의사소통 공간으로서 유아 참여적 벽면 전시의 교육적 가치에 대한 탐색

Objectives The purpose of this study is to explore the educational value of young children’s participatory wall displays in early childhood classrooms as a communication space Methods To this end, the literature was reviewed, on exhibition discourse in the field of art, which has made a systematic discourse on wall display of art works to emphasize communication and participation; and the discourse in the field of education to see classroom walls as a communication space. The review shows that the discourse of wall display attempted to break down the boundaries of space, time, relationship, and authority. Based on this content, the study explores the specific educational value of young children’s participatory wall display as a communication space in the early childhood classroom. Results As a result, the wall display in the early childhood classroom can be a place where various stories are mixed by breaking the boundaries of space, where the current interest and learning of young children continue through breaking the boundaries of time, and where children communicate through referencing reciprocally by breaking the boundaries of relationships; then, this become a public space where children's participation is activated through breaking down the boundaries of authority. Conclusions The result implies that the children’ participatory wall display can become a forum for public discussion within the classroom, suggest a new understanding of the children's classroom space, and help practicing the children-and-play-centered curriculum emphasized by the 2019 revised Nuri Curriculum. 목적 본 연구는 의사소통 공간으로서 유아 참여가 강조되는 벽면 전시에 대한 교육적 가치를 탐색하고자 하였다. 방법 이를 위해 소통과 참여를 지향하는 벽면 전시에 관한 체계적인 담론이 형성된 미술 분야의 전시 담론과 의사소통의 공간으로서교실 내 벽면 전시를 바라보는 교육 분야의 담론을 통해 소통과 참여를 강조하는 벽면 전시의 다양한 시도를 고찰하였다. 이러한 고찰내용을 바탕으로 의사소통 공간으로서의 벽면 전시는 공간, 시간, 관계, 권위의 경계 허물기를 시도했음을 밝히고, 이를 토대로 유아교실 내 의사소통의 장으로서 유아 참여적 벽면 전시가 갖는 구체적인 교육적 가치를 탐색하고자 한다. 결과 그 결과, 유아 교실 내 벽면 전시의 가치 및 방향은 공간의 경계 허물기를 통한 다양한 이야기가 혼재하는 곳, 시간의 경계 허물기를 통한 현재의 흥미와 배움이 끊임없이 이어지는 곳, 관계의 경계 허물기를 통한 상호참조를 통한 의사소통이 이루어지는 공간, 권위의 경계 허물기를 통한 유아의 참여가 활성화되는 대중적인 공간이 될 수 있음을 분석하였다. 결론 이러한 결과는 유아 참여적 교실 내 벽면 전시가 유아 교실 내 공론의 장이 될 수 있으며, 유아 교실 공간에 관한 새로운 이해를제시하며, 2019 개정 누리과정에서 유아⋅놀이 중심의 교육과정 실천에 도움이 될 수 있음을 시사한다.

In recent years, it clearly shows the tendency toward the utilization of daylight in many exhibitory buildings such as museum since the expectation of visitors for whom high illuminance levels are preferable to perceive the details of the works of art. Shading devices and special glazings are often used as the tool to control the amount of light and heat which should be avoided for the presentation of high-light sensitive art works such as paintings. Another wayofcontrolingthelightistoprovidethespacefor inducingandattenuatinglightintheexhibitorybuilding. This study aims to investigate the illuminance on the exhibitory space when the space for inducing and attenuating light is applied. Interaction between the daylight and the space was simulated by Lumen Micro program with variation of the size of the exhibitory space, the length of inner wall, surface reflectivity, area of windows to obtain the illumination of the wall surface. This study shows that those variables affect the illumination on the wall surfaces. By comparing the results with suggestive illumination of KS and ICOM, available wall for display on natura llighting are suggested for the seasons and time.
