        공급사슬에서 통합선행요인과 공급사슬통합 및 경영성과에 관한 연구 : 마케팅 부서를 중심으로

        본 연구는 기업들이 공급사슬을 통합하기 위한 선행요인이라고 생각되는 요인들을 찾아서 정리하고, 공급사슬 통합선행요인이 내부통합과 외부통합에 영향을 미치는가? 나아가 이러한 공급사슬통합이 개별기업의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것이 주요한 연구의 목적이다. 가설의 검정결과 공급사슬 통합선행요인은 공급사슬통합에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 공급사슬통합은 경영성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 통합선행요인은 경영성과에 직접적으로 정(+)의 영향을 미치지만 공급사슬통합은 공급사슬 통합선행요인과 경영성과 사이에서 매개역할은 하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 공급사슬 통합의 선행요인을 규명하였으며, 공급사슬통합이 경영성과에 미치는 영향에서 외부통합의 중요성을 확인하였다 The purpose of this study is to find out the factors considered by business corporations as antecedents for integrating supply chain. Further focus lies on investigating whether the integrated antecedents of supply chain influence internal and external integration. The influence of supply chain integration on the management performances of individual company is addressed. As a result of hypothesis test, the integrated antecedents of supply chain affect positive (+) influence on the supply chain integration, and supply chain integration influences positive (+) impact on management performances. In addition, integrated antecedents of supply chain positively impact on the management performances. However, the supply chain integration does not undertake the medium role between the integrated antecedents and management performances. This study clarifies the antecedents of the supply chain integration and it is confirmed that the importance of external integration when supply chain integration influences on management performances.

        건설산업에서의 Supply Chain Management 교육 프로그램 개발 방안 연구

        Supply Chain Management는 제조업에서 부가가치의 60~70%가 제조과정 외부의 Supply Chain(공급체인망) 상에서 발생하는 특성을 가지고 있다. 여기에 기업 간의 경쟁이 치열해짐에 따라 효율적인 프로세스 형성을 위해 비용 및 공정 개선을 위한 노력이 선행되고 있으며, 고객지향, 고객만족, 시장요구에 대한 적응을 위해 공급체인의 혁신을 위한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 그러나 현 건설산업에서는 협력업체와의 계급적인 구조 문제와 협력업체와의 관계 개선을 위한 의식부족 등으로 인해 SCM의 적용에 많은 어려움이 있다. 건설산업에서도 제조업과 마찬가지로 일부특성상의 상이점이 있지만, SCM의 적용을 통해 건설산업에서의 효율적인 업무 프로세스 개선을 위한 다양한 SCM 연계활동이 가능 할 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 건설산업 분야에서의 SCM 전문 교육 프로그램의 개발을 통해 건설 SCM 전문가의 육성과 함께 건설 SCM의 적용을 위한 활성화가 이루어질 수 있는 기틀을 마련하고자 한다. In the process of supply chain management (SCM), the supply chain outside of the production line contributes up to 60~70% of value added. Faced with ever increasing competition, companies are exercising the efforts for cost reduction and process improvement. At the center of the efforts is the reengineering of supply chain for the improvement of customer orientation and customer satisfaction. In spite of the need, the contractual hierarchy with subcontractors stands in the implementation of SCM in the construction industry. Although the construction industry has its own unique characteristics, The process of SCM can be adopted into the industry for improving the effectiveness of the business process. This study presents the methods that can foster SCM professionals through the development of SCM professional education contents, and suggests the activations for applying construction SCM.

        An AHP Framework for Evaluating Construction Supply Chain Relationships

        Managing business relationships between customers and suppliers at different ties is the essential element of supply chainmanagement in construction. The Construction Supply Chain (CSC) relationships among the parties should be continuouslyevaluated and improved to enhance the effectiveness of supply chain management. Hence, a model or an evaluation framework ofthe CSC relationships should be built to measure and assess the relationships among the parties. However, existing models andframeworks had some obvious deficiencies, for example, the weights of criteria for evaluating the CSC relationships have not beendetermined yet. The AHP method has been adopted in this study to build up a framework for evaluating the CSC relationships. Basedon a comprehensive literature review, survey questionnaires, factor analysis method, and AHP method, an evaluation framework wasformed, which includes the detailed weights of three main criteria and twelve sub- criteria, five levels of assessment, and nature ofmeasurement. The criteria in this framework provide a rich and structured understanding of what occurs in CSC relationships amongthe parties. The framework may help the parties to measure and improve their current relationships with others in the supply chain.

        건설산업 협력사 ESG 관리 지표 개발에 관한 연구 - 항공산업에의 시사점 -

        본 논문은 최근 전 산업에 걸쳐서 관심이 증대되고 있는 ESG 관리 지표 개발에 대해서 연구를 진행하였다. 환경과 사회, 그리고 지배구조를 대상으로 한 ESG는 기업의 사회적 책임, 지속가능성 등을 통해 발전되어져 왔으며 국내외 많은 기업들의 ESG 경영의 실천을 위한 추진체계의 마련, 관리 지표의 개발과 실행, 성과 평가 등을 위해 노력하고 있다. ESG 관리 지표는 국내외 주요 기관들이 제시한 기준이 있으나 이를 전체 산업에 공통적으로 적용하기에는 한계가 있는 것도 사실이다. 특히 항공산업이나 건설산업과 같이 산업적 특성이 강한 분야의 경우 이미 제시된 ESG 관리지표로는 적절한 성과 평가에 있어서 한계가 클 수밖에 없으며, 특히 건설산업의 경우는 협력사를 대상으로 한 전체 공급망 관점에서의 ESG 성과평가 및 관리가 이루어질 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 글로벌 기준으로 제시된 ESG 주요 이슈를 건설산업의 중대성 평가를 통해 도출한 이슈와 비교 분석하여 지표 Pool을 도출하였다. 그리고, 도출된 지표 Pool을 적합성와 측정성의 관점에서 협력사 ESG 평가에 활용 가능한 지표로 만들기 위해 가용 Data 분석과 인터뷰를 통하여 총 49개의 협력사 ESG 관리 지표를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 글로벌 대기업을 중심으로 ESG가 평가되고 있는 상황에서 선제적으로 건설산업, 특히 협력사 ESG 평가지표를 개발하였다는 데에 그 의의가 있다. 이러한 관리 지표는 협력사들의 ESG 경영 수준을 개선하여 지속가능한 건설산업 생태계를 조성하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대되며, 이러한 개발 과정 및 적용은 다양한 이해관계자가 존재하는 항공산업에도 적용 가능할 것이다. This thesis conducted a study on the development of ESG management indicators, which have recently been receiving increasing interest in all industries. ESG targeting the environment, society, and governance has been developed through corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Many domestic and foreign companies are making efforts to practice of ESG management, develop and implement management indicators, and evaluate performance. Although there are standards suggested by major organizations for ESG management indicators, it is also true that there is a limit to applying them commonly to all industries. In particular, in the case of fields with strong industrial characteristics, such as the aviation industry or the construction industry, the ESG management indicators already presented have some limitations in evaluating appropriate performance. In particular, in the case of the construction industry, it is necessary to evaluate and manage ESG performance from the perspective of the entire supply chain. Therefore, in this study, an index pool was derived by comparing and analyzing major ESG issues presented as global standards with issues derived through the materiality assessment of the construction industry. In addition, in order to make the derived index pool a usable index for the ESG evaluation of partners from the viewpoint of relevance and measurability, a total of 49 partner ESG management indicators were presented through available data analysis and interview. This study is meaningful in that it preemptively developed the ESG evaluation index for the construction industry, especially for its partners, in a situation where ESG is being evaluated mainly by global large companies. These management indicators are expected to contribute to create sustainable construction industry ecosystem by improving the ESG management level of partners, and this development process and application will also be applicable to the aviation industry where various stakeholders exist.

        Domestic Construction Industry is approaching to its industry development through Ubiquitous technique, based on advanced IT. The research on automating supply-chain management is actively being progressed through accepting construction sites of RFID/USN. According to previous research so far, it is a highly possible to accept construction sites of RFID/USN and to improve the technique itself. However, in order to have a successful construction sites, there is a need of developing a performance recognition framework for construction supply chain equipment with the characteristics of RFID/USN technique. With the result of that, this research suggests using 3D dimension performance recognition framework which includes horizontal, vertical, angled factors and other elements are required for testing, focusing on RFID/USN based-next generational Intelligent-mover. Therefore, this research could be used as a basic, foundational research for accepting and developing RFID/USN technique.

        Rebar Fabrication Process in Both Field Processing and Factory Processing for Adopting Lean Construction

        Due to increasing competition of construction companies, it is required to optimize the management of construction projects and "lean" concepts are rapidly spreaded in construction industry. Steel work accounts for a large proportion in construction work, and a variety of attempts to efficiently perform steel work has currently made. And since rebar (Engineer-to-Order) can be engineered through design once order is placed, it gives the great impact on construction, thus, entire management is required. The purpose of this study is to present the method to increase the efficiency of field processing method of steel work in terms of lean construction. Once we examine process of steel work and identify the flow, we would like to analyze which processes should be improved through value analysis approach and present the improvement plans. Also, this study examines cases of field processing and factory processing, and it identifies the waste factors in the procurement process. Finally, this study would like to present the result of analysis from the perspectives of value. The rebar delivery process is divided into several steps and the duration of every step is surveyed. Using duration data, VAT (Value added time) can be calculated for analyzing the efficiency of the process.

        제조기업의 녹색 공급망 관리시스템 구축에 대한 영향요인과 적합한 구축방안 개발

        본 연구는 제조기업의 녹색 공급 망 관리 기법들 도입에 대한 영향요인들을 규명하고, 녹색 공급 망 관리 기법들로 구성 된 녹색 공급 망 관리시스템의 구축 방안들을 검증, 제시하였다. 우리나라 제조 기업들이 환경경영을 위해 녹색 공급 망 관리 기법들을 도입할 경우 특히, 영향을 미치는 요인들이 무엇이며, 이러한 요인들의 상태에 따라 어떤 구축 방안을 채 택할 수 있는지 밝히는 것이 본 연구의 목적이었다. 실증 분석결과, 녹색 공급 망 관리기법 도입에 영향을 미치는 외부적 요인으로는 법적 규제의 영향이 크게 나타났으며, 모방 압력과 규범적 압력의 영향도 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기업 내부 요인으로는 적극적 환경 경영전략과 환경경영 시스템의 영향이 유의한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 환경성과에 대한 영향 분석에서 는 녹색 제품설계와 녹색 생산의 영향이 유의하였다. 따라서 녹색 제품개발을 통한 친환경 제품 생산과 생산과정에서의 환경오염 방지가 환경에 대한 부정적 영향을 줄이는데 크게 기여한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 외부적 요인과 기업 내부 요인 에 따라 녹색 공급 망 관리시스템 구축 방안을 결정지우는 4가지 준비 상태를 집락분석을 통해 입증하였다. 집락분석 결 과, 잘 준비된 상태, 과잉 준비상태, 준비부족 상태와 낮은 준비상태의 4가지 상태가 나타나는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리 고 각각의 상태별로 적합한 구축 방안이 사용되고 있는지 분석하였으며, 총체적 구축방안, 점진적 구축방안과 외부지향 구축방안만 확인되었다. 내부지향 구축방안의 존재 여부는 파악되지 않았으며 이는 정확하게 해당 상태에 속하는 집락이 구별되지 않은 이유 때문일 수 있다. This study empirically examined the influential factors in the adoption of green supply-chain management practices(GSMPs) in manufacturing firms. GSMPs were classified into four types: green product design, green purchases, liquidation of extra facilities, and green production. The results show that external factors, such as legal regulation, and imitation and normative pressures, have a positive impact on the adoption of green product design, green purchases, and green production. It was also found that the effects of internal factors, such as proactive environmental strategies and environmental management systems, on the adoption of GSMPs are significant and positive. In the relationship between the different kinds of GSMPs, both the effects of green product design on liquidation of extra facilities and the influences of green product design and green purchases on green production were found to be significant and positive. Finally, the results indicated that green product design as well as green production contribute to the improvement of environmental performance. Using a cluster analysis, this study also demonstrated the four conditions for the four development approaches(i.e., stepby- step, total, internal-oriented, and external-oriented) of GSMPs. From these development approaches, step-by-step, total, and external-oriented approaches were empirically observed and confirmed.

        Supply chain management for construction materials among many management factors in extra-large size construction plays a critical role in accomplishing a successful project. To efficiently manage supply chain, the system development is required to support fluent communication among participants in construction and provide materials produced from a factory under planned schedule to construction site with the floating factors in the proper time and place. Recently, the intelligent construction supply chain using ubiquitous technologies such as RFID/USN to overcome the limit of already existing construction supply chain management which takes lots of time and information omission in construction industry has been required. Therefore, this study is to develop and verify the reference model of the intelligent construction supply chain management process in order to provide the guide that can be easily applied when the process that reflects the numerous materials used for construction projects with such the factors is defined, through analyzing the feature of construction industry which considers the intelligent construction supply chain management and considering changing factors like the use of the intelligent equipment based on USN technology as a fundamental research for an efficient construction supply chain management system framework.
