Recently, there has been changes and an increase in the culture and arts education sector, with the infrastructure being built and the systematic foundation prepared. The demand for the education of culture and arts has been steadily increasing within corporations, not only in the internal education and marketing strategies, but for the activities of social contribution as well. For these reasons, with the needs for a new kind of culture and arts education for the social contributions from the enterprises as a base, this research aims to suggest through the analysis of the current situation in the example of the collaboration of enterprise ‘K’ and the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service, the tasks for improvements and prepare development plans. Firstly, through the survey feedback from all of the participating children, the educatee, it was possible to confirm the satisfaction level from the provided education programmes, and the ways of improving from the side of the education service. Also, through conducting interviews with the managing instructor and the directors from each of the institutions, it was possible to look through the problems that arose from the levels of planning, implement and also on the assessment stages. The researchers viewed the performance presentations of the participating children, which is at the final stage of the programme, visited the centres that produced the best result from the performances and analysed the interviews from the directors and piece together the causes for success. 최근 문화예술교육의 제도적 기반이 마련되고 인프라가 구축되는 등 문화예술교육의 양적 확산과 변화가 지속되고 있으며, 기업 역시 내부교육과 경영전략에서 뿐만 아니라 사회공헌 활동을 위한 문화예술교육의 수요가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 흐름 속에서 이 연구는 한국문화예술교육진흥원과 K사의 협력프로젝트인 K센터 통합문화예술교육 프로그램을 사례 연구하였다. 이를 위해 먼저, 사업의 현황 분석을 통한 개선 과제와 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 현황분석을 위해 피교육자인 참여아동의 전체 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이를 통해 제공된 교육프로그램의 만족도와 교육서비스 측면의 개선 사항 등을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 사업에 참여한 예술강사들과 이해관계자들의 인터뷰를 진행하여 본 사업의 계획, 실행, 평가 단계별로 현황을 분석하고 시사점을 정리하였다. 이러한 현황조사를 바탕으로 사업단계별 발전방안을 제시하였으며, 발전방향에 맞게 한국문화예술교육진흥원의 변화관리 방안도 제안하였다.
