contrary to the simple data, can be a great help to the managers decisions by using the accumulation of in and outside data on market, goods and management. EIS, yet only at the ABC level in korea, has been developed little by little, which can fulfill the informational needs of managers and promote efficiency of information system itself. To establish the foundation of new informational system, what is called EIS, it is to be desired that the domestic companies should consider thoroughly the successful found-ation factors and their results. The purpose of this thesis is to provide some efficient foundational indicators of system through the research on what EIS is and how to dev-elop it. In this thesis a lot of documentary records and periodicals are referred for the research on the theorical background, the development method and the practical use of EIS.

        급성 식도정맥출혈에 대한 내시경적 경화요법과 내시경적 정맥류 결찰요법의 비교

        Objectives: Endoscopic injection sclerotherapy (EIS) is currently the most widely practiced method for treating and eradicating bleeding esophageal varices in repeated sessions, but may be associated with some undesirable local and systemic complications. Endoscopic variceal ligation (EVL), which consists of mechanical ligation and thrombosis of varices using elastic 0-rings, has been recently developed as a non-operative alternative to EIS. Methods: To evaluate the safety and efficacy of EVL for treatment of the acute bleeding esophageal varices, we compared EVL and EIS in 89 patients who had recently bled from esophageal varices. 43 patients were treated with EVL, and 46 with EIS. We assesed the hemostatic efficacy for actively bleeding varices, the recurrences of bleeding, the ablility for eradication of varices, the number and duration of treatments needed to eradicate varices, and the incidence of complications. Results: Initial hemostatic efficacy of EVL for actively bleeding varices did not differ to EIS (90% VS 90.9%). Incidences of rebleeding showed no statistical difference between EVL and EIS (18.6% vs 23.9%). Abilities for eradication of varices showd 83.7% (36 of 43 patients) in EVL and 82.6Fp (83 of 46 patients) in EIS. The number of treatments required to eradicate varices did not differ between EVL and EIS (4.2 vs 3.8 sessions), but EVL achieved variceal eradication more slowly than EIS (44,6 vs 20.8 days) (p<0.01), Complications were less common in EVL than EIS; chest discomfortness (22.S% vs 70.3%), chest pain (1.5% vs 46.8%), fever (1.5% vs 27.9%), transient dysphagia (2.2% vs 18.9%), pleural effusion (1.8% vs 0%). Conclusion: EVL is a safe and effective alternative method to EIS for treatment of bleeding esophageal varices.

        브루너의 EIS이론을 적용한 리코더 학습이 초등학교 4학년 학생의 독보력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of recorder learning based on Bruner’s EIS theory in elementary school 4th grade students’ music reading ability. For this study, the literatures about Bruner’s EIS theory and music reading ability were reviewed. And the recorder program based on Bruner’s EIS theory was developed as 12 units, 20 class sessions by analyzing instrument playing in 2015 elementary school 4th grade music curriculum. The program in this research was implemented for three months in students of fourth grade of ‘A’ elementary school, located in Anyang-si Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Quantitative analysis which examined students' music reading ability by comparing their skills between pre-test and post-test, to verify the effect of the recorder program. Qualitative analysis using class videos, class journals, and students' portfolio was also performed to analyze improvements on musical understanding, attitude to music, and reflective thinking of students, which are not able to be evaluated by quantitative analysis. Conclusion was drawn from both qualitative and quantitative analysis. The result of this study is as follows; First, recorder learning based on Bruner's EIS theory increased students' reading ability of piece and its rhythm. Second, the program developed students' musical expressiveness. Third, the program improved musical understanding. Fourth, the program helped students to have positive attitudes in playing music. 본 연구는 브루너의 EIS이론을 적용한 리코더 프로그램을 개발하고 초등학교 4학년 학생에게 적용하여 학생의 독보력에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 4학년 음악과 교육과정 중 기악활동을 분석하여 브루너의 EIS이론을 적용한 리코더 프로그램을 12단원, 총 20차시를 개발하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 안양시 A초등학교 4학년 1개 학급으로 2015년 10월부터 12월까지 3달간 적용하였다. 본 연구에서 적용된 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 프로그램 적용 전․후 독보력 검사를 각각 실시하여 결과를 양적 분석한 결과 학생의 리듬과 가락 독보력을 향상시켰으며, 수업 동영상과 교사의 수업일지 및 학생 활동 포트폴리오 등을 종합하여 질적 분석한 결과 학생의 음악적 표현력과 악곡에 대한 이해도 및 음악에 대한 긍정적인 태도의 향상에 도움을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

        지식의 공통적 정의와 발전적 연관 관계에 관한 연구-일반적 정보시스템과 지식경영, DSS, EIS를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to review the established research practices and managerial methods on the range of Knowledge that have been independently studied from the conventional information system(libraries) and the managerial information system(MIS, DSS and EIS) within the quantitative and the non-quantitative perspective. The information systems were developed through their own purpose since the 1950s and these days the corporate environments have become integrated due to the rapid creation and expansion of information. Therefore, to make fast decisions in this situation it is appropriate that these two systems, Library and the managerial information system, should be dealt within the same category. In other words, not only the quantitative data that become main sources of DSS or EIS, but also the qualitative data such as the text documents, video and audio data, which have been managed in the libraries and information centers and not extracted from the former, can be used as the new knowledge source. Also DSS/EIS can provide the splendid infrastructure for Knowledge Management(KM) while libraries/information centers manage the comprehensive range of explicit and tacit knowledge, which can be a facilitator or main driver for KM. 이 글은 지식의 범주를 계량, 비계량의 관점에서 일반 정보 시스템(도서관)과 경영정보시스템(MIS, DSS, EIS)으로 분리되어 연구되어 오던 종래의 연구 관행과 관리 방안에 대하여 재고해 보는데 그 목적을 둔다. 1950년대 이후 각기 별개의 목적으로 발전되어 온 정보 시스템들은 기업의 경영환경이 내외부가 통합되고, 정보통신이 급격히 발달되며 정보의 생성과 전파 속도가 급속히 빨라 지고 있는 상황에서 빠른 의사결정을 위해서는 동일한 지식의 범주에서 다루는 것이 보다 바람직할 것이다. 즉, DSS나 EIS에서도 모델 추론을 위하여 계량 정보원 뿐만 아니라 전통적으로 도서관 또는 정보센터에서 주로 관리해 오고 있는 텍스트 도큐먼트, 비디오, 오디오 등으로부터도 계량정보에서 추출될 수 없는 지식원으로써 활용해야 한다. 또한 DSS나 EIS는 지식경영을 달성하는 훌륭한 인프라를 제공하며, 도서관 또는 정보센터의 관리 대상 지식은 이미 형식지 또는 암묵지로 구분되어 있지 않은 포괄적 범위의 지식으로서 지식경영의 촉진제 또는 주체기관의 역할을 할 수 있다.

        3전극방식을 활용한 철근 콘크리트의 교류임피던스 측정 시 전기화학 셀저항의 영향

        This study aims to investigate the effect of total electrochemical cell resistance (TECR) on electrochemical impedance (EI) measurementsof reinforced concrete (RC) by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) using a three-electrode system. A series of experimental study is performedto measure electrochemical behavior of a steel bar embedded in a concrete cube specimen, with a side length of 200 mm, in various experimentalconditions. Main variables include concrete dry conditions, coupling resistance between sensing electrodes and concrete surface, and area of the counterelectrode. It is demonstrated that EI values remains stable when the compliant voltage of a measuring device is sufficiently great compared to the potentialdrop caused by TECR of concrete specimens. It is confirmed that the effect of the coupling resistance of TECR is far more influential than other twofactors (concrete dry conditions and area of the counter electrode). The results in this study can be used as a fundamental basis for development of asurface-mount sensor for corrosion monitoring of reinforced concrete structures exposed to wet-and-dry cycles under marine environment. 본 연구의 목적은 3전극방식으로 전기화학적 임피던스분광법(EIS)를 활용한 콘크리트 속 철근의 분극저항을 측정할 때 전기화학셀저항에 따른 인가전압의 변화를 실험적으로 확인하고, 안정적인 측정값을 획득을 위한 실험조건을 찾는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 셀저항을 구성하는 요소 중 콘크리트 건조상태, 전극의 커플링상태(접촉저항) 및 상대전극의 면적을 주요변수 설정하였다. 본 연구에서는 지름 200mm인정사각형 콘크리트 실험체 중심에 D22 철근이 부분적으로 매입된 실험체를 준비하여, 주요변수의 조합으로 구성된 다양한 실험조건에서 EIS을 수행하였으며 이때 포텐쇼스탯에서 인가된 전압을 측정하였다. 본 연구의 실험결과를 통하여, 3전극 방식으로 콘크리트 속 철근의 부식속도를 측정할 경우, 측정장치의 추종전압보다 측정 시 요구되는 인가전압이 충분히 큰 경우 셀저항의 변화는 EIS 측정에 큰 영향을 주지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 참조전극과 기준전극을 콘크리트 표면에 부착된 상태에서 EIS에서 콘크리트의 건조상태 및 상대전극의 면적에 대한 영향에 비하여 전극과 표면의 접촉저항의 영향이 지배적인 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 해양환경에 노출된 콘크리트와 같이 침지 및 건조 반족 조건에 노출된 콘크리트에서 3전극방식의 EIS 측정으로 철근 부식속도 및 상태평가를 위한 센서 개발에 기본 데이터로 활용될 수 있다.

      • Comparison of Different Current Sampling Strategies for an Online Battery Model Identification using Switched-Capacitor Equalizer

        Online state estimations require an accurate EIS model to reduce the estimation error. To evaluate the inconsistency of battery characteristics and aging, an online EIS-integrated equalizer circuit for individual-cell has been presented in [1]. By virtue of switch-matrix structure, every cell can be connected to the equalizing capacitor directly, and the equalizer series as an EIS model identifier. However, the model accuracy is heavily dependent on the current sampling strategy. This paper studies various current sampling schemes required for analyzing the exponential current waveforms to further enhance the accuracy. The strategies are assessed by a real-time test system and are compared with the EIS model from a commercial EIS analyzer. The results show that the start and end time-point strategy can achieve good accuracy, but it is difficult to determine optimal sampling instant. On the other hand, the multiple time-points strategy can accurately estimate the model parameters and overcome the disadvantages of the start and end time-point strategy.

        Micro Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy (μEIS) Fabricated on the Curved Surface of a Fine Needle for Biotissue Discrimination

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>This work presents a novel micro electrical impedance spectroscopy (μEIS) technique that can measure and discriminate the electrical signal responses of biotissues in real time. An EoN (EIS‐on‐a‐needle), EIS on the surface of a fine needle (400 μm in diameter), was fabricated using a newly developed flexible photomask film. The base material of the photomask is parylene‐C, which allows uniform contact on the curved surface of the needle; thus, the designed electrode patterns of the photomask can be transferred onto the needle surface with a high resolution (2.95 % or less in dimensional error). To validate the developed EoN as an electrical sensor, ex vivo experiments with various biotissues—butchered pork (skin, fat, and muscle) and human breast tissues (normal and cancerous)—were conducted by measuring real‐time electrical impedance during a frequency sweep. The conductivities (relative permittivity) of the pork tissues were evaluated by electrical equivalent circuit analysis: 56.6 mS/m (37,800), 68.0 mS/m (74,755), and 74.9 mS/m (26,145) for the skin, fat, and muscle, respectively. Moreover, the normal and cancerous tissues were well distinguished by electrical resistance at 4.04 kHz for various cancer grades (Elston grades 1, 2, and 3). Analysis of the electrical impedance suggests that the EoN can be utilized to diagnose the physiological states of biotissues in clinical use.</P>

        EIS를 활용한 경량골재 종류별 시멘트 경화체의 계면특성 분석

        골재는 콘크리트 체적의 약 70∼85%를 차지하며, 콘크리트의 건조수축을 저감시켜주는 필수요소이다. 하지만 고층건축물 건설시 천연골재의 높은 하중으로 인해 문제점으로 작용한다. 고층 건물 건설시 하중이 커지게 되면 크리프가 발생하고 지반이 침식될 우려가 있으므로 기초를 크게 설계하고 암반층까지 깊게 내린 지정이나 파일등을 설치해야 하므로 공사비 및 재료비가 늘어 경제적 문제점이 있다. 콘크리트의 하중을 줄이기 위해 골재의 경량화를 진행하고 있다. 하지만 인공경량골재는 천연골재에 비해 높은 흡수율과 낮은 부착강도로 인해 골재와 페이스트 사이의 계면에 영향을 주고 콘크리트 전체 강도에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 천연골재와 경량골재 종류별 계면을 파악하기 위해 비파괴 실험인 EIS측정 장비를 활용하여 전기저항을 측정하는 방식을 채택하였고, 경량골재 겉면을 고로슬래그 코팅을 통해 계면상태의 변화를 실험하였다. 실험결과, 골재 종류별 및 코팅유무에 따른 압축강도의 차이를 보였고, 경량골재 종류별 임피던스 값과 위상각의 차이를 보였다. Aggregate occupies about 70-85% of the concrete volume and is an important factor in reducing the drying shrinkage of concrete. However, when constructing high-rise buildings, it acts as a problem due to the high load of natural aggregates. If the load becomes large during the construction of a high-rise building, creep may occur and the ground may be eroded. Material costs increase and there are financial problems. In order to reduce the load on concrete, we are working to reduce the weight of aggregates. However, artificial lightweight aggregates affect the interface between the aggregate and the paste due to its higher absorption rate and lower adhesion strength than natural aggregates, affecting the overall strength of concrete. Therefore, in this study, in order to grasp the interface between natural aggregate and lightweight aggregate by type, we adopted a method of measuring electrical resistance using an EIS measuring device, which is a non-destructive test, and lightweight bone. The change in the state of the interface was tested on the outside of the material through a blast furnace slag coating. As a result of the experiment, it was confirmed that the electric resistance was about 90% lower than that in the air-dried state through the electrolyte immersion, and the electric resistance differs depending on the type of aggregate and the presence or absence of coating. As a result of the experiment, the difference in compressive strength depending on the type of aggregate and the presence or absence of coating was shown, and the difference in impedance value and phase angle for each type of lightweight aggregate was shown.
