스포츠윤리 교육 어떻게 할 것인가?

This research has the purpose to explore important tasks in forming environment for sports ethics education. The most important issue at the moment is to form the consensus of sports community on the necessity of sports ethics education. Sports ethics should not be limited as something only to observe, but need be recognized as practical and essential element in ever changing and diversifying real society and sports field. In other words, there should be prevalent concept that sports ethics is an essential element for normal practice of sports. Such concept may need be internally admitted in all the sectors like leaders, umpires, athletes, academic community and education field etc, and that is because social consensus can be formed only when internal reflection and introspection are accomplished. Based on such theoretic background, we pursued solutions for the following four questions by the stages. First, why is sports ethics necessary? Second, who should have sports ethics education? Third, what are the contents of sports ethics education? Fourth, what is the basis of sports ethics education? Based on the results, we proposed that sports ethics education requires theoretic foundation and is necessary as education course. Also, we claimed that sports ethics education should be mandatory and education organization for verification and authorization of sports ethics be installed. After all, the educational function of sports will grow positive when efforts are made to institutionize sports ethics followed by ceaseless emphasis on it through strengthened public relations toward nationals. 이 연구는 스포츠윤리교육에 대한 여건을 형성하는데 있어서 중요한 과제가 무엇인지를 탐색하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 지금 시점에서 가장 중요한 것은 스포츠윤리 교육이 왜 필요한가에 대한 스포츠계의 공감대의 형성이다. 스포츠윤리는 지켜야할 막연한 대상으로 국한된 것이 아니라 복잡 다변화하는 현실사회와 스포츠현장에서 실천적이고, 필연적인 하나의 구성요소로써 인정받아야 할 것이다. 즉 스포츠가 정상적으로 작동하기 위한 필수요소로의 인식이 확산되어야 할 것이다. 이러한 인식은 내부적으로 지도자, 심판, 선수, 학계, 교육계 등 모든 부분에서 받아들여야 할 것이다. 스스로의 반성과 자기성찰이 선행될 때 사회적인 공감대가 형성될 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 다음과 같은 네 가지에 대한 해답을 찾고자 하였다. 첫째, 왜 스포츠 윤리교육이 필요한가? 둘째, 스포츠윤리 교육의 대상은 누구인가? 셋째, 스포츠윤리 교육의 내용은 무엇인가? 넷째, 스포츠윤리 교육의 기반은 무엇인가를 단계적으로 살펴보았다. 이러한 결과 스포츠윤리 교육에 대한 기반에 있어서 무엇보다 이론적 토대가 필요하며, 교육과정으로써의 역할이 필요함을 제시하였다. 또한 스포츠윤리 교육의 의무시행은 물론 스포츠윤리의 검증 및 공인교육기관의 설치를 주장하였다. 결국 스포츠윤리의 제도화를 위한 노력이 선행되어야 함은 물론 대국민 홍보를 강화하여 필요성을 끊임없이 제기될 때 스포츠의 교육적 기능이 긍정적으로 강화될 수 있을 것이다.

스포츠윤리 교육의 필요성과 운영방안

Commercialism and triumphalism are becoming widespread on sports sites. However, sport ethics education, which allows the recognition of ethical values in sports, is nonexistent. Therefore, this study seeks to investigate the direction of the institutional operation of sports ethics education and the need for ethics education concerning sports activities as aid to generating a resolution. The need for sports ethics education primarily includes the benefit of the sportsman(social responsibility, and the existence and development of sports). Secondly, sports ethics is necessary as it pertains to the effect on sports of a social environment and on the society of the sports environment. Thirdly, it is important since there is almost no sports ethics education program established among game instructors, sports for all instructors, or sports management officer training courses that provide national certificates. This is also noticeably absent in sports ‑ related departments at universities, the Korean Olympic Committee, and in educational courses at various sports associations. Therefore, sports ethics education is a task that is essential at this time, in order to create a sound society through a sound sports culture. There is a need to establish and operate sports ethics subjects among instructors and referee training courses at sports-related departments of universities, nationally certified sports instructor training course, the Korean Olympic Committee, and Korea Council of Sport for All. Special sports ethics lecture programs must be implemented for registered athletes and coaches, employees of sports groups, and research and patent applicants. Lastly, a sports ethics instructor course must be established and operated for private certificates. In order to institutionalize the above courses, there is a need to stipulate them on the Sports Promotion Act.

스포츠윤리의 이론적 기초

Showing increasing interests in sport ethics, a large number of articles on doping, sportsmanship, gender discrimination, match fixing, and fair play have been published in the Journal of Korean Philosophic Society for Sport and Dance. Considering that the discussion on sport ethics just emerged recently in South Korea, these articles evince that the Korean sport philosophy academia is up to undertaking sport ethics as a new discipline. In contrast of the flooding publications on specific topics, however, there has been few metaphilosophical reflections on sport ethics per se; can sport ethics exist within sport philosophy as an independent field? what are some characteristics of sport ethics? are there methodological grounds that would cause sport ethics to remain as a separate discipline? An attempt to answer these questions, this paper, rather than discussing specific topics of sport ethics, analyzes sport ethics as such in order to provide a theoretical frame for the study of sport ethics. First, my paper examines the relationship between sport and ethics, the forms taken by normative judgments in sport, and what constitutes the object of ethical consideration in sport. Then I suggest for a theoretical frame the four theories of ethics―utilitarian ethics, deontological ethics, contractarian ethics, and virtue ethics. These theories, I believe, can provide guidelines to making decisions and behaving as one tries to solve ethical problems raised in fields of sport. 스포츠윤리에 대한 관심 고조로 도핑, 스포츠맨십, 성차별, 승부조작, 페어플레이 등 특정 주제에 관한 학문적 연구는 상당한 진척을 보여 한국체육철학 학술지에 관련 논문이 상당 수 게재되고 있다. 국내에서 스포츠윤리에 대한 논의가 본격적으로 시작된 지 그렇게 오래되지 않은 현실을 감안하면 이러한 연구 성과는 한국체육철학계에 스포츠윤리의 학문적 작업을 감당할 만한 잠재적 역량이 풍부함을 보여주는 고무적인 일이다. 하지만 주제 연구에 비해, 스포츠윤리가 무엇인지, 즉 스포츠윤리의 목적과 대상은 무엇이고 이 대상을 어떤 방법으로 연구하는지, 스포츠윤리를 하나의 학문으로 성립시키는 방법론적 근거들은 있는지 등과 같은 스포츠윤리 자체에 관한 철학적 고찰은 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본고는 바로 이러한 문제의식에 따라 스포츠윤리가 다루고 있는 구체적인 주제는 논외로 하고 스포츠윤리 자체를 탐구의 대상으로 삼아 스포츠윤리가 무엇인지를 규명함으로써 스포츠윤리 연구의 이론적 토대를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 먼저 스포츠와 윤리의 관계는 무엇인지, 스포츠에서 제기되는 규범적 판단의 형태는 무엇인지, 그리고 학(學)으로서 스포츠윤리의 독자성과 탐구영역은 무엇인지에 대하여 고찰하였다. 끝으로 스포츠 윤리문제의 분석과 해결을 위한 최소한의 틀로서 공리주의, 의무론적 윤리, 계약론적 윤리, 덕 윤리를 제시하고 이러한 윤리이론들이 실제 스포츠 상황에서 직면하는 윤리적 문제의 해결을 위한 의사결정이나 행위의 지침을 제공할 수 있음을 주장하였다.

스포츠에서의 덕 윤리 적용 가능성 연구 : A. MacIntyre 덕 윤리에서 ‘실천’ 개념을 중심으로

This study attempts to approach sports from a ethical viewpoint, in keeping with the current trend of academic convergence. Preceding researches on the ethical issues of sports typically brought up the several critical issues like biased judgment, drug use, beating and gender discrimination, and tried suggest ethical standards in order to overcome such problems. However, it is often unclear to determine either ‘right' or 'wrong' without disputes. In particular, in the contemporary society, too much emphasis on the outcome of sports and disregards of the essence in sports, inevitably, results in ethical disputes among parties. Such situations, of course, are not limited to sports. Facing such incommensurable ethical judgements, A. MacIntyre proposes 'virtue ethics' as an alternative ethics applicable to sports. Based on MacIntyre's virtue ethics, sport science researchers like P. Arnold has also proposes a new sports ethics. When compared to the 'act-centered’ ethics, Virtue ethics are 'agent-oriented' approach of ethics in an effort to settle the ethical conflicts of the contemporary society. First, the necessity for applying MacIntyre's virtue ethics to sports was introduced by recognizing current problems. Then, discussions about the necessity of recovering the essence of sports followed. In particular, through the reinterpretation of 'sports' based on the concept of 'practice' proposed by MacIntyre in his definition of virtue, an effort was made to diagnose the problems of current sports and suggest a possible solutions. Thus, this paper concentrates mainly on re-establishment of sports through the introduction of virtue ethics and the concept of virtue, and tries to avoid the conventional introduction and interpretation of sports ethics as an applied ethics. The overall discussion puts significant emphasis on the convergence of sports and virtue ethics to evade the negative viewpoints toward sports, and to reestablish the original form of “healthy life,' the essence of sports. 본 논문은 학문간의 통합이 요구되는 시에 맞춰, 스포츠를 윤리학으로 시선으로 바라보는 하나의 시도이다. 그동안 스포츠에서의 윤리 문제는 편 정, 약물 복용, 구타, 성 차별 등을 극복하기 해서 도덕 기을 제시하는 방향 으로 논의되어 왔다. 하지만 이러한 문제들에 해 일으로 ‘옳음’과 ‘그름’을 결정하기는 쉽지 않다. 특히 스포츠의 본질을 잃고 결과만을 요하게 여기는 사회에서 상반된 도덕 단들은 마다의 정당성을 주장하는 도덕 논쟁 에 그치고 있다. 물론 이러한 상황은 스포츠에 국한된 것은 아니다. 윤리학 자 맥킨타이어(A. MacIntyre)는 이러한 통약불가능한(incommensurability) 도 덕 단들이 직면한 상황 앞에 ‘덕 윤리’(Virtue Ethics)를 안으로 제시했다. 스포츠 학계에서도 아놀드(P. Arnold) 등 몇몇 학자들이 맥킨타이어의 덕론에 근거해서 새로운 스포츠 윤리를 제시하고 있다. 덕 윤리는 결과지향인 ‘행 심’이 아닌 ‘행자 심’의 윤리로의 이행을 통해 사회의 도덕 갈등을 해결하고자 하고 있다. 본 논문은 맥킨타이어 덕 윤리가 왜 스포츠에 용되어야 하는지에 한 문제의식을 시작으로 ‘덕 ’의 특성을 ‘스포츠’에 용하고, 이를 통 해 스포츠 본질 회복의 필요성을 논의하고자 했다. 특히 매킨타이어가 덕을 정의 하면서 제시한 ‘실천’ 개념을 통해 ‘스포츠’를 재해석하면서, 재 스포츠의 문제 을 진단하고 그 해결의 단를 제시하고자 했다. 본 논문은 반인 구성상 기존의 응용 윤리학으로서의 스포츠 윤리학에 한 소개 해석은 제외하고, 덕 윤리에 한 소개와 덕 개념을 통해 재구성된 스포츠를 규명하는 데 집했다. 본 논문은 ‘스포츠’와 ‘덕 윤리’의 만남이 사회에서 스포츠를 향한 부정인 시선이 극복되고 스포츠의 본질인 ‘좋은 삶’의 원형을 회복하기 한 하나의 시도 라는 데 의의를 두고 있다 .

스포츠윤리연구의 자기성찰과 새로운 도전

The purpose of this study is to explore self-reflection and new challenge of sports ethics research. The result is as follows. First, research in sports ethics is philosophical. It could also make a mistake of hasty generalization to look at only a few parts of the study rather than at the whole of it, and to argue that it is not philosophy. How to overcome this can be found in the clear understanding of the ethics theory and the consistency of the argument. Second, the limit of sports ethics research is to try to solve ethical issues through the reinforcement of individual moral autonomy. The solution to this problem can be found in the harmony and balance of personal and social ethics. Third, sports ethics studies should be made to help athletes and sports leaders at the site. Rather than enlightenment and lecture, we should study, apply, and practice sports ethics on a logical and coherent basis. From the above, the following directions of sports ethics research could be found. New challenge of sports ethics research can be found in the search for victory by the athlete for his or her own interests, in the combined study of theory and practice, and in the communication of athletes and leaders. Ultimately, sports ethics will have to explore the rational solutions to winning and morality in sports, and sports ethics as a practical ethics required in the field. 이 연구의 목적은 국내 스포츠윤리연구의 자기성찰과 새로운 도전을 탐구하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 국내 스포츠윤리연구를 한정하여 연구하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 우선 스포츠윤리연구의 자기성찰이다. 첫째, 스포츠윤리연구가 논증의 형식을 갖추고 있는가이다. 이를 해결할 수 있는 방법은 윤리이론의 명확한 이해와 적용 그리고 논증의 정합성에서 찾을 수 있다. 둘째, 스포츠윤리연구의 한계는 무엇인가이다. 한계는 개인의 도덕적 자율성 강화만을 통해서 윤리적 문제를 해결하려고 하였다는 것이다. 이 문제의 해법은 개인윤리와 사회윤리의 조화와 균형에서 찾아보았다. 셋째, 스포츠윤리연구가 현장을 개선 할 수 있는가이다. 현장에 도움을 줄 수 있는 스포츠윤리연구가 되어야 한다. 계몽과 훈계보다는 논리적 정합성, 합리적 근거, 도덕적 정당성 차원에서 스포츠윤리를 연구하고 실천해야 한다. 스포츠윤리연구의 새로운 도전은 자기이익으로서의 승리와 규칙준수로서의 도덕의 조화, 이론과 실천의 융합 그리고 연구자와 지도자의 소통에서 찾아보았다. 결국, 스포츠윤리연구는 스포츠에서 승리와 도덕의 정당성 확보와 현장에서 필요한 실천윤리를 연구하는데 있다.

스포츠윤리학의 역사와 과제, 그리고 전망

[Purpose] This study aims to contemplate the identity and significance of sport ethics as an independent academic field by examining how it began and developed, where it is now, and where it will or should be moving forward. [Methods] First, a history of sports philosophy which gave birth to sport ethics is surveyed. Second, the emergence of sport ethics in the historical development of sport philosophy is analyzed. Third, major methodologies and theoretical frames of sport ethics are introduced. Last, what needs to be done in South Korea in relation to sport ethics is suggested. [Results] Sport ethics in the future is expected to resort to interdisciplinary approaches which combine a variety of academic disciplines and methodologies. In addition, sport ethics must relate its theory to practice. The pressing task for sport ethics in South Korea is to establish its identity as a separate academic field. In order to do this, we should figure out what to study in sport ethics, and continue to study about the range, methodology, and theoretical frame of sport ethics. [Conclusions] The establishment and development of an academic field becomes only possible when fully supported by numerous scholars’ work, practical achievement of the field, and a diversity of policy and institution, and a continued discussion and agreement on the content and methods of the discipline. In order to enhance its status as well as professionalism of sport ethics scholars, researchers of various academic backgrounds should study sport ethics, exchange ideas on theory and methodology, and spread results of studies through education, guiding through the development of sports. [목적] 본고는 하나의 학문으로서 스포츠윤리학의 정체성과 의의를 성찰하는 근본적인 목적을 가지고, 스포츠윤리학이 어디에서부터 시작되고, 어떻게 성장해 왔으며, 현재 어떠한 위치에 와 있고, 향후 어떻게 나아갈 것인지, 그리고 나아가야 하는지에 대해 구체적으로 살펴보고자 한다. [방법] 이를 위해, 먼저 스포츠윤리학의 부모 학문이라 할 수 있는 스포츠철학의 역사를 살펴보고, 둘째, 스포츠철학의 역사적 과정에서 스포츠윤리학의 등장과 그 배경을 분석하며, 셋째, 스포츠윤리 연구의 주요 방법론과 이론적 틀을 고찰하고, 끝으로 국내 스포츠윤리학의 과제와 전망을 제시하였다. [결과] 향후 스포츠윤리학은 다양한 학문과 연구방법을 종합하는 융합적인 접근방법으로 나아갈 것으로 예측되며, 또한 앞으로 스포츠윤리학은 이론과 실천이 긴밀하게 연결된 학문으로서 나아가야 한다. 국내 스포츠윤리학이 당면한 과제는 스포츠윤리학의 학문적 정체성 정립이다. 이를 위해서는 한국 스포츠윤리학이 연구해야 될 지향점을 찾고, 스포츠윤리학의 연구영역과 연구방법론, 그리고 그 근간이 되는 이론적 틀을 도출하는 연구가 활성화되어야 할 것이다. [결론] 어떤 학문 분야의 성립과 성공적인 발전은 그것을 전공하는 학자들, 그들의 수많은 연구물과 실제 현장에서의 실천적 성과, 다양하고 현실적인 정책적·제도적 뒷받침, 그리고 그 학문의 연구내용과 방법론에 대한 지속적인 논의와 합의들이 축적되었을 때 가능한 일이다. 스포츠윤리학도 다양한 학자들이 스포츠에서 발생하는 윤리적 이슈와 쟁점에 대해 연구하고, 연구자간 학술적 교류를 통해 이론적 기반과 연구방법의 타당성을 지속적으로 논의하며, 그것이 실제 현장에 보급·확산되어 스포츠의 바람직한 발전과 방향을 제시하는 나침반의 역할을 할 수 있을 때, 학(學)으로서의 체계와 위상을 정립하고 그 전문성도 제고할 수 있을 것이다.

학생선수를 위한 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 개발 기초연구

One of the qualifications required for athletes is sports ethics, which enables moral judSment in the face of ethical conflicts at sports sites. Sports ethics education proSrams are developed and operated alonS with awareness of the need for sports ethics. However, education for student athletes is hard to find. The need for sports ethics education for student athletes is increasinS not only because ethical problems continue to arise in school sports events, but also because moral0 education is more effective when learners are younS. However, student athletes have time and space constraints on their participation in sports ethics education due to their studies, traininS, and participation in competitions. In this respect, online education, which students can learn anytime, anywhere, can be an appropriate way to provide sports ethics education to student athletes. The purpose of this study is to provide basic understandinS and direction for the development of online sports ethics education proSrams for student athletes. The survey was conducted on student athletes leaders, sports ethics education instructors, and adult athletes to investiSate their experiences and view on student athletes' sports ethics education, and focus Sroup interviews were conducted with online education experts and sports ethics education experts to derive the direction of development of online sports ethics education proSrams. Based on the research results, this study presents the direction for the development of online sports ethics education proSrams for student athletes. We hope that the results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of hiShly accessible sports ethics education proSrams for student athletes. 스포츠선수들에게 요구되는 자질 중 하나는 뛰어난 경기 역량뿐만 아니라 스포츠현장에서 직면할 수 있는 윤리적갈등 상황에서 바람직한 판단을 가능하게 하는 스포츠윤리성이다. 스포츠윤리의 필요성에 대한 인식과 함께 스포츠윤리교육프로그램이 개발, 운영되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 교육들 중에 학생선수를 위한 교육은 찾아보기 어렵다. 초중등스포츠 경기에서도 윤리적인 문제가 지속적으로 발생하고 있음은 물론이고 윤리적 판단능력 함양에 대한 교육은어릴 때 수행하는 것이 효과적이라는 측면에서 학생선수를 위한 스포츠윤리 교육의 필요성은 증대하고 있다. 하지만학생선수는 학업과 훈련, 대회 참여 등으로 스포츠윤리 교육의 참여에 시간적, 공간적 제약을 가지고 있다. 이러한측면에서 언제나 어디서나 교육을 가능하게 하는 온라인 교육은 학생선수들에게 스포츠윤리 교육 제공을 위한 방법이될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 학생선수를 위한 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 마련하는것에 있다. 구체적으로 학생선수를 위한 스포츠윤리 교육 현황과 요구에 대한 인식과 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램의개발 방향을 탐색하였다. 학생선수 스포츠윤리 교육에 대한 인식과 요구조사를 위해 학생선수 지도자, 스포츠윤리교육 강사, 성인선수를 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하였고, 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램의 개발 방향 도출을 위해온라인 교육 전문가와 스포츠윤리 교육 전문가를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로본 연구는 학생선수 대상 온라인 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 방향을 교육대상, 교육시간, 교육내용, 교육방법, 교육결과, 온라인 교육 형태, 교수-학습전략으로 구분하여 제시한다. 현재 학생선수를 위한 전문 스포츠윤리 교육이없는 상황에서 본 연구의 결과가 접근성 높은 스포츠윤리 교육프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

스포츠윤리 연구동향 분석:한국체육철학회지를 중심으로

This study analyzes the research trend in the field of sport ethics by classifying 1,137 articles published in Journal of Korean Philosophy Society for Sport & Dance between 1992 and December 2016 into eight topics. Based on the result of the analysis, this study argues for the need to do more research about sports ethics. The four conclusion drawn from this study are as follows: first, the papers on sports ethics published in the journal during the above time period constitute 12.6% (144 papers) of all publication included in the journal. Second, the subjects of these papers were: Competition & Fair Play (34, 23.6%); Sports & Ethical Discourse (32 papers, 22.2%); Sports & Inequality (18, 12.5%); Athletic Performance Enhancement & Doping (17, 11.8%); Sports Organization & Ethics (16, 11.1%); Sports & Violence (12, 8.3%); Environment & Animal Ethics in Sports (8, 5.6%); and Sports & Human Rights (7, 4.9%). Third, researching for sports ethics has been expanded in term of quantity and quality for the past ten years. This expanded research includes a variety of subjects, such as practical issues distinguished from theory. This article concludes with a suggestion of new practical topics yet to be studied in this field. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 스포츠윤리 연구동향을 분석함으로써 기존 스포츠윤리 연구의 한계와 향후 연구방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해, 먼저 한국체육철학회(2015)에서 발간한 2급 스포츠지도자 자격검정 표준교재인 『스포츠 윤리』, 김정효(2015)의 저서인『스포츠윤리학』, 국외 스포츠윤리 분야의 저명한 학자인 Morgan, Meier, Schneider(2001)가 편저한『Ethics in Sport』, 그리고 Morgan(2007)의『Ethics in Sport』를 검토하여 연구동향 분석을 위한 틀을 도출하였다. 다음으로, 도출한 분석틀을 토대로 스포츠윤리 연구주제를 8가지로 구분하고 1992년부터 2016년 12월까지 한국체육철학회지에 게재된 1,137편의 논문을 주제별로 분류하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠윤리 관련 논문은 총 144편으로 한국체육철학회지에 게재된 전체 논문의 12.6%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구 주제별로 살펴보면, 경쟁과 페어플레이 34편(23.6%), 스포츠와 윤리적 담론 32편(22.2%), 스포츠 속 불평등 18편(12.5%), 도핑과 경기력향상 17편(11.8%), 스포츠조직과 윤리 16편(11.1%), 스포츠와 폭력 12편(8.3%), 스포츠 속 환경윤리 및 동물윤리 8편(5.6%), 스포츠와 인권 7편(4.9%)순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 최근 10년간 스포츠윤리 관련 논문은 양적으로 크게 증가했으며 연구주제 또한 단순한 윤리적 담론에서 벗어나 실제 스포츠현장에서 발생하는 다양한 윤리적 이슈들이 다루어지고 있다. 이러한 연구동향 분석을 통하여 장차 스포츠윤리 연구에서 불필요한 중복 연구를 최소화하고 실제 현장에서 필요로 하는 스포츠윤리 연구영역과 앞으로 연구되어져야 할 연구주제에 대한 방향성과 시사점을 제언하였다.

스포츠윤리의 부박함 개선: 실천윤리 다지기

It seems that the discussion over the sports ethics applying methodology of general philosophy to solve the evil practice of modern sports was not sufficient for hardening the spirit of modern sports. Because all assertions proposed were abstractive, they were not proper for active thought, comprehensive logic, troubleshooting and practical means. Therefore, the study will define it as an 'insincerity' of sports ethics. We have to avoid insincere sports ethics such as irresponsible, unpractical academic selfishness, arbitrary decision and antinomy from now on. When practical ethics hardened for sports development is used and practiced in daily life as well as discussion, its meaning will be enlarged. If we have prepared the ground of sports ethics and maintained its life from various viewpoints until now on, now, it is time to add flesh and make it substantial. Therefore, the study suggests the methodology, which is modified and reinforced on the basis of previous study and objective ground, as the practice hardening of sports ethics. First, it is necessary to change unwritten sports rule into written rule. Second, it is necessary to secure social space of sports library and enables it to play the role of practical reference in education. Third, it is necessary to reinforce the education of sports-concerned person. Even the outstanding rule may be a useless thing if there is no understanding and adoption. Fourth, there shall be a connection between sports organization and government to secure and input budget. As shown above, the hardening of practical sports ethics is one of improvement work and it is a recollective means to reinforce human's consciousness. 그 동안 현대스포츠에 있는 병폐를 해결하려고 일반 철학의 방법론을 스포츠 문제에 접목시킨 윤리적 논의는 실천적 스포츠윤리의 사조를 다지는 것에는 부족해 보였다. 제기되는 주장들의 다수가 추상적이어서 능동적 사고, 보편타당한 논리, 문제에 대한 해결방안, 실천적 수단의 창조가 미약했던 것이다. 이에 이것을 스포츠윤리의 ‘부박함’이라 지적하고자 한다. 따라서 앞으로 무책임하거나 실증이 없는 학문적 이기나 독단화, 이율배반과 같은 부박한 스포츠윤리는 지양해야 한다고 본다. 즉 체육의 진보를 위한 실천윤리 다지기는 담론으로써 뿐만 아니라 일상에서 활용되고 실천될 때 그 의미가 증대될 것이다. 지금까지 다양한 관점에서 스포츠윤리의 준거를 만들고 명맥을 유지했다면 이제는 살을 찌워 내실을 기할 때다. 따라서 선행연구와 객관적 근거에 기초하여 수정, 보완한 방법론을 스포츠윤리의 실천 다지기로 제시하였다. 첫째, 스포츠규범으로서의 불문율을 성문화해야 한다. 둘째, 스포츠자료실의 사회적 공간을 확보하여 교육에 있어서 실질적 참고자료의 역할을 하게 만든다. 셋째, 스포츠관계자의 교육 강화이다. 훌륭한 법칙도 행위자의 몰이해와 수용 없이는 무용지물이 된다. 넷째, 예산 확보 및 투입에 따른 체육기관의 역할과 정부와의 연계성이다. 이와 같이 스포츠의 실천윤리 다지기는 개선작업의 하나로써 인간의 의식을 강하게 하는 반성장치이다.

프로스포츠구단의 기업윤리와 윤리경영

The purpose of this study is to find ethical problems of professional sports clubs and to suggest necessity of business ethics and a direction of ethical management. In order to achieve such purpose, ethical problems of professional sports clubs were approached in the aspect of consumer, sports players, and sport clubs. If professional sports are organizationally operated with sports club, sports players and sports fans then unilateral responsibility on one of these domains is irrational, but reality is not. On these assumptions, this study examined business ethics and ethical management of professional sports clubs. Methods of ethical management were suggested in normative, structural and practical aspects based on the meaning and importance of business ethics of professional sports. The suggested methods are as follows. First, understanding essence of sports, proposing ethical justification and code, and strict application of laws on unfair acts of sports club in terms of internal and external side of sports games were suggested as tasks of normative ethical management. Second, composing organizations and ethical committees that are in charge of unlawful acts, improvement of review system on sports player, and change in management form of sports clubs were suggested as tasks of structural ethical management. Third, education on ethics of members, participation of sports clubs in programs that contribute to public welfare, and necessity of accepting labor and management relationship between sports players and sports clubs were suggested as tasks of practical management ethics. 이 연구의 목적은 프로스포츠구단의 윤리적 문제를 밝히면서 프로스포츠구단의 기업윤리 필요성과 윤리경영은 어떻게 전개되어야 할 것인가에 대한 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 목적을 달성하기 위해 프로스포츠 구단의 윤리적 문제를 소비자, 선수, 구단자체 차원에서 접근하였다. 프로스포츠가 구단, 선수, 팬이 유기적으로 작동된다고 가정하면 어느 한 영역의 일방적 책임은 불합리한 것이지만 현실은 그렇지 않았다. 이러한 문제를 전제로 프로스포츠의 기업윤리와 윤리경영에 대하여 살펴보았으며, 제시된 사례를 바탕으로 윤리적 문제를 제시하였다. 또한 프로스포츠의 기업윤리의 의미와 중요성을 기반으로 윤리경영의 방법을 규범적, 구조적, 실천적인 측면에서 제시하였다. 제시된 방법으로는 첫째, 규범적 윤리경영의 과제로 스포츠의 본질이해, 윤리적 정당화 작업과 강령제시, 경기 내외적인 부분에서 구단의 부정행위에 대한 엄격한 법적용을 제시하였다. 둘째, 구조적 윤리경영의 과제로 부정적 행위를 전담하는 조직 및 윤리위원회의 구성, 선수 평가시스템 개선, 구단 경영형태의 변화를 제시하였다. 셋째, 실천적 윤리경영의 과제로 구성원의 윤리의식의 교육과 구단의 사회공헌 프로그램 참여, 선수와 구단 간의 노사관계 인정의 필요성이 제시되었다. 결국 프로스포츠의 현장은 경제논리와 윤리적 규범이 공존하는 장이기 때문에 구단운영의 주체에 대한 윤리적 행위의 기준과 경영윤리는 무엇보다 필요하다. 즉 구단활동과 사회적 관계 사이에 발생하는 문제를 해결하는 방법으로써 ‘기업윤리’와 ‘사회적 책무’가 존재되어야 한다. 이것은 프로스포츠에 대한 사회적 관심이 증대되면서 선택이 아닌 필수적 요인으로 위치하게 되었다.
