본 연구는 양궁지도자의 완벽주의 성향과 직무스트레스 요인의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2007년도에 개최된 전국 중ㆍ고 양궁선수권대회에 참여한 양궁팀의 지도자 113명을 대상으로 목적적 표본 추출하였다. 측정도구는 Hewitt & Flett(1991)가 개발한 완벽주의 척도를 임태희(2005)가 한국적 문화와 정서에 맞도록 개발한 완벽주의 척도와 조만태(1998)가 개발한 직무스트레스 척도로 각각 5점 척도와 7점 척도로 평정하였다. 입력된 자료는 SPSS 13.0 for Window 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계분석과 Pearson의 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 양궁 지도자의 완벽주의 성향은 개인완벽, 타인완벽, 사회완벽 요인 순으로, 직무스트레스는 직무여건스트레스, 시합스트레스, 직무부하스트레스, 지원체계스트레스, 대인관계스트레스 요인 순으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 양궁지도자의 완벽주의 성향 요인 중에서 개인완벽 요인은 직무여건스트레스, 시합스트레스, 직무부하스트레스와, 타인완벽 요인은 시합스트레스, 직무부하스트레스와 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 양궁지도자의 개인완벽주의 성향 요인은 직무여건스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 개인완벽과 타인완벽주의 성향 요인은 시합스트레스와 직무부하스트레스에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between perfectionism and job stress of archery trainers. Participants of this study were 113 archery trainers who worked at the middle and high school's archery teams. Some of the archery trainers who participated in korea archery championship for junior in 2007 were selected using the purposive sampling method. The questionnaire was Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale developed by Hewitt and Flett(1991) which was revised by Lim(2005) into Korean and The Job Stress Scale developed by Jo(1998). Responses were made on 5-point and 7-point scale. The statistical methods for the analysis of this study were Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, there was self perfectionism, person perfectionism, social perfectionism highly on the perfectionism of archery trainers and job condition stress, game stress, job load stress, support system stress, interpersonalrelation stress highly on the job stress. Second, there was statistical significant relation between the job condition stress, game stress, job load stress and self perfectionism, between the game stress, job load stress and person perfectionism. Third, self perfectionism affect on job condition stress and self and person perfectionism affect on game stress, job load stress.

양궁지도자·선수의 완벽주의와 팀 응집력 및 경기력의 관계

The purpose of this study was to identify the current situation of the archery trainers and archers through the analysis of the effects of the effects of the perfectionism of archery trainers and archers on the team cohesion and athletic performance and provide the academic data that become the basics of archery in the future. The survey was conducted by selecting 350 archery trainers and archers, and a total of 311 persons including 60 archery trainers and 251 archers were used in this study. The factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted for the collected questionnaires by using the SPSS version 18.0 The results obtained based on the above research method and procedure are as follows. First, as a result of conducting multiple regression analysis for the effect of perfectionism on the team cohesion, the perfectionism had a statistically significant effect on the team cohesion. Second, as a result of conducting the multiple regression analysis to investigate the effect of the perfectionism of the archery trainers and archers on the athletic performance, it had a statistically significant effect on the athletic performance. Third, as a result of conducting the multiple regression analysis to investigate the effect of the team cohesion of the archery trainers and archers on the athletic performance, it had a statistically significant effect on the athletic performance.
