공기업의 성과관리의 문제

본 연구는 관계적 접근으로 공기업의 성과관리의 새로운 방향성을 탐구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 성과인식의 오류, 성과관리의 방향성 오류의 원인을 평면적 미시성과개념에서 찾고, 입체성 속에서 본래적 성과를 위한 거대성과개념을 구성하였다. 그 결과 공기업의 새로운 성과관리의 방향성을 위하여 평면적 성과관리를 넘어 관계적 성과관리로서의 입체적 성과관리가 요청됨을 밝히는 동시에 제시하였다.

공기업의 총체적 물안전관리

본 연구는 관계적 접근으로 공기업의 총체적 물안전관리를 탐구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 총체적 물안전관리 명제를 설정하여 그것의 논리적 타당성을 확인하고, 공기업의 총체적 물안전관리의 방향성을 인식의 총체화, 제도의 총체화, 관리의 총체화에서 찾았다. 아울러 물안전관리의 열린 구조 속에서의 총체적 인식, 총체적제도, 총체적 관리의 방향성 관리의 중요성을 제안하였다.

연구논문 : 문화관리와 율곡제

본 연구는 관계적 접근으로 문화관리의 새로운 방향성을 탐구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 문화관리의 8가지 방향을 찾아 율곡제의 문화관리 가능성을 타진하였다. 그 결과 문화관리의 방향성의 중요성을 발견하고, 관리 방향을 제시하는 동시에 그것의 유용성을 확인하였다. This study aims to investigate a new directionality of culture management by ``The Relation-Approach``. For this, I probed the possibility of culture management of ``Yulgok Festival`` through traveling 8 directions of culture management. So, I found the importance of directionality of culture management, also suggested and identified the usefulness of management directions.

이동가능성과 기업전략의 방향성에 따른 핵심인재관리 모델

본 연구는 핵심인재관리에 있어서 보다 다각적이고 분석적인 의사결정을 위해 성과의 이동가능성이라는 측면과 전략적 방향성이라는 두 가지 측면으로 나누어 핵심인재관리를 효율적으로 하기 위한 네 가지 경우에서 최선의 방안을 위한 개념적 틀을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과 조직의 경영전략이 공격적이고 성과의 이동가능성이 큰 경우는 핵심인재관리는 외부지향성을 띄는 것이 보다 효과적이며, 조직의 경영전략이 방어적이고, 성과의 이동가능성이 적은 경우 내부육성에 초점을 맞추어야 더 효과적이라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 핵심인재 관리 시 고려해야 할 여러 사항을 제안함으로써 핵심인재관리를 통한 조직만의 경쟁적 우위를 획득하는데 기여하고자 한다.

영아 안전관리 및 교육에 관한 보육교사의 인식

This study was intended to examine childcare teachers' perceptions of infant safety management and education. A total of 14 individual interviews were conducted with 5 incumbents with 2-17 years of experience as childcare teachers. As a result of the study, the participating teachers considered infant safety as the most important task in childcare, and shared a sense of responsibility and duty for infant safety within the institution, but also had concerns and burdens that they had to take responsibility when an infant safety accident occurred. In addition, it was recognized that the repeated use of risk warning vocabulary is important in infant safety management and education, and in order to prevent and protect safety accidents in consideration of infant development characteristics, it is desirable to control and limit risky behavior in advance for safety management and education. Recognized. In addition, safety education for infants was recognized as effective safety education to be implemented through repetitive experiential activities such as basic life habit formation. In addition, it was said that it was applied as a difficulty in improving safety ability due to the lack of activity data related to infant safety education. Based on these research results, we discussed the educational meaning of improving teachers' expertise in safety education for infants, and proposed plans for the direction and method of safety management suitable for infant development. 본 연구는 영아 안전관리 및 교육에 관한 보육교사의 인식에 관해 살펴보고자 하였다. 보육교사 경력 2~17년차 현직 근무자 5명과 총 14회 개별 면담을 진행하였다. 연구결과 참여 교사들은 보육에서 영아 안전을 가장 중요한 업무로 생각하였고 기관 내에 영아 안전에 대한 책임감과 의무감을 공감하면서도 영아 안전사고가 발생 시 책임져야 한다는 걱정과 부담감을 지니고 있었다. 또한 영아의 안전관리 및 교육에 있어서 위험 경고 어휘의 반복 활용이 중요하다고 인식하였고, 영아의 발달 특성을 고려하여 안전 사고 예방과 보호를 위해서는 위험 행동을 사전 통제 및 제한하는 것이 바람직한 안전관리와 교육으로 인식하였다. 또한 영아의 안전교육은 기본생활 습관 형성처럼 반복적인 체험 활동을 통해 실행하는 것이 효율적인 안전교육으로 인식하였다. 그리고 영아 안전교육 관련 활동자료가 부족해서 안전능력 향상에 어려움으로 적용한다고 하였다. 이러한 연구 결과들을 토대로 교사의 영아 안전교육 전문성 향상을 위한 교육적 의미를 논하고, 영아 발달에 적합한 안전관리의 방향성과 방법에 관한 방안들을 제안하였다.

The system of working hours is a complex product that results from the institutional factors as well as market and cultural factors. Since the enactment of the Labor Standards Act, we have repeatedly amended the provisions with the system of working hours but the framework, which is made at the outset, has been kept without any alteration. Today, the system in the Act can not enough reflect some changes in labor surroundings, Furthermore, it comes out that the function of working hours does not work well, which should have been performed. This proposes three guidelines on restructuring the working hours system. First, the system should be organized as a acceptable institution in practice, which can perform the function of labor protection properly. Second, the system need to guarantee the industrial autonomy, based on the standard of maximum hours, considering individuality of the workplace. Third, the system should be framed to relieve the polarization problem in the labor market. In conclusion, this suggest that the system of working hours need to be restructured considering the above guidelines.

국내 사례관리 개념논쟁에 관한 소고

본 연구는 국내 사례관리 개념에 관한 논의와 적용이 여러 가지 차원에서 혼란스럽게 전개되고 있다는 전제를 가지고, 향후 개념 확립에 요구되는 기본적 요소들을 도출해 보았다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 첫째, 사례관리의 기원과 등장배경을 살펴보고 둘째, 국내 사례관리 연구 동향을 파악하며 셋째, 국내 사례관리 개념논쟁의 본질이 무엇인가를 고찰하였다. 마지막으로 이를 기반으로 하여 우리나라의 사회복지 현장에 적합한 사례관리 개념정의를 도출하는데 유용한 기초자료를 제시해주고자 하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 계기로 하여 향후 우리 실정에 맞는 사례관리 용어사용이나 개념적용에 관한 논쟁이 보다 체계적이고 과학적인 방법으로 전개되기를 기대한다. Case management has been introduced to Korea since early 1990s. For a couple decades, the case management has been known to Korean scholars and practitioners as diverse concepts and applications, which produces a confusion of case management in academic and practical level of Korean social welfare system. In this context, this study provides an overview of case management, its origins, and the trends of study related with case management in Korean. Finally, the essence of the concept of case management were examined. Suggestions for the direction of future inquiry are described.

총체적 문화현상 인식과 율곡제

본 연구는 관계적 접근으로 문화관리와 문화현상인식의 관계를 탐구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 문화현상인식의 접근틀을 통해 율곡제의 문화관리 가능성과 비교하여 문화현상 인식가능성을 타진하였다. 그 결과 문화관리와 문화현상인 식 사이에 밀접한 관계가 있음을 발견하였고, 총체적 문화현상인식을 제시하는 동시에 그것의 유용성을 확인하였다. This study aims to investigate relations between culture management and perception of culture phenomenon by ``The Relation-Approach``. For this, I probed the possibility of perception of culture phenomenon in ``Yulgok Festival`` through logic framework of perception of culture phenomenon in comparison with the possibility of culture management. So, I found the tact that there are close relations between culture management and perception of culture phenomenon, also suggested ``Holistic Perception of Culture`` and identified its usefulness.
