정부에서는 선진국들에 비해 높은 국가물류비와 기업물류비를 낮추기 위해서 다양한 물류정책을 수립.추진하고 있으며, 물류 기술과 관련하여 여러 방면에서 추진되고 있으나 아직까지 미비한 실정이다. 또한 물류관련 정보기술은 여타 첨단기술과 물류기술 간의 유기적인 융합이 미진하여 우리나라의 물류기술 경쟁력은 아직 선진국에 비해 취약한 것으로 평가되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국가 전반에 대한 산업경쟁력의 안정적인 유지와 일관된 물류기술정책의 수립, 새로운 물류 R&D 과제발굴과 지원 등을 위해 국내에서 개발 중이거나 개발되어야할 물류기술 분야별 우선순위를 계층화분석법으로 도출하였다. 또한 물류기술 수요자와 개발자에게 설문조사를 실시하여 현재 국내 물류기술의 이용 실태 및 물류기술 수준과 현황을 살펴보았다. This paper is to find the priority of logistics technology development per each field by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for policy establishment of logistics technology, finding of logistics technology projects. And study on the use actual condition between consumer and developer in logistics Technologies. For this study, Survey for logistics technology concerning user's demand and the developer's logistics technology development. And Gap analysis between user and developer in logistics technology development.

물류와 관련한 정보·인력·통계·연구개발사업 등을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해서는 물류산업 및 물류기술에 대한 분류체계가 필요하다. 본 연구는 관련 제도와 기존 연구들에서 다뤄진 물류산업 및 물류기술의 분류체계에 대해 장단점과 문제점을 분석하였다. 분석 내용을 바탕으로 통계청의 물류산업분류를 보완하여 제시하였고, 물류의 주요 기능과 적용 단계, 구현 결과를 기준으로 새로운 물류기술 분류체계를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 물류산업 및 물류기술 분류체계는 향후 다양한 통계산출, 정책수립 및 연구개발 등에서 참조기준으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In order to efficiently manage information, statistics, human resources and R&D programs which are related to the logistics, classification schemes for logistics industry and logistics technology are necessary. In this study, we analyzed pros and cons and found several issues on the classification schemes for logistics industry and logistics technology in legacy systems and researches. Based on the results of analysis, we complemented the classification system for logistics industry of the Statistics Korea. In addition, we suggested a new classification scheme for logistics technology, which is based on the criteria of main functions, application phases and implemented outcomes. The classification schemes which are suggested in this study could be utilized in future policy making, R&D planning, etc.
