최근 기업 교육에서 블렌디드 러닝 도입에 대한 관심이 높다. 블렌디드 러닝은 교육생들이 입과하는데 있어 시공간적 제약이 적고, 테크놀로지를 이용한 다양한 기법 활용이 가능하다는 장점이 있고, 이러한 장점들이 기업 교육에 긍정적인 효과를 미쳐왔다. S사는 협력사의 역량을 강화하기 위해 교육 전담 조직인 교육센터를 건립하여 운영 중이다. 협력사 교육을 실시하면서 나타나는 문제점이 있었는데, 첫 번째, 협력사와 같은 중소기업은 인력규모가 작고 업무대체인력이 부족하여 장기 교육 참석이 어렵다는 것이고, 두 번째, 각 협력사별로 생산하는 제품과 기술이 다양하여 입과 교육생의 수준을 평준화시키기 어렵다는 것이다. 세 번째, 현실적으로 협력사 현업에 실제적으로 적용 가능한 실무 중심의 교육이 필요하다는 것이다. 협력사가 아닌 자사 임직원에게 교육을 시키는 경우, 위의 문제를 쉽게 해결할 수 있겠으나, 협력사 대상 교육의 경우 강제성을 띌 수 없기 때문에 S사에서는 교육의 질을 높여 협력사에게 실질적인 도움을 주는 형태로 전략을 수립하고자 한다. 이에, 블렌디드러닝을 도입하여 실시하면 해결할 수 있을 것이라는 가정 하에 본 연구를 실시하게 되었다. 본 연구는 기업교육에 블렌디드 러닝을 적용해보고, 블렌디드 러닝의 긍정적인 효과에 대해서 검증하는 작업을 거치며 다시한번 그 효과와 가능성을 입증 하였으며,향후, 협력사 교육의 블렌디드 러닝 사례연구에 대해 계량화 작업을 거쳐 확대 연구해 나갈 예정이다. If letting to its employees, not partners training, but it could easily solve the above problem, in the case of a partner destination education because they can not sensibly and enforced company S in a strategy in the form giving practical assistance to partners to increase the quality of education to be established. Therefore, this study was carried out under the assumption that if you can solve conducted by introducing the Blended Learning. This study try applying a Blended Learning in corporate training, go through the task of verification for the positive effects of Blended Learning was demonstrated the possibility and the effect again, through measurable action on Blended Learning case studies in the future, partner training It plans to expand research.

Recently, there has been changes and an increase in the culture and arts education sector, with the infrastructure being built and the systematic foundation prepared. The demand for the education of culture and arts has been steadily increasing within corporations, not only in the internal education and marketing strategies, but for the activities of social contribution as well. For these reasons, with the needs for a new kind of culture and arts education for the social contributions from the enterprises as a base, this research aims to suggest through the analysis of the current situation in the example of the collaboration of enterprise ‘K’ and the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service, the tasks for improvements and prepare development plans. Firstly, through the survey feedback from all of the participating children, the educatee, it was possible to confirm the satisfaction level from the provided education programmes, and the ways of improving from the side of the education service. Also, through conducting interviews with the managing instructor and the directors from each of the institutions, it was possible to look through the problems that arose from the levels of planning, implement and also on the assessment stages. The researchers viewed the performance presentations of the participating children, which is at the final stage of the programme, visited the centres that produced the best result from the performances and analysed the interviews from the directors and piece together the causes for success. 최근 문화예술교육의 제도적 기반이 마련되고 인프라가 구축되는 등 문화예술교육의 양적 확산과 변화가 지속되고 있으며, 기업 역시 내부교육과 경영전략에서 뿐만 아니라 사회공헌 활동을 위한 문화예술교육의 수요가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 흐름 속에서 이 연구는 한국문화예술교육진흥원과 K사의 협력프로젝트인 K센터 통합문화예술교육 프로그램을 사례 연구하였다. 이를 위해 먼저, 사업의 현황 분석을 통한 개선 과제와 발전방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 현황분석을 위해 피교육자인 참여아동의 전체 설문조사를 실시하였으며 이를 통해 제공된 교육프로그램의 만족도와 교육서비스 측면의 개선 사항 등을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 사업에 참여한 예술강사들과 이해관계자들의 인터뷰를 진행하여 본 사업의 계획, 실행, 평가 단계별로 현황을 분석하고 시사점을 정리하였다. 이러한 현황조사를 바탕으로 사업단계별 발전방안을 제시하였으며, 발전방향에 맞게 한국문화예술교육진흥원의 변화관리 방안도 제안하였다.
