        창조경제와 지역문화융성의 발전소

        본 연구는 2015년 개관을 앞두고 있는 광주광역시 소재 국립아시아문화전당이 창조경제와 지역문화의 융성을 견인하는 발전소로서 어떤 기능을 할 수 있는지 그리고 그 발전소의 핵심 엔진인 5 개원 (민주평화교류원, 아시아문화정보원, 문화창조원, 아시아예술극장, 어린이문화원)은 어떤 콘텐츠로 창의적인 문화산업의 발전을 유도할 수 있는 지를 연구·분석한 것이다. 연구방법은 문헌자료, 특히 창조경제와 문화융성 관련 보고서와 문화체육관광부의 보도자료, 콘퍼런스자료집을 토대로 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 창조경제와 지역문화 융성의 관계 등을 2015년 개관을 앞두고 있는 국립아시아문화전당에 적용하여 국립아시아문화전당이 창조경제와 지역문화융성의 발전소임을 보여주고자 했다. 연구 결과 창조경제와 지역문화융성의 발전소인 국립아시아문화전당의 5 개원, 즉 민주평화교류원, 아시아문화정보원, 문화창조원, 아시아예술극장, 어린이문화원은 ‘상상력 기반의 콘텐츠산업 육성’의 핵심 엔진으로 기능할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 5개원 각각은 창의성을 바탕으로 ‘5월’의 역사적 경험을 공유하는 ‘감성적 공감의 경로 만들기’의 서사콘텐츠의 산업화(민주평화교류원)와 ‘아시아문화원형의 창의적 활용을 위한 원천소스의 산업화’(아시아문화정보원), ‘미래형문화예술콘텐츠의 산업화’(문화창조원), ‘K-PERFORMANCE 콘텐츠의 산업화’(아시아예술극장), 어린이 문화예술교육 콘텐츠의 산업화(어린이문화원)를 만들어내는 핵심 엔진의 역할을 수행할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과는 창조적인 상상력과 아이디어를 바탕으로 하는 창조경제와 문화융성(특히 지역문화 융성)에 있어서 국립아시아문화전당이 문화예술을 통한 창조경제 이끌기의 핵심적인 축으로 자리 잡을 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. Prior to the opening of the Asian Culture Complex (hereinafter referred as ACC) in 2015, this study analyzes how ACC can function as a power-plant for Creative Economy and local culture prosperity, and how its related five agencies (Democracy- Peace Exchange Agency, Asian Culture Information Agency, Culture Promotion Agency, Asian Arts Theatre, and Children Edu-Culture Agency) can adopt various contents to successfully lead the creative culture industry development as core engines. The key to success of Hub City of Asian Culture is to combine ACC contents with Asian culture assets and Gwangju’s spiritual, social, and cultural values. Thus the distinctive location and symbolism of Gwangju can be made by circulating those values around Gwangju. Consequently, Gwangju will keep its identity and leap forward into the world. This process can be developed into local culture prosperity and connects the Creative Economy that is the prosperity through local culture. It is fair to say that the successful opening of ACC depends on how we contain the values of Asia, Korea, and Gwangju with creative imagination and ideas. ACC in particular has to assume an active role in making a dynamic engine of national and local Creative Economy and also play core roles in accomplishing government policy directives in pursuing the nation’s happiness through culture prosperity. To meet those requirements, ACC must carry out roles as Culture R&D and Culture Plant to connect creativity (humanistic imagination and ideas) with culture technology in Asian culture factors. In other words, ACC must be a laboratory and power plant for making contents to combine culture with industry in an organized fashion. From this point of view, it is suggested that five agencies (Democracy- Peace Exchange Agency, Asian Culture Information Agency, Culture Promotion Agency, Asian Arts Theatre, and Children Edu-Culture Agency) should function as a core engine of promoting contents industry based on imagination and as power plant for creative economy and local culture prosperity. First, based on imagination, Democracy-Peace Exchange Agency could function as an engine to lead narrative contents industrialization for making an emotional sympathy pathway by sharing the spirit of the May 18 Democratic Movement. Second, Asian Culture Information Agency could assume a role to be responsible for industrializing the source code to utilize the Asian culture prototype creatively. Third, Culture Promotion Agency could play an important role in industrializing future-oriented culture & arts contents. Fourth, Asian Arts Centre could take on a role in industrializing K-PERFORMANCE contents. Fifth, Children Edu-Culture Agency could lead roles in industrializing children’s culture & arts contents. In addition to those roles, ACC should produce the urban-growth model which creatively utilizes culture and arts assets to invigorate local creative economy, also achieving a goal in flourishing local culture. In sum, ACC has a mission to vitalize culture prosperity in Gwangju, Korea, and Asia, which must be accompanied by Asian’s growth. This means ACC is a power plant for Creative Economy to produce creative imagination and ideas.

        건강가정·다문화가족지원센터의 직무요구 및 조직문화가 종사자의 코로나19 관련 업무수행, 직무소진, 직무만족에 미친 영향

        This study examined the impact of job demand and organizational culture on new task difficulties, burnout, and job satisfaction using a survey data of 145 family specialists in Healthy Family and Multicultural Family Support during the COVID-19 pandemic. We used the job demand-resources model and the competing values model to categorize the four dimensions of organizational culture as a conceptual framework for this study. We found that the mean of work overload was higher than the means of job conflict and job ambiguity. Our latent profile analysis proposed four profiles of organizational culture: cultural absence type, authoritative culture type, middle cultural balance type, and high cultural balance type. The results of multiple regression analyses showed that work overload was positively associated with difficulties in new task performance and burnout, job ambiguity was positively related to burnout, and job conflict and ambiguity were negatively related to job satisfaction. These findings imply that the higher the job demands reported by family specialists, the higher the level of burnout and the lower the job satisfaction. In addition, organizational culture was a unique predictor of burnout and lower level of job satisfaction. Family specialists in the groups with a high cultural balance were Family specialists in the groups with a high cultural balance were more likely to have lower levels of burnout than those in the culture absence and in the middle culture balance, and higher job satisfaction than the other groups. The results suggest that management strategies to build a creative workplace culture can prevent burnout and improve job satisfaction.

        인천과 나가사키의 음식문화 비교 분석

        The article is organized as follows. The first, this research clarifies research questions, the purpose of study and methodology about the food culture comparison between the Incheon & Nagasaki. The second, this paper deals with methods of study, literature review, previous research and theoretical background of the sea port city food culture. The comparative variables of a characteristic of food culture are international regional ecology of sea port cities, climate, policy and religion, so forth. This paper analysed effects among food material, recipe, food manners and food culture. The third, the paper presents comparative analysis about food culture of the Incheon & Nagasaki. The forth suggests interchange direction for fostering food culture comparison between the Incheon & Nagasaki. The last concluded that there are fundamentally similar on food culture between these two sea port cities though there are minor differences of the preparation and display of the food.

        노인문화예술교육의 평생교육학적 성찰 : 부산문화예술교육지원센터를 중심으로

        산업화의 촉진과 기술의 발전으로 말미암아 전통적인 노인의 역할과 지위가 바뀌게 되면서 오늘날 개인은 ‘노인이 되는 것’을 스스로 해결하고 선택해야 하는 과제에 직면하게 되었다. 노인들은 연장된 생애주기와 다원화되는 생활양식 속에서 자신의 삶을 성찰함으로써 주체적인 개인으로 활동하는 능력을 유지할 수 있게끔 도와주는 교육내용과 방법을 필요로 하고 있다. 문화예술교육은 생애사적 역량을 높이는 것과 문화적, 예술적 내용에 관심과 활동을 자극하는 것과 더불어 문화에 대한 관심을 발전시켜 가는데 초점을 두고 있다. 따라서 노인문화예술교육은 노인학습자들에게 자신의 생애사적 경험과 체험들을 문화적 관점에서 다시금 살펴보게 되는 전환학습과 자신에 대해 의미를 재발견해가는 학습과정으로 간주할 수 있다는 점에서 시사하는 바가 크다. 이를 위해 부산문화예술교육지원센터의 노인문화예술교육프로그램 사례를 통해 문화역량에 기반을 둔 프로그램의 재구성, 노인문화예술교육프로그램의 비율증대와 노인문화예술교육에서 추구해야 될 가치에 대한 관심 등 실천적 담론과 정책적 제언을 이끌어낼 수 있었다. 문화예술교육은 노인들에게 학습자 주체로서의 성장을 이끌어 낼 수 있다는 점에서 매우 의미가 있다. Because of the promotion of industrialization and development of technology, traditional roles and position of senior citizens have been changed. Meanwhile, individuals are recently confronted by the task to solve and select ‘becoming the aged’ for themselves. Senior citizens need educational contents and method, which help them maintaining capabilities to work as independent individuals, by introspecting their lives in extended life-cycle and diversified lifestyle. Culture & arts education focuses on improvement of biographical Capabilities, stimulation of interests and activities in cultural and artistic contents and development of interests in culture. Therefore, culture and arts education of senior citizens has great implications as it can be considered as conversion learning letting senior learners examine their biographical experiences again from the cultural perspective and learning process to rediscover their meaning. To achieve it, practical discussion and political proposal, such as reorganization of the program based on cultural capabilities, increase of the proportion of culture and arts education programs for senior citizens, interests in the value culture and arts education of the aged must pursue, etc, could be drawn by examples of culture and arts education program of senior citizens in Busan Arts Education Center. Culture & Arts Educationis is very meaningful in the sense that the elderly can lead to growth as a learner subject.

        Effects of Culture Type and Inoculation Quantity in Bioreactor on Production of Potato Plantlets

        Potato (Solamum tuberosum 'Dejima') plantlets were investigated on culture type and initial quantity of inoculation in bioreactor and survival rate by hydroponics for mass production. rode stems (1 to 1.5cm in length) of potato plantlets multiplied in vitro were grown for 3 weeks in liquid Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium with sucrose $30 g\; L^{-1}$. When plantlets (80-node inoculation) were raised in 10L balloon type bubble (BB) bioreactor, the healthiest growth of plantlets was obtained from explants cultured in ebb & flow culture with medium supplied periodically 12 times per day. The suitable inoculation quantity of 20L BB bioreactor was 120 pieces of stem segments (mean 2.2g fresh weight) in ebb & flow culture. Number of nodal shoot was eight on the average. In controlled culture room, survival rate of plantlets at 7 days after stem cutting was above $70\%$ when they were acclimatized by hydroponics grown in deep flow and solid medium culture. The highest survival rate of the stem cutting plantlets was in nutrient solution adjusted to EC $1.4dS{\cdot}m^{-1}$. Stem cutting plantlets through one culture could be obtained $670\~900$, when plantlets were grown in ebb & flow culture during 3 weeks using a 20L bioreactor with initial 120 pieces of nodal segments. 11 is possible In do mass production of seedlings cultured in bioreactor and hydroponics.

        미술관 학습자연구에 대한 문화사회학적 논의 - P. Bourdieu 이론을 중심으로 : 미술관 학습자연구에 대한 문화사회학적 논의

        Bourdieu는 그의 저서에서 예술연구에 대해 사회적 철학적 접근을 ‘사회학을 반영하는 초대’라고 부르며 예술가들, 작가들, 큐레이터와 갤러리 소유자에 대한 분석을 했고 ‘Art’가 무엇인지 서술하고 있다. 그는 정책가들, 관리자들, 미술관과 국가 갤러리들이 그들의 개인적이고 결합된 실행이 어떻게 그들을 지배하는 ‘법칙’이라는 용어로 이해되는지 보여준다. 또한 그는 ‘예술’과 그것을 지지하는 철학의 주제를 가져다주는 실행 이론에 대해 많이 말하고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 Bourdieu의 이론을 면밀히 분석하여 미술관 교육에 던지는 시사점을 보여주고자 한다. It was not by chance that Bourdieu targeted education for his studies. In a climate of post-war renewal, education was seen as a principal means by which the new world would be built, and so it proved in many respects. In these works, Bourdieu offers a kind of social anthropology of the French education system, employing a range of statistics and ethnography data to elucidate its underlying generating structures. Education is not content-free, however, and we see that Bourdieu takes a particular interest in culture from the earliest works. In 1966, L"Amour de l"art, which dealt with the museum and gallery visiting habits of the French. This work grew out of his education studies, especially the cultural practice of students-tastes in music, art and literature, for example. The cultural stand of his research continued to develop over a number of years and finally culminated in the publication of La Distinction(1979). In this book, Bourdieu offers a sociological analysis of taste and, by implication, aesthetics. It shows that cultural practice and consumption must be understood in terms of social differentiation across the class structure. Briefly, that we behave culturally according to socially formed dispositions which are acted out whenever we engage in diverse areas of culture. It is clear that Bourdieu is not interested simply in the topic of Flaubert in itself, but rather what his case illustrates and illustrates about artists and artistic practice in general. Thus, this study is offered proposals for an account of how the artistic market operates. This involves elucidation of methodological tools and the general character of artistic fields. The discussion is illustrated with copious examples from a wide range of cultural practice, including journalism. what emerges is a field analysis of the way artists, writers, curators and gallery owners are mutually engaged in a symbiotic practice, the totality of which is "art". The state-politicians, ministers, museums and national galleries-is never far away. Bourdieu shows how their individual and combined practice needs to be understood in terms of the "rules" which govern them. What we need to comprehend as part of this engagement is what we understand by the term "rules". Hence, there is much to say about the theory of practice which is brought to bear on the topic of "art" and the philosophical approach to studying art implies that we appoy the same method to both researcher and the researched as part of what he calls an "invitation to reflexive sociology".

        HR BSC를 통한 전략적 인적자원관리와 조직성과의 관계

          인적자원관리(HRM)가 조직성과 향상에 직접적으로 기여하기 위해 전략적인 경영도구로써 그 역할이 변모될 필요가 있다. 이러한 필요성에 의해 등장한 전략적 인적자원관리(SHRM)의 효과적 도입과 실행에 있어 중요한 요소는 SHRM 실행 성과를 객관적으로 측정하기 위한 시스템의 체계적 정립이라 할 수 있다.<BR>  본 연구는 SHRM과 조직성과 간의 관계에 있어 SHRM 성과시스템이 재무성과 중심의 편향된 조직성과를 재무적ㆍ비재무적으로 균형된 조직성과로 개선을 가져오는지를 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 조직성과에 대한 선행변수로 HRM 전략 및 조직문화 특성요소와 두 변인간의 관계를 매개하는 요인으로 인적자원 균형성과시스템(HR BSC)과의 관계를 살펴보았다.<BR>  우리나라 112개 상장기업(BSC를 도입한 기업과 그렇지 않은 기업에 대한 짝지은 검증)을 대상으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, HRM 전략과 HR BSC 간에는 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 구축형 및 배치형 전략은 HR 재무성과가 높고, 획득형 전략은 HR 전략 및 HR 고객성과가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직문화 특성요소와 HR BSC 간에는 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 개인-조직가치 적합성을 강조하는 조직은 HR 재무성과가 높고, 혁신지향적 조직은 HR 전략 및 HR 고객성과가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 동일한 HRM 전략 및 조직문화를 가진 기업이라 하더라도 HR BSC를 도입하고 있는 기업의 전체 조직성과가 더 높은 것으로 나타났고, 재무적ㆍ비재무적 조직성과도 균형적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다.<BR>  이상의 결과에서 조직성과의 향상을 위해서는 조직에 맞는 HRM 전략과 조직문화를 형성하는 것뿐 아니라, 경쟁우위의 원천인 인적자원의 효과적인 관리를 위한 SHRM의 실행과 그러한 과정을 통해 창출되는 성과와 가치를 균형있게 평가하기 위한 성과지표가 함께 관리될 필요가 있음을 보여주었다.   This study examines relationships among human resource strategy (HRS), organizational culture, human resource performance, and organizational performance. By using organizational typology of Miles and Snow (1978), we classify HRS in three categories: acquiring HRS of prospectors, allocating HRS of analyzers, and building HRS of defenders. We also classify organizational culture into four categories; innovation oriented culture, relation oriented culture, task oriented culture, and hierarchy oriented culture. In addition, we measure human resource performance according to four dimensions of human resource balanced scorecard (HR BSC): strategic, operational, customer, and financial performance. To validate those relationships, we compare 58 companies that utilize HR BSC with 54 companies that do not utilize HR BSC. Analysis shows that 1) the effects of HR strategy on human resource performance differ according to HR BSC dimensions used for measuring HR performance, 2) the effects of organizational culture and person-organizational value fit on human resource performance differ according to HR BSC dimensions used for measuring HR performance, 3) the effects of culture types of organizations on human resource performance differ according to HR BSC dimensions used for measuring HR performance, and 4) the effects of HR performance on organizational performance differ according to BSC dimensions used for measuring HR performance and BSC dimensions used for measuring organizational performance. Implications and directions for future research are discussed.

        이란 문학과 영화에 관한 상호연계성 연구

        This paper aims at the possibility of Culture-Democracy through the Iranian literature and Cinema. Iranian literature has had a great influence on Iranian Cinema. Iranian literature has been situated in the core of Iranian Culture. The poetry has a predominant traditions comparing to prose in Iranian literature. Imagism in Iran has developed on the basis of Poetry, and Poetry is tied to Cinema representing the Image-Art. Film director"s biggest mission is to display that Classical Poetry is revealed in film in any way. The purpose of Culture-Democracy is to secure the cultural species diversity and spread the high(advanced) culture. In 「Iranian literature and cinema」 of this paper(Ⅱ), it is consisted of the three parts: Persian Cultural territory, the relationship of Iranian literature and Image, and the relationship of Erfan(Mysticism) and Cinema. In addition, 「Through the Olive Trees」by Abbas Kiarostami is introduced and analyzed.
