        건축물의 구조유형을 고려한 해체공사 제도 개선 방안 필요성 - 해체공사의 허가 및 신고를 기준으로 -

        To prevent incident of demolition work the Building Management Act was implemented to manage demolition work. According to this law, buildings with the scale upper than 500㎡ of floor area are classified as permission to conduct the demolition work, however it may be hard to perform safety management at demolition work. In addition, the risk level of demolition work is varied with related to the structure type. So, the purpose of this study is to suggest the improvements of criteria on demolition work considering building structure types including small-scale structures such as masonry, wooden, and other structure. The research process was conducted by three steps. (I) Application of Building Management Act; (II) Analysis of demolition work by structure types; and (III) Subdivision of permission targets by building structure types. The result of this study, permission ratio was only 10% for total demolition work and 2.43% for masonry. Because the masonry, wooden, and other structure types are concentrated on a floor area of small-scale, the separate criteria of demolition work is need to prevent the accident and fatal incident. Through the results, the decision maker can be utilized (1) For the special building structure types, the criteria of enhanced safety management are applied by referring to the overseas law ; and (2) The demolition work can be considered by the criteria of separate permission in terms of structure types.

        According to the national building status, there are a total of 2.89 million buildings that are over 30 years old after completion, and the number is increasing by more than 70,000 to 80,000 buildings every year. As a result, the demand for demolition works is also increasing, and more than 3 to 4 collapse accidents occur steadily every year during demolition work. Major causes of accidents include non-compliance with plans, negligence of on-site supervisors, and failure to secure structural safety. Due to the strengthening of the Severe Disaster Punishment Act, there is growing interest in the demand for secure management of collapse detection during demolition works. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the applicability of real-time safety monitoring systems using a total station capable of 3D automatic displacement measurement in building demolition work for securing structural safety by the load changes during the demolition process.

        국내외 철거작업시 발파소음 규제에 대한 비교 연구

        Purpose: The core problem of this study is that there are no specific noise regulation standards for domestic blasting work. Currently, the domestic blasting work noise regulation standard has not been established separately, and the noise regulation standard of 80 decibels is corrected by 10 decibels to 70 decibels, which is the daily living noise standard. In contrast, many foreign countries have separate noise regulation standards specifically tailored to blasting work. Accordingly, it is intended to present international reasonable blasting noise standards by comparing domestic and foreign blasting work noise regulation standards.Mmethod: This study can be inferred as a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign noise regulation standards. Data on the current noise regulation standards during domestic blasting and noise regulation standards during blasting operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and China are collected and analyzed.Results: According to the study, the noise regulation value during blasting work at domestic construction sites was not separately established, so it was not properly tailored to the specific and characteristics of blasting noise. In the case of overseas, a realistic noise regulation value was established so that a safer, more efficient and eco-friendly blasting method could be applied to the noise regulation value uniformly during blasting work.Conclusion: In this study, it is hoped that noise regulations will be established during reasonable blasting work, as shown in domestic and international comparative studies, and will be widely adopted without interfering with the introduction of efficient, economical, and eco-friendly blasting methods by complying well with blasting safety standards.

        해체공사의 최적공법 선정을 위한 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        The process selecting relevant demolition method doesn't escape from traditional usage and conventional experiment comparing with the increase of demolition due to deterioration of buildings and reconstruction. Even though some researches and studies about selecting demolition method have been processed, there are some problems such as lack of total examination and interference of subjective valuation. This study aims to develop the system composed of total and objective analysis in correspondence with building condition, site condition and environmental condition when selecting demolition method. In detail, this study constructed the system, combining various factors and contents to be considered in part of each suitability. Furthermore, this study composed the system based on specialist's evaluation of each work's suitability for selecting demolition method. Finally this study gave the weight which indicates the suitability of considering factors to this system for the purpose of developing optimum system to select suitable demolition method after computing priority number which were passed over in previous studies.

        건축공사 계약에 따른 제주지역 학교 건축물의 공사 대상 및 변화 추이 - 2011년부터 2022년도까지 제주특별자치도교육청 건축공사 계약을 대상으로 -

        School facilities require structural and functional performance improvement as the life of the building elapses. This study analyzes the construction target and change trends of school architectures according to architectural construction works in Jeju from 2011 to 2022. To this end, the list of contracts on architectural construction works conducted at educational facilities is received from the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Office of Education. The conclusion to this is as follows. First, the architectural construction of educational facilities has been increasing since 2018, and has increased rapidly since 2020. Second, regular safety inspections have been conducted steadily since 2016, and have been conducted the most in elementary schools. Third, expansion, improvement, demolition, replacement, reinforcement, and repair work are underway in school building construction, and aging of buildings is affecting it. Fourth, the spaces where a lot of construction is carried out are in the order of classroom, multi-functional auditorium, restroom, and school cafeteria. Finally, according to the type of construction, the construction were carried out in order of electricity, mechanical equipment, fire fighting, communication, and air-conditioning & heating replacement work.

        물질재활용률 향상을 위한 건설폐기물 성상별 분류 및 발생 원단위 산정에 관한 연구

        The quantity of construction wastes have been continuously increasing 178,120ton/day in 2010 compared to 148,489ton/day in 2004 such as concretes, asphalt concretes, metals, woods, synthetic resins, etc due to increased demolishing old apartments and expanding social facilities. Therefore, national efforts including department of environment, many universities and research centers have been studying to establish an effective system for reducing amount of waste, as well as improving rate of material recycle of construction wastes. One of the very best is to set up the exact basic unit of construction wastes for both new construction and demolition work. The purpose of this study was to classify construction wastes based on rate of material recycle and analyze basic unit of new construction and demolition work from analysis of a lot of data from construction company, as well as a field study. The types of construction wastes were classified into six for new construction and five for demolition work. The results for units of construction wastes showed that generation of concrete classes and mixed wastes was significantly greater than others specifically, apartment buildings. In conclusion, exacting separation and sorting efforts at on-site require to reduce waste amounts and activate rate of material recycle, as well as efforts on establishing systemized management.

        Domestic reconstruction the acceptance of high rise buildings are being expected to increase the quantity of deconstruction works. Conversely, domestic dismantling Corp., makers of Corporation management level is low compared to developed countries. In particular, the dismantling of the downtown high-rise buildings ensured the stability required by the safety management system, it is time for improvement. Therefore, this study provides an analysis of the demolition safety accident cases that can be drawn to topics in the future management of safety management system is the Foundation for applied research.

        군 해체공사 안전관리 개선에 관한 연구

        Since the 2000s, the demand for private demolition works has been gradually increasing as the apartment housing market has been led by redevelopment and reconstruction. In the case of the military, the Ministry of National Defense is consolidating troops from each military unit to reorganize the unit structure in accordance with Defense Reform 2.0; the plan includes reducing the garrison used by each unit to 70% of its current level. Accordingly, the demand for demolition work in the military is also expected to increase. However, the military regulations do not reflect the relevant laws that have been revised recently. This study identifies regulations and system improvements for demolition work suitable for the military based on an analysis of accident cases that have occurred during demolition work, of domestic and foreign laws and regulations related to military demolition work, and of the problems with current military safety management at each stage of planning, design, and construction. The study subsequently proposes improvements for military demolition work, including budget execution adjustment, the establishment of training courses, on-site inspections, the development of guidelines for military demolition work, the provision of risk assessment standards, and the need for the qualification of equipment operators.

        건축물 철거작업의 안전사고 원인분석을 통한 사고 예방대책 수립 고찰

        고층 건축 프로젝트가 증가하고 있으며, 철거작업의 과제는 중요한 이슈의 하나로 되어가고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 철거작업에서 발생한 안전사고 발생과정의 메카니즘을 고찰하고, 사고발생원리를 체계화함으로써 사고를 예방할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 철거작업에서의 연도별 사고정보와 철거관련법규의 분석을 통해 철거작업에서의 문제점에 대한 사례연구를 실시하였다. 연구의 주된 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 철거작업에서 사고의 사례연구를 분석해 보면, 안전사고는 7 타입으로 나타났으며, 2) 1994년부터 2012년 까지 연도별 사고정보를 파악한 결과, 철거작업은 21 타입으로 분류되었고, 3) 사고의 원인과 사고유형 간의 상관관계를 분석하여, 4) 철거작업에서의 안전사고를 예방할 수 있는 방안을 고찰함과 동시에, 5)철거작업과정의 안전상황을 확인하기 위한 안전점검 체크리스트의 구성 방법을 제시하였다.
