국어 교과서의 영역 간 통합 구성에 대한 초등교사의 인식 조사

이 연구는 새 국어 교과서의 영역 간 통합 구성에 대한 초등학교 교사들의 인식을 조사하는 데 목적이 있다. 2011 국어과 교육과정은 국어 교육 영역 간의 통합을 본격적으로 시도하고 있다. 교육과정의 가치는 교과서에 물리적으로 반영되며, 실제 국어 수업을 수행하는 교사들은 교과서에 반영된 내용을 토대로, 나름의 교육적 의의를 부여하여 가르치게 된다. 따라서 국어 교과서의 내용을 교사들이 바르게 인식하고 있는지를 살피는 것은 교육과정이 다루고 있는 국어 교육 영역 간의 통합이 효과적으로 실현되기 위한 필수 요건이다. 이 연구는 교사가 새 국어 교과서의 영역 간 통합 구성의 특성을 어떻게 수용하고 있는지, 영역 간 통합적인 국어 수업의 실제 사용 맥락을 효과적으로 반영하기 위해서 교과서는 무엇을 지향해야 하는지를 면밀히 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 2014년 5월 7일∼5월 12일까지 전국 초등학교 1∼4학년 담임 교사 169명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 설문 내용은 초등교사들이 가지고 있는 국어 교과서관, 국어 교과서 영역 간 통합의 성격, 통합 구성 원리, 통합 구성의 효과성, 지향해야 할 통합 지도, 영역 간 통합을 위한 국어 교과서의 보완점 등을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 초등학교 교사들의 인식을 조사한 결과, 효과적인 통합 지도를 위해서는 교육과정이 개발되는 시기부터 즉, 교육 과정의 내용을 마련할 때 영역 간 통합의 내용이 구체적으로 마련되는 것이 중요하다는 교사들의 인식을 확인할 수 있었다. 또 현장 교사들이 지적해 준 바와 같이 영역 간 통합 지도는 학습 과제와 학습 활동이 유기적으로 결합되었을 때 진정한 통합 지도가 이루어질 수 있다는 사실을 확인하였다. This study aimed to investigate elementary school teachers' beliefs on the Integration of contents from other domain in Korean language textbooks. The 2011 revision curriculum emphasis integration with several sections of the Korean language curriculum. The korean language textbook is understood differently according to the actual elementary school teachers' beliefs. So to find out various aspects of teacher's understanding about korean language textbook, I analyzed survey responses of elementary school teacher who used the textbook which were collected during the May. 7 ~ May 12, 2014. I analyzed the various aspects of teacher's understanding about korean language textbook according to the korean textbook's viewpoint, system, the nature of the Integration , Organizing principle of the Integration, effect of the Integration, instruction of instruction. According to the this study results, the efficiently integral instruction has to be considered in the development stages of the curriculum and korean language textbook in order to perform efficiently the Integration of contents from other domains So It is necessary to analyze of elementary teacher's understanding about korean language textbook, to find out efficiently instruction methods on integration of contents from other domains.

「2011 국어과 교육과정」에 근거한 국어사 단원 구성

본고는 ?2011 국어과 교육과정?에 근거하여 선택 교육과정인 국어 교과목 『국어Ⅱ』의 국어사 단원을 구성하려는 목적에서 출발하였다. 그리하여 국어사 단원 구성의 근거를 ‘영역 간의 연계성, 영역 내의 위계성, 탐구력을 바탕으로 한 이해력과 창의력 신장’으로 설정하였다. ‘영역 간의 연계성’에 의해서는 [독서]와 통합 단원을 구성하였고, 이를 위해 한글 편지를 단원 제재로 선정하였다. 이는 두 영역이 추구하는 목표와 내용을 동시에 고려하는 한편 교수ㆍ학습 활동에서 ‘탐구력을 바탕으로 이해력과 창의력을 신장할 수 있겠다는 생각에서였다. 다음으로 ‘영역 내의 위계성’에 의해서는 ‘국어의 변천과 발전 방향’, ‘한글의 가치와 사랑’을 아우르는 단독 단원을 구성하였다. 이때 전자의 내용은 교수ㆍ학습 활동에서 ‘문장과 담화의 변천에 대한 이해’를 중심으로 하고, 그 외의 ‘음운’과 ‘의미’ 등은 정리부의 ‘보충’ 과정에서 학습하는 것으로 구성하였다. 그럼으로써 현대 문법의 ‘문장과 담화 표현에 대한’ 이해와의 위계 관계를 보이기 위함이었다. The purpose of this study is to construct the units of Korean Language History in the Korean Language 2 of elective curriculum based on 2011 Korean Language Education Curriculum. To fulfill this purpose, this study first examines the objectives of education, contents structure, and lesson plans which 2011 Korean Language Education Curriculum pursues. As a result, this study establishes the basis of Korean Language History unit structure as ‘the connection between the fields, the hierarch within the field, the enhancement of comprehensibility and creativity based on inquiry skills.’ From the connection between the fields component, the united unit with the “Reading” subject has been constructed, and for this, Korean letter has been selected as the subject of the unit. Based on this, objectives and the contents of two fields are considered simultaneously. On the other hands, comprehensibility and creativity is enhanced in the teaching-learning activity.
