        직장인 성인 여성의 건강 체력과 심리적 요인 증진을 위한 리듬체조 운동프로그램의 효과

        This study is aimed at verifying the effectiveness of health and psychological factors by applying a rhythmic gymnastics exercise program to adult women who work. The 12th rhythmic gymnastics exercise program was applied to a total of 30 people, 15 in each exercise group and control group, and pre- and post-mortem evaluation of psychological factors such as physical composition, flexibility, muscle endurance, and physical self-awareness. First, rhythmic gymnastics exercise programs affect positive changes in body composition by improving the skeletal muscle mass and reducing body fat rates of adult working women. In addition, it showed an effect on health and physical strength by improving muscle endurance and flexibility. Second, the rhythmic gymnastics exercise program showed a positive change in the physical self-awareness and self-esteem of adult working women. The health and psychological factors of adult women in office were improved to verify the effectiveness of rhythmic gymnastics exercise programs. In order to popularize and revitalize rhythmic gymnastics exercise, programs should be continuously developed and distributed, and research on effectiveness verification should be conducted accordingly.
