사회복지학 전공 학생들의 내·외적 진로장벽과 사회복지 진로결정수준의 관계

본 연구는 사회복지학 전공 학생들이 지각한 내?외적 진로장벽이 사회복지 진로결정수준에 미치는 영향과 이 과정에서 진로포부가 매개효과를 가지는지를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 대구?경북지역의 4년제 대학 6곳에서 사회복지학을 전공하고 있는 대학생 478명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 사용하여 Baron & Kenny(1986)가 제시한 3단계 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 사회복지학 전공 학생들이 지각한 내적 진로장벽은 사회복지 진로결정수준에 직접적으로 부적인 영향을 미치는 동시에 진로포부를 매개로 하여 간접적으로도 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 사회복지학 전공 학생들이 지각한 외적 진로장벽은 사회복지 진로결정수준에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지는 않지만, 진로포부를 매개로 하여 간접적으로 부적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지학 전공 학생들이 사회복지분야로의 진로결정을 보다 확고하게 유지하고 발전시킬 수 있도록 돕기 위한 실천적 함의가 제시되었다. This study aims to verify the effects of internal and external career barriers perceived by students majoring in social welfare on social welfare career decision level and the mediating effects of career aspirations in this process. To attain the goal, a survey was conducted to 478 undergraduates majoring in Social Welfare at six four-year universities located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. Collected data were analyzed through 3-step regression analysis suggested by Baron & Kenny (1986) by using SPSS 12.0. According to the analysis result, internal career barriers perceived by students majoring in social welfare affect social welfare career decision level directly negatively, and at the same time, they exert indirect effects as well with career aspirations as mediation. And external career barriers perceived by students majoring in social welfare did not affect social welfare career decision level directly; however, they showed indirect, negative effects with career aspirations as mediation. Based on the study findings, a practical implication was presented that could help students majoring in social welfare maintain and develop social welfare career decisions more firmly.

사회복지실천론과 현장실습 교과목의 연계 모색 : 종합사회복지관 실습에 참여한 사회복지학전공 학생의 경험을 중심으로

사회복지학전공 학생들은 실습을 통해 학교에서 배운 이론을 현장에 적용시켜보며 사회복지사로서 자신의 가능성을 탐색하게 되므로 실습은 사회복지사로 성장하는데 기본적인 토대를 제공한다. 실천교육을 위한 대표적인 기초과목인 사회복지실천론은 실습 전에 필수적으로 이수해야 하는 선수과목으로서 성공적인 실습을 위해 매우 중요한 교과목이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 사회복지실천론과 현장실습 교과목의 연계를 위해 실천론수업에서 무엇을, 어떻게 가르쳐야 할 것인가에 대한 질문으로 시작되었다. 이에 대한답을 구하기 위해 서울지역 6개 종합사회복지관에서 실습을 완료한 사회복지학전공 학생 10명에 대해 6명, 4명으로 구분하여 각 1회씩 총 2차례의 초점집단인터뷰를 실시하고, thematic analysis 방법을 활용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 현장실습에서사회복지실천론의 적용, 실습을 통해 실천론 내용의 이해가 깊어짐, 사회복지실천론 수업과 현장의 간극, 사회복지실천론 교과목의 개선과 변화의 방향(사례를 통한 수업진행과 피드백, 현장의 흐름을 반영, 자기인식 및 자아성찰 추가, 가치갈등에 대한 해결연습등)의 4가지 주제가 도출되었다. 주요 분석결과를 바탕으로 이론과 실천의 통합을 위해사회복지실천론 수업에서 보완되어야 할 점, 실천론과 현장실습 교과목의 연계를 위한논의와 제언, 연구의 한계점 등을 제시하였다.

사회복지학전공 학생들의 실습인식과 사회복지현장실습 만족과의 관계연구 : 실습수퍼비전의 매개효과중심으로

The purpose of this study is to examine how social welfare field practicum perceptions of students participating in social welfare field practicum are related to social welfare field practicum satisfaction, and to continue to improve social welfare field practicum through social work supervision. The subjects of this study were 244 social welfare students. The data analysis method was Amos, which is a structural equation model program, to examine the correlation and fitness of practicum recognition, practicum supervision, and satisfaction with practicum. Therefore, the survey results are as follows. First, the relationship between social welfare practicum recognition, practicum supervision and practicum satisfaction showed a positive correlation. Second, the recognition of social welfare practicum had an indirect effect on the satisfaction of social welfare practicum. Third, social welfare practicum recognition has a mediating effect on the satisfaction of social work practicum through the practicum supervision. In conclusion, this study is meaningful in that it has mediated verification of the practicum supervision in relation to the practicum satisfaction of the social welfare field, which is changing in recent years. Much research will need to be done, including variables such as supervision. 본 연구는 사회복지현장실습에 참여하는 학생들의 사회복지학전공 실습인식이 사회복지 현장실습만족에 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 살펴보고, 사회복지실습수퍼비전을 통해 사회복지현장실습 향상을 지속하고자 하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 조사대상은 2018년 여름방학기간 7~8월에 실습한 244명의 사회복지학과 학생을 대상으로 9월에 조사를 진행하였으며, 자료분석방법은 구조방정식 프로그램인 Amos를 사용하여 실습인식, 실습수퍼비전, 실습만족과의 상관관계와 구조적합성을 살펴보았다. 본 조사결과는 첫째, 사회복지실습인식과 실습수퍼비전 그리고 실습만족과의 관계는 정적(+)인 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지실습 인식은 사회복지현장실습 만족에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지실습인식이 실습수퍼비전을 통해 사회복지현장실습 만족에 매개적 효과를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 본 연구는 최근 변화되고 있는 사회복지현장실습인식이 실습만족과의 관계에서 실습수퍼비전의 매개적 검증을 하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 사회복지현장실습을 위한 실습환경, 실습교육, 실습수퍼비전과 관련된 연구가 지속적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to explore and classify the types of social work students subjective perception on the decent job in Korea by using the q-methodology. 26 q-samples were adopted based on literature reviews and interviews with 28 students at department of social work of four universities in Seoul-Metropolitan areas. As results of analysis, types of subjective perception on the decent job by social work students in Korea were categorized into four: stability, self-realization, potentiality, and concrete benefit. It also explored attributes of each type of perception and delivered implications to prepare for better policies and educational services for social work students in Korea. 본 연구는 사회복지학(사회사업학) 전공 대학생의 좋은 일자리에 대한 인식을 Q 방법론을 통해 탐색하고, 유형화하며, 각 유형별 특성을 파악하고자 하였다. 최종 총 26개의 Q 표본과 28명의 P 표본에 대한 PC QUANL에 의한 분석결과, 이들의 좋은 일자리에 대한 인식 유형은 크게1) 안정성 추구형 2) 자아 실현형, 3) 미래 지향형 4) 복리후생 추구형의 4가지로 분류되었다. 본 연구에서는 각 유형별 특성을 제시하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 사회복지학 전공 대학생의 학습과 진로 지도 방안 등에 대한 논의를 진행하였다.
