지하철 승강장 스크린도어 설치에 따른 사인시스템에 관한 연구

The Seoul Metropolitan Subway Corp. have gradually installed screen doors in platforms of 115 subway stations in Seoul on lines 1, 2, 3, and 4. Installation in nine areas among those has been completed and screen doors are being operated as a model operation. Traffic signs should be clear for users. The essential functions of signs should be fully investigated from the aspect of user as well as the visual beauty and recognition. Signs should be able to provide users with information regarding location, position, directions, etc. Particularly, safety and convenient signs should be visually and sensually correlated. However, the entire screen doors in platforms installed in line 2 subway in Seoul are used for commercial advertisement, consequently, the functions and roles as public signs are not fulfilled aggravating inconvenience for users. In this study, cases have been studied to investigate requirements for user-oriented sign system in platform and public sign space to fulfill the functions of sign system in platform. Using an anthropometry approach, the study aimed to obtain the space to install the sign system and to systemize necessary and sufficient conditions for user-oriented system for platform in which screen doors have been installed using. The study suggests fundamental information to obtain the space of public sign system on the entire screen door.

Because of the turbulent markets and the increasing global competition, automotive manufacturers are forced to reduce the cost and time for implementation of the manufacturing system. To solve these problems, lots of automotive manufacturers try to apply digital manufacturing technology. In this paper, the method for planning of digital manufacturing system is proposed and door trim assembly system is determined as the subject of our research. First of all, the process sequence is generated based on the product analysis. And, the static and dynamic relationships between system components are represented using IDEF0 and UML model. The working time is estimated through the regression analysis based on practical video analysis. According to the system configuration strategy, initial concept system layout is implemented 3D virtual environment. The problems caused by bad working motions are detected and modified through the ergonomic analysis using RULA method. According to proposed procedure, digital door trim assembly system is implemented in DLEMIA.
로프타입 상하개폐식 승강장 안전문의 개폐제어 알고리즘에 관한 연구

우리나라의 경우 도시철도의 역사에는 대부분 동일한 형태의 열차가 정차하지만 일본․미국 등에서는 같은 역사에 차량의 길이, 출입문의 개수가 다른 여러 종의 열차가 정차하는 경우가 많다. 이는 우리나라의 일반철도 역사도 마찬가지이다. 이러한 다양한 형태의 열차(차량)가 정차할 경우 열차 정차 시 출입문의 위치가 각각 다르기 때문에 승강장에 PSD(Platform Screen Door)를 설치하기가 불가능하다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 개발한 RPSD(Rope-type Platform Safe Ddoor)는 출입문 위치와 상관없이 선로와 승강장을 분리할 수 있어 다양한 형태의 열차가 정차하는 역사의 안전 확보에 획기적 개선이 예상된다. 이 RPSD를 도입하기 위해 가장 중요한 시스템은 열차 도어의 개폐 여부를 판단하는 알고리즘(algorithm)이다. 왜냐하면 열차가 승차 위치에 정차했을 경우에만 승강장 안전시스템이 열리도록 해야 승강장 안전시스템의 기본적인 역할인 추락사고 방지가 가능하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 열차 승차위치 정차 여부 감지를 위한 여러 가지 대안들을 도출하고, 대안들의 적용 가능성을 살펴본 후 해당 대안을 운영할 수 있는 알고리즘을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 제시된 알고리즘이 여러 종류의 열차에 대해 승차위치 정차 여부를 확인할 수 있는지에 대해 검토하여 해당 알고리즘을 RPSD 도입 시 열차의 승차위치 정차 여부를 판단할 수 있는 방안으로 선정하였다. Most trains operated in the urban rail network in Korea have the same or similar attributes in terms of their physical dimensions per unit vehicle. By comparison, those in Japan and the United States compose of different features including lengths or various numbers of doors per unit vehicle. Hence, the existing PSD (Platform Screen Door) is not generally applicable to different types of trains due, for example, to different door positions by various train types. RPSD (Rope-type Platform Safe Door) has been developed in response to such inconsistencies in train features in order to accommodate different types of trains regardless of the length, or the locations of the doors. Since RPSD should open only when the train doors open, one of the most critical features of RPSD is the detection on opening and closing movement of the train doors. Therefore, the objective of this study is to develop an operational algorithm to minimize the detection error on opening and closing movement of the train doors. For this purpose, this study assessed a variety of alternative algorithms with respect to various train types to find the safest and optimal system of operation.
도시철도 환경개선 및 방재를 위한 스크린도어시스템 최적설계기술 개발

In order to maximize the effect of installing screen door system while to minimize the problems in an initial stage of introduction, it is strongly required to research an optimum installation solution in connection with ventilation and disaster prevention system alongside with safety structure analysis of screen door in respect to train-induced wind, as well as to develop the criteria for the operation after the installation. This paper presents the results of study to develop the optimum design technology in urban railway equipped with platform screen door systems.

Door effort was calculated for a new door checker with torsion bar spring and integrated checker case by FE analysis. A hybrid checker arm which has peaks and valleys only on the upper surface was adopted to reduce noise in operation and make operation with more distinctive steps. The checker arm was modeled using shell elements to estimate both the longitudinal and the lateral resistance force by checker arm. By combining the checker arm resistance force obtained from analysis and the door self-closing force by the theoretical calculation, door effort was predicted to show the good correlation with test results. In addition the unrolling effect of roller model was investigated and a new roller type for more smooth rolling was studied.

In this study, we decided the valve gate locations to minimize the injection pressure. To automatically build the finite element model of the runner system corresponding to the valve gate locations changed, we developed a runner system automatic modeling module. To solve this design problem, we integrated MAPS-3D, a commercial injection molding analysis CAE tool, using the file parsing method of PIAnO as a commercial process integration and design optimization tool. To obtain an optimal solution sufficiently, we used an orthogonal array as an experimental design available in PIAnO. Using the proposed design approach, the maximum injection pressure has been reduced by 25% compared to the initial one. This design result clearly shows the validity of the proposed design approach.

FEM analysis is commonly used in design process of automotive industry. In the area of rubber product, application of FEM tools is also authorized in their usefulness, but only with experimental method than any other material. The importance of comparing analysis and experimental result in design process has been grown because of so many existing variance of rubber. Door-Seal has no exception or has more connection with the comparing work on reaction force, contact time, contact area, deformed shape even though this work should be done by manually and takes some times. The Door-Seal evaluation system is developed by this requirement with image processing method and documentation.

New concept of sliding door, so called Invisible Rail Sliding Door (IRSD), for sedan or small RV vehicle is proposed. Sliding rail for IRSD is located inside of vehicle, unlike usual sliding door that has the rail located outside of vehicle. So, Sliding rail of IRSD is not shown from outside view, and that might increase the feeling of exterior design. In this study, we considered a new 6-bar linkage mechanism for AM Rr door and verified the usefulness by CAE and examination.

Nowadays, boarding devices for transportation disadvantaged people are in high demand. This study introduces three scenarios of boarding devices for PBV in the last mile area. These scenarios restrict the passengers’ movement paths to separate the boarding and alighting routes, assign the boarding order based on the passengers’ needs, and minimize the collision risk and the boarding and alighting time for transportation disadvantaged people. The authors also recommend the optimal door types and driving methods for each scenario after analyzing existing vehicle door systems. The study anticipates that the suggested boarding devices will improve the accessibility and convenience of PBV in the last mile area.
