        내・외적 동기가 조직-공중 관계성과 구전커뮤니케이션에 미치는 영향: 소셜미디어를 중심으로

        Public communication of government is expanding toward various activities primarily based on communication of Social media. However, critical problem, although it is said to be important communication via Social media, is that we can’t expect only positive reaction. In order to overcome this problem, it’s necessary to have influences upon behaviors of positive communication in a way that internal motivation and external motivation of Social is correlated. This study is to look into how internal and external motivation on 소셜미디어 media affects factors of organization-public relational factors. In addition, it also clarifies what relationship between these organizational and public relational factors and orally transmitted communication (positive oral communication and negative oral communication) exist. In order to verify this, this paper assumed that external motivation gives more positive relations with organization-public relations and orally transmitted communication factors that are dependent variables than internal motivation. Furthermore, this paper assumed that there are some differences between organizational-public relations. As the results of this study, it’s proved that there is difference in internal motivation and external motivation between organization-public relations. In other words, correlation, trust, coexistence are all positive for both internal and external motivation. But exchangeable relation and satisfaction are effective only for external motivation. Co-controlling, satisfaction and trust among organization-public relational factors are more effective for orally transmitted communication. But factors affecting negative orally transmitted communication are satisfactory only for exchangeable relations. In addition, only positive oral communication showed positiveness for both internal and external motivation. Consequently, it's necessary to take into account detailed internal motivation and external motivation in order to enhance organization-public relations of government and expect positive orally transmitted communication. 소셜미디어의 성장 특성은 정부조직의 홍보활동에도 반영되었으며 소셜미디어의 활용은 선택이 아니라 필수 요인이 되었다. 정부조직의 홍보는 공중들에게 정책을 널리 알리고 공중의 참여를 우선으로 한다. 소셜미디어의 활용은 정부정책을 빠르게 알릴 수 있다는 점이 긍정적이지만 미디어에 대한 공중의 동기 따라 차별적인 효과를 보인다. 본 연구는 정부의 소셜미디어 활용에 따른 공중의 내적 동기와 외적 동기가 조직의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는 것이다. 또한 이러한 조직-공중 관계성 요인에 따라 구전커뮤니케이션(긍정적, 부정적) 효과가 달라지는지 확인하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 독립변인 내적 동기보다 외적 동기가 종속변인인 조직-공중 관계성과 구전커뮤니케이션에 긍정적인 태도를 보일 것으로 예측하였다. 더 나아가 조직-공중 관계성은 구전커뮤니케이션 요인 간에 차별적인 효과 차이를 보일 것으로 가정하였다. 연구결과, 내적 동기와 외적 동기는 조직-공중 관계성 변인들 간에 효과 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 상호통제성, 신뢰, 공존적 관계성은 내적 동기와 외적 동기 모두 긍정적이었지만, 교환적 관계성과 만족은 외적 동기에서만 유의미하였다. 조직-공중 관계성 요인 중 상호통제성, 만족, 신뢰는 긍정적 구전커뮤니케이션에 영향을 미치는 반면, 교환적 관계성과 만족은 부정적인 구전커뮤니케이션에 영향을 주었다. 결론적으로 정부조직-공중 관계성을 높이고, 긍정적인 구전커뮤니케이션을 기대한다면 정부조직에 대한 상호통제성, 만족, 신뢰도를 향상시키는 노력이 필요하다.

        도시가스 사업장 근로자에 대한 안전커뮤니케이션, 안전침묵 동기와 침묵행동 사이의 영향관계

        One of the key factors of a safe workplace is to communicate with the workers about safety. For this, natural gas workplace is developing and operating related programs or communication activities. But, if there are silence behavior of the workers on the safety issues in this process, no positive outcomes could be expected for the workplace. The purpose of this study is to examine how safety silence motives, silence behavior, and safety communication influence each other. A total of 233 questionnaires based on the workers of natural gas workplace (in Seoul and Gyeonggi) were analyzed. The confidence analysis is to check consistency of the questions, analysis of the correlations between factors, and regression analysis to verify the hypotheses. As a result, the safety silence motives affected safety communication more seriously than the silence behavior did. Safety communication influenced safety silence motives more significantly than the silence behavior. The safety silence motives can be one of the reasons for safety communication to fail, and it was confirmed that a good safety communication does not necessary mean that there is no safety silence motivation. Based on such results, it is expected that improving and developing the safety communication activities of the workplace, it would improve safety in workplace in general. 안전한 사업장을 만들기 위한 핵심 요소 중 하나는 근로자들이 안전 문제에 대해 활발하게 소통하는 것이다. 이를 위해 도시가스 사업장에서는 관련 프로그램이나 커뮤니케이션 활동 등을 개발 및 운영하는데 노력하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 노력의 과정에서 안전 문제에 근로자들의 침묵행동이 발생할 경우, 사업장 안전관리 향상에 긍정적 변화를 기대하기 어려울 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 ○○ 도시가스 사업장(서울 및 경기지역) 근로자 233명을 대상으로 안전침묵 동기, 침묵행동과 안전커뮤니케이션 사이에 영향관계를 조사하고자 관련 설문지를 개발하여 분석하였다. 설문 문항의 일관성을 확인하고자 신뢰도 분석, 각 요인의 영향 변인 간 상관분석 및 가설 검증에 대한 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 안전침묵 동기가 침묵행동보다 안전커뮤니케이션에 그리고 안전커뮤니케이션이침묵행동보다 안전침묵 동기에 높은 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 안전침묵 동기가 안전커뮤니케이션이 잘 안 되는 이유 중 하나라 해석할 수 있다. 또한, 안전커뮤니케이션이 잘 된다고 하여 안전침묵 동기가 존재하지 않는 것이아니라는 것도 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사업장의 안전 관련 커뮤니케이션 활동을 개선하고, 개발한다면 사업장 내 안전을 전체적으로 향상시키는 데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

        모바일 의사소통 만족에 영향을 미치는 사회적 능력 요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 모바일 의사소통 욕구 만족에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인을 규명하기 위해 시작되었다. 연구를수행하기 위해서 2-요인 모형을 기반으로 연구모형을 수립하고 실증적으로 분석했다. 분석 결과, 2개의 의사소통 만족을 촉진하는 요인은 의사소통 만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로나타났다. 반면, 의사소통 억제 요인으로 제시한 부끄러움과 모바일 의사소통 두려움은 모바일 의사소통만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 2개의 의사소통 만족 촉진 요인은 의사소통 만족에직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않았지만, 의사소통 억제 요인을 통해 간접적으로 의사소통 만족에 영향을 미치는것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과에서 중요한 것은 대면 소통을 선호하는 사람들과 비대면을 선호하는 사람들, 또는 비대면사회적 기술이 뛰어난 사람과 대면 사회적 능력이 뛰어난 사람들은 모바일 의사소통 상황에서 대면과는다른 반응을 보일 수 있다는 점을 실증 분석을 통해 규명했다는 점이다. Research Purpose: This study is trying to identify factors that can influence the satisfaction of mobile communication needs. Research Methods: In order to conduct the research, a research model was established based on the 2-factor model and empirically analyzed by using data. Results in Research: As a result of the analysis, we found that the two communication satisfaction enablers did not have a significant effect on communication satisfaction. On the other hand, it was found that shyness and (mobile) communication apprehension, proposed as communication inhibitors, had a significant effect on mobile communication satisfaction. Also, the two communication satisfaction drivers did not directly influence communication satisfaction, but they did effect on communication satisfaction via communication inhibitors. Research Conclusion: It is important to note that people who prefer face-to-face (FtF) communication and those who prefer non-face-to-face communication, or those with excellent non-face-to-face social skills and people with high face-to-face social skills, are able to communicate through mobile communication. Suggestion in Research: The fact that it can show a different reaction from face-to-face in a situation is an important significance discovered through empirical analysis. The conclusions and implications are discussed the final section.

        치위생학과 학생의 성취동기 및 행복지수가 의사소통능력에 미치는 요인

        Objectives: This study was conducted to find out the factors influencing motivation and happiness index on communication ability for students in dental hygiene. Methods: The purpose of this study was to explain the purpose and method of study to the 172 detntal hygiene students in Area G. Independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Tukey test post-test were used for achievement motivation, happiness index, and communication ability according to general characteristics. The correlation between achievement motivation, happiness index, and communication ability was analyzed by Pearson s correlation test. Factors affecting communication ability were performed using stepwise multiple regression. Results: Significant positive correlation was found in achievement motivation and happiness index. The higher the achievement motivation and happiness index, the higher the communication ability. The factors influencing communication ability were achievement motivation, life satisfaction, and positive affect. Conclusions: The higher the achievement motivation and happiness index, the higher the ability to communicate. It is considered that it is necessary to develop various educational programs that can improve communication skills.

        스피치 수업에서 학습자-교수자 간 상호작용 양상과 수업 참여 관계 분석

        This study aims to explore the relationship between students" interaction with instructor and their participation in the speech class. Previous studies have focused on students" interaction with instructor and their class involvement respectively, using diverse variables, therefore we could predict their close relationship by making use of 4 variables such as "socio-communicative orientation", "communication motives", "students" propensity to ask questions" and "communication apprehension". Despite the importance of so-called "good teaching" in college, few domestic studies have dealt with its components from an integrated perspective. This study was conducted with 120 engineering students taking the course of 《Presentation and Debate Skills》in the college of engineering at Pusan National University. Our findings showed that firstly, there were a positive correlation between students" "socio-communicative orientation" and "communication motives", and a positive correlation between students" "socio-communicative orientation" and "propensity to ask questions". Secondly, there was no correlation between students" "socio-communicative orientation" and "communication apprehension". Third, we found a positive correlation between "communication motives" and "propensity to ask questions". Finally, there was no correlation between "propensity to ask questions" and "communication apprehension". Based on these findings, several ways to ameliorate the students" class participation were suggested in detail.

        프랑스어 학습자의 학습동기를 위한 효과적인 교수전략 방안

        Motivation is a kind of internal drive that encourages somebody to pursue a course of action and it is a key factor in successful language learning. This study tries to identify the types of motivation and investigate the motivational intensity present among Korean students of French and then to present the effective teaching strategies based on the results of the survey. The results showed that, first, there exist three most influential motivational types: instrumental, importance, communication; second, with regard to the motivational intensity, it may be that the instrumental aspects of foreign language learning motivation are salient. La motivation est comparable à une réserve d'encouragement qui pousse quelqu'un à poursuivre un programme d'action, c'est un facteur clef dans l'apprentissage réussi des langues. Cette étude tente d'identifier les types de motivations et d'enquêter sur l'intensité de ces dernières parmi les étudiants coréens en français, puis de présenter des stratégies d'enseignement efficaces basées sur les résultats de cette enquête. Les résultats ont montré que, premièrement, qu'il se détache trois sortes de motivation, la motivation instrumentale, l'importance et la communication. En deuxième lieu, en ce qui concerne l'intensité de la motivation, il se peut que les aspects de motivation de l'apprentissage de la langue étrangère soient saillants pour les élèves.

        초등학교 무용 교사의 상호소통방식과 학생의 수업참여 간의 관계 : 자기결정동기의 매개효과

        This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of self-determined motivation on the relationship between the communication style of elementary dance teachers and students’ class participation. Data were collected from elementary school students (n=316) participating in dance classes in Seoul using a cross-sectional design. Statistical analyses including frequency analysis, descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis were performed using SPSS and AMOS 21.0. To test the research hypothesis, bootstrap analysis using the PROCESS Macro program was conducted. As a result of the study, firstly the autonomy-supportive communication style of dance teachers was found to have a positive static effect on autonomous motivation while having a negative effect on controlled motivation. In addition, the controlling communication style was found to have a positive static effect only on controlled motivation. Second, both autonomy-supportive and controlling communication styles of dance teachers were found to have a positive static effect on students’ class participation. finally, it was confirmed that there is a mediating effect of autonomous motivation in the relationship between autonomy-supportive communication style and class participation. These results suggest that the autonomy-supportive communication style of elementary dance teachers can not only serve as a starting point for students’ class participation, but also enhance and develop students’ self-determined motivation leading to more active engagement in the classroom.

        Das Problem der Motivation im DaF-Unterricht in Korea

        Motivation is one of the key points in successful learning of a foreign language. There are two key types; intrinsic motivation as well as extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation is the self-desire to learn a subject or hear a language, extrinsic motivation refers to positive motivation and progressive results from other people, especially the teacher. The main goal of this study is to determine the relationship between intrinsic motivation and how it provides more learning-influence which, in turn, provides a better level of language learning for students. Contrary to these findings, the Korean educations system places greater emphasis on grading, tests and the hierarchy of universities and subjects; all of which have a large extrinsic impact on students. Within the field of foreign language education, more emphasis needs to be placed on better quality teaching curriculum rather than on verifiable results. It is, for example, for foreign companies more important to hire people with strong communication skills and motivation than with diffuse excellent test scores.

        The Role of Safety Silence Motives to Safety Communication and Safety Participation in Different Sectors of Small and Medium Enterprises Investigation Results on Two Kinds of Industries in Indonesia

        Background: A number of accidents have occurred in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Efforts in reducing accidents have been undertaken through the implementation of safety behaviors. Unfortunately, few studies have examined motives behind unsafe behaviors, such as safety silence motives. This study aimed to observe the motives underlying safety behaviors, namely safety silence motive (SSM) (SSM-relation, SSM-climate, SSM-issue, and SSM-job) and to evaluate the effect of SSM and safety communication on safety participation in different industrial sectors and scales. Materials and Methods: Eighty workers from two industrial sectors and scales of SMEs were involved. They were instructed to fill out a set of questionnaires. A five-Likert scale was used to respond. An independent t test was applied to find any significant differences. The partial least square-structural equation modeling for multigroup was used to develop a model on relations among the variables. Results: The results showed that SSM scores were high in SMEs, and the scores were different across industrial sectors and scales. SSM had a negative influence on safety communication, and safety communication positively influenced safety participation. Conclusion: The study of SSM, safety communication, and safety participation in different sectors and scales should be separated in SMEs.

        국내 대학 교직원의 영어활용능력과 영어학습동기가 문화간 의사소통능력에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

        This study explored university faculty and staff members’ English proficiency and English learning motivation on their intercultural communication. To accomplish this research purpose, research questions are constructed as follows. First, what are the English literacy skills, motivation to learn English, and intercultural abilities according to the faculty and staff’s background? Second, what is the correlation between faculty and staff’s English literacy, motivation to learn English, and their intercultural communication skills? Third, how much influence does the ability to use English and the motivation to learn English exert on intercultural communication skills? Questionnaires and surveys were conducted from 110 staffs and 43 faculty members. The SPSS statistics was used for data analysis. The findings of data analysis showed that university staff and faculty’s English literacy skills and motivation to learn English significantly influence their intercultural communication ability. Implications of the findings and suggestions for further study were also discussed
