상담전공 학부생의 상담실습 성찰일지 분석 : 내담자 경험을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 상담전공 학부생들의 상담실습으로의 내담자 경험을 성찰일지를 통해 살펴봄으로써 상담전공 학부생들의 내담자 경험에 대한 심층적인 이해를 제공하는 것에 있다. 이를 위하여 귀납적 방법의 질적연구방법을 사용하여 부산광역시에 소재한 D대학에서 ’청소년 심리 및 상담‘과목을 수강하며 상담실습으로의 내담자 경험을 한 상담전공 학부생 21명의 성찰일지를 분석하였다. 성찰일지는 주 1회, 50분, 총 5회기의 내담자 경험을 하며 각 회기별로 작성,제출되었다. 제출된 성찰일지를 상담의 진행과정에 따라 초기, 중기, 종결로 분류하고 각 과정 상의 유사한 범주들로 묶어 귀납적으로 분석한 결과 6개의 영역과 10개의 범주, 20개의 하위개념이 도출되었다. 연구결과는 내면의 갈등, 상담실습을 통한 개인의 성장, 상담실습 경험에 대한 느낌, 저항, 상담자로서의 성장에 대한 고민, 상담실습을 통한 성과로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 상담전공 학부생들의 내담자 경험에 대한 지각과 표현 및 내담자 경험을 통한 성장을 확인하였음에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to provide an in-depth understanding of counseling undergraduate students majoring in counseling’s client experiences by examining their experiences as clients in counseling practicum through reflective journals. For this purpose, the reflective journals of 21 undergraduate students majoring in counseling who gained client experience through counseling practicum while taking the 'Adolescent Psychology and Counseling' course at D University in Busan using an inductive method of qualitative research were used as analysis data. Reflective journals were written and submitted for each of the five sessions, which took place once a week for 50 minutes. The submitted reflective journals were classified into initial, middle, and final stages according to the progress of the counseling process, and were analyzed inductively by grouping similar categories within each stage. As a result, 6 classifications, 10 categories, and 20 sub-categories were emerged: <Inner conflic>, <Personal growth through counseling practicum>, <Feelings about counseling practicum experience>, <Resistance>, <Concerns about personal growth as a counselor>, <Achievements through counseling practicum>. This study has implications significant in confirming the perception and expression of counseling undergraduate students majoring in counseling’s client experiences and the growth through client experiences.

예비전문상담교사의 교육실습 경험에 관한 연구: 현상학적 접근

본 연구는 예비전문상담교사로서 상담전공 학부생의 교육실습 경험에 관한 의미를 드러내는 것을목적으로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 부산․경남 지역에서 교육실습에 참여한 6명을 대상으로 2022년 7월19일부터 2022년 8월 31까지 심층면담을 진행하여 수집한 자료를 Giorgi(1985)의 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 7개의 구성요소와 18개의 하위구성요소가 도출되었다. 7개의 구성요소는 ‘실습을 앞두고 설렘과 기대, 그리고 긴장과 불안을 경험’, ‘교육실습을 위해 여러 가지 준비와노력을 함’, ‘학생들에게서 오는 관심과 사랑’, ‘교육실습의 내용에 불만을 느낌’, ‘상담에 대한 학생들의 부정적인 인식을 알게 됨’, ‘학생들을 더 수용하게 됨’, ‘진로정체감이 강화됨’으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 학부생의 전문상담교사 교육실습 경험을 살펴 교육실습생, 대학과 교수, 실습학교의 지도교사가 교육실습과 관련하여 고려할 시사점을 제공하고 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the experience of counseling practice. The interview data of 19 college students were analyzed by consensual qualitative research(CQR). Results indicated that students could be expected to learn better about the counseling and enhanced effective counseling skills. They are experienced different challenges, depending on the stage of practice. So, they have no energy to do, but changed in perspective for counseling and the experience of self-reflection. They also described positive experiences which they recognized that counselor is professional. Implications of the findings are discussed, along with the limitations and suggestions for further research. 본 연구는 예비상담자인 대학생들의 상담실습 경험을 질적 분석을 통해 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위하여 상담실습 수업을 들은 대학생 19명을 대상으로 합의에 의한 질적 방법(CQR)을 사용하여 분석 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생들은 상담수행능력의 향상을 기대하면서 실습과목에 임했다. 이들은 실습과정 전반에 걸친 어려움 외에 실습단계에 따라 각기 다른 어려움을 경험하며 의욕이 상실 되기도 하였으나 상담실습을 통하여 상담에 대한 관점의 변화와 자기성찰의 경험을 하게 되었다. 또한, 상담을 전문직으로 재인식하게 된 점을 긍정적인 경험으로 기술하였다. 끝으로 본 연구 결과를 논의하였으며 본 연구의 함의와 한계 및 후속연구에 대한 제안점을 기술하였다.

스포츠 심리상담사 수련생이 경험하는 상담과정에 관한 현상학적 연구

Purpose: this study was to gain a full understanding of the experiences of sports counselor trainees during counseling training. For this purpose, this study explored the experiences and the meaning of counselors’ development. Methods: A phenomenological study was utilized and 6 participants who had several experiences of sports counseling were selected for the study. 3 categories, 8 subcategories, and 24 subjects were derived from in depth interviews and focus group interview. Data were analyzed based on the open coding, axial coding, and selective coding procedure of phenomenological theory. Results: First, trainees were motivated to introduce psychological skills to athletes, at the same time they were worried about immaturity of themselves as counselors. Second, trainees faced the difficulties of reality such as doubts about the effectiveness of counseling, differences between on-site and lectures. Also, trainees should apply different counseling techniques depending on the speciality of sport. Third, trainees grew through a variety of experiences as sport counselors. They preached the importance of sport counseling to the organizations such as professional teams and schools. Conclusion: Trainees developed their skills and professional counseling abilities through their training. This research may be used as basic data for counselors to adapt to sports setting, and to achieve better and professional counseling.
