3대 가족형 주택의 공간구성 특성 및 유형에 대한 연구

The purpose of this study is to reconsider the importance and necessity of three generation housings and make a promising foundation for the demand which inevitably take place in the near future through research and analysis of three generation housing products by the Japanese private housing companies. The housing products can be categorized into four types of cohabitation type. fusion type, separation type and independence type through analysis by spatial composition elements of entrance, living room, dining room, kitchen and bath room from the samples. The types of separation and independence that support each individual generation show almost double the ratio than the types of cohabitation and fusion that have the tendency of harmony and unification, which reflects the customer"s needs in that the efforts of Japanese private companies pursue effective and guaranteed profit. The types of separation and independence are flexible to respond to the change of the constituent family members and can be utilized as urban housing.

2021년 6월부터 20회를 계획하여 매주 토요일 아침 두 시간 동안 논어를 한 편씩 읽고 나누는 시간, 코로나 팬데믹시대에 희망자를 모아 비대면 교육으로 계획하였다. 온라인 줌으로 하는 학습이기에 사는 곳 관계없이 희망자 누구나 함께 할 수 있어 8살부터 70대까지 35명이 함께 읽고 나눔하는 방법으로 진행하였다. 또한 전농초 5학년 2반 24명 학생이 김성경 담임선생님과 교육과정 안에서 논어를 읽으며 한 학기 한 권 읽기 독서교육과 연계하는 방안을 지원하였다. 이 과정을 통하여, 첫째 3대가 함께 논어를 읽고 가족이 함께 공통의 대화를 나누고 지혜를 나누는 시간이 되었다. 둘째, 논어에 대한 새로운 인식으로 온라인을 통하여 논어를 생활화할 수 있게 되었다. 셋째, 교육과정과 연계하여 학교 교과 과정을 풍부하게 이해할 수 있는 계기가 마련되었다. 온라인 논어읽기 수업에 나이, 공간을 초월하여 많은 사람들이 참여하였다. 앞으로 고전읽기를 통하여 학교 교육과정에 대한 이해를 넓히고 배운 것을 삶 속에서 실천할 수 있는 경험을 확장시킬 필요성이 있다. I planned reading and sharing the Analects of confucius 20 times from June 2021 for two hours each Saturday in COVID-19 Pandemic era for people who wanted to gather for non-face-to-face education. It was an On-line learning program with Zoom, so anyone who wants to participate can read and share it together. It was run with 35 people from the age of 8 to 70. I also supported Kim Sung-kyung, the homeroom teacher who read the Analects of confucius with 24 students from Jeon-nong Elementary School 5th grade class 2 to link one book per semester to reading education. First of all, through this process, three generations read the Analects together, and the family had a common conversation and wisdom together. Second of all, I found It is possible to read and enjoy the Analects of confucius anytime with a new perception of the Analects of confucius. Lastly, It was an opportunity that people can understand the school curriculum abundantly in connection with curriculum. Many people participated in the On-line class on Analects of confucius beyond age and space. In the future, there is a need to expand understanding of the school curriculum and expand the experience of practicing what you have learned in life through classical reading.

3대 동거가족을 위한 소형 아파트 2호1주택 리폼 연구

A goal of this research is to propose the remodeling possibility from deteriorated stock apartment housing, to three generation family living in a dwelling unit for low incomes. An apartment housing which was built from 1970s, is accumulated over $55\%$ of the stock housing in Korea, many of them are confront with a rebuilding in a short usage of twenty years below. They are small one, and many of the residence complain narrow and small space compare to economic growth and their needs. This article deals the reform of two to one dwelling units, that it can be use for three generation family living as a new residence, because its spatial character is more controled privacy condition as a four bay spatial organization in the dwelling. The reform simulated in a 10, 13, 14, 15, and 16 pyung, the remodeling size became from 20 to 30 pyung, and its reform can be apply to extend life cycle of a stock confront with redevelopment. The possibility of the reform houses have more intensive privacy in a house compare with same area of new apartment. It tells us that we can recycle the deteriorate apartment house into three generation family living use, and it will be clue to change slum clearance into reform and recycle of deteriorate apartment house.
