        4년제 간호대학(과) 간호관리학 실습교육의 현황과 발전방향

        To describe the status on the education of the nursing management practice in college of nursing in Korea. Method: A descriptive survey research design was used. The participants were 47 of the college of nursing across the nation. The data were collected by mail from 15th August to 10th November, 2005. Result: The results are as follows : 1. In content analysis of teaching goals Nursing Management Process(n=66), management of environment, material and safety(n=16), Implication of Nursing Management Theory(n=16) were identified, 2, In 39 college of nursing, The education on Nursing Management Practice conducts 1-2 credits. Also in 41 college of Nursing, The credits on Nursing Management Practice were opened in senior grade, 3, the type of instructors of Nursing Management Practice were varied in Nursing Schools, 4. As teaching methods, conference (93.5%), ward assigned instruction (73.9%), case report (67.4%), practice report (63%), presentation (52.2%) were used. 5. The education on Nursing Management Practice was performed mainly in clinical nursing area. 6. In evaluation of the education on Nursing Management Practice, all colleges have used evaluation tools. Promptness, neatness, responsibility, sincereness etc. were founded in evaluation criteria in evaluation of the education on Nursing Management Practice. 7. A standardized evaluation tools included essential content of the education on Nursing Management Practice needs to be developed. Conclusion: The result of this study will contribute to improve the education on Nursing Management Practice and also proposing to develop standardized evaluation tools in evaluation of the education on Nursing Management Practice.

        COVID-19 상황에서 노인간호학 교내실습 교육이 간호대학생의 노인에 대한 태도, 노인을 대하는 행동, 노인간호 실천, 치매태도에 미치는 효과

        This is a single-group pre- and post-primitive experimental study, given the shift toward on-line and in-school nursing practice of geriatric nursing practice education due to the spread of COVID-19, to verify the effect of in-school nursing practice education on nursing students' attitude and behavior towards the elderly, geriatric nursing practice, and dementia attitude in nursing students. The subjects were 258 3rd grade students enrolled in Department of Nursing at K University who taking. The in-school nursing practice was conducted for 18 hours out of 90 hours of 2 credits in the geriatric nursing practice education, and was conducted from September 14, 2020 to December 28, 2020. The results showed that the behavior towards the elderly(t=3.16; p=.002), geriatric nursing practice (t=-6.91, p=.001), dementia attitude total score (t=-5.85, p<.001) and dementia attitude knowledge score(t=-7.22, p<.001) increased statistically significantly. But the attitude towards the elderly (t=3.22; p=.001) and dementia attitude social comfort score(t=-5.85; p<.001) did not show statistically significantly. Attitude towards the elderly was found to have significant correlations with behavior towards the elderly and geriatric nursing practice. These results suggested that the geriatric nursing in-school practice is effective to improve behavior towards the elderly, dementia attitude, and geriatric nursing practice. However, the negative consequences of attitudes toward the elderly are a matter to be considered in future program development. This study is significant in that it analyzed the effects of the in-school geriatric nursing practice as geriatric nursing practice progressed online and in-school and the results are expected to be used as basic data for the development and administration of curriculum for geriatric nursing in-school practice. 본 연구는 노인간호학 임상실습교육이 코로나바이러스 감염증-19의 확산으로 인해 노인간호학 임상실습이 온라인 및 교내 실습으로 전환됨에 따라 노인간호학 교내 실습이 간호대학생의 노인 태도, 노인에 대한 행동, 노인 간호 실천, 치매 태도에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 단일군 사전∙사후 원시 실험 연구이다. 교내 실습은 노인간호학 실습 2학점 90시간 중, 18시간 진행되었으며 2020년 9월 14일부터 2020년 12월 28일까지 시행되었다. 연구대상자는 K대학 간호학과 3학년 노인간호학 실습을 수강하는 학생 258명으로 하였다. 연구결과, 노인을 대하는 행동(t=3.16, p=.002), 노인 간호 실천(t=-6.91, p=.001), 치매 태도 총점(t=-5.85, p <.001), 치매 지식 소척도(t=-7.22, p <.001) 점수에서 통계적으로 유의하게 향상됨이 나타났으며, 노인 태도(t=-3.22, p= .001)와 치매 안정 소척도(t=-.91, p=.363)는 통계적으로 유의하게 나타났지 않았다. 노인 태도는 노인을 대하는 행동과 노인 간호 실천에 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며 치매 태도는 노인 간호 실천과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 따라서 노인간호학 교내 실습 후, 노인에 대한 행동, 치매 간호를 수행 시 태도, 노인 간호 실천에 대해서 효과적 교육이었음이 나타났다. 그러나 노인에 대한 태도의 부정적 결과는 차후 프로그램 개발 시 고려해야 할 문제이다. 본 연구는 노인간호학 실습이 온라인 및 교내 실습으로 진행되면서 교내 실습에 대한 효과를 분석하였다는 데에 의의가 있으며 노인간호학 교내 실습 개발 및 운영에 기초자료가 될 것을 기대한다.

        간호학생의 임상실습 스트레스와 간호전문직 자아개념이 임상실습 만족도에 미치는 영향

        This study aimed to examine nursing students' stress and satisfaction in clinical practice and self-concept of professional nursing, investigate correlations among the three variables. The participants were 436 nursing students. Collected data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe' test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis based on the SPSS 18.0 program. The subjects scored 3.50 points of full 5 on stress in clinical practice, 3.04 of full 5 on satisfaction in clinical practice, and 2.73 of full 4 on self-concept of professional nursing. Stress in clinical practice was significantly different according to age, gender, grade and satisfaction with the major. Satisfaction in clinical practice was significantly different according to satisfaction with the major, personality, interpersonal relationships, relationships with practice colleagues, meaning of nursing, and awareness and attitude of patients of nursing student. Self-concept of professional nursing was significantly different according to grade, application motivation, satisfaction with the major, health state, personality, interpersonal relationships, relationships with practice colleagues, meaning of nursing, and awareness and attitude of patients of nursing student. There were significant correlations between satisfaction in clinical practice and self-concept of professional nursing. Those findings that the higher satisfaction in clinical practice nursing students have, the higher self-concept of professional nursing becomes. The results should be reflected in the development of effective teaching for clinical practice. 본 연구에서는 간호학생이 임상 실습 시 받는 실습 스트레스, 실습 만족도를 살펴보고 전문직 자아개념과의 관계를 확인함으로써 임상실습 만족도를 향상시키고, 더 나아가 전공 만족도를 높이는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 G광역시에 소재하고 있는 3년제 간호학과 두 개교와 J도에 소재한 3년제 간호학과 1개교, G도에 소재한 3년제 간호학과 1개교, 모두 4개교에서 4주 이상의 임상실습 경험이 있는 2학년과 3학년 학생 436명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0program을 사용하여 기술통계, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과에서 임상실습 스트레스는 5점 만점에 3.5점으로 조정요인, 개인특성, 상황특성 순으로 나타났고, 임상실습 만족도는 3.04점으로 실습교과, 실습환경, 실습시간, 실습평가, 실습지도, 실습내용 순으로 나타났으며, 간호전문직 자아개념은 4점 만점에 2.73점으로 의사소통, 전문직실무, 만족감 순으로 나타났다. 간호전문직 자아개념과 임상실습 만족도는 유의한 정적인 상관관계를 나타냈다(r=.296, p<.001). 임상실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 간호전문직 자아개념과 간호학생에 대한 환자의 인식이었으며 총 설명력은 10%인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 간호학생의 임상실습 만족도를 높일 수 있는 중재방안의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.

        간호학생의 임상실습관련 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인

        본 연구는 간호학생의 임상실습관련 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 간호학생의 임상실습관련 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육과정, 교수학습법, 다양한 교과외 프로그램 등의 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 자료수집은 D 광역시 일 대학교의 간호학과 3,4학년 학생 중 자발적 참여에 서면 동의한 190명을 대상으로 2019년 11월 25일부터 동년 12월 10일까지 자가보고형 설문조사를 통해 이루어졌다. 변수의 측정을 위해 임상실습관련 자기효능감, 임상실습 교육환경, 간호과정 수행능력, 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감 측정도구를 사용하였으며 수집된 자료분석을 통해 대상자의 일반적 특성 및 그에 따른 임상실습관련 자기효능감의 차이, 각 변수의 수준 및 변수 간의 상관관계를 파악하였으며 다중회귀분석을 통해 임상실습관련 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 임상실습관련 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 핵심기본간호술 수행자신감, 간호과정 수행능력, 임상실습 교육환경, 임상실습만족도 순으로 나타났으며 이들 요인들의 임상실습관련 자기효능감에 대한 전체 설명력은 56.0%였다. 간호학생의 임상실습관련 자기효능감은 임상실습에서 자기 역할을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하며 임상수행능력을 향상시키는 중요한 요인이다. 따라서 임상실습관련 자기효능감에 대한 연구 결과의 축적을 통해 학교 및 실습기관에서 시행되는 임상실습 교육과정에서 간호학생의 자기효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 효과적인 프로그램이 개발되고 적용되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the self-efficacy related to clinical practice of nursing students. For the data collection, this study conducted the self-report survey targeting total 190 nursing students(third & fourth year) who filled out a written consent to voluntary participation, in a university of D metropolitan city, from November 25 to December 10, 2019. For the measurement of variables, this study used the measurement tools for self-efficacy related to clinical practice, clinical practice learning environment, nursing process competence, and confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance. Data were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson-correlation coefficient, and multiple regression. Through the multiple regression analysis, the factors having effects on the self-efficacy related to clinical practice were analyzed. The factors having effects on the self-efficacy related to clinical practice were confidence of core fundamental nursing skill performance, nursing process competence, clinical practice learning environment, and clinical practice satisfaction in order, and these factors explained 56.0% of the variance in the self-efficacy related to clinical practice of nursing students. The self-efficacy related to clinical practice of nursing students is an important factor that helps students efficiently perform their roles in clinical practice, and also improves their clinical performance ability. Therefore, it would be necessary to develop and apply effective programs that could enhance the self-efficacy of nursing students in the clinical practice curriculum of school and training institute, through the accumulation of research results on self-efficacy related to clinical practice.

      • Study on the Nursing Practice Programs of the Nurses in Small to Medium Sized Hospitals

        This study was to examine the conditions of nursing practice programs at small and medium-sized hospitals as well as the needs and levels of satisfaction among nurses. The subjects of study were 136 nurses working at the small and medium-sized hospitals in G Metropolitan City of J Province. The data collection period was one month in November 2010, and this data was analyzed using SPSS Program Ver. 19.0 ver. descriptive statistics, Independent T-Test, ANOVA, Duncan Post-Hoc Test, and correlation. Regarding needs, nurses responded that nursing practice programs are most necessary for nursing practice at the professional level, but they had difficulty in receiving nursing practice programs due to their hectic work schedules, and they thought that one hour per month is enough time to spend on nursing practice programs. There were subjects who thought that the nursing practice programs contribute to the provision of quality nursing, utilizing specific skills, developing expertise and supplementing education. There were significant differences in the responses of the subjects. In terms of general attributes, accommodation of and satisfaction levels regarding nursing practice programs were of an adequate level and nurses were overall satisfied with their current position in their careers. The total time elapsed since embarking on their nursing careers was under 1 year, and this seemed to have significant effects on the subjects in that they responded by saying that they could grow as the professionals due to being satisfied with their careers in nursing. Satisfaction levels regarding accommodation and content of nursing practice programs appeared to correlate with quantity. Accommodation was significant to satisfaction regarding practical training.

      • Nursing education, practice and research in Korea

          Purpose: Korea is one of very fast-changing countries in economy, life style and health problems. This article explores the current situation of Korea first, and then nursing education, nursing practice, nursing research, nursing informatics and expansion of nursing territory and entrepreneurship in Korea will be presented. Finally, this article explores some points for the future of Korean nursing. Method: The literatures related to Korean nursing were reviewed in terms of nursing education, practice and research. Result: There are two types of basic nursing education program, 63 three-year programs and 53 four-year programs. ANPs authorized by the MOHW of Korea is 11 fields. 86.7% of KNA nurses work for hospital & clinic, 3.5% work for national public health care system, and 2.0% of them work as nurse practitioners who can write out prescription at public health center in rural areas. Nurses agree that a gap still exists between research and practice. Nurses do not use research as often as they could. In accordance with the social demand, field of nursing is expanded to hospice, parish nursing, community-based nursing center, nursing for prison, health promotion, etc. Conclusion: According to the understanding of nursing education, practice, research, nursing informatics, expansion of nursing territory and entrepreneurship in Korea, we can imagine the future of Korean nursing. First is unification of nursing education system to four-year program. Second is making Nursing Practice Act as a separate law which is included in the Medical Practice Act now. Third is increase of the entrepreneurship of nurses. In addition to these, globalization, localization, contribution to ubiquitous health, and strong leadership should be considered for the future of Korean nursing.

        온택트 시대의 시뮬레이션 간호실습교육 : 혼합방법 사례연구

        본 연구의 목적은 비대면 온라인 시뮬레이션 간호실습을 탐색하는 것이다. 시뮬레이션 간호실습은 대면 교내 실습수업이나 코로나19로 인해 비대면 온라인 실습수업으로 변경되어 2020년 1학기에 15주 동안 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 성인간호학 교과목의 시뮬레이션 간호실습모듈을 개발하여 학생들이 인식하는 시뮬레이션 수업 설계에 대해 조사하였고, 간호학생을 대상으로 비대면 온라인 시뮬레이션 간호실습을 적용하였다. 학습에 대한 만족도와 자신감, 몰입 정도는 온라인 설문지를 사용하여 정량적 자료를 학습경험은 수업 종료 후 3명으로 구성된 4개의 포커스그룹을 대상으로 ZOOM을 활용한 온라인 면담 내용과 학생들이 기술한 디브리핑 일지 내용을 포함한 정성적 자료를 2020년 7월에 수집하였다. 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구와 포커스그룹 면담을 수행한 질적연구를 혼합한 사례연구이다. 연구대상자는 비대면 온라인 시뮬레이션 간호실습을 경험한 간호학과 4학년 학생 12명이다. 연구 결과, 성인간호학 시뮬레이션 간호실습모듈의 설계는 5점 만점에 4.78점으로 높게 나타나 학생들은 시뮬레이션 모듈에 중요한 특성이 반영되었다고 인식하고 있었다. 비대면 온라인 시뮬레이션 간호실습에 참여한 학생들의 학습에 대한 만족도는 5점 만점에 4.83점, 자신감은 4.87점, 몰입은 4.66점으로 높게 나타났다. 학습 경험은 2개의 중심주제와 5개의 하위주제가 도출되었으며 학생들은 “온라인 실습으로 실제와 유사한 환자 간호를 학습함”을 경험한 것으로 나타났다. 학생들은 비대면 온라인 시뮬레이션 간호 실습 중 실시간 화상회의 플랫폼을 통한 수업으로 임상과 유사한 환자 간호 경험을 할 수 있었고, 특히 시나리오 읽기를 통해서 간호사 역할을 체험한 점과 간호 실습 물품으로 간호 술기를 교수자의 시범에 따라 학습한 점이 비대면 간호 실습 방법 중에 가장 유용하였다고 진술하였다. 따라서 포스트 코로나 시대를 맞이하는 현재, 현실성 있는 비대면 온라인 간호실습모듈을 개발하고 그 효과를 지속적으로 평가해 나가야 할 것이다. The new coronavirus infectious disease has shifted university education to online classes. Ontact is a concept that adds connection to untact, which means non-face-to-face, and denotes communication using online connection while minimizing face-to-face contact. The purpose of this study is to explore non-face-to-face simulated nursing practice. In this study, simulated nursing practice modules for adult nursing subjects were developed, simulation designs perceived by students were evaluated, and online simulated nursing practice was adopted in nursing training. In July 2020, online surveys were employed in the research to collect quantitative data; after class, the learning experience was assessed using ZOOM in four focus groups consisting of three people each. Qualitative data were collected through an analysis of the online interviews used, with the contents of the debriefing diary written by the students. This work is a case study that mixes descriptive research and qualitative research supplemented with focus group interviews. The participants were 12 senior nursing students who were trained in online simulated nursing practice. In the study, the design for simulated nursing practice module appeared high with 4.78 points out of 5 points. Furthermore, the students recognized that the simulation modules reflected important characteristics. Those who participated in the online simulated nursing practice had a high satisfaction level of 4.83, a confidence level of 4.87, and a flow level of 4.66. The learning experience was derived from two core themes and five subthemes, with learning patient nursing similar to the real world through online training proving to be the one that students assimilated. In the online simulation training, the students were familiarized with a nurse’s roles and they were able to have a clinical know-how of patient care through a real-time video conferencing platform. In particular, students stated that scenario readings and nursing skills practicing were the most useful non-face-to-face nursing practice methods. Therefore, realistic online simulated nursing practice modules should be developed and their effectiveness should be continuously evaluated.

        Clinical Nursing Instructors’ Teaching Efficacy and Nursing Students’ Clinical Practice Satisfaction

        임상실습이 최적의 학습상황이 될 수 있도록 임상실습지도자의 교수효능감과 간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도를 파악 하고 이들의 관계를 확인해 보다 나은 임상실습을 위해 효율적인 간호교육의 운영방안을 융복합적 차원에서 모색하고자 수 행하였다. 임상실습지도자의 교수효능감과 간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도를 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 일반적 특 성에 따른 교수효능감의 차이를 측정하여 분석한 결과 연구대상자의 학력, 직급, 임상경력, 임상지도경력이 높을수록 교수효 능감이 높게 나타났다. 교수효능감의 평균평점은 3.77±0.89 이며, 하위요인 중에서는 임상술기지도효능감이 3.97±0.93으 로 가장 높았다. 간호학생이 임상실습 만족도를 측정하여 분석한 결과 연구대상자의 임상실습 만족도는 최대 5점 중 평균평 점은 3.69±0.46이며, 하위요인을 살펴보면, 실습교과 3.98±0.60로 가장 높았다. 임상실습지도자의 교수효능감과 간호대 학생의 임상실습 만족도는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다(r=0.13, p=.749). 임상실습현장에서 고연령, 풍부한 임상경력, 높은 교육수준을 가진 임상실습지도자의 교수효능감이 높았다. 학생들은 실습만족도 중 교과운영과 실습지도에 대한 만족도가 높았다. 간호학생들의 실습만족도를 높이기 위해서 임상현장에서는 교수효능감 뿐 아니라 실습만족도를 높일 수 있는 여러 요인들을 함께 개선해 나가길 바란다. To determine clinical nursing instructors' teaching efficacy, students' clinical practice satisfaction, and confirm between correlation, and develop a plan for operating nursing education efficiently for clinical practice. Clinical practice could create an optimal learning situation. We applied CNITEs and CPS to measure clinical nursing instructor teaching efficacy and clinical practice satisfaction. The differences in teaching efficacy by the general characteristics were measured and analyzed; the higher the level of the participants' education, position, clinical career, and clinical teaching career, the higher their teaching efficacy. The higher the age at clinical practice, the higher the clinical efficacy of clinical practitioners with clinical career and higher education level students were more satisfied with the practice subject and nursing instruction than other categories. Therefore, in order to increase the satisfaction of nursing students' practice in the clinical field, we hope to improve various things that can be used not only teaching efficacy but also in clinical practice satisfaction.

        종합병원 간호사의 노인간호 스트레스와 노인간호수행과의 관계에서 공감과 회복 탄력성의 조절된 조절효과

        Purpose: This study aimed to investigate whether empathy and resilience moderate the relationship between geriatric care-related stress and geriatric nursing practice among secondary hospital nurses. Methods: Data were collected from three secondary hospitals in J province from July 20, 2022, to August 10, 2022. Nurses with at least three months of employment were convenience sampled, and a structured questionnaire was used. A total of 218 questionnaires were included in the analysis. The collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 software. Results: Geriatric nursing practice was significantly positively correlated with geriatric carerelated stress, empathy, and resilience. Empathy moderated the effects of geriatric care-related stress on geriatric nursing practice, and this moderating effect was re-moderated by resilience (moderated moderation effect). In other words, nurses with high resilience and empathy tended to show stronger geriatric nursing practice even with elevated geriatric care-related stress. Conversely, nurses with high resilience and low empathy tended to show weaker geriatric nursing practice with increasing geriatric care-related stress. Conclusion: These results highlight the need for multilateral efforts to reduce nurses’ stress related to geriatric care and enhance their empathy and resilience, ultimately promoting geriatric nursing practice. This study has important implications for nursing practice. Specifically, it is the first to confirm a moderated moderation effect of empathy and resilience on the relationship between geriatric care-related stress and geriatric nursing practice among nurses. Subsequent studies should identify whether other factors moderate the relationship between geriatric care-related stress and geriatric nursing practice.

        아동간호실습 운영형태에 따른 간호학생의 임상실습수행도 및 실습만족도

        Purpose: This study was conducted to explore clinical practice performance according to type of practice in students in pediatric nursing and the relationship with satisfaction of clinical practice. Methods: The subjects consisted of 531 nursing students (307 at a pediatric ward and 224 at a nursery) from 5 colleges of nursing. Data collected from March to June 2012 were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, AVONA and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Clinical practice performance on direct nursing activity was significantly different according to the course on pediatric nursing, grade point average, and satisfaction of nursing major. Observation practice was different according to type of college, the course on pediatric nursing, grade point average, duration of practice and clinical educator in the pediatric ward. In the nursery, direct nursing activity was significantly different according to the type of college, the course on pediatric nursing, hospital type, and duration of practice. Observation practice was different according to type of college, satisfaction of a nursing major, and the clinical educator. In addition, significant correlations were found between clinical practice performance and satisfaction of clinical practice. Conclusion: Our research can assist effective pediatric nursing practice planning for nursing students.
