        공진주파수 추적형 직렬공진 인버터를 이용한 고전압 CCPS에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 직렬공진 인버터를 이용한 고전압 커패시터 충전형 전원장치(CCPS)에 관하여 기술하였다. 본 논문에서 사용된 고전압 CCPS는 PLL제어를 사용한 45[Khz]의 직렬공진 인버터를 사용하여 고효율제어를 하였으며, 고전압 변압기를 사용하였다. CCPS의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 14[nF]의 부하에 100[kV]의 출력전압을 300[Hz]의 방전주기를 가지고 실험하였다. 실험결과 최대출력은 18.75[kJ/sec]이고, 방전시간은 200[Hz]로 운전하였으며, 충전시간은 4.5[mS]임을 확인하였다. RThis paper presents a high voltage capacitor charging power supply(CCPS) using a series resonant inverter. The CCPS adopted a 45[kHz] IGBT series resonant inverter using PLL control and a high-efficiency, high-voltage transformer. The performance test of the CCPS was carried out with a 14 nF load capacitor at 100[kV] output voltage and 200[Hz] repetition rate. Peak power rate of 18.75[kJ/sec] and charging time of 4.5[mS].

        An Evaluation of the Environmental Safety and Geochemical Characteristics of Coal Combustion Products

        In this study, the environmental safety and geochemical properties of Coal Combustion Products (CCPs) produced coal-fired power plants were investigated. Samples of CCPs were taken from all of the coal-fired power plants of Korea. Heavy metal concentration, Electrical Conductivity (EC), and pH measurements were conducted to evaluate the environmental stability and geochemical properties of the CCPs. X-ray fluorescence and X-ray diffraction analyses were performed and enrichment factors and an index of geo-accumulation were calculated to evaluate the levels of contamination in the CCPs. The pH value of the CCPs ranged from 7.6 to 9.3, slightly alkaline, and the EC ranged between 110 and 4,940 μS/cm. CCPs from anthracite coal had a lower silica-alumina ratio and lower proportions of CaO and MgO, and greater proportions of K2O, than CCPs from bituminous coal. The EF value of Fe, Ti, and P in some CCP samples classified moderate enrichment category, all other elements in the samples were classified in the deficiency to minimal enrichment category. Also, the heavy metal concentrations in all CCP samples were lower than the environmental standards, indicating that the CCPs satisfied environmental regulations.

        안정적 고반복을 위한 지연시간 제어회로가 적용된 커패시터 충전용 전원장치

        Capacitor Charging Power Supply(CCPS) is one of the most important components of a pulsed power system. The CCPS is widely used in source of lasers, accelerators and plasma generators. This paper presents design of a dead time control circuit and operation characteristics for stable high repetition rate of high voltage CCPS. The CCPS consists of battery, high voltage transformer and controller with a dead time control circuit. A dead time control circuit was simulated by PSpice. The performance test of the CCPS was carried out with a 7[nF] load capacitor at output voltage of 50[kV] and a pulse repetition frequency of 100[Hz]. As a result, we can verify that charging and discharging waveform is stable at 100[Hz]. The experiment results indicate that 3[ms] dead time made it possible for stable high repetition rate of 100[Hz]. This paper paves the way for designing an advanced CCPS which is more applicable outside experiments.

        김밥 조리조건에 따른 미생물 품질 평가와 중요관리점의 관찰

        본 연구에서는 보통의 조리조건과 위생적 조리조건에서 김밥을 조리하였을 때에, 각 조리조건하에서의 식자재(원재료),조리자의 손, 조리환경(조리기구 및 조리실),그리고 완성된 김밥의 미생물 품질을 살펴보고 이를 토대로 김밥조리과정 중의 중요관리점(CCPs)을 관찰하였다. 김밥과 그 원재료, 조리자의 손, 그리고 조리기구(칼, 도마 및 김발)의 표준평판균, 대장균군, 분변성대장균군, 대장균, 황색포도상구균, 살모넬라균 등의 미생물을 식품공전에 준하여 측정하였으며 조리실의 미생물 오염도를 평가하였다. 모든 시료에서 대장균, 황색포도상구균 및 살모넬라균은 검출되지 않았으며 표준평판균, 대장균군 및 분변성대장균군은 보통의 조리조건에서보다 위생적 조건에서 현저하게 낮았다. 김밥 원재료 중 비가열재료에서는 가열재료보다 표준평판균 및 대장균군수가 많이 검출되었다. 두 조건에서조리실의 공중낙하균은 모두 양호한 수준이었다. 위생적 조리조건에서 만든 김밥은 보통의 조리조건에서 만든 김밥에 비하여 표준평판균과 대장균군이 1/100수준이었으나 아직 분변성대장균군이 검출되었다. 따라서 비가열재료, 조리기구 및 조리자의 손의 미생물 오염, 그리고 조리 중의 교차오염이 김밥 미생물 오염의 주요 근원으로 지적되며, 비가열재료의 취급, 조리기구의 세척과 소독 및 조리자의 손씻기 단계가 CCPs로 제시된다. This study was performed to assess the microbiological quality of kimbap (rice balls rolled in laver) prepared in two conditions (normal condition or clean, sanitized condition) and to support a practical application to identify critical control points (CCPs) in the preparation and cooking processes of kimbap. Kimbap, raw materials of kimbap, utensils (knives, cutting board, and kimbal which is made of bamboo), and hands of food handlers were examined microbiologically. Airborne microbes in the kitchens were also evaluated. Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus were not detected in all samples. The aerobic bacteria and coliform bacteria levels of all samples in clean, sanitized condition were much lower than those in normal condition. More aerobic bacteria and coliform bacteria were counted in unheated raw materials of kimbap than in heated raw materials. In both conditions, the levels of airborne microbes of the kitchens were satisfactory. The aerobic bacteria and coliform bacteria of kimbap prepared in clean, sanitized condition were one hundredth levels of those of kimbap prepared in normal condition. However, fecal coliforms were detected even in the kimbap prepared in clean, sanitized condition. The results indicate that microbiological contamination of kimbap may be mainly originated from the contaminated unheated raw materials, utensils, and hands of food handlers, and also possible cross-contamination during preparation. The CCPs for kimbap preparation and cooking were handling of unheated raw materials, cleaning and sanitizing utensils, and hand washing of food handlers.

        초등학교 급식소에서의 HACCP 적용을 위한 계절별 환경미생물학적 위해분석

        Foodservice at elementary schools has been povided nation-wide. It is predictable that foodborne diseases would increase continuously. Formation of a counterplan is urgently needed. This study was designed to identify the stage which contains the critical control points (CCPs) for the microbiological management of HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) at the foodservice provided at elementary schools. Foodservice places at four elementary schools in Seoul were sampled and the overall hygiene of cooking, utensils and equipment, employees, and environment by season were examined. The results showed that the number of bacteria in overall samples was increased and that E. coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus by biochemical test emerged in more diverse samples in summer than in spring. Particularly, the number of aerial bacteria in summer was three-fold greater than that in either spring or winter. E. coli 0157 was not detected, although Salmonella was identified by PCR analysis in the meat Knives, chopping boards, waste bins and meat dish at elementary school foodservice. According to this data, cross-contamination should be managed in the stage of mixing up the ingredients with improper equipments and insanitary treatments. Thus, the establishment of SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) at elementary school foodservice is stringently required, along with sanitation education for workers and employees as CCPs.

        Optimal Design of −40-kV Long-Pulse Power Supply

        <P>This paper proposes a compact high-voltage pulse electron gun power supply (EGPS) consisted of interleaved capacitor-charging power supply (CCPS) with a series-resonant converter (SRC) to drive the electron tube. Requirement specifications are -40 kV, -7 A (280 kW), and continuous output lower than +/- 1% ripple stability lasted few seconds with <1 ms charging and discharging times. To meet the design specifications, eight stacks operate in parallel, and each stack has a 45 degrees phase shift switching pulse width modulation (PWM) method. Each designed CCPS can supply -40-kV voltage and -0.9-A current. In addition, the proposed CCPS has the SRC to reduce the switching loss. The SRC is a famous topology, which presents main characteristics such as high-power density and efficiency. To prove the validity, this paper is confirmed by the simulation and experimental results of the fabricated -40-kV output CCPS with water load. Then, we implemented the fabricated EGPS to the electron tube.</P>

        고압 독성가스시설에서 API-581 적용성 및 사고결과 분석방법에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 독성가스 사고의 주요 원인의 하나인 부식에 대해 고압 독성가스시설을 대상으로 필요한 안전기술을 정립하기 위하여 미국석유학회에서 개발한 API-581 절차를 채택하여 사고결과 분석방법에 대한 적용성을 검토하고, 이를 바탕으로 사고결과 분석방법을 제시하였다. 고압 독성가스시설에서 API-581의 8단계 사고결과 분석절차에 따라 단계별 적용성을 검토한 결과, 고압 독성가스시설에 적용할 사고결과 분석방법은 총 6단계로 단순화 할 수 있었다. 즉, Step 1(대표물질 결정), Step 5(누출유형 결정), Step 6(유체상 결정)과 Step 8(사고 피해영역 산출)은 적용하지 않고, Step 3(누출량 산출)은 inventory group 개념만 적용하며, Step 4(누출속도 산출)는 기체 누출속도만을 적용하고, Step 2(누출공 크기 선정)와 Step 7(완화시스템 등급 결정)은 전부 적용한다. 이때, Step 5와 Step 8은 일반적으로 적용이 가능한 CCPS 방법을 대안적인 방법으로 채택한다. To establish the necessary safety technology in high-pressure toxic gas facilities, especially for the corrosion, which is the main causes of toxic gas accident, this study adopts and investigates the API-581 procedures developed by the American Petroleum Institute (API). And the applicability of the 8-step analytical procedures of consequence analysis in API-581 is discussed, and a method for consequence analysis in high-pressure toxic gas facilities is suggested. Based on the discussion and results, the analytical procedure is simplified as the 6 steps in total for the effective application to high-pressure toxic gas facilities: Step 1 (determination of representative material), Step 5 (determination of release type), Step 6 (determination of phase of fluid), and Step 8 (estimation of damage range) are not applied: Step 3 (estimation of total amount of release) is applied only for the inventory group concept; Step 4 (estimation of release rate) only for the gas release rate; and all of Step 2 (selection of release hole size) and Step 7 (evaluation of post-release response) are applied. In the proposed method, the generally applicable method of CCPS is adopted as alternative method for Steps 5 and 8.

        지하매설 도시가스배관의 누출시나리오에 따른 사고피해영향분석

        인구가 밀집되어 있는 도심지역에 매설된 천연가스 공급배관은 외부 또는 내부 결함으로 인한 가스의 누출, 확산, 화재, 폭발로 발생되는 재산과 인명피해의 큰 잠재위험을 지니고 있다. 사고를 미연에 방지하기 위해 정량적 평가에 기초한 위험관리를 실시하고 있으며, 매설배관의 정량적 위험성을 평가하기 위해서는 우선적으로 사고피해영향 분석을 통한 화학물질의 누출량 계산, 확산 분석, 화재 및 폭발로 인한 복사열과 압력파 계산이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 CCPS, TNO에서 제안하는 model 들을 통하여 실제 San Bruno 매설배관 폭발 사고 시나리오를 기반으로 천연가스의 누출량, Fireball의 복사열 계산을 수행하고 결과 값을 실제 피해결과와 비교분석 하였다. Buried natural gas pipelines in densely populated urban areas have serious hazards of property damages and casualties generated by release, dispersion, fire and explosion of gas caused by outside or inside failures. So as to prevent any accident in advance, managers implement danger management based on quantitative risk analysis. In order to evaluate quantitative risk about buried natural gas pipelines, we need calculation for radiant heat and pressure wave caused by calculation for release rate of chemical material, dispersion analysis, fire or explosion modeling through consequence analysis in priority, in this paper, we carry out calculation for release rate of pressured natural gas, radiant heat of fireball based in accident scenario of actual “San Bruno” buried high pressured pipelines through models which CCPS, TNO provide and compare with an actual damage result.

        초등학교 급식소에서 제공되는 닭고기 주요리의 급식품질 확보를 위한 HACCP 시스템 적용연구

        This study was conducted to establish the hygiene standards for chicken entrees(deep-fried breast chicken, chicken and potato in red pepper paste and smothered chicken) served with in 3 different elementary school lunch programs during 2002. The study evaluated the layout characteristics of the food facilities, and determined the physical and microbiological hazards for the production of chicken entrees based on the HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) system. The kitchen layouts needed to be remodeled for the separation of soiled and clean work areas. The pH values for all items were over 6.0, which require careful attention. The microbial assessments of 3 chicken items revealed that the TPC, coliforms and Staphylococcus aureus were within normal ranges, but Salmonella was found at several stages in the production of all products, with the exception of smothered chicken. The bacterial counts of the kitchen utensils and cooks' hands exceeded acceptable limits, and workers' sanitary practices were poor in terms of sanitary handling and holding of foods and utensils. The CCPs determined related to the steps of receiving, cooking and breaking of egg shells. From our findings, it is recommended that chicken entrees should be prepared and served very carefully, as salmonella was detected at several stages during meal production, and the aim of the HACCP system is to secure against food-borne illnesses due to reckless school food service operations.
